Mobster Event Week 2 LIVE!!

It’s been a crazy first week of the Mobsters Event, and now we are about to add to the Mix. Time to Upgrade the Mansion and see what new goodies are in store for our lil Mafia Town.

With the Mobsters Event rounding the end of Week 1, figured I would spotlight one of the First  of the Two Characters (Costume) you can unlock into your Quahog through game play.The Fatfather Peter

Mobster Event 101: MORE Character Tasks to Earn Stuff

UPDATE 6/10 545PM EST: Got confirmation from TinyCo that they WILL be moving the task to drop Pawtucket Brewery Tickets from Mort to another separate Character. So going forward, Mort will ONLY have the Dog Food task. Hope this helps some Players concerned with the visual drops on the Brewery Items. 🙂 

Instead of Mort, the Brewery task now requires Brian’s “Drink a Beer” task.

 

UPDATE: It looks as though the new tasks were not supposed to release just yet. Hang in there, we may see there return as soon as the release of new content tomorrow afternoon.

Quahog Mob Walkthroughs: Week 1

Hello There Clammers!

Quahog has gone gangster and brought us an offer we can’t refuse!  As Don Corleone has decided to setup shop for his counterfeit cookie operation right in Quahog…and he’s enlisted Peter’s help!

During the first week of the Quahog Mob Event you’ll unlock the Fatfather, hire goons to take down a bunch of rival cookie trucks, defeat Conseula at her own cookie game..and collect lots and lots of cookies!  Of course there will be questlines to help along the way.  Completing the questlines will help you earn more cookies and mob rep (which will help you unlock cool prizes!)!

Mobster Event LIVE!! UPDATED

Hey there Gangsters!

TinyCo decided to drop a pretty cool update on us. Looks like I better put on my Zoot Suit and grab my Tommy Gun, cuz it’s about to go all Gangster up in here. 😉Reload your game

In order to have the Update Launch, go to your App Market and download the 1.9.0 Version of the app. For those that experienced the “Idle” Consuela Error Pop Up, please force close and restart the app to clear it out. You will also need to be in district 3 and have Al’s unlocked as well.

The FatFather/ Mobster Event will End THURDSAY JULY 9TH @3PM PACIFIC TIME!!!

So far we have seen it on iOS, nothing in Google Play just yet so hang in there. Keep Checking. It is in Google now, may have to search or restart device to locate it. FatFather Pop Up

Say Hello To My Lil Update!!!

UPDATE IS LIVE!!! Force close and restart to clear “idle” error. More details coming in a separate post. 

I got an offer I know you can’t refuse…

Looks like the Update info is starting to hit the iOS Market. NO THE ACTUAL UPDATE IS NOT HERE YET. But it does give us an even further peek into just what we’re going to have in store for the upcoming Update.

There is an error message some of you are seeing. The “idle” error will be patched soon so hang tight.

If it’s typical TinyCo release time, we’ll most likely see it hit later tonight at the earliest. Of course we’ll be here giving you the play by play of what we do see once it does go live.

Players will need to be on the new 1.9.0 app store update have District 3 unlocked in order to take part. So make sure you watch for the Updates and load them when you can.

In the meantime are YOU getting excited? Can’t wait for the Fatfather? Craving some Cannoli’s? I know I am.

Let me just say…as EEEEEE as Bunny was over Star Trek, i’m even more EEEEEEE over this update!  Seriously love me some mobster history!  (perhaps it’s the Italian in me or the fact that a LOT of my family had mob connections “back in the days”).  Pretty stoked for this update!
