-White Flowers during the 4th of July event ONLY available in the Mystery Box…well how the heck are you supposed to accurately design red, white & blue if you keep winning fireworks in the box?! What the hell?!
-Just when is Stewie going to unlock??? I’m pretty sure he’s taunting me from Funland! What the hell?!
-And finally…We had a HUGE 4th of July party planned last week at my house and then a Tropical Storm decided to blow through…cancelling TONS of fireworks (and soaking my backyard!)…WHAT THE HELL?!!

Family Guy Addicts 
Ever since my game demanded I update it yesterday I cannot open it!!!! I’m mad as I had gotten so far & I already had comic-con!!! It made me update & the only thing it changed was my open where they were in costumes! I even tried uninstalling & reinstalling! Why won’t my game open?!? Also since I uninstalled can I recover my old game or am I having to start all over;?!?!? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

WTH — Why are none of my personal friends playing this game? (And how did I get so addicted? Is it somehow delivering crack to my eyeballs?) I’m SO grateful for this site – since I have nobody in “real” life with whom to discuss the game – and extra thankful for the “new friends” section.
Seconding the WTH re: Cleveland. I just started playing this a week ago, and I *get* the limited-time cool decorations (that I’m forced to quietly covet), but now I’m needing things (gerbils, records) tied to Cleveland actions. Let alone needing Cleveland to complete “the Guys” section of characters.
Also WTH with getting rid of Stars and Skates — being new to the game I had no idea that building was limited-time, and its absence inhibits other collections.
Finally, can I use this place for a guilty confession? I…paid $20 real money for (the clams to buy) Consuela. I just had to have her!! Now I’m trying not to spend the remaining clams on other things as I’ll likely need them in The Quest For Stewie (ok, I might have bought the horse after seeing him in a multiverse), but it’s hard!

WTH is the use of the player XP level 40 limit? When I started this game, I hoped that a higher XP level would provide some kind of benefit.

Exactly. Been @ level 40 over a week now. Achievment wasnt awarded either 4 reachin level 40. Rackin up XP 4 nothin while tryin 2 unlock peter and brians outfits 2 unlock others (stewie yaaahh!), but not recordin it in xp bar.

What the hell! I’m spoiled by TSTO’s character location feature. I don’t like to compare the two games, but I wish TinyCo would jump on that?
What the hell! What’s with this lull between updates? I wish there were tasks for these in between times. This game is my escape but I feel like it’s leaving me hanging right now…
What the hell! Why do we have to be FB friends with people in order to add them in the game. I just want to tap on their imaginary Quahogs without being forced to be social media buddies with them.

There needs to be an easier way to see who needs to go on a mission. When I’m putting people on missions, one of my characters goes behind a building and they’ll get overlooked. It should be easier to see who still needs a mission, the Simpsons made it easy

You know when all the sand and piramids were there and cleavland was sinking in the sand.. I had one more poxy ring to get and I would of unlocked him, next time I load the game and the sands gone and I’ve got to start all over again, like what the hell.!

Idk if this is where I should post this but I’m having trouble with logging out of Facebook for a different one. So I have 2 facebooks. Facebook 1 is connected to my main FG account where I’m on level 31. Facebook 2 is connected to my backup account level 5. (I downloaded the game on my phone to be able to play outside of the house since my level 31 game is on my ipad). Well with doing this it automatically connected to Facebook 2 which was on my phone. What I’m trying to do is have Facebook 2 on my main 31 level game to have more friends. (Facebook 1 I only have one friend since its a backup account to my first Facebook, Facebook 2 I have about 15 game friends). Every time I try to log out and log in to my other one it tries to replace the game with my lower level 5 game! I’ve logged out and deleted my Facebook on both my ipad and iPhone and it still tries to reset it. Is there something I’m not doing right.

You can only link one Facebook account per game, so if you want to re-link the level 31 game to Facebook 2…BE WARNED: there’s a chance you might lose your level 5 game. You’ll need to go into both your Facebook accounts (1 & 2), select “settings”, select “Apps” and select the Family Guy game, now select the “remove” option. Your games are now unlinked. Make sure your devices are still unlinked to Facebook, like you wrote you had done. Now on the iPad, where your level 31 lives, follow the standard procedure to add an account, but use the FB 2 credentials. Then, on the iPhone, use the FB 1 credentials to link to your level 5 game. Both games should now be re-linked to the opposite FB accounts.
To play your level 31 game on your phone, select “sign in as someone else” and enter the FB 2 information. Hope this all makes sense…lol
Ps: Wouldn’t it just be easier to “add” friends to your FB 1 account…lol

Thanks for replying back! Sadly I’ve done all you’ve suggested. I’ve removed them from both facebooks via “app” settings, deleted the Facebook app on both devices. And even deleted the actually game off of my phone since I wasn’t far. I went back to my main 31 level game to connect it to my main Facebook and it still shows that my Facebook is associated with my other level 5 game. I wanted to connect it bc I was scared of losing my progress. I now don’t have an option to create a username. It’s disappeared somewhere? Thanks again! Maybe I will add other players lol

Actually very happy with the game this week! Pretty neat little event. Just getting a bit antsy for the appearance of Stewart Gilligan Griffin! (Probably going to cave and buy the additional three workers to clear out everything quickly.)

I started playing this game about a month an a half after it was released, then I found this website after falling in love with this game. Heard about the dreaded eyeballs for anime peter… I was intimidated when I unlocked Asian town. Hearing horror stories of some people who have been playing since day one who have yet to get that last eyeball. I started to collect my stuff for the costume and I unlocked him in a week. What the hell…?

My what the hell trumps them all… i love this game and since the update i have not been able to get into it. Literally i only had ONE cutoff left for rollerskate peter and now i wont be able to get it and im also going to miss the intro of stewie. I dont have an account so i cant uninstall and i emailed tinyco two days ago but no response. What the hell should i do now?

I’ve said it before, but timing seems good now. What the hell is up with exclusive items being on a random chance where you have to pay clams for each attempt. Clam items should be a set clam price. I do understand the pay to speed things up. It is up to the person to spend money to speed things up as I’m sure some will to assist getting Stewie. But they to give you a set price you know you’re spending for a given amount of time. Please TinyCo, no more random rewards for clams.

What the Hell?! Everywhere I go on the internet I see something about 4th July. Does it not occur to America that not everyone lives in your country? Fair enough on TQFS and TSTO, because those games are set there, but when places like 9GAG are coated in patriotism, I wonder why we have to put up with this in July and November, but St. George’s Day is nowhere to be seen each year? No offence, but celebrate it all you like but please don’t coat everything in the world with red, white and blue! The 4th was a week ago. That’s my rant for today.

The websites you are speaking of are, much like the games you mentioned, based in America and are ran by Americans. If I visited a British website around December 26th I wouldn’t be suprised to see it mention Boxing Day. If I browsed a Canadian website during late April, I wouldn’t be appalled to see St. George’s written about. No one is asking you to put up with it, if it bothers you to the point of throwing a fit on a website made just for fun, then perhaps you should avoid American websites on American holidays. Every person in every country deserves the right to have pride in their country whichever way they wish. Lastly, mjgummi, I hope that whichever holiday comes up next in your country, I hope you it’s fun for you and you celebrate it with pride.

‘Merica…€#&£ yeah! I’m not sure if you’re aware of this but the Fourth of July is kinda a big deal in the USA. We celebrate it rather emphatically and decorate everything in red white and blue. I respect other cultures and observe all rights to opinions…but your opinion is grating on my sense of patriotism. I would never play a game or visit a site based in Mexico and then complain that they are celebrating cinco de mayo. Get a grip. As far as I am aware st. George’s day isn’t even an official holiday in England. Just a religious day of observance. Pick a real holiday to observe before comparing it to the greatest holiday in America. Have a splendid day none the less and May epic items always drop for you.

It’s okay, mjgummi. America celebrates their independence on the wrong day. As an American, Im disgusted by lack of knowledge by my fellow Americans on its own history! But yet spew comments how important is to them. We’re the same country that celebrates Columbus day. We celebrate something that never happen and to celebrate such a evil guy is pretty messed up. Its important to know your actual history y’all. Not the horrible interpretation your teacher taught you. Also btw, America is made up from people all over the world. We should celebrate each countries holidays. Oh wait we do if they’re a reason to get really wasted.

The day this holiday is celebrated is the Fourth of July. It may be true that the union broke from British rule on July second but congress did not sign the declaration until the fourth, or August second depending on which historian you believe. The bottom line is the holiday is on the fourth so that makes your argument moot. You can call me anything you feel like but know that I am not undereducated. As far as Columbus Day is concerned not even all the states in the US observe it. And reasonably so. This day is also observed in Hispania so don’t think the US is alone in doing so.

WTH is a nod to EVERY episode of Family Guy where someone says that. Grinds my gears is a a short lived joke on the show that lasted for 1 episode. No offense but I’d rather associate with every episode than 1. Clearly What the Hell has a longer shelf life than What Grinds my Gears.
However…readers are free to use either term if they like. Just don’t ask me to change the title of the post….

Sorry, guys, I just love the site and find myself spending more and more time enjoying it by the day. It’s helpful, insightful and fun and I have had my fair share of troll dealings and decided to use some levity. Alissa, Cyber, and Bunny are running a service to all TQFS lovers and should be appreciated for their quick responses and fair practices. They even let trolls have their say. Good job done by all and I know most of us feel very grateful for what you do for us.

The interface for this game needs a serious overhaul. Assigning tasks is a huge chore. Family Guy already ripped of The Simpsons countless times. Try ripping off their task assignment interface from TSTO. WTF!

Hello all! First time poster, but I’ve been following the site and Bunny’s sexy glasses for a little over a month now.
I would like to participate in a liberating ‘what the hell!!!’!!.
What the hell is everyone thinking blowing all their coins on real estate and gambling when a new district looms around the corner?
People complain about not having a use for coins, Tinyco gives us an outlet, then we complain about blowing all of our coins on real estate (real estate that isn’t EVER going anywhere). Did anyone else see how massive district 8 is (counter argument to ‘I need space for more common offices’)?
I started playing the same day as the circus event’s debut, and I have all costumes, characters, buildings and real estate (except for the expensive back additions and buildings that cost clams) without paying a dime towards them. I’ve had downtime and idle days. It was very….supplemental….to unlock another strip every day or two. Coins are going to pile up regardless, why not pick priorities over impatience?
Aside from gambling for 20 clams (less that 1$ USD value) then a game crashing and losing aforementioned clams, you are gambling with COINS!
Enjoy the fact that Tinyco is polishing and nurturing this game. The same can’t be said for a vast majority free-to-play games. Hell, you can’t even say that about most VIDEO game companies.
I hope nobody is angry with me! Maybe I can lighten my post up a bit.

One things that gets on my nerves is that in the beginning Tiny Co. pushed for everyone to invite people on Facebook and add people the play TQFS, but then they decide to put a cap on how many people you can visit at a time? Doesn’t make sense.

Stewie is going to be taunting me longer than most I assume because I still can’t get the third eyeball to drop. WTH. I’m sure I’m one of only a few who have more than terrible luck with this epic item. By comparison, the firehouse dropped three s&m whips in four days for me. WTH. I like the way characters are unlocked, but epic eyeballs are going to drive me insane if I have to wait another month or so to get the new district. Asian reporter needs to be defeated by lychee flavored zoom zoom many fun or whatever it is. My final WTH is for Connie being in the game before Stewie. I would rather have Jillian as a character first of all, but to put such a boring unremarkable character as Connie in before everyone’s favorite is just cruel practice TinyCo. Haha. BTW I hate Connie.

I had a similar issue a little over 2 weeks ago. The solution that TinyCo suggested was to uninstall the game and re-install it. This worked for me. They’ve subsequently sent out a mass e-mail to all of the players who asked for help with this exact instruction.
But you need to be wary: If you haven’t linked your game to a Facebook account, there’s no way to restore your save game after you re-install without contacting TinyCo. That would also require that you record the various ID numbers that appear on the loading screen when your game starts (specifically the one in the lower right corner, which I believe is your account ID).
But if you have linked your account to Facebook, then once you re-install, you need to play through the first couple of intro tasks in order for the game to reach the point where it will provide you with the Menu button to log into Facebook. When you log into Facebook, it will ask if you want to overwrite your new Level 1 game with your previous one.

FYI: The number on the load screen is not your Player ID number. The 32 character number located in the bottom right corner of the “ACCOUNT INFO” screen is your Player ID number. 🙂

Enjoyed this event because I got great drops and got rollerblading Peter quick but my Rant is this….. I have spent $250k to get 44 pocket fireworks, 24 pixie fireworks, 28 sunbrust fireworks, 14 colossal fireworks, and 21 white flowers. And no clams not even once. Grrrrr

Maybe it’s just me, but it seems with the last day of the event the good prizes from the mystery box have basically vanished, and all there is now is fireworks and flowers.

On the news I have read people have been leaving their kids in locked up cars and going into shopping malls and grocery stores. The other day someone left their 6 month old baby alone in a locked car in the heat and went shopping into a shopping mall….WTH !!!!!!! a BIG BIG BIG WTH !!!!! Thank god a good somaritan phoned police and they broke the window open to get the sweaty crying baby out. I have 3 young kids 6, 4 and 2 years old and I know what a pain it can be to sometimes drag them out with you but THAT IS LIFE !!!!! DEAL WITH IT !!!! WTH !!!! ok…its off my chest now…..onto FGQFS stuff….

I have already cleared the land around where Stewie’s area will be so I am ready to unlock his land as soon as he is released. 🙂
also in FGQFS land…..still haven’t got the bloody 20 clams from the mystery boxes. gave up on them 3 days ago, spent 250k and I am stocked in inventory with useless flowers and fireworks. not to mention I have a ton of them also in my town as well. WTH !!!!

btw….the verdict on the car thing….the mother was fined $60 and case closed. guess next time she needs to go shopping again, she will leave her kid in the car again…since it only cost her $60. WTH !!!!!

I’m going to go a bit off topic with more of a “Why the hell?”
1. Why the hell do we not have sidewalk pieces available for use in decorating? It would be nice to be able to make walking paths or move a building farther off the street, in order to put more decorations in front of it, and not have the sidewalk end in grass.
2. Why the hell do we not have a drop down menu to find characters? Sometimes you can’t remember who’s doing what and if they are in a building, you can’t find them. Or if you are looking for someone and they are standing or walking behind a building. Frustrating.
3. Why the hell have they not expanded the amount of area to put stuff in water? Islands, Daggermouth’s cave, and the tons of boats given out from Booty Boxes, have made the coastline a bit crowded.
4. Why the hell can’t we have a grid on on all the land in layout mode, not just on occupied spots? It would certainly make designing easier. And speaking of designing, can we have heavier gridlines to show where we can and cannot place roads?
5. I love the fact that we have more land to work with, but why the hell can’t we zoom out far enough to see the whole town?
6. Wouldn’t it be nice if after you hit a certain level the Griffin’s house and Quagmire’s house turned into 1 hour payouts? In the beginning, it makes sense to have them pay quickly, but once you’ve unlocked a good portion of the game, it’s kind of a waste. Also, why the hell were Dansu, Dansu and the Coffee Shop ten minute payouts? I haven’t added the Coffee Shop for that very reason. Again, it made sense for the Swanson’s house early, but certainly not for new building later into the game.

I love the one minute and 10 minute payouts especially when I have several people doing one minute tasks. Coins add up fast that way when I have an hour or two to spend playing.

Judging by an in-game pop up, I don’t think the 4th of July event is ending until tmrw? What the hell?!
The pop up was just saying that the last chance to get the political animals is “tomorrow at 4pm pdt”, if I remember correctly. Is this true? Can anyone confirm?

I won clams in my second mystery box, then bam, my game crashed, and the clams went with it, now spent up all my in game cash trying to get some more but just ended with a ton of fireworks instead. ARRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!! *Ahem*

Ok so I remember at the beginning of the event I bought the red and blue flowers and realized the white ones were in a mystery box! What the hell?! So every time I tried to get the white flower it would give me fire works! What the hell!!! So through out the week I finally got the flowers I needed but now every time I get the mystery box it’s a damn white flower!! WHAT THE HELL?!???
