Our Quahogs are infested! Spotted Toads, Dudes running around licking the Spotted Toads and freaking out. Girls dressed as Hippies being chased by Bees. Tons of Fans, some too busy on their phones too care. Patchouli Oil, Hacky Sacks, and and in there somewhere… some AWESOME Music. PeterPalooza is in our games.
With a New PeterPalooza Event in our game, that means New Characters/Costumes. Costumes like Rapper Brian!
Let’s take a look at what Rapper Brian can do in our silly lil games.
Rapper Brian was a New Character added during the second part of PeterPalooza 2015 to the Festival Merch Kiosk. As with (almost) all Characters in TQFS in order to unlock him you’ll have to collect lots of STUFF.
He was also timed for 7 days. Tapping on the Festival Merch Kiosk told you what items you needed to collect to pull him in the game as well as it started the 7 day timer.

700 Glowsticks (ALWAYS): Complete Tasks OR Neon Statues OR Concert OR Kwik Pick Kiosk OR Toads (Rare) OR Fans
70 Guitar Picks (ALWAYS): Concerts OR Toad Users OR Swarms of Bees OR Kwik Pick Kiosk
7 Concert Tickets (Common): Concerts OR Greased-Up Deaf Guy
6 Hacky Sacks (Rare): Snoop Dogg Ride Low OR Swarms of Bees
He does come with a Questline, Hottest Rapper Alive, more on it HERE. 
Rapper Brian does come with a complete set of Tasks! Tasks that will help you earn Glowsticks & XP.

Hi I’m trying to figure out what I need to do and haven’t gotten any help yet. The swarm bees disappeared and I only have a few hours to go before I can’t unlock rapper brian. My only option now is to buy Snoop or Brian for $20 or all the work I put in to get the character was for nothing. I contacted tiny co and they haven’t responded.

Bee girls arrive every 3 hrs. So you need to decide if it is worth it for a Costume or if you should risk seeing if they come back before the time runs out. Or… let it go. Outside of contacting them, there is nothing else I can suggest outside the only options the game offers you. Sorry.

Did you just start the Event? If so, this post explains he is in the Festival Merch Kiosk as well as he is a 7 day timed Character. So if you are just starting the game, go to the Kiosk. If you have been playing a long while, and he timed out, then he is gone. Also, you need to be in Phase 2 content to see him.

I just got the outfit for Rapper Brian and it shows as purchased but it’s nowhere to be found… Not on Brian or in the storage… 😦 anyone else has this problem??? Thx

I feel ya, Garrett. I’m waiting on my last hacky sack too. It is now made worse by the fact that the hacky sack bee girls have disappeared from my streets, leaving only blammy girls.
I’ve been waiting for them to reappear for the last 6 hours but no luck. 😦
