Hey there Trick or Treaters. Now that we are coming to the end of the event, the last of the prizes for the Cauldron have been released.
If you want to see the other items I wrote about from the Cauldron, see the post HERE, HERE, and HERE.
Now for the new items just launched. You are pondering whether an item is worth using your precious earned ingredients to brew? What do you get from it? What does it do? Here is a breakdown that may help you out.

This should help you to see what items give you the most FP for your ingredients. So for those of you just seeking FP, some items you may want more than others. For those that want the items more for looks and/or animation, see below.
Additional Animation/Character Info
Bunch of Bats (Decoration): Sits on a 3×3 base. Bats fly around the cave while one stays attached to the side. I wonder if Batman & Robin are hiding inside. Lol.
Krueger Cruiser (Decoration): Sits on a 3×5 base. No animation yet. It is a cool looking car to add to your collection. Now if we can only get some pavement to park our cars on. You will need to Brew this item if you want Freddy Krueger. 
Krueger Furnace (Decoration): Sits on a 3×3 base. No animation, but has the appearance it is all a glow. You will need to Brew this item if you want Freddy Krueger. 
Krueger Tool Shed (Decoration): Sits on a 3×3 base. Not animated. Lots of cool detail to the shed itself. I like the eery look of it and all the “weapons” around it. You will need to Brew this item if you want Freddy Krueger. 
Sexy Witch Connie (Costume): A costume for Connie. Comes complete with tasks. One that will help to earn Gasoline Rockets for Stay Puft. You CAN Brew her without having her unlocked yet. The costume will just sit in your Inventory waiting until you are able to bring her in the game and use it for her. More on her in a separate post.
Now if you just so happen to get one of EACH item from the Cauldron listed above and in prior posts, you also can receive the Slimer Decoration for free. Peter will trigger this task, so make sure you have room in your task menu for it to pop up.
Once you complete this you will get the check mark and a pop up from Peter completing it.
Slimer Decoration will then be put into your Inventory, so you will have to go seeking him out there.
He sits on a 1×1 base, but once you place him in your town he will be animated and wave his arms around. 
Once tapped he will ooze out a hot dog cart, eat the hot dogs, then eat the cart. Lol.
Now for the OTHER new items in the Cauldron. The Bonus Vials. Whether or not these are worth it to you all depends on what YOU want in your town and what YOU are getting a lot of to make the trade worth it. You do NOT have to Brew any of these for Slimer.

So the benefit of these relies more on whether you need the extra vials right away and do not need the extra ingredients either that come with bombing kids or zapping the Latchers.
There you have the last items available to Brew in the Witch’s Cauldron. Remember that these items can be located in your Inventory once you brew them. You will need to place them in your town to see/use them.

I ask because I could obtain all the none character items with what I have saved OR Mr Weed- I would take slimer over pretty much anything but if I can’t get him in time I would go ahead and settle for mr weed as he does tickle me.

I’ve brewed every item on the Witch’s Cauldron list (prior to this task being available so it is checked) and my Halloween Hoarder task is still not completed… 😦 Anyone else have the same issue? Have report it so hopefully I can still get my slimmer!

This is my first event playing FG, so i wonder :
the buildings and stuff that drop vials will still drop something after the event is over?
Also: i wish there where more Fiscal Fright levels… i hAve finished alll i wanted.. and now just buying buildings i want and duplicates… but i wonder if they will have any use after this

Is it necessary to brew at least one each of the items to vials conversion in order to obtain the Slimer deco? Or is it already preset for just the items? They are all now technically part of the Witches’ Caldron.

Nope. Just the main items. Once you get a check mark on them, you are good to go. # items do not count.

Strange thing happened with me for Connie’s questline. After I got the sexy witch costume and I started on the tasks, Anal Point turned completely black for the entire duration of the questline. When I finished the quest, it returned back to normal.

Decided to buy the premium chars this event, also got vial cart and got lucky with vial laboratory third try. Have currently 20k vials, tons ingredients (except terror dog bones), all items brewed. Now going to focus on opening district 9 as I waited til event end to start that. For coins I have 1.1 mil. Hoping for a candy corn brew-able item as I have 650. Oh well. Ty for site and helpful info.

A glitch? I have brewed Connies outfit but it’s not visible at Al Harrington and I cannot do her task. Anyone got same issue?

Do you have Connie herself unlocked? Did you check all the way to the very end of your inventory for the Costume so you can “create” it after brewing?

If you brewed her and it is check marked, not in the inventory anywhere…
And you do not see it when you tap on her and scroll left or right to place it on her…then contact them through your game.

Using vials and ingredients in conjunction with the bombs and traps should allow us to brew up some clams. The event ends this upcoming week, so there’s no point in keeping excess Halloween stuff that won’t carry over to the regular game.

I’ve got everything I can possibly get now, without purchasing more clams for the premium buildings – which I never do !
I’m just hoping there are plans in place to increase the size of the town. I’ve totally run out of space and need more desperately – and im sitting on 500.000 coins with nothing to spend them on.

Weird. The Rupert prize box has deaths dog house listed as a prize on the splash screen but not in the actual list of prizes. I’ve gotten everything from the prizes box but not the dog house. The only thing left listed is the sugar skull.

Who’s hoping that we can trade in our excess cauldron ingrediants for spirit vials? I have over a hundred of each and brewed most of the items I want so I’m hoping for a ton of vile. Would also really like it if tinyco added non playable characters such as the terror dogs and banshees but that’s just my personal preference. Excited for the next event tho….

Had no trouble getting everything brewed, getting slimer and getting everything for the day of the dead event. Only got 2 candy skulls. Was done on Hallloween night. Just finishing up the last of Bonnie and Day of the dead quests now. Is this the end?

The last thing I have to brew is Mr. weed but given the insane amount of vials and the fact that after bring everything else I only have like 101 vials right now and I need 18 more banshee tears is it feasible as a freemium player without using clams that I will be able to get Mr. weed before the end of the event

Is it me or does this happen to anyone else? Whenever, I bomb some kids, instead of re spawning from the portal, they spawn from the road. Also if I bomb a good number of them, then the next time I visit my game after a few minutes, that number spawns on the road, and after every time, I bomb them and revisit my game, they come back.

They spawn from both, but only like 3 come from Portal, so if you hit a ton…watch the sidewalks cuz thats where another mass amount will spawn. This is why I have a very small patch of sidewalk in my game.

And that’s the frustrating thing about the mini-game repeat:
Having to tear out all my streets to make a kill-box for minions.
To save time, I’m gonna leave the area next to event area clear as a seasonal park with junk from last event. the when the minion phase of a new event starts, rip it and all the streets up, and rebuild my kill-box quickly without having to move all the buildings around it again.

Lol. This is why in BOTH games I blog on…no road. Only a patch. The rest just pavement in one…now if they only would do it in this one. I leave the Maze up round that area. Makes it easier to find my characters, see their tasks, and let me control them better. 😉

I still need about 24,000 vials to get Slimer. I seriously doubt I will be able to pull this one off. Wish I could just buy Slimer. Even for clams. WIsh I knew about him before I blew 1,000 vials on the Day of the Dead box.

I have around the same. That 17500 is really going to be too much I’m afraid. Annoying that he was ‘available’ for brewing from day 1, and still has always stayed out of reach. 😦 But I’m saving up hard on rockets, so who knows, maybe I’ll still manage. I just brewed my Connie’s costume, since I had a feeling it’d help me with rockets and getting more vials through her actions. So fingers crossed on the last dead guy.
I do like Freddy not being premium though, that was a nice surprise.

Officially frustrated with the consuela costume. I am 0 for 13 and only have that stupid skull left which isn’t redeemable for any spirit vials. There’s no reason to have a repeating item thats so useless for the event. I’ve wasted 6,500 spirit vials I could have used for the remaining cauldron items. I just want the drop rate to be reasonable for the consuela outfit.

I have over 600 candycorns so I figure it would be better to trade in the bombs cuz I also get the pumpkins for it too and u can’t really have too much pumpkins but now for some reason clams are dropping more often when I bomb the kids. Like one clam for every 2-3 bombs I drop. Not a bad deal. Did tinyco just increase in the clam drop rate for the kids?

I didn’t get him until I brewed everything including the stuff that we didn’t have to brew, for example stink bombs. You can try that and see if it works for you. Most likely the event will be over by the time TC will have the chance to respond and I really wanted that little green stinker.

All the items have to have the check mark on them BUT the # exchange deals. Those are NOT required. They did verify that. Just make sure you have a check mark on each one. Try placing them all in your town too.
You also need to have room in your task bar for Peter to trigger the quest. Make sure your task bar is not full of incomplete tasks.

I’d love to be able to trade in my candy corn. That’s about the only item I have to spare, and I have a ton of them thanks to the trick or treaters.

I’m getting a weird glitch with Anal Point as I’m doing the Witch Connie task. The actual location is all black and looks like a blocky outline of the decoration. Anyone else seen this?

Here’s my question:
If one did want to buy spirit vials with either clams or real money, what would be the most effective way of doing so right now? Doesn’t seem like the carts are a viable option since they take that often to produce.

Hmmmmm…possibly weigh in what it would cost to get Rockets to hit Stay Puft or convert them in the Cauldron and see if that payout is better for you. Or Speeding up short tasks. Or buying bombs and trading them. Etc. It really depends on what you want to spend on what you can “buy”

I have all items except the Consuela outfit. I have lots of ingredients still. Will these be tradable like the rockets for something? Also I’m running out of room. Is there a plan for more land expansion I have 750,000 dollars to spend.

Seems like a good shot we’ll get one more chance to spend out hard earned Spirit Vials.
Glad they gave us the option to convert rockets and bombs so early. Now I know that if I keep at it I’ll still be able to exchange what I have left over. If nothing else I’ll buy a bunch of the lightning sculpture to hide around my town in all the odd spaces that end up left over.

It’s going to be really, really close for me to be able to get all the items, after I spent ~5000 vials on trying to get Consuela’s outfit. I won’t be able to afford the day of the dead buildings, most likely, but that’s ok. Still very excited to have gotten Consuela for 180 clams. It’s basically like getting the brain damaged horse for free.

Just got Slimer 🙂 gotta say I’ve really enjoyed this event, looking forward to seeing what they’ve got next, something Christmas related I’m guessing, hope they have a Star Wars Blue Harvest type event at some point!

I don’t think you’ll see anything Star Wars related , you’ve gotta remember Star Wars is now a Disney property. It was with Fox when the family guy star wars EPs were done.
I don’t think Disney would really want its product associated with something with questionable humour like Family guy anymore.

I don’t think I can get each non-premium thing this time (and I can’t even consider the mystery box). And I’ve been real careful with spending so far. Gonna have to make hard choices. Think I’ll have to ignore the predator/alien ships, and all the cool new Day of the Dead stuff. Quite the contrast to ComicCon where I got it all and still had ridiculous amounts of extra blam. 😦

Definitely harder getting everything this time around. Wasn’t able to get King Butt but got everything from Comic-con. With the cost of Mr.Weed I can buy the remaining 5 decorations and costume or spend it on one item. Not sure if he is worth it or not

While I really want the Slimer decoration I have no interest in getting all the cauldron items. Really upset over that but oh well. I don’t even think I have enough vials anyway. Excited to have gotten Consuela at a discount. Now I will try try for her skin. Please no more skulls.

Brewed all of the items. When I brewed the Stay Puft decoration it never gave me the check mark or appear in my inventory. I therefore didn’t get the Halloween Hoarder Slimer Decoration. Any ideas on if there’s a glitch? Thanks.
