UPDATE BUNNY 630PM EST: There is an issue when trying to sell from inventory. DO NOT USE IT THERE. They are looking into it. If you want to sell an item, please place the item into your game first then select the icon option to sell it. 🙂
FYI this update should also fix Felicia’s Freeze Tag task. It should be bavk now. For iOS, it will update when yours hit.

What does it do? Well….
It brings back the old loading screen as well as changes the icon back to normal Peter..instead of Captain Hammered. Also….
THERE’S A CHARACTER LOCATOR IN OUR GAMES NOW!! Woo-hoo!!
That’s right my friends…after you download the newest update you’ll see a little character icon in the top left corner (under your level).
Tap on it and it’ll take you to the character shown! This is great for finding characters when the aren’t on tasks in Quahog! (and very similar to the one TSTO has on screen) Note: characters will be listed there in Alphabetical Order and ONLY if they aren’t currently on a task.
Oh and did I mention…YOU CAN NOW SELL ITEMS?!!!

Now when you tap on a building/decoration (as if you were going to move it) you’ll see the $ sell button.
Tap on this to sell your unwanted decorations and buildings!
Caution….it will ONLY warn you once AND once sold some items you may not be able to get back…so proceed with caution!
So download the new update and start playing with the newest features while we all await the opening of District 9! 🙂

Sorry off topic but need some help. Has anyone ever had a load error that says “There was a problem loading this save game; some placeables are out of bounds.” I can’t get into my game to file a ticket with tiny co. If it matters I was in my game on my ipad2 about 3 hours ago (4:15pm HST/7:15pm PDT). This is my first time trying to get into my game from my iPhone 4s today. I will need to try my iPad again when I get home but my wife can’t visit my Quahog from her game either. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I have an Apple iPhone 5c I did not download any updates but every time I try to login to my game and I’ve tried rebooting my phone still have the same issue I get Consuelo time you there’s an issue loading should I just delete and reinstall my game and will that fix the problem

Why deleted and reinstalled the game it’s still showing a, COM loading page but after I reinstalled it allowed it to load and I got to the point where I could login with Facebook and then it went back to the loading screen and giving me the error message saying there was a problem loading saved game or something like that so I still cannot access my game I’m not sure what I should do

Is anybody else getting a “placeables out of bounds” error with this new update? My game has been working perfectly so far, I haven’t used any mods to put stuff out of bounds either. I’ve tried reinstalling the game, still not working! I’m sending a message to Tinyco but I’m also\ hoping someone here has a solution 🙂

When I try loading my game, it tells me that there is a load error because something with items out of place or boundary and I’m worried I will lose my game. What do I do? I logged out and back in. And so on. Please help.

Just saw new content! Prison meg is starting, there’s a new decoration, a lookout tower, and more land. District 9 now has a burning building, looks like it’s opening up soon.

I like the character locator, convenient but lots of performance issues in game with update (I.e. characters like they are gliding, items disappears during this or other characters are blacked out/disappear, long loading, and animations don’t show up/weird.) Having these issues on android tablet since, play almost exclusively on this device to avoid those issues.

i’m definitely happier with this game than tapped out. tapped out has become stale and their current event seems pointless. i just got started on meg’s new skin and should be done with bonnie’s by tomorrow! the great thing about the comic con event is that it let you create great stores of cash so getting things rolling on the next event should be quick to get into the district.

Anyone else experiencing constant crashing when trying to open the game at the moment? I’m on iOS, followed all the recommendations on the crash report page when it pops up and I’ve contacted Tinyco hopefully they get back to me soon or sort out the problem!

Thanks, but I wasn’t even getting that error message, the game couldn’t get past the loading screen. It would start to load then the app would just close itself, seems to be fixed now thought and working on meg so all is good 🙂 quick work by tinyco so well done to them!

I don’t have the update on IOS so far, but I have a loading error now and can no longer start the game. Some placeables ate out of the correct zone ( translated so maybe a bit different message)

I don’t like how they keep expanding land in one way only. They should open up some land on the right or the top of the town too!
And the bit of money I saved throughout the event is all gone now on the new land :p

since the update I am not getting coins from half of my neighbors including the auto town everyone gets I click the people the check goes away but no coins show up happened on every other town and going through all my towns I did not get any clams any one else noticing this?

I hate when an event ends. There always seems to be nothing to do except go through the paces of sending them off to do time wasting tasks. I think most of my unlocked characters are maxed out, so it just to collect coins which are next to useless when everything you want to buy is bought. There should be an overarching quest line that earns clams for quests that are on a time limit. If you can accomplish the line on time you get some clams (1-5 depending on difficulty). If time runs out, it resets to the beginning for you to try again. That way there is something to do during the down times between events.

Surprise! Prison Meg has landed! Also a new decoration, the Lookout Tower!! They also updated District 9 to be viewable, and added three pieces of land, ranging from $60,000 – $80,000… Bigger update than we thought!

I think it would be nice if there was an indicator of which tasks were inside vs. outside. I have some characters I want to see doing fun things, and some I just want to send on tasks where I don’t have to deal with them on my street. I suppose it would be cool if we could just “bench” some of them when it’s too cluttered, and call them up when they’re needed for an item or something.

What’s the preferred method to make suggestions? I know they have real issues to work through, so I don’t want to add to their support queue if there’s a better way. So I guess what I’m saying is, how do you suggest I suggest a suggestions box?

Key words. They trigger certain people to take notice. So if someone is working on say….refunds. That is the key word they will seek out. So I would make sure you have the key word Suggestion in there. Don’t anticipate a response as most do not merit one for just a request/suggestion.
