There will ALWAYS be a timed item in Santa’s Headquarters at the end for 24hrs, so beware.

There will be a SECOND timer too, this one however will be ONLY ON THE QUESTLINE to get the item. It is just there so the Quest does not stay in your task bar if you don’t get the item. DO NOT USE IT TO GO TO SANTA’S HQ!! As again, ANY tap taking your there will trigger the actually 24hr timer. So BEWARE.

I found skynet in my inventory but I never bought it and I sure as heck never had close to enough presents for it. So thank you tiny Co for what I can only expect was an error but it’s placed now B)
Another thing I like about this event is I’m able to collect some things through puppy Brian for this week even though I’m pretty far behind and currently working on unlocking Snake and the gift after him. I can’t say I like how the game is leaving me behind, a (multiple times per) daily freemium player, but I’m still enjoying going with the flow even if I end up missing out on playing the final week’s events. I do wonder what the heck some of these items Im collecting are for though, lol. Which is why I come here.

I just had a rather fortunate bug happen for once. I completed the “Giving Tree” questline, and when I went to finish the quest, the “complete” button was not working. So I clicked it a bunch of times, still nothing. Turns out, every time I was clicking, it was putting a giving tree in my inventory. So now I have 20 of them…!!!

I know the top of the post indicates there are problems and Tiny Co is working on them, but is this one worse than usual? Honestly, when everyone seems to have issues, I am always able to play on my IPAD. This is the first time in 2 years I have not been able to hard start and still nothing, not even the notification screen. Are you still able to get in Bunny? Your troubleshooting tips ALWAYS have worked for me, so I was hoping you may have new advise. I don’t have Facebook or I would email them through that avenue, but since I don’t, I’m really stuck

My Google devices have not had any of the issues so far (GS4, 3 different Samsung Tablets in various sizes)… no. Since iOS seemed to have issues, I am staying away from my iPod Touch I usually use for Events.

Regarding the Hummer battle, do the houses ever stop upgrading? Im worried that if I max the hummer level (at 140/150 power with 3 drivers atm) and defeat the village again that the houses upgrade and i won’t be able to beat even 1 house! Thanks for any info.

so, my game will not load on my ipad at all since the update and i don’t know what to do. it’s like it only installed the update partially, and under the icon, (which isn’t even a picture, it looks like a test pattern) it says “initializing”. it won’t let me delete the game even. i haven’t been able to get in for two days. it’s not like i can message tinyco because it’s completely inaccessible. any suggestions peeps??

I’m trying to unlock Joe’s kid, I have to use Peter and Santa fit first phase battles, only Sara for second phase, and need Swanson to start 3 phase battles. But I don’t care about that. I’m way waaaay back due to lack of time and new job. I’m still unlocking Sara Conner 😳
But Spy Brian is in Al’s so even though I can’t get the watches yet, I’m able to start collecting to get him earlier. I think my best hope is maybe I’ll get to Vet Herbert by the time the events finished. Lol
Oh and odd thing. Setting jobs up last night, I had Clam TV pop up and lately it’s been either 3 or 6 ads. Well I kept clicking for next ad and it kept going. When I quit voluntarily to put my lil guy to bed I had 20 extra clams. Not complaining just surprised it kept going! 😀

For a change I actually had a glitch work in my favour — for some reason I’ve ended up with 25 Giving Trees in my inventory. (I think the quest completion derped.)
I only placed the one I was supposed to have and reported the rest, though, as otherwise it would be an exploit. (Though I was tempted for a while, given that I haven’t even unlocked phase 3 yet… though I’m just about to.)

Puppy Brian is a godsend! I’ve been stuck on Santa’s Little Helper, Pt. 3 for what seems like a week because I can’t defeat Santa’s Village right now even with all three drivers. Any help upgrading the Humma is a huge boost to me.

I can’t log into my game 😦 I’ve tried deleting it and re-installing it, I’ve tried force closing it, I’ve turned my phone off and on again but I still get the same thing which is that the loading bar will load all the way to the end and then the app just closes. No warning, no fault message. And it was working fine for me earlier. Is anyone else having this problem? I even downloaded it into my partners tablet and tried that way but just got the same result. Just wondering if it’s a common complaint at this time?

I’m locked out of my game too. The bar loads all the way and then the game just closes itself. I’ve uninstalled it and downloaded it again, and it opens fine but as soon as I log into my existing game it goes back to force closing again. I’ve turned off my phone, reset my phone, and force closed the app from my settings but no luck 😦 any other suggestions?

I got a message from tiny co with the apologies, the clams and the gingerbread tank, but i hadn’t claimed it from Santa’s workshop yet. Now I have (for 220 presents), and have two functional tanks in the north pole. I know it’s obviously a glitch, what do you suggest I do? Thank you bunny

Ran into a very peculiar bug/glitch tonight. I logged in and saw an event about a Giving Tree (a Premium quest line that requires purchases). I got to the end of the quest and tried to click the button that said Claim Reward, but nothing happened. I clicked again and again, tried to click on the screen outside the button to see if anything else happened, but nothing. I think I figured out why this glitch happened, it wants to place the reward in my inventory, but as this building continues to drop clams through 1/31/16 it can’t be part of the North Pole as that ends 1/7/16. The quest was given in the North Pole by Santa so that’s where I was. I force closed the app and restarted, went to my inventory and found 35 Giving Trees. So as not to be accused of exploiting a glitch I only unpacked one and sent a message to Tiny Co.

So i think i might be stuck.
i still need about 300 presents to unlock the affordable elf housing to get the handguns for snake but when i go to attack the base in the nutcracker truck, im not getting any payouts unless i have snake. and all the options for more presents require chestnuts which i now cant get due to no payout without having snake.
Am i missing something?

So because of this glitch I got the skynet for free…idk why wish they just gave me the presents lol but it was an exciting thing to have at least 1 “premium” item besides that’s this glitch is not making me happy I was minutes away from getting the 2nd weekly prize thing the tiny dog and when I forced my game close and restarted it all my character s were doing battles instead of fighting the jack in the box guys =(

I think I figured out what the “dirt patch” next to the bakery is, it is a place holder for the Super Robot Elf, which will feature in battles like the mega astley and bertram battles. It may have been extremely obvious to others, but it just came to me! *chuckle*

Unusual problem, got nutcracker hanger and am able to use it to attack but the med tent did not unlock. It says I still need more presents for the nutcracker hanger. Can I have two? Lol. Happy holidays.

Quick update: tinyco released a fix, gave who was affected by the glitch 15 clams… I logged in, purchased the new terminator, put everybody to work and THE CRASH AT LOAD SCREEN IS BACK!!! Rofl

They pushed a fix for the missing buildings. Plus 15 Clams for the trouble, which is great! The only problem is that now my Blocko Hovercraft says I can’t destroy any buildings with both Peter and Sarah Connor running raids. So I can’t make any progress earning toy cars anyways! Geez. These glitches and issues are just crazy. I reported the issue in game. I can’t buy the terminator just to run raids.
