Hey there Superheroes!!!!
It seems that TinyCo dropped the Phase 2 of the Event yesterday, kind of. It seems some of it is not quite functioning the way it is supposed to be. I am still waiting for verification from TinyCo of what is going on.
In the meantime, I am playing through the game and see just what I can pull from the game as far as stats.
First up, the Basics
- Players will need to complete week one main Questline to part 10
- Players will need to have at LEAST District 3 Unlocked and Al’s completed
- You will need to be on App Market Version 1.27.1/1.27.2 in order to see the full content
- Players will only see this on the Mobile App Version (iOS, Google, Amazon, Facebook). NOT Windows Stand Alone
- PLAY THE GAME! Items unlock in stages and as you progress, so if you do not see an item it is most likely you have not progressed far enough in the Main Questline to unlock it. Check details below for more specifics on unlock points
- Don’t have a TON of Tasks open in your Task Menu. If you have too many open, no new ones can arrive. (Keep it under 10). If you do not see new Tasks popping up, clear out some incomplete Tasks already on your List to make room for more

UPDATE 7/29/16: Per TinyCo, in order to ensure Players progress… those in Pt. 1 and trigger Crocs, they will ALWAYS drop Jewels until you clear the Task that needs Jewels, then they will go back to RARE setting. Bane ALWAYS drop them after he is completely defeated. For those that did not trigger this option for Crocs to get the better drops, a separate quick Questline will show up asking you to clear a Croc so you can get some drops too.

You will now notice a Repair Hammer by the Asylum. Tapping on it will pop up the request to repair the Gates for $1000. It is an instant repair. WARNING: Repairing the Gates WILL pop up Aquaman in a cage in front of it to collect items for. This also starts his 7 DAY TIMER.
PARKING GARAGE
Here is what you can see your Spawn time for the next Villian (like the Super Villian and Killer Crocs). It is also what you can see upcoming for the next Phase and what will be required to move into the next Phase.
Phase 3 will require you to be to Power Level 8
BATTLE THUG
You will find a very detailed post on the Battles HERE.
This will not trigger until you start Fight or Flight Pt. 3 You will then see a Thug wandering your street. Tapping on him will bring up the “Defeat the Villian” screen.
In order to Battle, you will need to pick a Character. Tap on the + over the Character Shadow to pick one. Yes, you’ll see TWO spots… but that’s for higher leveled Thugs. You only need ONE to Fight.
THUG: 2+ Strength
Battle Characters (as of Phase 1): Your Characters will need to be FULL BAR STRENGTH to battle. If they are not, you can’t. If you tap on them to “HEAL” them, it will tell you how much time you have to wait til they are fully healed… or the Clam options to fill up the Bars you need

I just need to get to level 8 to start phase 3, but it’s very slow going without the boost from buying buildings at Wayne Tower. The freakin’ hard last item is way out of my league and not worth it to me, but it would probably put me into phase 3 quickly with 350 power points. Too bad, so sad. At this rate, I’ll have enough kryptonite to zip through items for phase 3, though. Also can collect various phase 3 items via tasks while still in phase 2.
The mansion in the store drops 15 or 16 rings each pickup, so it’s basically producing 1 ring per hour if you pick up promptly every 16 hours. Don’t know about the others. But I would have bought it sooner if I had realized what a good ring producer it was. I had thought it just dropped one ring each time. It is rather a huge building, but looks nice.

This is so frustrating! I can’t advance past the first phase. I have sent message after message to tech support with no real response. My screen freezes when I tap on Batman and Superman Peter’s check marks or exclamation points. I can’t move past Batman doing batarang tricks. I’ve spent a lot of money on clams and nothing helps–restarting the app, emptying my cookies, and restarting my phone. What is happening? Is anyone else having this problem??? Help meeeeee!

Does anyone know if I pay the 150 clams to “get this” in the Aquaman timer for Catwoman Lois (which is the only thing I need to do to get Aquaman) if that gets me both Catwoman Lois AND Aquaman or does it just bypass the Lois part and just give me Aquaman?

Been experiencing a crash issue since yesterday. It starts with selecting Super Peter and the dialogue exchange is between Mayor West and Quagmire. Unfortunately I don’t know the quest name since it crashes as soon as you hit the “open quest” button so I never get to that part. Not sure if its because there’s another quest and/or item that needs to be completed first and I’m attempting something out of sequence? Currently level 5 and on version 1.27.6 of the game. Any insight is appreciated.

My Bane seems to heal before I can go after him a second time. I didn’t see any info on Bane healing. Is he supposed to heal if you don’t get him attacked again soon enough?

Like seemingly everyone else, I’m stuck halfway to Level 8 with NO significant drops of “POW”/hp at all! Why don’t they fix this? I’ve written TC and just got the usual, “thanks, I’ll report this”. FRUSTRATING.

So far I’m very pleased with myself that I haven’t triggered the Aquaman timer yet. I want to have almost all my kryptonite for Catwoman Lois.
I’m disappointed that Batman costs so many more clams than Superman, since I’m a bigger bat fan. I almost have enough saved for him.
Since I’m trying to not trip the timer, I’m still on part 2 of week 2 and a level 7. The week 2 challenge pop up hasn’t shown up yet either.

I just bought Harley Quinn and her first quest is “Paging Dr. Quinzel pt. 1” and there are two tasks, one is to “have Harley Quinn flip out” and the second is “have Quagmire explore new fetishes” but Quamire does not have that ability. I have regular Quagmire, Speedo, Bathrobe and Navy. Is it just an outfit that I am missing? I searched for this task and no results came up.

I have completed the quest lines up to the last of week 2, have all characters paid and free and loads of the buildings, but still stuck on level 7, halfway. ….really annoying. What can I do?

Hi, I’m on going batty part six, have not bought any buildings with rings, so, I don’t get pow points from that, and I’m halfway through pow level 7. So by the time I finish going batty, it should be on pow level 8. I’m wondering if maybe some players are using Consuelas vacume to collect coins and not getting the pow? I typically collect coins by hand, especially on buildings dropping anything special.

I need help I don’t know how to send a photo but the building I just bought using rings has glitched my game and it kicks me out every 30 seconds, the building is like rotated but the building is the other direction, it doesn’t make sense without a picture, I need help please, I don’t know what to do I contacted tiny co a few times but they’ll probably take a couple days to reply (I don’t know I’m just assuming) being a family guy addict I really need to get back in… I tried commenting before but I don’t think it went through.

Is anyone finding that, when they use Superman Peter to battle a thug, it costs Wonderwoman healing time too even those she wasn’t in the battle? Just trying to work out if it is a glitch.

Bunny, are you aware of tinyco replacing clams. I hit an item (health packs) in the shopping cart and then hit the “nah” button, but it still acted like I bought them. I didn’t even mean to hit them in the first place and assumed the “nah” button would stop the sale but it’s cost me 100″clams for a worthless item. I wrote them but haven’t heard anything back. Thanks!

Question. I had already clicked on Aquaman before I knew he was a timed character, so I missed out on the opportunity to stock up on things first. I’ve managed to secure all the items needed for him with the exception of Catwoman. I’m down to less than a day, and I am nowhere near getting the Wayne tower item before Catwoman let alone Catwoman herself. Getting the red bags of jewels has been next to impossible.
So, to finally get to my question. If I spend the 150 clams to complete the Catwoman task to unlock Aquaman, does it just clear that task, or will it also include Catwoman and clear her from Wayne Tower?

I answered this in the comments a few times already and I will put it here too, short of it… for ANY character… those “Clam Buy” options are only for the Requirements themselves. In this case, only to bypass a Task. Character unlock still has to happen. 🙂

Any thoughts how to get more *pow* – I have finished all the quest lines so far. Am beating up Bane and fish men every chance I get – even have 60 kriptonite sawed up but still only halfway through level 7 – it will take another few days at this rate which seems weird when I’ve done all the quest lines. Anyone else having this problem?

Aquaman’s always been my favorite superhero and I’ve whittled him down to, at the very worst, I’ve at least got the clams to buy him. Going to hold out and see if I can at get him as clam cheap as I can.

Hi Bunny. Great work here… the event seems smoother with you on top of everything. I’m on track with the event except for the power points. I’m through the questline but I’m only halfway in level 7. I have most of the buildings to get as much Pow as I can but doesn’t look like I can get to level 8 gaining these small points, especially in the next day or two. Is there any way to get big points?

Other than buying Decorations with Rings, it is just collecting constantly on the Buildings. I made mention to them of the delay on POW points

From my experience, buying the decos with rings isn’t dropping any POW points. Only buildings and crocs. I’m stuck at 50% of level 7 for a day or two. I have messaged Tinyco, but it usually takes them a few days to respond.

Buying decor with rings doesn’t get you POW. Just a ring waste if you ask me. I’d rather hope to make it to phase three and buy a new building that might actually get POW. Cause the cat decors, while cute, get you nothing. I’m still stuck half way in level 7 and 3 days after the new phase has dropped😥 also, some of the quest lines only drop seemingly useless rings, no POW at all. This is frustrating.

I just purchased Superman using my clams because it said he fought Bane (I thought) but it appears that he doesn’t? Can someone look at their superman character and tell me if he is supposed to fight Bane?

I’m really frustrated. The Aquaman shorts drops have been terrible for me. I’ll have Catwoman unlocked in time for his task, but I still need 6 shirts with only 20 hours left. 😦

You have 2 characters Joe and Herbert for a chance of 2 sweaters. Plus one of the buildings puchased from kryponite has chance of 2 sweaters. Takes 8 hrs each time. With 20 hours you have a chance of getting 8 max sweaters. If by then you still don’t have enough at least you can use clams.
Overall I agree sweaters are quite tough. More rare than Starfish.

I got everything for Aquaman (final starfish last night), but I’m still 27 Kryptonite away from Catwoman. 8.5 hours to go, and I definitely won’t get it. I’m just sad I didn’t stockpile Kryptonite in Phase 1 – I stupidly thought I’d need the cash to craft other things, so I had that stockpiled and now it’s useless.

I just got Catwoman Lois and Aquaman. Was very surprised that their only ‘contribution’ to the game was to fight Bane. I thought they should have a task to help get vitamins, just like Wonder Woman. Perhaps we should feedback to Tiny Co for them to consider. Getting vitamins can be a huge pain, as they are rare but needed for a lot of battles. Not enough characters around to get from.

I see having more characters to battle meaning I need less pills as I can defeat Bane in 1 attack (4pills) rather than 2 attacks (8 pills total) – I’m trying look at it positively. Probably come back and bite me on the backside next phase mind you, often does 😅😅😅😅

True. With Aquaman and WW combined, I can now defeat Bane once every 12 hours. Or twice per day. Guess in the long run, with pills available once every 4 hours, I should have enough as long as there is no break in quest to fight thugs.
Hope Phase 3 is less demanding. Silver lining that I don’t have enough POW to progress means I can store kryptonite. So now just me and my repeated runs of Bane and vitamins. Enjoying the moment!

I’m still perplexed as to why Superman can’t help fight Bane. I’m not a fan of Superman to speak of, but I’d have bought him pretty quickly if he did just to help get gems. As is I’ll hopefully get the last 2 starfish I need for Aquaman and then just “buy” the Catwoman Lois task to unlock him.

So far I’m only having problems with aqua man drops, the scales shirt and starfish haven’t drop for me, already bought the first row on Wayne tower with bane and about 8 or more crocs(not a single starfish) nor scale shirt with both characters working on it and the building… So frustrating sometimes,,

I see we’ll need to get to level 8 to progress to next week (tomorrow, in theory). Anyone else going to have a major problem getting there? I just got to level 7 and that’s after the XP bump from getting catwoman Lois, it’s going to be a long time before I get there.
Not to turn this into a WTD, but how has Tinyco not learned that this XP thing just doesn’t make sense? It seems to be a problem for many people in most long events. Maybe they’ll distribute an XP bump to everyone after people complain for a while, but people will still fall far behind due to an element that really adds no value to the game.

Events are planned months and months in advance. Things get changed up to and including during the live event that can impact unknowingly those mechanics pre-set. So many game house (not just TC) have to adjust on the fly depending on player progress

Yeah and I know they’ll probably make some kind of adjustment eventually. But why even have XP levels (event-wise and in general)? As far as I can see it doesn’t add anything to the game except 1) delay players’ access to new content, and 2) occasional use for (ugh) leaderboards.
I really think the XP thing is one of the major factors that make the longer events more stressful and run less smoothly than the week-long events that don’t use it. I just don’t see the point.

I have to say I agree. I got everything sorted, got Aquaman early this morning with 1.5 days left on his timer (a lot easier than I initially thought!) and am now stockpiling Kryptonite by defeating Bane as often as possible. Hich is simple with Peter, Lois, Aquaman and Wonderwoman…
But I am only halfway through POW level 7 so I’m not sure I will make it to level 8 in time. Do we know the best way to get POW? I bought a few of the plastic ring buildings but they don’t help much, from the looks of it best is to clear as many killer crocs as possible? But again this takes ages 😉
On the plus side I now got 40 Kryptonite stockpiled already so one I get to week 3 I should have a bit of a reserve to burn through 🙂

Disclaimer: I am spending a few Clams this time – I couldn’t resist.
That said, I have all 4 of the new characters, Peter and Lois’ new skins (I refuse to gamble real money to MAYBE get Stewie’s) and have completed all the questlines for each of them – including the main questline up to part 9. I even have the 3 buildings you can buy with the Plastic Rings, but for some reason I am falling short on Power Points – only halfway to level 8 to be able to advance to the next phase. I know I still have a couple of days until then, but that bar is moving reeeeeal slooooow…
Anyone else having this issue, or am I missing something?

Your post is almost word for word what I wanted to say. With only a little over a day to go, I’m only about 20% complete on level 7. Nothing I can really do now to speed it up. Benefit is, I am now able to get 24 or 28 kryptonite per day, so I should have a ton when I do hit level 8.

Is anyone else having trouble reaching level 8? I’ve been done with phase 2 main quest for a couple days, placed all buildings that drop pow points, completed all side quests possible, have all characters unlocked (not robin stewie) and now simply battling bane as often as possible but those battles don’t seem to bump up the level very much. I completed the top row of tasks in Wayne tower same night as release due to kryptonite I managed to save, but the game was having some issues at that time and now I’m not sure if those counted for pow points. i messaged, but any suggestions? I’d hate to be delayed in starting phase 3 especially after finally being ahead in a phase 2 for the first time ever!!!

Yeah I’m exactly the same as you. None of the characters tasks seem to drop pow points so I’m really unsure as to how we’re supposed to reach level 8 before tomorrow, I’m only halfway there. It would be really annoying to be delayed because of this as I need to get Harley Quinn like yesterday. D:

I’m in a similar situation sitting at about level 7 1/2. They seem to have a hard time scaling these in all events. I think it was the last one when I was way behind but my event level was way above what was needed to advance. They have made adjustments during events before but that probably takes widespread issues gaining levels.

I just reached Level 8. The only thing I did different was use my stash of kryptonite in Week 1 to buy the bat mobile which had me behind in getting the stuff in the Wayne Tower. I’m all caught up now. I have not purchased any premium characters or buildings but did go through a lot of free clams to speed up tasks.

I am having the same issue, I have purchased (that don’t require clams) all the building that produce “POW” and completed all tasks but still only halfway to level 8..

I am stuck in my game because for 2 days I haven’t been able to click on Wonder Woman flying in her jet. She has completed the task, but when I click her the game freezes. TinyCo has not answered my request for help yet. Any suggestions? Has this happened to anyone else?

Any idea when the wayne mansion for 300 rings will be abailable for purchase? I’m kinda guessing you need to unlock the batcave first. Just a guess

Everyone unlocked and everything cleared from the wayne manor except bat cave .
Does batman need to spend the day missing his parents for it to unlock?

just to clarify, the name of the building I am talking about is called the eccentric millionaires mansion that is locked. At the last minute I grabbed the Bat Cave and glad I did cauae i am now saving up for supermans prison and have all week to get the legion of doom building.

Tried reading thru and didn’t see this mentioned. But I think I remember it from a previous event that used this format, it looks like I have been stuck in the middle of level 7 for a couple days now, building pow and croc kill pow don’t seem to be changing it. In game messaged TC, anyone else seeing this?

They monitor progress and usually adjust.

I just noticed that when you use the Consuela vacuum instead of manually clicking on the buildings that have XP payouts, you don’t get those. That could be the major reason people are having issues getting to level 8

It does still… you just don’t see it. But per TinyCo and me testing… it is still collecting. Just really hard to see due to there is not a point by point reflection of the POW as it adds for you to visually confirm +6 or + whatever was added. 🙂

Hello everybody, today i’ll unlock catwoman lois in freemium way; to get her in past days i just fought bane with peter and WW, so i’m still at the sixth part of going batty, waiting for defeating thug 2 times. Somebody can describe next steps of going batty, to know if i can pass to the third week in time? Thanks

Am I missing something? I have everything done for both Phases with the exception of the “hard” prizes, but my POW is only at level 7 with about 20% of a bar to level 8. Fights are not increasing my bar fast enough to be level 8 by Wednesday. I’ve even purchased some of the items with rings to get POW points.

Starfish have a horrible drop rate for as many as we need. I just got the first one in at least two full days, and I’m only at 4 with two days left. Hooks are also dropping slowly as a freemium player. Hopefully not being able to unlock Aquaman in time won’t ruin progression for the rest of the event. Item requirements for timed characters have been getting more ridiculous with each new event. Too many rare drops that have too high a number needed.

Do we know this weeks questline to part 9 yet? I’m up to part 6 where you need to defeat 2 thugs and have peter do a task but I’m using all my pills for defeating Bane until I get Catwoman Lois. Only a few more trades and she will be mine >:) muahaha
