Hi ladies.
My wife’s phone wasn’t working so she went to log into her game from my phone. My last save point was clicked and her game is now gone. Her fb is now linked to my game. I emailed from my game. What else do I do? She does not have a screenshot of her id. Help before she kills me and throws my phone out the window!

She did what many others sharing devices make the mistake of doing… using LINK instead of LOAD. Only option at this time is message TinyCo to UNLINK the two games and get you each back your own. It will take some time, but they can do it. Nothing we can do here. Sorry.
In the future… ALWAYS LOAD. Never ever ever LINK… as that is exactly what it does, LINK the account to the current game.

I’m sure this has been suggestion 1000x’s, but today I sent TC a suggestion to add a red CANCEL but to the character task/timer popups.

I currently have my game linked to my one & only Facebook account that I’ve always used, but I only know one person that has the game linked. I would like to create another fb account & link it to my game so I can invite more friends without worrying about privacy issues, but I’m worried that it won’t work, that I’ll lose my game progress or something. Is it possible to link a game to another fb account after it’s already been linked to one?

Facebook hates me… so they’ve locked my account out like 4 times now. It’s pretty easy to do. Just snag a screenshot of your game stats and Player ID first just in case.
Then after setting up and establishing new Facebook account you can start process of unlinking old one and linking new one.

Is there a charge for visiting Ollie land? On a few occasions I’ve noticed my coins after visiting there are reduced, just now from over 12000 to nearly 10000! Unsure if it’s a glitch or what?

Is anyone stil having trouble with the game stopping during the load screen? I have a droid turbo and an elipsis 7 and the game won’t load on either. Last time I was on it was 2am Monday morning. I’ve emailed tiny co several times with no response other than the auto response email

gotta say I am getting a little frustrated. I am trying to get rambo lois. For the last 3 days I keep trying for headband. Every 2 hours I try and still can’t get one. I got the others easily. I am very tempted to use some of my clams.

Do NOT use Clams. It really is not that worth it for a Costume. Just keep going. We have all been there in the Districts with those Epic Drops. Headbands, Eyeballs, Plutonium… Districts are meant to take time. Save your Clams for items you want.

I have a question. My town is getting too crowded. I have stored a few things that don’t earn money. I would like to clear some of the forest or grass but it costs a lot of money and I keep having to place things that are expensive, so the clear area never gets done. I don’t have money to buy coins but I thought maybe someone could suggest a good way to earn money quickly. Thanks

Office Farms. Build a bunch of offices and clear them frequently. Don’t buy coins…it’s never worth it.

What do you mean by “auto collect”? Are you playing on Windows Stand Alone? Or are you on the fully equipped Mobile App through Amazon, Google, or iOS?

I am playing on windows. I thought that there was an option where they would collect your points automatically even when you weren’t playing the game. I figured out what auto collect meant. I figured out how to switch costumes. I have a question about cleaveland. Is there any way to get him without using coins. He has been on my to do list and I can’t get it off.

Windows is a Stand Alone only version. It will be nothing like the Mobile App we mainly cover. No Events, limited Characters, only goes to just before District 9.
In the Mobile App, he is not available to get right now.

sorry to keep asking questions but how do you have the game auto collect. On my game menu it just says options and inventory. I am losing a lot of money. Also how do you have a character change clothes. I love this game and if I could figure out how to do stuff. Thanks

How do you mean “auto collect”? There is no button to push, but if you wait a minute while playing… you will see the game gather your coins and XP to your totals. That or you can tap on them individually. Just don’t leave the game until it does.

How do I “un-christmas” the Griffin house?

Tap on it. Next to the image of the house you will see a green arrow, tap on that. It will open a drop down box with all the “facades” for the house. Tap on the one you want or the first one that will send it back to the regular house. (circle with slash through it)

What level do you put in your Facebook info in? I got a new phone and was on level 59 and had a shit ton of characters and outfits. I figured when I had to in install it and reinstall it on my old phone and that’s what happened. I’m on level 5 and it hasn’t asked yet

I am unable to make the last two items in the brewery without using clams. Can anyone help me figure out why? One is a band member and the other is a fountain.
Not spending the clams to get them, just ready to get rid of the items to send people on quests for; bottles, handles, caps, etc.

Why won’t the quest for perfume finish once I collected all the perfume, it restarted for me to collect again? And it says not ready yet?

From the Factory? Or Sprayers? Sorry just two things with Perfume going on right now…
If it’s the factory, could be a glitch. Best bet is to contact TinyCo and let them know what happened. If it’s the Sprayers, Glenda is needed to collect them

I’m still new to the game so the Valentine’s event is the first event for me. But I was wondering what happens to the buildings that are event specific once the event ends? Do they remain in my Quahog and start producing coins instead of cards or do they go away?

Hi! Great site! Since I haven’t been playing too long-only since Comic con- I haven’t seen any way to unlock Cleveland!!! The pyramid quest written about in earlier posts never came to me. I’m a level 26. Any thing I should be going for?? Where do I look/do?

Cleveland was part of the Kingdom Event and has not returned just yet for newer players. They are working on it though. 😉

Unlocking Anime Peter
Hi, I try to unlock Anime Peter, and have already all achieves, miss only one – Eyeball. I tried few times Make Dr. Hartman prepare for a exam and make Peter have eye-ripping fun, but I didnt get any achieves. I try about 10 times, but all was unsuccessful.

Keep going. It is an epic item that takes a bit to acquire. It will drop on eventually. That or you can always opt for a clam buy out on it instead. Try to get it for free though. 😉

Depends completely on your device. Mine is a Galaxy S4 and I have to go into my Settings, Applications Manager, find the app, uninstall it. Just check your device to see how to uninstall apps.

Have you made a guide to getting blam? As it is right now it’s working the same as king butt and I was only able to collect 90,000 butts. I play freemium and don’t have enough clams to purchase any helpers. Any tips for getting blam quicker?

Can I reset my game to the beginning so that I can start afresh, tried to uninstall and delete the game from my phone memory but on rreinstall it started where I left it.
I haven’t signed in properly to the game yet, just playing anonymously at the moment

I was able to do this early on in the game. I uninstalled, cleared the cache, restarted my device…then I reinstalled it from the app store. See if that works for you. If not, the next best thing to do is start a game on another device and save it to an email address (or Facebook account) and use that account to log into your game on your phone.

Try a hard close, then shut your device off completely to clear the memory cache. Then fire everything back up. If this doesn’t work, the next step is an uninstall/reinstall (make sure your game has an email account set up, or Facebook/Google linked account). If this does nothing, send an in-game message to TinyCo (main menu/help & support/contact us). This will open a “ticket” and dialog between you and the tech rep. Give them as much information as possible.i.e device used, description of problem, when it started..etc. Good luck. Let us know the status. 😉

Is it possible to collect multiple items in one click or swipe other than just waiting for them to auto-collect?

In your town, just let cash and XP or items auto collect if you don’t feel like tapping each one…..while visiting “friends”, you don’t have to wait to collect…just move on to the next town. There is no multi collect feature.

I accidentally deleted the Swanson house when I was trying to move it around and now there are tasks I can’t access because they require the swanson house to complete. I have looked in the shop and I can’t find the swanson house anywhere. Is there any way to get it back?

You can’t delete (or sell) buildings. You more than likely stored it. Check out this post, although about a different topic…it’ll tell you how to retrieve it from your inventory. 🙂

purchased clams I bought the 130 package. Igot the Brian cryptic sarcophagus it wouldn’t open and froze the game . I restarted it and I lost my clams but got nothing for them. Please fix this issue . ****
