UPDATE BUNNY: The case of INVISIBLE Brian. We know the image is missing currently of Pink Brian in Al’s. No worries. There were reports the image was “off” when first released, so we assume they pulled it to fix it. He will return. In the meantime, have fun sending “Invisible Pink Brian” on some tasks. Lol. 😉

*Candy collected, Info that he is in inventory, tap OK but pop up wont go away
Issues are being reported to TinyCo. Please ensure you FIRST check your inventory. Even with the issues, many players are still finding him in there. So go to there first to see if you can locate the Pink Brian Costume. If he is not, report it. TinyCo is stating that so far the players all had him in Inventory to collect. As far as pop up, patches have been pushed and issues should be clearing out now.
Also it seems his first 1hr task is getting stuck. Again, please report these to TinyCo if you are having them. This should be resolved now after you force close the app.
Hello There Clammers.
Well…for those that started on time…the wait for Pink Brian is FINALLY over! Today’s the day red candy falls!
Let’s take a look at what happens once you finally earn that last piece of candy to unlock this Pretty in Pink character…
Once you have enough candy to unlock Brian the Pumpkin pop up will give you the option to Collect him:
He’ll then be placed in your inventory….so you’ll have to go into your inventory to get him. Remember your inventory can be accessed through the move menu (not the shopping cart):
This is an instant create…so don’t worry no more collecting or time waiting to get him. Just tap create and he’ll be yours..
And for right now…that’s it with Pink Brian. There’s no questline (at least not yet)….so for now just enjoy his tasks. (although I will say I sent him on his 1hr task in my town and he’s currently glitching out….so be careful with tasks you send him on at this point).

I had all those issues with pink brian but in the end after i created him the custume wasnt anywhere in his profile.. Any ideas where he might be?

So he is not in your game at all? Like you never claimed him and he was NOT in your inventory? OR… is just his image missing from his task bar?

Haven’t got pink Brian, the pumpkin has disappeared but he definitely isn’t in my inventory 😦 reported it but has anyone else had this issue? Will be gutted if after all this I don’t get him!!

i got the notification that he was put in my inventory and it did hang for 20 seconds or so but then went away the more persistent in hitting buttons i got. no problem really. i honestly assumed it was my phone.

I got pink Brian and kool aid man both today. I couldn’t find koolaid man until I closed my game and restarted he was where he was supposed to be in the shop. And pink Brian tried to freeze on me at the okay button, but I waited a few seconds and everything worked out perfect. Today is a good day in my quahog. 😁

Remember it can appear at anytime in the 24 hour window. Just make sure you follow our our guidelines to trigger it. Check back throughout the day to see if it has shown up yet.

I went to my inventory to where Pink Brian should be, and found where it says create. It said Pink Brian, but the image of him wasn’t there. I hit create, then went to al harrington’s. I scrolled through my outfits until I got to Pink Brian. There’s a checkmark over where Pink Brian should be, but he wasn’t there either! I didn’t see this glitch reported in this post. TinyCo should change his name to Invisible Brian! Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I have a problem where I unlocked Pink Brian and I can use him, but the quest to unlock him is still incomplete, and if I click on the pumpkin it shows that I have 0 candy and that I “need to collect more to unlock Pink Brian”. Is this normal or is it a glitch?

It’s a glitch. If he’s in your town he should stay…however contact TinyCo to let them know you have the timer glitch going still.

Tiny Co. animator must have gone on holiday or something. When you pick Pink Brian up, he lacks the animation he shows in his regular and banana costumes. He’s just rigid like the comic-con chars. No kicking and flailing around. At least he has a voice I guess.

I had the pop-up issue but it went away as soon as I touched the screen outside of it.

FYI – I had the “pop up won’t go away” problem… I tried clicking elsewhere to make the popup vanish but that didn’t work.
Eventually I did a hard close of the game and relaunched. Brian is still not in my inventory 😦

Btw, TinyCo has some issues keeping the costume pic size to a standard… Pink Brian looks gigantic next to Regular and P&J Brian… :p

Still need one more red candy. I couldn’t find the candy on the second day of the event, so I assume that’s the reason. After that I removed a bunch of roads and it was easier.
Do they cycle in order, I.e. I need to wait 3 days for another red one? Or is it more random than that? I suppose there’s enough time left in the event that it ahouldn’t be a problem.

I am short one of the candies that we got today…I’ve been checking every day, but I’m thinking the first day I might not have gotten the first one in time. I go in and find it around 4pm every day, but I have an extra purple one and am short one of the red ones still, even with the one I got today. Is it normal to have more than the required amount of one candy and be short one of amother type? I’m sooo close!

The candies cycle in order through the 3, so very likely to have more than you need of one color. It is a way to give others that missed one a chance to still get him.

I SWEAR I collected every day, but I am short a blue (and a red, which I expect today). And although I didn’t collect from any buildings today until after 3, no candy yet. I assume it’s a a >12 hour building.

I unlocked pink Brian and my game froze for 3-5 seconds, I waited it out instead of panicking and hard closing my game and everything worked out fine

I had the same issue regarding collecting the last piece. My candies rest, I checked frequently asked questions and this seems to be a issue. Even though my candies rest the tell you that pink brain is in your inventory. And yes there he was. Hope this helps other people.

help! I got to the screen where I collected Pink Brian, but couldn’t click okay. Decided to restart my game and when I got back in, ALL OF MY CANDIES DISAPPEARED! I sent an in-game message but they haven’t responded to the last several messages I sent. What do I do?

So did we get the exact number of candies needed? Yesterday I went in to collect the last piece I needed and I got 4th purple one so I’m one short and it appears that I don’t have any candy drops in my town today.

No. It cycled between the 3 colors in order. So since you needed one more of the red…you had to wait for that color to cycle again. Remember it drops anytime in the 24 hour period and you need to collect all your rent to trigger it.

I am also having this issue. I have collected everyday and today I’m not getting a candy at all. 😦 I don’t know if this is a known glitch but it sucks to miss out on finally getting Brian .

Not getting the color you want is NOT a glitch. The color cycled through the 3 in order just as they were supposed to. Not a glitch at all.
As far as one not showing up today yet…it just rolled over to the new day and hour ago. You have still 23 hours to find it. It can drop at anytime. Just make sure you follow all the guidelines to trigger it.

Thank you Bunny, but I have every piece of candy released so far and have followed all steps to trigger it to drop. I’m hoping that since I didn’t visit my town until 3:45 this could possibly be TinyCo working to fix the other issues related to pink Brian. I will keep my fingers crossed!

I am so freaking p’d off right now. I unlocked Pink Brian because I got his last candy, but then my game froze and i exited out and now it says I only have 1 candy right now. Hope this gets fixed soon. On the upside, I did get Kool Aid Man today.

Check your inventory. Same thing happened to me. Even sent a in game help message to TinyCo. Then I checked my inventory after coming here to see of anyone else experienced this, only to see that Pink Brian would be in your inventory. He was there. I felt silly.

I was certainly confused yesterday when I only needed the one red candy to unlock Pink Brian, but ended up with a fourth purple. Got him today. So far, so good. But he’s running a task to unlock Adam West, so I’ll just go ahead and avoid Pink Brian tasks for the time being.

Got the 4th piece today, & the congrats window came up. I touched “okay”, nothing happens…I touch the “x” in the corner of the box, still nothing. I restart the app & my progress is gone!! Help!!

Just got Pink Brian and its glitched out. Sent him on his “beauty peagent” task and he headed to madelines Boutique and looked like he was going to go in then walked off and now walks around aimlessly and now everytime he is clicked it will either do nothing or occasionally bring up the dialoge box as if you were clicking Madelines Boutique even when hes on the other side of the map.
Also….All that candy collecting and no questline? Major Dissapointment!

Something odd happened when I collected my final candy, after I collected it and got to the Pink Brian pop up telling me it was in my inventory I was stuck on that screen after clicking OK a few times and couldn’t continue back to the game. I decided to exit the game and force close it and when I did the pumpkin lost all the candies I collected except for one “Not-a-Finger” and I still have the timer but I have Pink Brian unlocked in my inventory is this normal?

Dammit i sended Pink Brian to her Madeliene Botiquoue’s 1hr task. He is currently walking around in my town. I click him, just shows “Madeliene’s Botiquoue 1h 59min”

Just a quick FYI…Facebook is not an outlet to get results. Honestly. It is for mainly communication. It is not staffed at all by their technical department. All technical issues need to go through proper channels of reporting it to them directly either by email or through your game. That way tech gets the info they need to resolve the issue.
