I just bought Jake and the church. Every time I try to start his first task, it just shows the TV tilting back and forth and never goes any further… I tried to contact TinyCo but they haven’t replied. I’ve done a factory reset (for other reasons) and after reinstalling, it still does it.

That’s your best bet right now. They may have to go into your game to see what’s going on.

i bought him & all of the other premium characters too. i like them all. hopefully they will be given more tasks/quests to do as up dates come seeing as i did pay for them. that would be the only thing that would annoy me is if they got neglected/passed over quest/task wise in the future. oh, & as far as i know, i do intend to buy any other premium characters that come along in the future too.

Not sure how many levels Jake, Quagmire or others have; but I finally maxed out Peter this past weekend. Like Chris and Bonnie who once you complete the XP bar at level 14 it stays full and says MAX at level 15; Peter does the same ten levels later as the bar stays full after completing level 24 and just says MAX at level 25 as can be seen here:

I’ve given FGTQFS less than 5min the last two days combined. I’ll probably wait til after the Easter event ends in TSTO, as I’m quite a few items short there. Then maybe I’ll have some time to give FGTQFS. I’m still $60k short of the $160k needed to unlock all the land tiles. But I’m sure I’ll amass coins as I unlock characters and complete tasks.

Really? Way to Plagiarize Shakespeare… On the bright side though you did throw in some of your own bits so I guess it’s not a total plagiarism. Though since 9/10 of it is Shakespeare yes it’s still plagiarism (to be your original work over 50% has to be all you With quotes and sources added to the bottom 😛

I purchased jake with all the free clams I’m earning. Have not spent a cent and have accumulated 75 free clams altogether. I think jake wa always funny because he’s obnoxious.
Favorite line: “I wan to play Xbox!”

I like Jake in this game, aside from the obnoxious part, because he’s reasonably priced and comes with the church. Gives a cool dimension to Quahog. Glad you were able to get him with all of your free clams! 🙂
