Was this real? Was it all a dream? Did all that really happen? Well the bruises all over my body, every part of me aching, and the memories say it really happened. AND I LOVED EVERY LAST MOMENT!!! Good thing there was someone close by with a lil Lemon Pledge. 🙂
Update 7/29: TinyCo has added a few more tasks to Patrick’s task set. They’ve been updated below…
Update 8/12: Patrick’s 4hr task always drops Red Pesticides while his 24hr task will drop batteries, however remember they’re still a rare item so it won’t always drop.

It’s nerd city in Quahog these days as the Comic-Con Event is upon us! Not only have the nerds invaded the streets of Quahog, but celebrities are popping up all over the place! The first celebrity you’ll discover invading Comic-Con is Sir Patrick Stewart!
Personally, I’m a HUGE fan of this aspect of the Comic-Con Event. I think it’s incredibly awesome to see guest stars make appearances, as playable characters, in TQFS! It adds a level of excitement to the game, and I’m loving every minute of it! Can’t wait to see how the others make their grand entrances!
Of course to enjoy all Patrick Stewart has to offer in TQFS you’ll have to unlock him, which is sometimes easier said than done! So let’s take a closer look at the details behind this Earl Grey sipping actor, who’ll make all the Trekie’s in Quahog faint….

Comic-Con has arrived in Quahog! (well if you’re on iOS at least…) And I know many of you are curious about what’s in store for our Tiny Quahog during this event!
So with that in mind here’s the full quick walkthrough that can be completed for now (my assumption is this will get us through the Android launch on 7/31..). Update 5:30PM EDT: An Update JUST hit Android devices…BUT this is NOT Comic-Con. Instead this is an update to prep the Android Devices for the event. However, it won’t roll out until the 31st.
Also, this should fix the issue of Android users not being able to visit iOS Neighbors. 🙂

I know many of you have expressed in the comments that your iOS device is crashing with the latest update. Mine did too, but then again it’s an iPad 1 😉 So, we reached out to TinyCo about the issue in an effort to try and see if there was a solution. Here’s the response right from TinyCo:
Due to the amount of content and animations associated with the new event, players on older devices may experience more crashing due to lack of RAM on their device. If you are having constant crash issues try closing out all other apps and restarting the device before opening FG:TQFS again. We’re aware of this and are investigating this further.
So if you’re experiencing a crash issue with your iOS device right now try one of the suggestions above. If that doesn’t work, sit tight (as hard as it is) because they’re looking into it.

Looks like the late night updates continue…either that or someone pushed the “red button” a little too early…in either case if you play on iOS head to your App Store and download the latest version of TQFS….
As always more details as I work through the game…and wake myself up (it is nearly 2 am here)..
So…I’ve gone through the update (as have many of you) and at the moment…nothing is new.
It appears as if someone did in fact press the “red button” too early OR this is similar to what happened when they rolled out Full Moon. It hit Android devices but didn’t trigger until Apple had the download (which, if I remember correctly, was close to a week).
In any event…I’ll keep checking and seeing if I see anything new pop up in the game via iOS…but for now it’s nearly 2:30 am…this is my 3rd game update of the day…I’m going to bed.
Update: Just after 7am on the East Coast of the US the event has officially started for iOS players. Details will be coming shortly……

Ok i’ve FINALLY been able to go through the game and check things out…rundown is below the fold.
Update: 1:30 PM EDT… I’ve added a lot of info below, including a glitch report from TinyCo about known glitches that they’re working on. I still have to finish playing through everything myself to get the rest of the details. This is as updated as it’s going to get for now…right now I’ve gotta actually work, work. More as I can get some time to go through it…

Update: Just got word from our friends at TinyCo that the extension will end at 9pm TinyCo Time (PDT)…which is midnight on the East Coast & 0400GMT.
We were hoping (and they were pushing) for a 24 hr extension…BUT with the new update due to drop tomorrow (7/24) they’re up against TIGHT time restrictions. Hopefully letting you guys know now about the end time will help you get everything you need to unlock your final toys….

Just after 1pm TinyCo Time (PDT) the new toy for the extended portion of the event has dropped…
The new toy to collect is the Robot Trap Jaw. (thank you to the readers who pointed it out to me 🙂 )
All the same rules as before apply with regards to characters that can earn the Robot and the task length.
And we can now confirm….at least in my B game…nothing new has been added to the box. So it’s the exact same content as before, just 1 extra day for it all.
