FINALLY an update on time. Star Trek Phase 4 is officially live in Quahog!
Head over to your Enterprise and upgrade to Warp Core 4 (if you’ve met the requirements). This week we’ll unlocked the Sick Bay, Beverly Crusher and Vulcan Quagmire!

A reminder that Android and Amazon players have a patch update in their respective App stores. So be sure to download version 1.7.6 so you’re on the latest update. iOS users your update should be out soon…
To be able to gain access to ALL the new items below, not just limited… you will need to have progressed through the Main Questline to the end of A Ship Without Picard (Part 8, Part 9 will trigger with new Warp Core)

Unlocking the Sick Bay
After you’ve upgraded the Warp Core you’ll be tasked with unlocking the Sick Bay. In order to unlock the Sick Bay you’ll need 50 Life Support Energy.
After you’ve unlocked the Sick Bay you’ll then start the rest of the update…

Beverly Crusher you’ll find her in the Sick Bay. To unlock her you’ll have to collect lots of STUFF. Here’s what you’ll need:

UPDATE BUNNY 4/11: I know many of you keep asking this, so I am going to put it in here for you all to see. YES… ALL 3 WILL DROP THE HYPSPRAY. 😉
I have tested this on so many Borg. At least 50 of them now. This is what I am seeing, on the Characters themselves only the Synthesizer shows in their task list. This is ONLY visual. Visual issues are low priority and last to be patched. So do not worry about it. 
As for the Borg, you are killing them on the Enterprise that is FULL of all sorts of colorful background. This can make it difficult to see things… Like the HYPOSPRAY when it pops out. I almost missed seeing a few of mine, until I looked close at the screenshots. There it was. 
Hypospray is NOT as common as the Synthesizer, for my game I saw the bright green cubes more often then the spray. But I did see it.
Vulcan Quagmire you’ll find him in Al Harrington’s. To unlock here’s a look at the STUFF you’ll need:

New Rooms
A few new rooms have been added with the Sick Bay. Here’s what they are and what they’ll earn you:
Decompression Chamber- 175 Clams. Instant Build. Will earn you 10 and 2xp/8hrs. Will ALWAYS drop 1 of Laser Scalpel, Mind Meld for Dummies or (**item not in game**)
Genetics Lab- 600 , 10hr Build. Will earn you 1 and 1xp/2hrs. Chance to drop Hypospray
Medical Lab- 800 , 6hr Build. Wil earn you 2 and 1xp/3hrs. Chance to drop Mind Meld for Dummies.
New Craft to Destory with Phasers
Shielded PeterCrafts are now in the game. They’re bigger and faster than the regular PeterCraft and it’ll take two shots to blow them up. You have to shoot it twice before it disappears off the screen, otherwise it comes back undamaged. So you’ve got to be quick with that trigger finger!
Your first shot you will know it hit if you see the damage on the Shielded PeterCraft. Hit it again before it disappears or it will return shiny and new and you will have to try again.

Im still working on this phase…and once again its frustrating because i have red dude on fire running around, robots and little fur ball all going such an eye sore. why are do you guys make these items so much more harder to get this time around and some only 1-2 ways to get them yet its asking for so much…decide to give up because i only care for the Stewie character the rest not going to bother it with, itll be over soon in a few day so as olong as i get stewie i can wait till this Star trek event is over to play again

Hey! I’m having a problem unlocking Vulcan Quagmire, I still need a bunch of Space Condoms at apparently now, at the current phase, you don;t get them from the Shielded Peter Craft anymore, but from shooting the Romulan Warbirds… Unfortunately, I shot both and didn’t get a single Space Condom. Can someone please help me?

I found out that even though they got rid of xp drops for the bar (i mean a higher xp drop) i still get 400xp for just building it and now with the high drop rate for those ore and stuff it doesn’t put a dent in my ores. The best part is it doesnt cost dilithium.

Sorry if this has been covered already but I purchased the decompression chamber mainly for hyposprays and haven’t gotten any. Now I have everything else it drops and it’s only giving me dilithium and XP. Anybody else see this happening?

It never dropped them. Only Laser Scapels, books, and an item not in use yet.

Ohh gotcha. I thought that item not in use yet was a hypospray. I didn’t look at the picture very close on the “always drops” thingy. That’s cool that it’ll possibly be useful for the next stage.

Sorry but this info isn’t accurate. All this phase 4 stuff unlocks before even completing a ship without Picard 7, you don’t need to complete part 8 of that main quest to activate these things. I’m not sure what might be needed other than upgrading the warp core, I had no limitations, and I haven’t unlocked Locutus yet. Also, the chompy plant and giant dish became available before upgrading to warp core 4 and unlocking sick bay, they were in the store as soon as the core 4 update was available, which I couldn’t unlock for 3 days afterwards until I got enough XP.

How is it not correct that only SOME will be available? If you don’t finish the questline from last phase you WON’T have Road to Recovery trigger til you do. Leaving all the items it triggers locked. Like flaming Red Shirts.

Is Vulcan Quagmire required to finish the main questline The Road to Recovery?
I think it hasn’t been posted yet since the search didn’t find it. I agreed with others who said that we can avoid stress by considering Vulcan Quagmire to be optional or premium. However, if he is needed to complete The Road to Recovery, then I must plan to get at least 84 Phaser Energy in my free game. I have zero Space Condoms now and am stocking Phaser Energy for the next upgrade.
If I can’t complete this week’s questline, then I can’t get the main questline in the next upgrade and my chance to get new characters and objects might be gone or reduced greatly.

what questlines would you suggest that someone who is wanting to unlock Quagmire and Beverly to continue with. there seems to be a lot of extra quests that take up time when you could be trying to get drops. I’d rather try to unlock and finish up the other quests after

A tip for getting hyposprays is to NOT keep rebuilding the genetics lab. It’s a 10 hour build and it’s been dropping for me nearly every 2 hours so if you keep rebuilding it like the other rooms you will only get 2 hyposprays every 10 hours but if you let them be you’ll get 6-10 hyposprays every 10 hours.

200 clams for Q, another 100 for Vulcan, and near on impossible to hit the new petercraft (Which I have hit repeatedly) basically if you don’t pay out, no space condoms so no Vulcan Quagmire. Needs another way to earn these for Quagmire. I stuck with this, during the debacle of the Christmas update, despite being locked out for 6 days, but this is really trying my patience now.

Hi fellow addicts, just wondered if anyone experiencing a game lag when trying shoot the Shielded Petercraft, it’s causing me all sorts of problems but wondering if it’s device related, playing on iphone 5, or the game.

Yes! Mine hangs for a second or so! Not so great when you press fire, the game freezes, and by the time the phaser responds the Petercraft has jumped out of range! It has done this several times! I’m on Nexus 7.1.
