I keep getting the stupid skulls. Have like six of them now. Have everything else except the costume. I do have a question though. I can’t find the doghouse or the fat kid. They aren’t in my inventory and if I placed them in my town I can’t find them. Is this something I should report to Tinyco or am I just missing something?

when I open my inventory with arrows or through the menu there are only five items in there. Is there another inventory that I’m not aware of? I know I got them because all that is left in the prize box are the skulls and her costume. Unless I accidentally set them out somewhere and can’t find them I think there might be a problem.

This is a breakdown of how to see your inventory.
If they are not there, try your “move” menu. (The directional arrows icon) See if you see them hiding around behind buildings. If still no luck, alert TinyCo. Grab a screenshot of your items list showing you only have the Skull left.

I tried going in both ways and they aren’t in there and I’ve searched my town and can’t seem to find them. To be honest though I’m more concerned with not being able to get Consuela’s costume. I just spent 2500 vials and got five straight skulls which now puts me at ten. Is today the last day to be able to get her?

I contacted Tinyco about both issues. They said I did place the two items I couldn’t find but didn’t say where and told me to go into deco mode and tap buildings to make them transparent since they are small. I did that for a bit and got bored. At some point I’m going to rearrange my town and I guess I’ll find them then. They said thanks for letting them know about the drop rate issue as they are always looking to improve them and take all feedback seriously. Then I finally got the costume of course I have 14 hours left on her 24 hour mission. Oh well at least I got it and now I can work on getting the 3000 vials needed to unlock the house skin to complete all the cauldron items. Thanks for all the help. You guys rock

Small items can be hard to be seen. Especially when you have a crowded town. I am glad they got you taken care of. 🙂

Woot woot, I got Consuela! I have been saving up since I started playing to get her (and every time I was close I used clams for other purposes). During this event I managed to get the last of the needed 300 clams and more, but decided to wait and see what TinyCo would pull out of their hat. And they put her on sale! I am totally happy now. Got her costume at 1500 vials and already have Mr. Weed. So far another amazing event. Now just 30 more clams and I can get Buzz too and start saving for the horse to complete the set.

I like this event. Especially since I haven’t bought Consuela yet, this is a steal. I can’t understand why one would want to spend 3k spirit vials to try and get her skin when mr weed is a playable character. Is there an upside of spending vials on the DDLM stuff? Looks like most of it is just decos.

Well, presumably no one would unless they’ve already got Mr Weed. Got him yesterday myself, and managed to buy enough vials with my bombs (and rockets, once it was clear I wouldn’t be getting Stay Puft with the current type) to get Witch Connie today. If I’ve got vials left over I might try to get Consuela’s new skin (bought her in a heartbeat–what a steal), but I’m more interested in getting the rest of the brew items.

Hi folks, just had an update from TinyCo asking what actions I’d started off before seeing the Load Error message. I’ve sent them a reply, but wanted to share the same info here too in case it matches up with what others have seen.
I’d got most characters collecting stink bombs / smores as normal (I suspect that this is not related to the problem as these quests have been running a lot recently without these issues), but a few were on the Freddy questline involving Hell’s Pit. Load Error first encountered about 4 hours later (approximately when those quests were due to finish) when I was loading up the game to check the progress.

I had the Pit finished prior to the quest. Could it be the problem arose if you have the chars do the tasks even if you don’t have the pit or have it under construction?

My game is working, only by a weird goof I think, I was checking again to see if it was working, my sister called me so I close my pad without closing FG. When I reopen iPad game started working, I email tinyco and told about it. Thought let ya’ll know aboutmy oops fix.

I got both. I love horror n Halloween so had to get Jason. I wanted Consuela in my Freemium game since it launched and she was 600 clams, so she just hit the perfect amount of clams for me. Still trying to keep it Freemium and only use clams I’ve earned…so won’t splurge anymore in that game but I’m happy with both purchases.

If you already have Alien, Predator, and Freddie, you can get both. Getting Jason would give you back 100 clams. That and the 25 clams from Witch Connie completing the costume set would get you Consuela.

I really lucked out this time! I got the little spiel, and even though I’m trying to save up for Mr. Weed (only 10000 to go haha), I thought I’d give it one chance, and on my first box… I GET CONSUELA. Then I realised she was on offer, so I bought her and the brain damaged horse. I now have the full set of permanent premium characters, and I’ve never put in any real money! I love this game!

Wish Tinyco would let us sell the rest…even if the payoff is horrible, I don’t want to keep plants/skulls in my inventory…no need for them.
Now – because I gambled much needed vials here (about 7000 I think)…It will be right down to the wire to get Mr. Weed/Slimmer. At 1000 vials now.

I don’t understand y a lot of people are trying to calculate the returns on stuff u buy to see if its worth it. It’s free…that’s all. Get everything u like first and then try and get everything else cuz when this is over the vials and everything else is worthless.

The whole mystery box set-up for this is frustrating. Keep getting the skull. Other than that great event and great last minute add on. FYI the diabeto decoration currently has no animation. Wouldn’t mind him as a character in the future even though his appearance on the show was brief.

Lost 3000 Spirit Vials to try to get Consuela’s outfit. In return no outfit and I got useless doubled decos now. Not worth the gamble
Now I must rush to get over 20000 Spirit Vials to unlock Conie’s outfit and Mr Weed. TinyCo should add some Spirit Vials to already existing tasks not to produce more building costing Spirit Vials! Or a lot of players won’t finish in time of the Event conclusion.

Probably too late for most of you, but I would point out that – other than Conseula’s outfit, everything is decorations (well, the Food Truck will return a maximum of 200 SV, or 40% of your investment).
The DdlM event ENDS 11/4. That’s 3+ days from now. Work towards the things that will actually get you something, and you can take a chance on Consuela the last couple of hours that it’s available – with NO downside.

At this point, NONE of the SV purchases are worth it based on return. If you think they are cool, then go for it! But with 6 days, 8 hours at the time of this writing, the return is 190 SV and 38 FP.

I really love this update and I was caught in surprise, as my parents came from Mexico and I somewhat celebrate this. I just really love this and spent 2,000 vials for a lot of skulls after I got all the prizes. 🙂
Still have more vials to spend, though.

For me, the horse is pretty useless. It never seems to come up as far as event tasks go, and it’s tasks are odd amounts of time.

Well think of it as if u finish the whole collection u get 100 clams back and he’ll only cost 20 clams. I immediately got jake cuz of the church (come on..who doesn’t want a church in quahog)..and it’s ONLY 50 clams so that’s a no brainer. Then I got buzz kill cuz of his awesome mansion and then the free rubert. Got consuela for a cool discount 180 clams so basically I bought the horse for 20 clams cuz of the 100 clams reward.

Is it better to bomb kids or use the bomb brewing conversion to get vials. At this point I have over 300 candy corn & bombing kids runs the risk of getting more. I usually can bomb 15 kids every time they spawn with the small road section I have.

I didn’t really care for consuelas costume though I bought her immediately when I saw the special offer. But I wanted diabeto so I wanted to try the box until I would get the first skull. Won the costume on the second try and diabeto on fourth! Yeah no skulls!

I’m so glad I checked your post. I think I’m just barely going to collect enough vials to brew everything in the cauldron by the time the event ends, so I was planning on waiting to open the boxes until I knew I got Slimer. That changed when I realized the boxes would be gone first! I’ve opened 4, and of course 2 were skulls. I’m a bit bummed that there’s a repeating item like that in this box – I always get multiples, and the prize I want most is always the last I win. Murphy’s law, you know?
And I was planning to save my clams for the American Dad event, but the Consuela sale was too good to pass up. A definite treat for Halloween.

This seems like a pretty cool add on but I have about 22500 vials I’m saving up for Mr weed, vampire duck stewie and witch Connie so i’m wondering how so many people have found it easy to brew all the items and get vials as in the last event it was easy but in this event I have found it soooo hard

I don’t know that it’s been easy for anyone that didn’t spend clams on vial dropping items, and I don’t know how much those helped. I feel like I’ve been very good about clock watching to reset tasks the entire event so I was able to brew the costumes/character. I do have five items left to brew with currently less than 2k vials though and a handful of build items I ignored to make sure I got the important ones.
It’s been quite a contrast from the Blam. I finished that event having collected 260k and not needing nearly that much. It appears that they have a little bit of trouble right now balancing the drop rate vs costs, but it’s a learning experience.

It is doable. I used clams to get the premium characters and that is it. I managed to brew everything in the caldron and buy all the stuff available for vials. Only have Consuela’s costume left to get (which is ticking me off since i have gotten the other prizes right away and 10 skulls). Just keep working. It is doable

It took me 10 mystery boxes to get conseulas costume I got 4 of them stupid skulls and everything else in the boxes and I was close to having enough vials to get mr weed from this point on I could careless about anything else in the cauldron as long as I have the costumes and characters I’m happy and I still haven’t got my clams I bought Monday so I guess I’ll be missing out on Jason since tiny co has ***** and don’t reply for weeks

Any issues know about actually getting the Consuela costume? In my first 5 spins got deaths dog, the taco truck, diabeto, the fountain, and the monument. Saved more vials and after 6 more spins keep getting the sugar skull and no costume. Frustrating since I still need to save to get float and tomb. Already reported to TinyCo. Have everything else from the Halloween event including the premium characters. Would hate to miss out on this one costume.

Try to force close the game, restart device, and try again when that happens. For me…I got two skulls and Consuela was almost the last of the other items I got.

I have loved this event and the game but never bought Consuela due to price. But now with 40% off and an alt for vials I went for it, also when u consider how many clams you can win during this event I don’t feeling like I’ve spent anything at all!
Just wish we could get a few more decs like Stewie and Brian status, cauldron etc.

AAAAAggghhhh!!! So I went ahead and got Consuela, then I figured I go ahead and gamble and try to get the de los muertos outfit and over 6k vials later….nothing, got some taco truck, bunch of other stuff to include THREE sugar skulls in the row, what the heck? I sent TinyCo a message because I think the repeated prize was a bit too abusive in my opinion. These vials are hard to come by. Oh well, hopefully they will help, maybe.

Great offer on Consuela. I always found 300 clams to be pretty much overpriced. But at 180 … PLUS I got 100 clams back for the halloween characters (which was unexpected), PLUS I got freddy for “free” (which was also unexpected), I just HAD to get her now! Thanks TinyCo!
The only drawback is that the Dia De Los Muertos mystery box is limited time so it will throw me back on getting witch conny and the griffin house deco (brewed all the other items from the cauldron already), and thus slimer deco.

I’ve been holding out on Consuela bc I was hoping she would come with a discount sometime…. I jumped on that -40% as soon as I seen it! I was like ohhh yes please lol. Ive gotten all the main character costumes, gb’s, and will try for Consuelas tomorrow. Even though I’ve not gotten everything this go around like I did on comic con I am pretty pleased.

I just finished building the ball and chain float and it is saying it will take 6 days and 16 hrs on the page here u say it collects every 16 hrs. I shut and restarted and it still shows it. Is this just a glitch or will it really take longer than the time remaining in the event to collect from it once? Btw alien and predator suing fetch lol awesome.

LOVE this event. I am really worried about getting slimer though. I have a stock pile of everything except bones. And though I have every charecter who can get them, the spawn rate of the dogs had stayed so low that I usually can’t have them all doing it at once. Hope maybe they increase it. Fingers crossed anyways.

ooh this update is so fun! but with all these new items that cost spirit vials, I’m not sure I’ll get mr. weed 😦 maybe its just me but it doesn’t seem like the boss stage of stay puft is paying out as well as demon stewie did during comiccon.

There are techs for this kind of thing, yes. Just no customer response ones on weekends. The weekend crew still gets alerts when messages come in masses for one issue. They watch for glitches that stop game play.
We reported it too, so they’re aware and working on it.

Bomb lots of kids. Hit Stay Puft at his max as often as you can. Send characters on Vial earning short tasks over n over.

You will get more vials out of your stink bombs by trading them in rather than hitting trick or treaters. Stay puft is definitely my best source. I got 10000 in a few hrs. after saving rockets for a couple days and then hitting him at max a whole bunch of times. Good luck!
