  1. Well, I am in phase 3, but won’t be able to unlock Lion Joe. The whole thing is off in like 2 days maybe…:$ Or even less.
I spent so much time playing this event, spent thousands of coins, and hundreds of clams for nothing…:( I think this was the last time I played an event.

  2. I don’t have tin woodman yet and it’s going to be a while before I get him, so I’m guessing I won’t be moving into phase 3 before the event ends in 3 days..
I am on Over the rainbow PT 7 & await a few more items to unlock woodman.

I need 2 more scrap metal, which should be done today, and six more tubes. Those are what take the longest and my first retrieval didn’t result in a tube, setting me back.

  3. I think I made a mistake, bought the emerald town hall, but failed to realise that it’s a skin and not a building. Now it’s locked in my inventory. Will I stil be able to use it eventually (don’t have town hall yet, working towards unlocking Stewie and I think the town hall comes after that). So in short I wasted 200 emeralds, so people don’t make the same mistake that I did XD

  4. Still trying to get enough scrap metal and lube tubes to finish Tinman Quagmire. He had better not hold me up on being able to finish the third piece for Glinda on time!

  5. After initial doubts over the drop rate for the oil, it’s been OK for me. I have just made it to part 7 and only need 5 more scrap metal and 5 more tubes of lube. Currently stocking up on buff munchkins for week 2 challenge tomorrow.

  6. How can I get phase 2 to start? Do I have to buy all items on phase 1 board?

  7. I seem stuck on the first phase. How do I get the second phase to start? It wants me to fight the witch twice, but I am trying to get the right water items from only the scarecrow and it hasn’t happened. I cleared the 26 monkieys and got the tree yesterday.

  8. Is anyone else having horrible drop rates for oil cans? I’m getting about 1/7 drop.

    • The only buildings that have drops are those released during the event, the Oz related buildings. No older buildings have drops, some are needed for character tasks though but you will see what building is needed on the task when you select it.

  11. Well, I’m not sure which to get first, the Donut Hole Diner or Glinda’s Ruby Palace. Peter is working on scrap metal, uncommon drop, 15 needed… The palace is the only source for tubes of lube 10 needed and a common drop. Seeing the main quest line ahead is so helpful, it makes strategy planning possible, but, not sure which way to go.

    • Since the scrap metal is uncommon and an 8hr drop, and I’ve only had 1 up to now drop I’m going for the Donut Hole Diner, also another reason is scrap metal costs more to clam purchase if necessary, 24 clams each compared to the tubes which are only 14 clams each, and common with 6hr drop. These are the facts I tend to look at when I strategise. So for me it’s the Donut a Hole Diner, Glinda’s Ruby Palace and then the Emerald City Gates. You need the scarecrow to point you in the right direction, lol
