With this New Phase 3 for the Event, comes many New Questlines. Questlines like the ones for the New Characters/Costumes for our Event, like Slasher Bait Lois & Meg’s Friend Patty. Also some for Returning Costumes, like Sexy Witch Connie & Vampire Duck Stewie.

So I’m confused here. I have the costumes (stewie and Connie) from last year. What do you mean by some will see the quest lines and some will not? What determines it? I didn’t see any. Is it because I did the quest line last year? Does anyone who carried over the costumes from last Halloween get a quest or just people who are getting the quest right now?

Because many had a questline already surrounding them last year built within the Event not separate… so no reason for the new one. Some got a new Questline during the re-lease (which has been a few times now)… so no reason. Some JUST got them or did not have one trigger during re-release, so… they got a new Questline.

Yeah. I had crafted Sexy Witch Connie and Vampire Duck Stewie last year but didn’t have the characters unlocked because I had just started playing this game at the time of the Halloween event so I didn’t get to do any questline for them until this year and with the re-release they didn’t show up for me either. I only did part of Meg’s last year but couldn’t finish it because one part required a task for regular Connie and of course didn’t have her unlocked so I couldn’t finish Meg’s Slutty Cat questline. Hopefully I will get to do a questline for her this year IF they bring her back in the Stewie mystery box coming up.

I had all the items done collecting for Patty besides those stickers as the Vampire are not spawning enough due to more monsters.
I still have 40 stickers left in 2 days to collect. Would it be doable?

Any idea when you’ll have an update on Meg’s newest friend? I missed out on patty caused I triggered her too soon. How far in the third set of items should we be before fixing the second car and starting Meg’s newest friend?

What do you mean by an Update? ALL Esther’s items required were listed in the Main Rundown for Phase 3 the day it was launched.

As the house drops two… it helps greatly to go quicker. I don’t think he’s critical to unlock for help, but just know he’s there just in case. 😉
Both Esther n Death’s Dog seemed to unlock quickly for me. Phase 3 seems a bit better paced. 🙂

I fixed the car on the morning of the day I knew I’d be unlocking Death’s Dog’s House. Once you unlock that you have all three buildings you need for the item drops so you should be safe 🙂

Since I finally was able to unlock slasher bait Lois today I decided to start on Patty and now Meg’s other friend is locked in the trunk too, gotta love this game sometimes… Let’s just see if I can actually unlock Patty and then start working on the next one…good luck everyone!

Ok, so speaking of Connie, I have just discovered a new issue.
When players are turning into werewolves, their tasks that they were on are being nulled.
This had not been happening before. Previously, when I “un-werewolved a character, they would go back to the task they were working on, and resume right where they should have been. And, if they had already finished their task, they would go to the building, the done checkmate would appear, and I would collect the tasks reward.
Now, however, when I “un-werewolf” a character now, any character, their job they were on is gone. They just wander the street.
So, basically, I can no longer get my characters like Connie to do any tasks because the werewolf transformation is deleting their tasks.
Thus, I can’t collect the items I need, like water balloons, 3d glasses.

I think they turned up the werewolf timer too much. Now that I’m actually getting more canon balls I’m doing a lot of waiting….

Yea they did, but once you start making pumpkin blasters they load up again and you can’t get rid of them cause it takes 3 hours to make 2 blasters to kill the hassles headless horseman.

Not really sure where to post this since it has just happened (as of 1:30 ET) but the new iOS update has appeared. Two things noticeable right away. One, all the NPCs who pay out stuff (nuns, vampires, horsemen) now stick to the sidewalks and don’t roam elsewhere. Two, when you change back a character, the game becomes locked onto that character and follows him to wherever he is heading to return to his task. Usually, you could override this and continue clicking, but now the game appears to be locked on the character until he enters his task building. Neutral on the first one; not thrilled with the second one. If you turn someone back far from his task building, you have to wait for him to navigate the entire town and can’t do anything else. Perhaps if enough people comment, they can put it back the way it was. Would make game play quicker.

On Part 2… it’s due to many players mistook the Characters as kicked off the task… so they tapped on them and tried to send them on it again thus canceling the task, and losing time and materials. It may be a bit annoying but its helping a lot of players NOT lose out

I’m bummed about them all sticking to the roads now. When my vampires come out I put a tiny patch of road near the entrance they come out of so i can bomb the bats all in one little spot. But now that there are so many things standing on that little patch of road I can’t click the vampires fast without clicking on something else and by the time I exit out of that all the bats have dispersed. Not all that big a deal, but definitely changed my bag bombing ability! Lol. Didn’t know about the update, so I was curious as to why they were doing that all of the sudden. Good to know why.

Just click on another check mark that a different character is on as the one you de-wolfed passes by and it takes them off of being locked on. I de-wolfed Bonnie and I was locked on her heading back home and she passed by Anal Point where I had Detective Scrotes finished with a task and I clicked on his check mark and it took me off of being locked on to Bonnie.

This event would be better if the movie reels would drop off a few characters too. Trying to get the popcorn, soda, etc. to get the necessary items to progress has made me very tired of this event after the first week. I don’t see myself progressing past the 2nd set of items (Slasher Bait Lois) since I can’t get enough of the items needed to create the stuff before her. Now that it has moved to phase 3, it seems all but impossible. I think this event has died out for me and I am ready to move along with something else.

For me… Reels are coming so much faster in 3. Remember until you get her and finish questline… you’re not technically in Phase 3 yet.

Agree! It is like standing in line to then stand in another line to then stand in a third line before riding the amusement park ride once; and now go back to the first line again. I just want to ride the rides!

Aww weird, I had ducky and witchy from last year but didn’t get new quests in my game. I wonder what the requirement for the quests are? Maybe I did them last year? Oh well, both are cranking out 3d glasses so I’m happy!

Do you know of any factors that determines who gets Connie’s and Stewie’s costumes? I didn’t get either of them, is there anything I can do to increase my chances?
