I am back now. Had to take a break from everything due to my illness after the Holiday. Playing catch up now so you will see a few posts starting to hit the site soon. Just hang in there while I finish compiling them and getting them out.
First thing I wanted to touch on is the ongoing issues I am seeing in the comments. All have been reported already and are awaiting feedback, updates, clarifications, etc. So keep an eye on the post and I will update the information as it is returned to me.

Let’s jump in to the main things I am seeing over and over asked or reported in the comments section.
WHERE ARE THE SPY WATCHES?
When Secret Spy Brian hit our games, many of you noticed it listed as “COMING SOON”. No worries, this is still pretty accurate. The option that will bring them in our games is still… “COMING SOON”. Hang in there, you will see it soon enough. 😉
VEHICLES DISAPPEARED/ REAPPEARED ISSUES
The following are all intertwined in a way. All are being worked on currently by TinyCo. Hopefully a patch coming soon to resolve them, but I just wanted to go over them again as I am sure many of you are still seeing them.
- Vehicles returned, reset, but still unable to perform any Battles with any kind of payouts
- Vehicles returned, but did NOT reset to proper level. Also creating issue of no payouts as the Vehicle is too weak.
- Multiple Vehicles returned to the game. Some of you now have two. Also causing Battle issues.
- Characters being pulled into Battles. Whether you have them or not, selected them or not, the Characters are joining the Battles.
Again, all known and being worked on. Will update when I hear more.
MISSING BUILDINGS
I am still seeing reports of Buildings Missing in the game. If you have scanned your entire Inventory Storage and those Buildings still have not returned, please let me know the following….
- What Building(s) is gone
- When did you last send a message to TinyCo
- How did you send the message (email, in game, etc)
They are stating Players still missing them need to contact them, but if you already have… I want to help redirect them to the messages.
SECOND CHALLENGE DIDN’T CHECK OFF
This one should have been resolved, but just in case… if you completed week 2 Challenge, got the Walking Decoration Dog, and the Challenge is still NOT checked off, let TinyCo know.
UPDATE NOT COMPATIBLE
I have seen a few scattered reports of the latest updates stating they are “Not Compatible” with your device. Please let me know what device make, model you are seeing this on and also let TinyCo know so they can look into it further.

I am missing the medical tent! Great!! As its needed for Snakes quest on North by North pole, stage 4. I’m stuck! On the other hand, Skynet building appeared in my inventory… and I never won this building!!!

I am still missing five buildings.The most important of them the medical tent and the naughty list adult shop both nessecary for completing the north by north pole quest and start the next week’s challenge

I know it’s technically not a bug, but the medal ‘challenges’ part 3 is beyond impossible for me to finish in the rest of the event’s duration due to the fact that I only have access to 2 of the 3 hummer drivers, and at the level the workshop is currently at Santa and Peter can destroy all of 1 building and get 1 string of lights per sortie. I’m closing in on the next level for the hummer (think I need 7 more lights for it), but that medal ‘challenge’ isn’t going to get completed in the slightest due to this.
Least I’m in Phase 4 finally… >_>

Yay! My truck levels just jumped up to what must have been where they were before the glitch started because I went from being able to defeat 0 buildings to 2. (I’m on iOS) Also I had two of the trucks for the fake tree battles and they were both gone and it gave me the option to repurchase at one coin. So it basically reset so I just have one again. This pretty much resolves all my issues now.
Only thing not working now is the last two global rewards earned for the collective medals, it pressed redeem but then nothing happened. Looked through my inventories in both places and not there. I’m not stressing about that though.
I’m just happy I can progress now through the event again, as I have been pretty much at a standstill since the 24th.

Oops, I just found the missing buildings in North Pole inventory. I swear I checked there already. Lol. All is working smoothly again now.

I find it reall dumb I had to complete stupid side quest in order for rewards to be dropped again from attacking villages. There was no information about that and o really shouldn’t have to finish a side quest(Santa little helper)

I do not think the side quest was the trigger. Many patches are being pushed out. Side quests are just that… optional and on the side. May have just hit same time the patches did. Many are making progress now with the patches.

I’m glad I opted out of this event with all the problems going on. I had to because the relative I’m visting for a few weeks doesn’t have wi-fi, so there really wasn’t a choice. Its nice to not stress out over this mess. I will be able to play the final week and hopefully be able to reap the rewards of all the free X-Mas presents and get God without working for them.

I think God is in sight now… We’re on the last prize before him and the collective medals now seem to be zipping along at roughly one million added every one or two seconds! So even if you only get the collective prizes, you’ll get God. 🙂

Just wanted all to know, I sent tinyco a direct message from in the game, explaining my situation fully. That was this morning. I came on tonight to find my vehicle level reset correctly. Make sure you report this personally and don’t just wait for them to fix it. Who knows if I had messaged them earlier, it could’ve been fixed a week ago.

Hi Bunny. I am currently missing the North Pole bed and breakfast building. I’m stuck on week three part 9 and can’t move forward as Chris needs the building to complete a task. I messaged tinyco yesterday and today within the game. I have already forced closed the app on an android and apple device and restarted the device with no luck. Hope I hear back from tinyco soon.

I lost the building that Keven uses to attack where I get the chestnuts contacted several times through the game no response. Check inventory,store,and everywhere. Uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing. I’m stuck can’t get presents barely and need to unlock snake. Need the gun drop. What can I do please help me

Has anyone else had problems with new character/skin side quests. In particular cracking some nuts part 3 and going awol part 4? Every time I send Kevin to get physical, when I leave the game and come back, he is just wandering around. And when I send quagmire to take a nap, when I leave and come back, Peter is in a vehicle in battle and quagmire is just wandering around? ?? I didn’t see anything in the issues 1,2,3,or 4. Please

Several people reported this on the Facebook page. If you send a character on a task in quahog, they will get pulled to an eligible north pole battle if you start one. Very annoying, but basically you’ll have to wait to start the nutcracker battle until after Kevin has finished. In the case of stewies premium questline, this should stay after the event so don’t worry too much about it 🙂 hopefully the patches they are currently releasing may fix the issue soon anyway.

I have the same issue. Peter and Quagmire have taken 9 naps and still no credit for it. Kevin I had to be on when he finished to get credit. Now when I hit contact or help it crashes.

I’m still missing my bed and breakfast building. I can’t progress to phase 4 because chris’ task requires it. I sent tiny co an in game message about it twice. One on 12/28 the other 12/30. Still no.response.

Help, I’m still banned from the leaderboard (I know, old issue but still bothering). Has there been any solution to this yet? And should I place the skynet complex even though I haven’t earned it? Thanks!

Many got free buildings. Enjoy. Leaderboards issue have to be directed personally between you and TinyCo. No one else can assist.

Usually you have to clear the character that it needs. Try switching to and from Quahog. I found the same thing but it was usually because Peter was defeating something…

Whelp it was probably a matter of time. I can’t complete any battles as it says the dps for the vehicle is an invalid level. Pressed help on the error to message tinyco with the exact error but at this rate this effectively renders the Baby Seal challenge impossible to complete in the next 24 hrs (the time I have left on it) without spending a large amount of clams to catch up. Already force closed and restarted my device to see if that makes a difference but no go. Still get the error. Arrgh.

I have the same problem with both the misfit village and the tree village for the last object in each. Can’t finish the challenge if Consuela keeps this up. LOL.
BTW, both the second and third boxes have checks on them even though Chester is not shown and the seal hasn’t been cleared.

Closed the game and powered down my tablet. Brought the game back up and the problem was resolved.

Yeah whatever they did to the game tonight just made things even worse. I have Santa and Lyle stuck in battle because every time I click the check mark I get that same invalid level error and the game crashes. I’m glad I had clicked on Santa yet to unlock the timed challenge as I was trying to level up all of my battle vehicles. Of course now that I’m ready to begin it I can’t. Hopefully it’s just the one battle that is affected. What makes this all worse is I had no glitches or problems at all until tinyco gave us these so called patches.

Got the same error. Uninstalled, cleared cache all of Bunny’s usual suggestions and nothing worked. Tiny Co amazes me, they fix one problem and create another. Bunny love your blog and all the help you give us but this is probably going to be my last post. So done with this game. Spent a pretty penny on this game but they will not get another dime from me. Thanks again ladies, it has been fun.

Bunny, if you can toss my last comment in the trash that would awesome. @Michael and anybody having the same problem, the same bug hit my game and I was p’d off. Once I got over being aggravated, I tried logging in from another device and the same crash occurred. In a last ditch effort I logged into facebook and loaded the game in my browser, clicked on the check mark to clear the hummer and it worked.
TL/DR: Try logging into facebook from your computer. Worked for me hopefully it’ll help somebody else.

WB bunny. Shame this event went all to hell, but I know another is around the corner…Personally I lost any rewarding from my first 2 vehicles (Humma and Blocko) so I have not been able to get any presents for well over a week so it’s time for me to call it quits here…
The good thing about this game compared to so many others though is…there’s always something else right around the corner!

Sorry to hear so many are still have no problems with missing items. I haven’t experienced any missing items but I think they are trying to fix. I have found new items in my inventory that I hadn’t earned – the final super-dooper hard items from weeks 2 &3. I didn’t have time to claim them, and they both still show up in Santa’s HQ as “expired” but I recently found the Christmas Tree Fort and the Skynet Complex in my inventory.
I don’t know why, but maybe it is a sign they are trying to load missing items into games.

Glad I’m not the only one with characters joining in. I finally put Peter on his 12 hour task then paid 24 clams just so I could advance the questline. Though I was going crazy, could swear I sent him on the job but there he was in the pontoon. And I had given up trying to get anything out of puppy Brian so I put him back in storage and he still got pulled out even though I don’t have the costume that would allow him to drive.

Hi, with puppy Brian out him on his tasks ONLY when in the north pole. He will only get pulled into a battle if he’s on a task in quahog.

I had a problem with Part 4 – sent him multiple times on “get a physical” with task still listed as incomplete. Gave up and put him back on battles. I sent a message to Tiny Co last night about it.

The missing building glitch has been going on for far too long. I lost some a few days ago along with a vehicle hangar and it has since been returned and restored, but just when I was making progress it happened a second time a few days later. Now my north pole bed and breakfast and christmas armory have been missing for like 3 days, so I can’t progress with the main quest as the task I’m on needs to be done in the bed and breakfast. And after my vehicle hangars disappeared and reappeared, I now have 2 vehicle hangars that don’t drop any items. I can’t unlock snake because I can’t get the elf housing because I can’t get presents because my battles don’t drop any items. I’ve been at a stalemate for too long. We better get an extra week for this glitch.

Double check all of inventory. I am getting reports back that some of those items are there and Players are just not seeing them or passing over them. Use the ALL tab if you have to. Also try to be in Quahog while looking, then try North Pole when looking. Some items only show up while in a specific play space.

The easiest way I’ve found to get back the hanger is go to the truck where you trade items for presents. Select a box where you don’t have enough of the item provided by the battle you can’t do. On the right, under where it says cost, tap the picture and you’ll see a list come up of all the places you can earn it. Find the one for the battle and hit GO. For me that took me right to the building so I could select and place it.

I made the mistake of trying to claim the giving tree while in the north pole and unfortunately every time i clicked claim reward nothing happened . Im assuming i wasnt supposed to try and claim it there but oops. I was wondering if now i spent all that money to get it will i ever see it and reap the clams to go with it? Its been 4 days now and nothing not even a response from the contact us conversation! Help

Did you look in your Inventory Storage while in Quahog and scroll through ALL the stored items in the Buildings Tab? It is not in an obvious location.

I lost both Herbert and Brian at different times, likely due to having 2 tanks (both of mine were in North pole). I had to do a hard restart to the game and then they magically popped up again. Hope that helps for others with this problem!

First of all I reported to them about the truck being back but being on level 2 instead of 4 (when I lost it) on December 25. Got no response. Thanks to that glitch I lost several days on leveling it back up with the help of Puppy Brian (Kevin’s mission didn’t have any payout and I didn’t unlock Snake Plissken at the moment). Today I finally reached level 8 in the main questline just to find out that I can’t send Chris on his “brain freeze” mission because I’m missing the Bed&Breakfast!!! I looked everywhere in the inventory and couldn’t find it. Instead I found Skynet Complex which expired on me a week a go! Really crazy stuff…
Reported everything to Tiny Co. right away – no reply yet…

On the “Defeat” did you make sure that you completely took down all of the Buildings listed? For instance 3/3?

this is freaking impossible. i have been trying to defeat it for almost two weeks now, and i am NEVER going to level it up to be able to get 3/3 again. i didn’t get kyle/lyle/whatever the name is, and with santa and camo peter attacking, i just get 2/3 now and have been for almost 2 weeks (sans the 36 hours that i couldn’t play because of the update). i don’t know what to do. if anyone knows what level i have to get to to be able to do this again, please let me know. i’m so far behind, didn’t get any reimbursement for not being able to play for so long, it makes me not even want to play any more. 😦

That is why it is a Side Questline. Many times there will be optional challenging side questlines. You do NOT have to do them. Not at all. They are just there as nothing more than an option. Don’t worry about it is my suggestion. Just keep playing the main questline. The main questlines are what is actually more important in the game. 😉

I’ve taken the “issues” in stride. We all know that issues are going to happen during events. The fun is in wondering what will be next; and it adds a new level of challenge to the game that, after playing for a year plus, I needed. On top of that, Tinyco has always thrown is a bone to help out, so I’m still happy. Bunny and Alyssa have my best regards.

Only remaining problem I have is the “Vehicle returned at too low a level” issue. Two levels too low, to be exact. Was able to level my Hovercraft back up one level using the appropriate Puppy Brian vehicle upgrade task, but wasn’t able to use it at all until I could do so, losing out on medals and presents in the process. Am still losing out on medals and presents, actually. Since I have to use Peter and Sarah just to get anything from the Misfit Toys district (when that combo should have been dropping two buildings a pop at the time of the error), I can’t attack Santa’s Village, as I need all three drivers to get a payout. That latter part is my own fault, though, since I leveled up that district too quickly. Should be able to start getting better payouts before too long, as I was finally able to place the Elf-fordable Housing, and should be getting Snake presently. All I’m particularly interested from here on out is Military Herbert, so I’ll probably be fine. Would have been nice to get Chuggs, though. Hopefully TinyCo decides to extend the leaderboard prizes beyond #5000, given the widespread issues that directly impact said leaderboard…

Well I don’t know if it’s the game or my phone but everytime I try to go to the north pole it crashes. In case you want some info, it’s been happening for about a week, phone is a Sony xperia I first tried uninstall/reinstall twice when that didn’t work I factory reset and only reinstalled fgtqfs still been crashing. I’m hoping the next update fixes it until then I will just try not to cry 😉

There is a glitch with puppy Brian too. His 4 hr task that drops Christmas lights says it’s an always drop but is only dropping about 75% for me.
For those of you that are having characters drawn in to battles from other tasks, I have noticed 1 thing that seems to help. If the character is idle or on an indoors task he will get drawn in to a battle but if they are on an outdoors animated task they aren’t being drawn into battles for me.

I had the glitches pre Xmas but since they did the fix at that time, I have continued to progress in my game and have had no further issues to cause any major problem. I am collecting now for the last gift available in this update. And for someone mentioning peters egg nog challenge, I did that overnight and sent kyle and Santa on tasks that wouldn’t pull peter out of the eggnog task…
Glad to hear the spy watch is still ‘coming soon’ ! And I will buck the trend and say that I have really enjoyed this event….despite the problems.

I know I won’t be the first or only person to say this Bunny but you have been missed. And not just because the game has completely gone kablooie. 🙂 I am doing what I can in the game and enjoying as much time as I can with family. I hope you and all of the addicts are able to do the same. I am hoping TinyCo punts on this whole thing since they have very little chance of making everyone happy at this point, gives everyone all the leaderboard prizes on both sides (individual and team) and gears up for whatever it has planned for January 8. Agreed. Better constructed until the dreaded glitches. They clearly went to Bunny School on how to set things up. Just hoping they can figure out solutions that don’t further alienate players. There is so much venom toward them. I made the mistake of going to their FB page (which I never do) while this site was “down” in the quest for information and I couldn’t believe what I was reading. It’s 100 times worse than what slips through here so I can just imagine what gets moderated out from here.

Lol. Now you get an idea of why I push my “Keep it in WTD only posts” constantly. The anger, hatred, and disgusting behavior is sickening to me. I do not want that here and will not allow it. You don’t want to see what I moderated. Disgusting. I wouldn’t call them “humans”.
And yes, I had LONG discussions with them on many game aspects. So sad it went belly up due to a “placement coding” for the North Pole that created the domino effect. Hoping it gets resolved and players back to having fun.

Well I still miss my North Pole Bed & Breakfast. Have been missing since friday, last message I send was in game about 2/3 hours ago. Did not get anything back from them.
I also send a message via email about it and about an error in my game this weekend. They did answer me about the error and it was fixed very fast, never got anything back about my missing building.
Do you know anything else I could do ? Should I send another email, maybe they did not get the one about my missing building.

To be honest, I’ve always had my frustrations with other events. But this is the first one I’ve completely, at this point, given up on. It’s a total mess, worse than Halloween and the Mafia events. Thank you Bunny for still being on top of this event and keeping everything updated.

Same feeling. My credit card blocked after second part of giving tree and then I could not complete the third part. I told them, they say they cannot do anything. They missed the money, I missed the tree…

As someone who worked for a credit card company for 15 years, I can tell you that’s fraud detection kicking in thinking someone has stolen your card. If ever it happens again, call the card company and let them know you really are making those purchases so they can unblock it. Should be quick and not prevent you from finishing the timed purchases.

For me it was straight off the bat with the entire Halloween prize concept again. Even if good at out, you still end up horrible. Then we had the glitches with vehicles and then blegh. Once the vehicles happened I practically was on the edge. I contacted them that even though I did get my vechicles back, I still wasn’t getting payouts. Three days and no reply. I sent it once, they should’ve gotten it. I don’t do twice. I’m a paying customer since I downloaded this game since the Valentines event; I don’t expect special treatment. I still haven’t even unlocked Snake yet, let alone start this week that’s about to end. To be honest, I don’t mind Family Guy, on show, making fun of religion, I don’t. But to save up a long summary, I don’t agree with Jesus being money costing. Especially like most characters- were once free.
Blegh, the only real characters I care about during this event is Santa, Nutcracker Stewie, T-9000, and Sarah, and God.

I’m with you on that. I’ve gone back to unlocking the Mayor. Two of my attack buildings are useless and if i use the third one it pulls in other characters and ruins their current assignment.

Not even past Snake yet, knowing TinyCo, no extensions, and if so, thank you. But usually that extra week is filled with even more things to unlock. Disappointed that a religious figure costs money, even if it’s fictional. As long as I got Sarah, Nutcracker Stewie, T-9000, and God, I’m okay. I’ll be disappointed that I didn’t get Veteran Herbert and Pilot Quagmire though.

Hey Bunny – hope you are feeling better / starting to feel better.
For what it’s worth, I find characters are not pulled into battles if they are doing things in the North Pole. If they are doing things in Quahog or are in inventory (e.g., Stewie), they get pulled in.

First welcome back and we all hope you are better now and heading back to 100 percent.
The vehicle/battles issue is a tough one. My humma was returned to its original level, but not the strength it was. So, I could only do battles with all three drivers to get any type of payoff. Any combo of two drivers showed nothing and paid out the same as did a solo driver. I just reached the point today through many three-driver battles and help from puppy Brian since Thursday to where I can drop Peter off and have him help Sarah with hovercraft battles to get some value out of those.
Unless they can figure out a way to return our vehicles to where they were with level AND strength AND add what have been added to them since Thursday, I am not sure there is an easy solution. There will be people who have unable to level up at all (didn’t get Lyle, don’t have puppy Brian) so they will be happy to be back to where they were but I will feel as if my time was wasted if they return me to where I was (wiping out the progress I have made over the five days). I know it is not an easy dilemma, but we have seen TinyCo revert back to previous levels and the problems that that has created.
The biggest issue would be battles that don’t show a payout and also don’t return a payout. Being able to run any battle and at least get a minimum payout like it was prior to the glitches of last week would be a great asset. That was fixed just prior to this latest glitch so returning to that would be huge and at least allow for some return on any battle contested which hasn’t been the case for the last five days.
I do hope they are figuring out how best to accommodate as many players as possible. I am guessing a large number were affected, but there are those that weren’t.

Hey Bunny, hope you are better!
Here is the problem I am struggling with for the last several days. Veteran Herbert went into his first battle and hasn’t returned. The battle is over but I cannot start a new one because he is still shown as busy. I also cannot clear the Robotic Gingerbread Men because Herbert is not available. By the way, I cannot find Herbert anywhere, looks like he has disappeared.
On a side note, I purchased a Gingerbread Tank from a shop for $1 and placed it in Quahog. At first that was problematic because when I tried to start a battle in North Pole Village a message was appearing saying I needed to go to Quahog (to get the Tank). Then I got another Tank for presents and was able to go to one battle with Herbert. I cannot place the tank into inventory to move it to the Village, it’s too important! So, I am not sure if having a Tank in Quahog has anything to do with problems I am experiencing.
I have contacted the Tiny Co from the game’s Help yesterday but haven’t heard back yet.

I am assuming the Tank in Quahog is the issue. Herbert is most likely stuck in that one. Hang in there, they are FLOODED with messages and working to resolve these issues.

I am having the exact same issue. It seems that Herbert is locked it the tank in quahog. I hope they fix soon!

I had this issue earlier, i force closed the game, restarted it and Herbert reappeared wandering in Quahog, I sent him to clear a gingerbread man and task worked as intended, after this was completed he showed as available in the battle area again. Hope this helps.

Good to have you back Bunny. Hope you’re feeling a bit better and were well enough to enjoy your Christmas. Just plodding along thinking the glitches might be resolved in the next update. I unfortunately never got my Lyle issue resolved but I’m thinking they are probably snowed under with the holidays. Hasn’t had too big an impact on my play apart from making it difficult to compltely destroy the village at the highest levels. It’s a pity these glitches have had such an impact on the Event as they seem to have got a better balance this time and the trade-ins are much improved from the Halloween event. But unfortunately not an awful lot can be done when glitches hit over the holidays, little patience goes a long way at times like this. Look after yourself Bunny….

Welcome Back. Welcome Back. Welcome Back. I was locked out of my game for 2 days from Christmas until Sunday. Tinyco sent me a email telling me that the crashing issue was fixed. But now two days behind and not exactly where I want to be on the Leaderboards. Hopefully Tinyco will compensate for those missing 2 days that I am behind on the Leaderboards.

Bunny, I have two tanks in my game; one that I bought for coins in the market, and the other that I had to use 200 presents on so I could get the other stuff that was in the workshop, and now ever since I got the second tank…I can’t use Herbert, he is MIA. Do you think that Herbert will be back, they will take my 2nd tank away, and I will get those 200 presents back that I needed to spend, even though I already had a tank?

It’s kinda messed up its been a week and still not resolved. Been messaging in game all week long and still no response. They’ll respond after the event and apologize for lagging on the reply. Puppy Brian really doesn’t drop the stuff needed to drop items to upgrade cars and I have been stuck for over a week

Not sure what you are referring to. Puppy Brian is dropping the items as intended in my game (each one has it’s own drop rate, they are not all ALWAYS).
As for response, as you can see, EVERYONE is messaging them right now. It is gonna be some time before they can get to every single persons message. Easier to relay info to the masses via sites like mine for those all having the same issues.
They have resolved a lot of the issues, now they are fine tuning and continuing to tweak the issues still remaining.

Puppy Brian’s ALWAYS drop isn’t always dropping in my game either, has missed at least 5 which is unfortunate as it’s not contributing towards the only route back in to the game.

You do realize there is a difference in those that comment on their Facebook vs those in TECH that respond to the TECH issues, right? Still… do NOT come to my page to take out your anger. You want to have a go at them… have a go at THEM. Their Facebook Page for instance. THEY run it. It belongs to THEM. Keep anger at them off MY site and MY helpful posts. Glad you’re back Bunny! I made the mistake of visiting the official Facebook page when you were MIA. Oh the anger and the idiocy! People are ranting endlessly about Tinyco wasting time with posting videos on the FB page. Don’t they realize that the graphics department probably prepared those weeks ago and has absolutely nothing to do with the programmers trying to fix the current bugs in the game?

I try to avoid that Facebook page at any cost. It is just a flurry of nothing but trolls. Quite a ridiculous show of “humanity”. Just makes you cringe to think there “humans” out there like that.
Like you said, assumptions that promotions department and tech support are the same. I can tell you personally, they are most definitely NOT the same people. One I get images from for promotional use along with occasional videos upon request, small department, few people. The other is NOTHING but tech support. If I was to ask tech support for an image, they would laugh at me… a LOT. If I was to ask promotions for help on a technical issue, the same. Lol. 😉
It’s pretty much like people telling ME to go into their game and fix an issue. I have no access to any of that.

I wouldn’t call it wasting time, but I think for being the promotion/social side of things, the problem some people were having was they could’ve posted an update like they sometimes do for issues, as well as the video/add friends posts etc. Just a quick acknowledgement that the tech team was doing something would’ve helped calm a lot of people I think. But like you say, there are many who just get too angry about a game. Nothing can calm them lol XD
