Well, we’ve all made it through another “work week” (kinda, sorta, almost) and the weekend looms large up ahead. All week we field your comments about your frustrations in the game (What you mean I wasn’t supposed to tap Diane’s grave?!) and we wanted to give you (and us) a fun new way for you to voice your frustrations and get it all off of your chest.
So welcome to What the Hell?!
-Getting REALLY annoyed that you’re still unlocking Tom Tucker
-Annoyed that only 3 characters unlock other characters ?
-Someone cut you off on your commute this morning?
Here’s your place to vent about anything and everything, Family Guy or not. Consider this your weekly bitch fest and get it all out with a good…What the Hell?! And start your weekend fresh! 🙂

Here’s my What the Hell?! For this week:
-Kool-Aid Man ending early…did his watch break when he was bustin’ in? What the hell?!
-TinyCo teasing Halloween ALL WEEK LONG, then finally Wednesday night dropping an app store update at TWO AM (East Cost), only to find NOTHING CHANGED! So glad I stayed up till TWO AM on a work night…for nothing! What the hell TinyCo?! Are your clocks broken too? Did Kool-Aid Man drop a brick on them?!
-And finally…what I’m most ticked off about today….
First, a confession…I’m TERRIFIED of dogs. Ok not all dogs, the little yappy ones just annoy me, but medium sized dogs and up. When I was 5 I was attacked by a dog and it traumatized me for life. So I’m terrified of them. That being said….at work we share our building with another company. Not all, but most of the employees there are the most selfish inconsiderate jerks I’ve ever met in my life. Just rude S.O.Bs. And for whatever reason some of them feel a need to bring their dogs to work with them. Why? I haven’t the slightest clue. You wouldn’t bring a child to work with you, would you? Keep work for work, leave the pets and kids at home…PLEASE.
Now they know that I’m terrified of dogs, and usually they’re considerate enough to keep them contained when I have to go over there. Well, today I had to go over there to drop something off and as I’m walking down the hall I stop dead in my tracks. Because there was a HUGE dog laying in the hallway (WHO LETS THEIR DOG ROAM THE HALLS OF AN OFFICE UNATTENDED?!). As soon as he sees me he jumps up (i’m assuming it’s a boy but I have no idea) and starts darting towards me barking. I’m standing there freaking out. FINALLY someone comes and grabs the dog…and proceeds to yell at…ME! They were yelling at ME for being there! Are you serious? What the hell you stupid jerks?! Your dog came after ME…not the other way around!
Now here’s the second part to my day with these wonderful jerks….they’re doing roadwork on the street outside our office. They’re tearing up the road. We have a parking lot across the street and because of the work they’re doing there’s only 1 way in and 1 way out of the lot (normally there’s 3). But these jerks in the office next door can’t be bothered to drive around a little bit and park in one of the TWENTY open spaces in the lot…they instead decide to park in a way that BLOCKS the ONLY entrance and exit to the lot. Are you kidding me? What the hell is wrong with you?! Have some consideration for the other people that need to park and move your f-in car you stupid jerks!

Sorry guys, but boy did I need that this week…I’m having a BAD day today. So my apologies to some of you if I come across a little aggitated in the comments, it’s not you it’s the idiots in the office next door.

Any idea as to what’s up with the time-traveling blimp? Will that storyline continue once the Halloween event is over? I was honestly more excited to continue that than for this event (even though I like the event for thmissy part so far). I just hope to see more with the blimp.

I noticed that sometimes when I tap the ghosts, they don’t always drop spirit vials. Has this happened to anyone else? Their vial drop is small, but if its always supposed to drop then it needs addressing. I still have to wait an entire HOUR before I can update the portal cuz Peter is zappin a dog now. AN HOUR? HOW WILL I SURVIVE UNTIL THEN?! Maybe I’ll crawl into a corner and quietly suffer, or maybe Bunny & Alissa can give me something to take the edge off my addiction. LOL!

Some of the same gripes, dogs and terror dogs, Diane grave shouldn’t have been opened until I had Peter finished; now I’ve lost two days…
SUGGESTION MAYBE YOU CAN GET PASSED:
I want to be able to zoom out more, so that I can collect quicker…. could you write them since you prolly have pull? 😉

I don’t know how to address my WTH properly…. first, the Halloween Event looks Amazing!! I love the District Design, the decos, and ideas; I’m still trying to get used to this new technique about collecting FP and Vials and not having a Total to get rewards. I need some time to see if I love it or hate it, but the cauldron looks like a smart thing (and complicated as you move forward). Also at the beginning there was a task about tapping Slimer 3 times.. I don’t know how I did it.. I just know it was cleared- and got my reward- less than an hour later
never saw the little fella floating around until later… Also, Peter is the only one chasing demonic dogs, but he is needed 8 hrs for other tasks?!?
WTH!!! Mayor West is still locked, The living dogs, as well as the demonic ones are wandering my town, and… again there is so much going on with the event, that I’m not sure if the timing was right with Mayor West. The Crashing about the cologne factory was never fixed. I just finished the task 2 nights ago and created the last bottle, having to force close my APP every time until I was able to open the pop-up and create the bottle… and Mr. West is still waiting for 1 more cat to be free… odd I guess
The Kool-aid man Quest was in my opinion too long!! I got him in the regular time, didn’t need extensions or anything, and I finished the Kool-Aide Quests last friday! 10 or 12 hours missions make me roll my eyes in tediousness. Especially having to repeat other tasks to level-up the character and unlock the new actions. By the time I needed to use the skating park, they had removed the summer stuff from the store. I guess I was lucky I bought it just because thought it was a nice thing to get (unless… it is available all the time until the task requires it?)
Anyway, It’s Halloween time and I hope I get a chance (and find the time) to achieve all the goals, since my real-life job is getting as demanding as the game one. THNKS!

WTH! Why take the only character that can take care of the demon dogs on a 9 hours quest while I need 30 bones.
Why is there not more participation in event by say Stewie, Quagmire, and Lois (more than the 1 hour task).
Whose idea was it to leave the dogs you need the mayor to get rid of wandering the streets during this event? I have ghosts to dematerialize.
Why hasn’t Minecraft PSVITA not been released yet? It been like 12 days in certification.

Ok, I have multiple what the hell moments. First I had one dog bone drop when I first built the haunted house and nothing after, I know it’s a rare drop but seriously what the hell.
Second is aimed at the itchy b environment. I have two cats that have their own house (it is a 14×25 foot building with electricity and heat, so I don’t want to hear I am mean to them living outside), I recently moved their food to an enclosed porch because a raccoon decided to go in and eat it all. Last night I came home and a skunk was eating all their food, on MY porch. Needless to say the food is back in their house, I would rather have the raccoon around.
And, my last what the hell, on my way home I was in an accident and my fender was ripped off so now I get to have that fixed.
At least I have the Peter skin and I can zap the dogs.
Alissa, I am sorry you don’t like dogs but they can be very nice I am looking at getting a Czechoslovakian wolfdog. You should look it up the are very nice.

I really love this game I log in every few hours. I only have one problem with it so far. All of the characters you don’t have to get. eg Patrick steward, Ron pelman…ect. once you have done their own little tasks, they are never useful again, yer they can bring you some coins but they they are never needed to get things ever again, I just constantly give them things to do for a day cuz they are just oin my way now. I paid for Patrick and now i wish i hadn’t bothered. so to be honest now I have the chance to get Diane I don’t think i’ll try as hard and I certainly won’t pay any real money for them any more. it would be great if they could offer items even just now and again.

They are tossing in Premiums to help. All may not be set up this event yet, but there are some earning FP and Vials. Who knows what, if any, role the others will play as it progresses along.

I also have a wtf, wait… I mean wth, sorry… in this category plus a related question.
I only started playing this game because Nathan Fillion tweeted about his characterization in the game. So, I went after getting that character. When the deadline came I tried to buy more coins/clams to purchase as it was obvious I couldn’t do it with freebie clams. The IAP wouldn’t work. I tried for hours, but I couldn’t fix it and the deadline passed. So disappointed. I know it wasn’t a problem with Apple since they had no trouble using the exact same credit card info and account for my purchase of a computer that same week I tried to buy $10 worth or clams. Really LAME!
Now my question: is it strategically better to go after the property and characters constant in the game? Or should I concentrate on the tasks and characters of the special events? I’m agreeing with Ketryna. While I love Patrick Stewart, he’s not that great at soccer and keeping him busy for coins is tedious and boring. Come on TinyCo, give him a Halloween costume or something.

It all comes down to customizing the game to what YOU want. What will make YOU happy to have in your town…not just now…but months from now. A lot of my characters I have are because I want them in my game all the time. 😉

Okay got a connection error that am pretty sure was a glitch to go away made a lot of progress only to get it again and all my progress gone Halloween starting from the beginning instead of where I left it
Not to mention I had spent money on glams

WTH? Another “Android exclusive”. Why do tinyco favour the android market? The slimer gives early terror dog bones before unlocking ghostbuster peter if you can find him, but what’s for iOS? Nothing. Thanks again tinyco for nothing. After spending clams to buy the tiger to get sexy stewie and for some reason the quest disappears 1 day before the timer was to finish, having to rip up my town because of the pink Brian glitch and seeing that you don’t personally read the enquiries (all my answered questions were unrelated and not helpful) i am ready to delete the game. No more buying clams. At least ea is reasonable and give some donuts for the inconvience.

From what I understand, slimer does not drop terror bones, just spirit vials. honestly he sounds like more of a pain then he’s worth lol.

He drops 20 spirit vials and appears every couple of hours or so and it did drop one terrorbone for me so far… I unlocked it about 2 days ago.

What the hell?! Why in the world is unlocking Diane Simmons a timed event? Isn’t she like a major part of the Halloween event? They should’ve at least made it so you HAD to have Ghostbuster Peter before you could start digging up the grave. So stupid..

Also hate the pink Brian quest. Something small will pop up every 24 hours, we won’t tell you when, won’t yet you buy what you might have missed, oh and well give you extra stuff you don’t need and withhold the one you do.
Then there is this crap with Andriod getting exclusives. What the apple users who have bought tons of paid content not good enough. I have a android Nook and the ap on that is extremely buggy that I’m lucky to even get it to stay up for a ten seconds.

Confirmed, it keeps happening. 😦 Town is now empty and still no terror hounds spawn but the next spawn is again terror hounds. So sad, the event looked great, I hope it wont end for me here. :”(

What the hell, is up with the fragrance factory glitch?? All week, maybe longer every time its tapped the game quits, also stuck on “the wild wild mayor west pt4” since its not showing any of the fragrances ive collected, what the hell!

Hmm I am not sure but the terror dogs seem to be buggy. I am pretty sure I have had 1 in town roaming and 1 being zapped. Portal timer counted down (terror dog timer 🙂 ) but than there was still just 1 roaming. Next spawn is again terror dog. Anyone experiencing the same? :S

My WTH is that I stayed up like all day Wednesday til like 2:30 am to start the event and it started like 11:30 the next day. I figured they were pulling an October fools day prank on us. Though something good happened as I read a comment early on not to unlock diane until I had all the bones and spirit vials. That helped cause I am working on getting a bunch of bones so that I open her than can almost straight unlock Her. They really should not have had the ability to unlock her until after you get ghostbuster Peter when the quest line opens up. People what every thing unlocked but it is better to wait and see what y’all say.

Do the Terror dogs max out at two??? My portal was set to spawn #3 in five minutes. Time passed and NO third terror dog. What the hell??! How am I supposed to collect 30 bones if they are limiting the available dogs (hence bones)??!

They max at 6. Remember the ghosts and dogs share the timer so you gotta watch to see what will pop out next. Try some basic troubleshooting if you think it seems off, outside that, report it to TinyCO

Thanks for the reply Bunny. I do know the timer is shared with the ghosts, but I’ve been having a terror dog due (showing in the timer window) but the time is “up” and the dog never appears and the timer then rolls over to ghosts. It’s just odd.

This is brutal only a couple characters drop stuff for Halloween. I Dug up Diane now I have 5 days to get 50 vials and still have to unlock Peters outfit while I’m still unlocking tom tucker. How about taking the timer off Diane?

What the hell. This really grinds my gears. Diane is still ticking down at 4 days now and I need 8 cards for the costume. I’m doing the math in my head but..doesn’t look good. Also, as an adult I am very bothered that THIS is bothering me. I feel cheated and I don’t even pay for the game!

I wish that the event would have started in a week or two as I’m feeling extremely burnt out with this game and really could’ve done with a the time to work through district 9 (I don’t understand why they give us such little time on that before this event). After Comic-Con, Sexy Stewie, etc, I think a break was necessary.

The whole no warning on the Diane thing untill after you clicked and fully repaired the grave really grinds my gears. now I have no chance to get her, not even if I drop a pile of clams. Tinyco suck.
