Since the new mob update yesterday my game won’t load. Consuela just shows up saying can’t connect to server. Then retries every ten seconds. I’ve hard closed it, rest my iPad even tried the airplane mode trick…

I’m not sure if you can help.
Just after the Star Trek quest line, I tried to log in and got a really long error message and haven ‘t been able to play since. I have missed a whole quest and missing the latest one as well.
I have contacted Tinyco and they said they would look into it. Then they sent me an email saying since they hadn ‘t heard from me that they assumed everything was OK again.
Is there anyway anyone can help.
I’ve played since it’s inception and feel really let down by Tinyco.
Please help.

Did you reply to the email? If the issue is not resolved, keep replying to ANY email they send. Including automated replies. That will keep you in the game tech queue

What do you see on the load screen? Any error message? Try some basics to see if it helps.

I am still having tasks for the brewery. Any idea when it will drop these? I have obtained every item available and even tried putting the brewery in storage (it wouldn’t allow, said it was too important lol).

When characters finish with tasked and are free, there’s usually the quick select option in the top left corner to retask them. That option isn’t showing up on my wife’s game but does on mine. any answers as to why hers isn’t there?

What Game District is she currently in? I want to say it triggers around District 5 I believe, but would have to double check. Similar to ability to store Characters.

She’s in district three. Guess we’ll just have to keep playing and see. Hopefully soon. It’s annoying to search out each player individually vice just hitting the quick select option haha

I have recently changed from iphone to Nokia, I have downloaded the Family guy quest for stuff app but there is no option to load my previous game via facebook, does anyone else have this problem or even know how to solve it? Thanks!

Hi, I just restarted playing this game last week after not playing since last Sept. Is there any way for me to get characters who came across in that time? I notice there are 59, but I have 26 of them.

At first as it was loading it would load half way and cut out to main screen. Eventually I could get back on. I deleted it after it update(as suggest) and now everything has gone. It’s also more stubborn to log on now.

Ive had trouble loading this game, even after the update! I deleted it and reloaded it hoping that would help. STILL having trouble loading but now ALSO seem to lost ALL my game history!! Is there a way of getting this back?? Any help please xx

What happens when you try to load it? Do you get an error message? Are you playing to point of log in and not able to log back into your account? Can you give us more details?

Hey. I’m planning on buying clams. I have 40 pounds (can buy 1600 clams) but I’m wondering if there’s a certain amount you can keep buying to gain more than 1600 clams for 40 pounds and maybe like say 1700. Can I have calculations please and at Christmas, does tinyco discount clams? Do you have a blog on it. Thanks.

There are currently no specials right now. You may want to wait to see if one comes with the New Event. Outside of that, if you have Kindle Amazon sometimes has additional sales for their coins that help make your dollars go further.

Was wondering if anyone noticed their clams gone? I had saved up to 492 clams from the beginning of my play almost a year ago. I have gotten most by completing sets and watching videos. Was on my account an hour ago go and they where there and get up 10 minutes ago and my clams have been reduced to 100 and got a pop up about getting clams through “hack” ( not exact words but that’s what it meant). I would never. I’ve sent an email to TinyCo, I really hope they fix it, it has gotten me very upset.

I’ve never loved another game as much as FGQFS but with so many files it really fills my phone memory, and phone doesn’t have move to sd card option- Do I really need to keep ALL the extra files?

You can always save your game, uninstall, then reinstall to see what it clears but honestly for this game and other we write on…. they’re HUGE. Especially during events. Lots of space needed. Like 2-3GB

I have a windows Nokia Lumia and it will not allow me to continue my game that is saved on my Facebook, the option is not there at all.
Also when I try to load Jerome so I can give him a task or just loads for an infinitive amount of time. I’ve left it in whole loading his action screen overnight just to see if I was just being impatient but that is not the case as it still was a screen with the tv shaking. How can I fix this?

Windows is a stand alone version of the game. You won’t be able to link it or save it to anything else. They also are not adding anything new to it for now. It is a very limited separate version from the mobile app. Sorry.

For some reason every time I try to load the game it says game configuration error, and it gives me two choices on the loading screen, to either send a report or the other option that just says game ok, witch doesn’t make much sense sinse it doesn’t display anything after loading. I’ve formaly played this game on a tablet I used to have witch ran throug kit at, and now I’ve updated to the new lollipop version if anyone can give me an answer on what I should do I would greatly appreciate it.

I see this usually when my device is starting to get full of memory, I have too many apps running at same time, or I have a bad internet connection. The game needs a lot of memory and a good strong stable WiFi connection to function properly.

Hi there, very simple question this time… I have noticed when visiting neighbours town daily, that some still have comic-on and Halloween in them… Does that mean that they havent played since those events? Or is it just saving time for my game to load them? Have noticed a couple have gone to the trouble of buying premium items/characters for those events

If they still seem stuck on a theme, there is a good chance they have not updated yet. Look for more recent items, like things from Valentine’s, Star Trek, and this Event. If you are not seeing the Fire Academy… good chance they are not playing.

I’m one of those lucky people who have been getting a data error since last night. “There was a problem loading the game. Please try again”. Then there’s two boxes to click, game_report and game_ok. I have an android phone and there is plenty of space left on my sd card and the phone itself.

On firefighter Chris it shows that I have 0/20 gas cans… I am POSITIVE that this amount is incorrect! Ive obtained at least 8 but I’m not getting credit for them towards Chris… Am I being impatient or ripped off??

Try fulling uninstalling and reinstalling your game see if that helps.
And…if you EVER use that word on this site again not only will that comment be deleted but all future comments of yours will immediately be placed into trash. I royally effed up. I had to restore my phone because it was having some issues. So I went to restore my Family Guy game and accidentally clicked the link from phone one instead of Facebook. Started me over on level 1. I have premium characters and I’m on level 40 about to get Tom Tucker. I sent TinyCo a message. Do you think they’ll restore my stuff? Please say yes.

Just make sure you follow up with them if you don’t hear back in 5 days. Also if you have any screenshots of your Player ID or the opening Splash Screen, send those to them. It will help it go faster. Then… just wait. It all depends on what they can recover and how long it takes to find it.

i think the “get memory error” could have something to do when you build the filler up water station.. every time the error comes and i re-load the game.. the water station is un-built and just that yellow tick sign is there on the plot of land – ready to be built again… very confusing.. OR it could just be some glitch. have sent tinyco an email about it with a screen shot.
