The PeterPalooza Festival has now moved into Phase 3. Rocker Alice Cooper is in our games. Some International Party boys Belgard & Tomik have made an appearance, Leaderboards are back, and we all are desperate to get as many Blammy Awards as we can. Just like Musicians. Lol.
All this crazy New Content just means one thing… New Questlines for the Event. Including the Questlines for Alice Cooper.

I just finally got Alice Cooper and it said I could download the free album but when I went to download it, I got kicked out of Family Guy. How can I download it now? I can’t find anything to click on to find it again.

Event Menu (Guitar Icon), then to the Music Tab (Headphone Icon), locate the artist and go try again. 🙂

I gave in and brought the $19.99 for 45 tickets special to get the boots. It was getting ridiculous. But for bear and grind part 4. I keep getting bears and bee swarms but the counter doesn’t change I’ll be submitting a support ticket for that

I found the old method of changing Peter to an hr task then back on the Leopard Skin Boots helped me. I’m not saying its a tried and true method but it did help me.

That is a tip that myself and many others do suggest. “Reset” the task. Short quick one, then back to the drop. I am glad to see it still helps here and there. 😉

Wait, what? I thought the longer you performed a task the higher the probability of it dropping became? That’s what I was told anyway. This is the exact opposite of that philosophy. I’m still 4 boots away from finishing Cooper. I run Peter night and day on this boot task. It’s frustrating to hear I’m doing this wrong.

If it hasn’t dropped in days this is an alternative method too. No proof if it works all the time.

I do the task for a boot, then have him clear a toad user (3 hours), then back to the boot again, and that usually gets one for me. Its another method to try. 🙂 I have 5 boots so far, and those were only found through this method.

The leaderboard is weird. I started off in 6th place with 5 points and the top 5 scores were spread between 40-92. A week later I’m currently at the top on 130 and 2nd place is only on 102. It makes me wonder how a: the top 5 got such high scores on the 1st day and b: what have they been doing the past week to barely score anymore since? Or is it a glitch and they are all going to fly past my score over the next few hours. It wouldn’t surprise me.

It is called WHERE each person was in the game when the Leaderboard hit. If they were on a Concert right then, they had access right away to Blammy Awards. But as soon as they cleared the Concert, Alice (or Joe depending where they were) would have locked the stage right back up and not progress until they get access again. Now the ONLY way to get more is Concerts, Encores, Toads, and Bee Girls.
As far as where they will go… that is something no one can answer. Everyone plays differently. You never know when someone may switch Freemium to Premium. Or be at a stand still then be able to pass it to go on again. This is why I say don’t worry so much about them. End of the day… any position can change at any moment.

I’m due to have another encore in a couple of hours and I’m still about 50 ahead, so hopefully the extra 20 stars should ‘almost’ guarantee me top spot – unless someone goes crazy with their clams.

You missed one of the sources for the Leopard Skin Boots needed for Alice: Tomik’s 12 hour task of Take Selfies (or whatever it’s called). He and Peter ran me through those boots quite quickly thanks to my luck suddenly doing a massive 180 and taking out god knows how many buildings that were in the way…

These platform shoe drops is ridiculous. I can’t use my stage and I still need 1,000 more glow sticks to get Belgard who helps drop them. They have one person who drops them and it’s a rare drop? Not cool. Need 4 more shoes to unlock Alice Cooper. I have everything else so I can get the concert done as soon as he unlocks.

It’s more like an uber rare drop. I’ve gone from a massive leaderboard lead to almost dropping out of tenth waiting for them to drop. It’s starting to annoy me. I run Peter 3x per day/night and still need 4.

I finally got Belgard yesterday morning or maybe the night before that — had to level him up to even have the task available, and after that I’ve sent him on it 3 times with no drop. So…you haven’t missed out on a big help, is my point. 🙂 I’m still 4 platform shoes away from Cooper, despite sending Peter repeatedly until he drops, then doing a bunch of his 1-minute tasks, and back to the platform one…repeat ad infinitum.
And forget about the leaderboards! I did not have a concert in progress at whatever time the update hit, so I’ve been hosed all week thanks to not yet getting Alice. The top person on my leaderboard has 216 blammys at this moment. I’m wondering if some people didn’t download the game update last week and were able to still do the 24-hour concert trick. I decided I’m not tapping any frogs (they are SO cute, btw, I hope we get to keep one) until after today’s update. Speaking of which, I’m guessing I won’t be able to see the new content since I still don’t have Alice and am stuck on multiple task-points (Unlock Alice; Have Alice give a Concert; Clear Greased-Up Deaf Guy 15 times; and also the 12-hour Belgard task, since I need him to help me get Alice).
I do love being able to craft multiples of some items in the Groupie exchange thingy. I really enjoy that burning clam thingy and have 2 already.
Also, does anyone know why my Bears are now dropping coins?

I am not getting Alice until the new leaderboard starts so I can have a huge jump over the other players in my grouping once the new content starts. I know I don’t know if it will run the same way, but it’s worth the risk. Getting Alice isn’t helping me in this phase, so maybe sitting on it and getting him in the next phase will help me get a huge jump in the next phase.

I was checking the event FAQ and we’ll be getting a weeks break from the leaderboards if I understood it correctly, I believe it said the next session would start the 3rd?!
not sure what that means as far as the rest of the event week, but in terms of stamina I’m losing mine, as my Grandma used to say “It’s Hell getting OLD!”

Yeah I think I’m going to do a few concerts with other celebrities before I do one with Alice since his concert is needed to move on to the next phase, this way I can rack up glowsticks for the next characters to unlock and not be stuck like I am with getting Alice and belgard.

This phase is over. I give up. Those leopard skin boots haven’t dropped in two days and I still need 4.
And the leaderboard is corny. I’m the top freemium player with 38 and have dropped steadily from top 10 down to 18. I dunno if it’s fixed or if people just gave up or what but there were people who started out at 50 and then never changed at all.

As for Leaderboards… they did make them a lot more balanced so you are definitely seeing that impact. Everyone more in the same place of just toads and bee girls or stuck waiting to unlock the Stage.
