As far as your game, yes as long as you have an account saved you’ll get it back.
As far as the eyeball is concerned….we’ve all been there. It’s taken some of us months to get it.

I have not been able to collect any blimp plutonium (necessary to build the blimp) since the Halloween event started over a week ago. I have all the other ingredients.
I understand that it’s exra-rare, but I’m wondering if there is some kind of block on getting plutonium and/or building the blimp during the event.

Nope, no block. Just a hard item to earn. Did you unlock Jailhouse Meg? She helps with it as well..

can any one help me, if you sign into facebook then change phones then download the game and sign back into Facebook, does it save your data from when you signed in before?

Just make sure you are logged into YOUR facebook first on the device itself, then launch the game and sign in.

I’m still having trouble with the fragrance factory too. Tinyco responded saying they were working on the problem almost 2weeks ago. I have sent everything I can multiple times. Should I find and try another device?

I haven’t been able to get into my family guy game for two days now. This is due to a data error reading popping up during loading. I did try uninstalling and reinstalling the game yesterday and still not working. I am hoping when it does work again my stuff didn’t delete during the uninstalling and reinstalling. This is also setting me back for my quest. Please help me fix quick

As long as you have an account created you’re ok with your game.
As far as it not working…seems like you’ve already done the basic troubleshooting. Next step is to contact TinyCo and let them know what’s going on…you can find their email in this post:

Hi my fiancee has had a huge problem and there for lost all her save for it which has really wound her up spending alot of time/ money on it and getting to level 40. She was signed in with facebook, so her account was linked to that. She loaded up the game on the Halloween event, and it crashed once loading it back up after the crash it wiped everything including the save linked to her Facebook. Is there a way to restore this? we’ve both contacted TinyCo multiple times and we’ve heard nothing over a duration of 2 weeks

I know it is frustrating not being able to play, just please be patient with them. The Facebook issue is very time consuming to correct, but they are working as fast as they can to restore those impacted. Just stay in touch with them and if you see the auto response email asking you to reply if still an issue…make sure you reply to that message.

It’s stuck at the moment. TinyCo is working on fixing it…other tasks should help, but the banshee one (for whatever reason) doesn’t seem to be leveling him up

Asked this earlier on the wrong thread but can’t find my comment anywhere. What happens when we have more than one million coins? I’m very close to that total and worried about a glitch because the little window only has space for six figures and you know how some games reset you to zero when the counter can’t handle the amount. That makes sense?

Family Guy Quest for Stuff: since the Haloween quest started, the game shuts off after any ramdon action. Is this common? I cant play it for more than 2-5 minutes before it shuts off?

I reached level 5 on the FP level and now there has been nothing on the fiscal freight quest line. I read it goes through the entire event. Does it end when you get to 5? Thank you for all of your help and hard work. Greatly appreciate all of you!

It stops and goes along the way. As you complete more tasks, it will start up again. Progresses as you play the event.

Hi. I paid 100 clams for a random reward, and got 12 traps, but they never added to my total. I just used a trap to get rid of a ghost on a building, and it used one of my traps that I had already paid for a few days ago. Where are my traps I won??

Good question, I would ask TinyCo if force closing and/or restarting device does not allow them to sync up.

i have an in game question. i am on level 6 on fright points. the quest says to upgrade the portal, but the portal says needs level 3 and has been like that for a while now. im confused. what is my fright level? and i have no control over when the portal upgrades, ( next portal upgrade in 03D 11H 27M)

Hi. I was wondering, if I were to unlink my game from it’s current Facebook and then create an email or log into another FB Accnt, would my game begin saving to that if I synced it? Or would I lose all my progress? When I began playing months ago I accidentally linked it to my main FB Accnt, not the one I have just for games. Thank you for any help 🙂

Right now there is a glitch with the Facebook UNlink…so wait. Instead, contact TinyCo through your current game and see if they can help. Also, take a pic of your Player ID for safe keeping.

They are an image glitch. They are actually a clam item and NOT diamonds. A lil item that looks to be still kicking around. Please report it.

So if I am too switch phones from an Android to say an Iphone 6, My progress will be saved as long as I use the same account for Facebook on that new phone correct??

Correct. The game is saved via that link. Whether Facebook, email, gmail…etc
To double protect yourself, go to the menu, account, and take a Screenshot of your player ID so you have it handy. It is that number on the lower right under all the sign in info. (NOT the one on the main start screen broke in two.)

Im wondering, today I logged on a different device than I usually do and then tried logging on the one I normally do and everything was gone says there is no save data before that login. Please help was a level 30!!!

What do you normally use to log in? You just need to make sure you use the same info to do so on another device.

I’m not seeing any poltergeists in my town. I have the icon for ghost traps and seem to have started the mission. I am completing quests to see if that triggers anything but it doesn’t. Any ideas?

Is it just me and my Galaxy S5, but it seems within the last week or so, the game stalls when I try to scroll to see the other part of town or make a character preform a quest or collect rent or.. well.. basically anythingthat involves playing the game. Sometimes it fixes itself, other times it force closes, (I send the report every time) sometimes I have to restart my phone.

I am personally wondering if this is standard with the S4 and S5 devices. I find my games (not just this one) both tend to do it on those and the Tabs. A force close/restart seems to clear it up. If still…then I follow some of the tips in the post below to see if they will help with lag issues too.

Hi. I purchased Ghost Traps when they became available, but I’ve now noticed that even though I am earning more traps with Diane, they aren’t being added to my collection that I already have. This seems very unfair that I can’t get earn more traps even though I already have already bought some.

They should be adding up. Try closing your game and opening it back up sometimes that helps to get the count moving. If it doesn’t help contact tiny co and let them know what’s going on. They should be able to help 🙂

Still no reply to this problem. Now I’m having more issues with the ghost traps where I won 12 traps using 100 clams for a random prize and they were never delivered. How do I actually get any feedback about this, as Tinyco don’t seem to be bothered answering my queries?

Contacting them via the game is the best way. I can assure you, they care about the issue. They just have a backlog of issues they’re working through as well. If you don’t hear back from them in 5 days contact them again and let them know you’re still having the issue.

I’ve spent 12.99 on that special pack where you get 3000 viles etc , yet I haven’t recieved anythin , not even my 275 clams, I just want my stuff I spent $13 on it , I’ve tried contacting them yet no response. 😦 😦

I have just started playing and am only on level 10. More and more items in the game that are actually needed to advance are costing a lot of clams. I do not want to spend money on clams. Is there any point in continuing to play The Quest for Stuff?

It’s up to you. You can have a completely enjoyable gaming experience with out spending money, as many players here do. Try to play with out over thinking it and just play for fun and see what happens. Yes, it can be frustrating at times…but in the end it’s a fun game and you tend to forget about those frustrations. 🙂
