Hello There Clammers!
Try to remember back to the beginning of November….when Bitch Stewie and Bitch Brian arrived in our games! After that short event we asked you guys for feedback on how YOU did with the event…and we’ve got your results below the fold (you guys never fail to disappoint!)
BUT before we get to the results of Bitch Fest 2014…I wanted to get your take on Intimate Apparel Peter & if you earned him or not. So let us know in the poll below if Peter is currently walking around your Quahog in practically nothing…..

Overall it looks like you guys REALLY weren’t happy with the Bitch Event..but hey, at least it gave you something to bitch about! (see what I did there..haha 😉 )

The event was ok but I didn’t really feel motivated on this one. Not enough time to do things unless playing all day.

I liked the idea of the event but just didn’t have the time to invest in it the weekend of… that said, I think I did pretty good considering I decided from the get-go I wasn’t going to unlock them, lol

The event seemed like it was just one more thing to do, instead of standing on its own. I thought the story/quest seemed anticlimactic, too.

if i hadn’t read this blog i wouldn’t have know that intimate apparel was a limited time event. guess i missed the original pop up??
& of course, I was 1 %&$#ing item away & the last 2 times doing the task to earn the item came up with nothing… I’d say i’d have better odds in Vegas but i did get fat lois as well as clams & forklift peter in the mystery box…

Well, that was a short-lived event.
“Christmas on Spooner Street” arrived Thursday morning (GMT) but by lunch-time was over – no more welcome flash screen.
If only real world Christmas shenanigans were that limited!

I enjoyed the little thing to hold us over til Christmas, but it happened RIGHT after Halloween. I had no time to build my clams back up and my Carl claim drop is malfunctioning and not giving me the clams it was supposed to meaning I was short getting Bitch Brian when it ended. I really did want him and would have traded all my American Dad characters for him in a New York minute, but it didn’t happen for me so now I have half the pair which drives me crazy and I wish I could just hid him so I wouldn’t be reminded, but that doesn’t work for me either as the option has been gone several weeks. I would even trade in the costumes I got during the mini events this month and I got every single on including fat Peter (yey freebie!). That is my only issue with it. They had the first limited time premium character I really wanted and it happened so soon after a big event and sale (Consuela) that there I was no way I could get him. Everything else was doable

What Christmas Event? You mean the one that’s supposed to hit later today? That hasn’t actually hit our games yet….
A lot of this stuff we want to get out before Christmas hits and it’s completely irrelevant.
Relax…when it hits we’ll write about it. Right now it’s just a bunch of glitchs and a Facebook teaser.

The only reason I was able to unlock Bitch Stewie in time was because I took advantage of the bug where the Bitches respawned after shutting down the app. I can’t say I’m proud that it came to that (even when I was tapping bitches like crazy, whenever they came up), but I am happy I got him. I love these short events, but I feel like they asked for too many Bubble Beards. To the point where it almost wasn’t legitimately doable. I hope they do more events like that, but maybe not so many Bubble Beard-like items.

this has nothing to do wit this post, but i just bought Cleveland for 400 clams because i wasnt playing during the event to unlock him for free…so do you girls have a walkthrough for his “he’s bla-ack…again” questline?

I guess I’m in the minority in that I really enjoyed this event. The characters are funny, I even spent most of my remaining clams on Bitch Brian and still enjoy him in the game.
I rather like these lower stakes, smaller events that I can still work towards but don’t need to spend a whole month planning out.
I expect I’ll be in the minority again when the Halloween results show that most enjoyed it but I didn’t really. The characters and costumes were great but the tasks mundane and repetitive (especially after the far superior Comic Con.)
I’m looking forward to the holiday event (particularly with Mort Goldman during the week of Hanukkah) but I know that I won’t hit the goals. I’m spending a week in Cuba where internet access is basically non-existent and there is certainly no wifi. That’s the thing with the big events… you go away for a week and you lose hope of achieving the stretch goals and the best rewards.

Said it before…all timed events need a timer or a reminder about when it ends to pop up. I missed intimate peter by one item…would’ve used clams if I knew it wasn’t ending at midnight.

SO! We are just about to finish American Guy, which ended right after Thanksgiving, which ended right after Bitch Stewie/Brian, which ended right after Halloween, which ended right after… I forget, and I may have some of the chronology wrong, but I would LOVE 1 week off, BUT NO! Christmas starts TOMORROW! Well, at least they waited until after Cyber Monday.
I have wanted to nuke and remake my town for MONTHS (well, not the nuke part, but I was so glad to see that), but since I typically barely finish each event-line, there isn’t time!
On a side note, we have Mort, we have the jetpack Menorah, is it TOO much to ask for a biseleh Chanukah? (a very little Hanukkah, in Yiddish for you goyim – hah! Wait until I Ibersetzt “shmuck” far dir!)

So just want to say stoked about the new event. Already been kicked out for no item drop mistletoe. Started mid October and am just waiting on one more book for Brian. Have both bitches, intimate Apparel Peter, as well as the November content. Enjoy this website to no extent

It was fine. I was tempted to buy bitch Brian (something about the voice clips made me chuckle), but at 150 clams, notsomuch. I unlocked stewie (though it was the day before the event ended) and ill admit to the game interferon slightly with my social interactions during this time. Bitch Brian would have been a no brainet for me at a jake tucker price…..

I loved the chance to get bitch Brian and stewie. Loved their characters in the show. The event was straight forward and fairly easy. Not sure why it got a bad rap…

The bubble beards. Those. I was 4 short of unlocking Bitch Stewie myself. I clicked EVERY bitch that was spawned every 2 hours like clockwork. The drop rate: sucked! Only thing that would have got it for me was clams. Either by the 2nd machine (175 clams?!?) or on the last 4 beards I needed. That is why it got a bad rap. People legit TRIED to do it and were unable to due to drop rates and amount.

It didn’t really feel like a Bitchin’ Event as much as just a task for Bitches. 🙂 And I didn’t expect them to pull all the Bitches off the street or I would tapped ’em all. 😉 I don’t need the coin though so no biggie.
