UPDATE 8PMEST: I have been able to get back in, but it crashed a few times. Seems to be stabling out. Just give it a bit. Try not to all rush the servers at once. Allow it time to fully come back online and you should be able to get back in. 😉

I find it kinda funny that everyone is having or had this problem now. Just because I’ve had this problem ever since the end of Valentines Event. I told the game mods & got no help. I rarely play now because of it. This is the first time I’ve used this site in about a month. Not like it matters, the Star Trek key items to collect to unlock characters is insane to collect without Clams.

Firstly, The problem that you have been having since the Valentine’s Event is not the same issue as the servers being down; they are two separate and entirely different issues.
Secondly, you say you told the “game mods and got no help.” If you mean that you told the moderators of this site, please know that they are NOT employees of TinyCo, the game makers, and therefore they cannot fix your problem. The Mods/Owners of this site are just players, like us. They may offer trouble shooting tips and relay information from the community as a whole, but cannot fix individual game issues. Many problems that players experience are due to memory issues and/or the device itself. That is not something they can do anything about. If you have tried all the troubleshooting tips that are readily available, and still cannot connect, you have to contact TinyCo, the company who puts this game out, directly, and keep at them.

I had quagmire dropping like crazy yesterday and I’ve gotten nothing from him overnight and all day today. Which, together, probably sum up to an average. But it’s just like him to get you all hot and bothered one day, then drop you the next. Giggidy.

Is anyone getting a load error about placeable items are out of bounds? It says there is problem loading this save game? Is there anything that can be done?

In reading the comments, not sure if my game is the anomaly, but I have having a really tough time with the laser pointers. I rarely get them from the phaser battles (though have all characters on phaser energy tasks) or Quagmire. Even though I often get a minimum of two to three objects shot including the ship.
Not getting out the pitchforks yet, but I have to admit, have found this one frustrating.

its the same here, and was already doing everything you suggest. I was consistantly getting 1 item drop every time I hit 2 or more targets. Until yesterday. 7 shots, 2+ hits every time, only got 1 felicium.

I’m also having issues with the laser pointers. All characters possible have been doing phaser energy tasks with Quagmire flashing for the entire last week, getting around a 10% drop rate. I’m still 2 pointers short of finishing. This is unusual for me, I’m generally waiting for the next upgrade starting on Monday. I’ve got three more chances before the warp core upgrade tonight IF it goes off on time this week. I’m sort of hoping for TinyCo to be running behind again 🙂 I really like to have all the stuff for a weeks characters collect before I start the new weeks tasks.

Totally hear you. Just wondering if the phaser drop programming is off. With all phaser options utilized, pretty much continuously, I still need 17 to unlock Lotucus. Extremely unusual for my typical gameplay/event progression results.
