Has anyone asked TinyCo if the guitar picks will be needed in the next phase? I bought clams yesterday, so I’m sorted for now. But I’d be willing to buy some more, if it gives me a head start on what’s coming.

As I would have brought Clams on Thursday, to get some of the premium content, I figured why not get them now so that if Guitar a Picks are needed for anything in Phase 3 I’ll have some extra ones set aside, and if not I haven’t lost anything. Also I hope that the name of this deal is a little teaser that we might be getting Jack Black as a premium character during this event, as in really enjoyed The Pick of Destiny movie, I doubt this will be the case but I can still hope.

So they disabled my stage so I couldn’t collect picks from concerts and then offered me picks if I buy clams. I see what you did there, TinyCo.

How is it rubbish? Not everyone may have gotten nor used the tip I offered for the Concerts and therefore not loaded up on a TON of Guitar Picks. This is actually a good deal for someone to get both Clams and Picks for a discounted cost. Just sayin. 😉

What was the tip? Dragging your characters to the stage and doing the task offered, I read that that was a risk that it might not work right, or freeze your game up or something. Or, is there a tip that I don’t know about?

That is the one. It works if done properly. Many are still using it. I just won’t test it further as I need my game for the site and am using it for other info, so I can’t lock those Characters up for 24hrs. I need them. 😉

Pass but I am annoyed the bee women no longer drop picks once you get Brian and there always in bloody way when trying to squish fans
So I’m just saving up jars of honey and hope there needed for something else

I have Brian and all of the decorations that need picks but they are still dropping for me. I don’t see any way to tell how many I have, I’m collecting at least 20 a day, maybe more. If I thought they would be useful next week I might buy a package of clams today and just hold them for a later character purchase. I’m still on the fence about buying them today.

Personally, no (as I have too many picks)… but i’ll look at it this way. Since I do have an Android device, I can get each character for “free” in exchange for an album price. So maybe I’ll want Snoop, but I’m doing fine without him
It’s a smart way for digital album sales and I hope FGA can lead the way and lessen my desires to digital pirate 😉
