Server Is Down in Quahog

UPDATE BUNNY 1:45PM EST
TinyCo techs jumped right on it and said issue is now resolved. Let us know if you still are experiencing problems getting into your games.

You may be experiencing issues connecting to TQFS…And Consuela might be getting on your nerves right now…

The servers are in fact down at TinyCo right now.  Just received words that they have their engineers on it and we’ll know as soon as they’re back.  So for now sit tight and know that it’s not you it’s the game….this time 😉

We’ll let you know as soon as we know that they’re back up.

  6. Still not working for my account! Been a week now of not getting in, tried reinstalling, force closing app and being patient. Haven’t been successful this far. :@

  7. Still down as of 4.8.15 @ 7:24 pm est.
    I reinstalled the app both on the iOS and android platform. Still errors out.

    • 😦 I know the techs were hard at work over the weekend on the Mummy issues, so they’re behind on support tickets. My best advice is to keep emailing them…squeaky wheel gets the grease. We’re going to do one big post for it as well here shortly, and direct the staff at TC to that post. Too many readers are having the issue now.

  12. What I’m getting is the program crashing and exiting on my iPhone. The iPad version works just fine.

    Please tell me I don’t have to reinstall the program and play through that beginning again. >_< They really should give the option right at the beginning to log into a current account.

    • Let them know. Contact them via email if you need. I agree, I do not like that you have to complete a few tasks in a “new” game before menu option initiates to log in. Open screen log in would be much better.
