Hello There Clammers!
FINALLY an update on time. Star Trek Phase 4 is officially live in Quahog!
Head over to your Enterprise and upgrade to Warp Core 4 (if you’ve met the requirements). This week we’ll unlocked the Sick Bay, Beverly Crusher and Vulcan Quagmire!
As always we’ll be back with more details as soon as we go through them…
A reminder that Android and Amazon players have a patch update in their respective App stores. So be sure to download version 1.7.6 so you’re on the latest update. iOS users your update should be out soon…
To be able to gain access to ALL the new items below, not just limited… you will need to have progressed through the Main Questline to the end of A Ship Without Picard (Part 8, Part 9 will trigger with new Warp Core)

Unlocking the Sick Bay
After you’ve upgraded the Warp Core you’ll be tasked with unlocking the Sick Bay. In order to unlock the Sick Bay you’ll need 50 Life Support Energy.
After you’ve unlocked the Sick Bay you’ll then start the rest of the update…

UPDATE BUNNY 4/11: I know many of you keep asking this, so I am going to put it in here for you all to see. YES… ALL 3 WILL DROP THE HYPSPRAY. 😉
I have tested this on so many Borg. At least 50 of them now. This is what I am seeing, on the Characters themselves only the Synthesizer shows in their task list. This is ONLY visual. Visual issues are low priority and last to be patched. So do not worry about it. 
As for the Borg, you are killing them on the Enterprise that is FULL of all sorts of colorful background. This can make it difficult to see things… Like the HYPOSPRAY when it pops out. I almost missed seeing a few of mine, until I looked close at the screenshots. There it was. 
Hypospray is NOT as common as the Synthesizer, for my game I saw the bright green cubes more often then the spray. But I did see it.
Vulcan Quagmire you’ll find him in Al Harrington’s. To unlock here’s a look at the STUFF you’ll need:

A few new rooms have been added with the Sick Bay. Here’s what they are and what they’ll earn you:

Genetics Lab- 600 , 10hr Build. Will earn you 1 and 1xp/2hrs. Chance to drop Hypospray
Medical Lab- 800 , 6hr Build. Wil earn you 2 and 1xp/3hrs. Chance to drop Mind Meld for Dummies.
New Craft to Destory with Phasers
Shielded PeterCrafts are now in the game. They’re bigger and faster than the regular PeterCraft and it’ll take two shots to blow them up. You have to shoot it twice before it disappears off the screen, otherwise it comes back undamaged. So you’ve got to be quick with that trigger finger!
Your first shot you will know it hit if you see the damage on the Shielded PeterCraft. Hit it again before it disappears or it will return shiny and new and you will have to try again.

Family Guy Addicts 
This event is really making me question playing QfS. I was so excited at first, but three weeks in… There are so few ways to earn Starfleet XP, and only 4 characters who can earn collectables for unlocks (but don’t offer Starfleet XP), and so many different types of collectable currency!!! It’s like the worst of all the previous events combined. I was going to buy Worf and Guinan, but it feels like wasting money at this point. I am seriously disheartened and disappointed.

I have to say the enjoyment level on this is really starting to fall now, even though I love Star Trek. I play the game quite hard and in previous events usually have a good handle on things with time to spare, thanks to help here. I purchased both premium characters and to be honest, I do not think they have been much help at all. Guinan may drop 2 extra phaser crystals a day if you are lucky, which in the grand scheme of things is nothing.
Have got Lois, but still need another 9 laser pointers for Locutus, which going by the drop rates is going to be another 2 days at least. Now I see we need to use the phasers again, and this time we need 42 items, and we have not even got another character in town to help get them, like Quagmire and the laser pointers. Reading here you have to hit it twice as well, which am not going to like as I find the fire button in a horrible position for me. Might try fixing the phone screen then turning it upside down so the fire button is at the top.
If all the characters that are able are put on tasks and the 2 rooms, I think I was getting about 12-15 orange crystals per day and that was only giving about 2 or 3 items at best. To be honest If I have to get another 42 on top of the others i have not already got, I dont want to do it any more with these drop rates. Not going to unlock Vulcan as already spent enough on the 2 premium characters and there is probably another to come.
Just on a small side note, what was the point of giving Herbert a dandy new costume and then in the next phase, giving him a task right back in town again without it. Surely a task on the ship would have made more sense.
And another side note (promise its the last) Get rid of 24 hour tasks in events like this, hate them.

This is something I have not shared with Bunny or Alissa or other players but am am gonna share it now. A while back…I would have to dig back a couple of months back…I wrote a short open message to TinyCo employees, in-game, at Bunny’s suggestion. I just pretty much said thank you to each and every dept. I didn’t hear back for awhile, but one day I was about to say something to help-shift and there was a msg for me. Help-shift told me they forwarded my msg to all TinyCo employees and credited my acct with 25 clams. Still tear up a little about it. The gesture. Ya know, sometimes a thank you to the other side, goes a long way.

Tiny Co. Can treat you well if you are nice. When we were playing the Valentines event I accidentally used 150 of my clams to unlock Cheryl. I messaged them and out of the kindness of their hear they refunded me 100 of those clams, which they definitely did not have to do.
Also it was my birthday a few weeks ago and I jokingly messaged and stated that fact not expecting anything at all but lo and behold when I got a reply they sent me 25 Clams.
Tiny Co is awesome. Yes it can be so frustrating and hair pulling when it comes to some of the event but in the end it is just a game. A very awesome game but still just a game.
People don’t have any patients anymore and want instant rewards for minimal work. I play like crazy and have managed with minimum use of clams to be completely ahead of thing in the game and have things done and ready to go for the next up date.
And finally, Bunny and Alyssa, you ladies are awesome. You both work so hard to help us all out and I know I sincerely appreciate it. I don’t know what my game would look like if I hadn’t discovered your guys. Keep up the good work.

I’m still working on Lois and Loctas (?) and don’t have the life support energy to open the sick bay, and it looks like all the things for the two new people are going to be equally annoying to try and get.. *sigh* how very lame.. the side that wants to get everything is dying a little.. even more so since I can’t buy them and call it good. >.<
I Hope things get better, because I'm still have a pretty good time with this event. Here's to hoping I guess ^^

Still no actions for default meg or stewie even though they’re used on the enterprise, yet bruce, jerome, bonnie and herbert (I think that’s all of them) have actions that drop stuff for the event, despite not being involved (at least not directly in the case of herbert’s outfit)
Also, condoms would be the perfect item for quagmire to be able to drop

Hi…noticed a comment about borgs showing only green cube as an option to drop…I have beverly unlocked and if you tap on hypospray it says clear borg…I will let you know if one drops even though not showing…could just be visual…any thoughts?…also red shirt nerds…have you seen any yet? One final thing bunny…besides the book for quagmire I could of sworn I saw another item they would drop…did you notice if they made quick change…thanks guys your the best

My game shows it. I think it will vary on what you are seeing. I see Hypospray and Synthesizer Ores.
Red Shirts will not unlock until a specific point in the questline…
Right now I see another item from one of the rooms, but not for Borg

I can confirm that I’ve already received two hyposprays from Worf clearing Borgs although the green cube is the only thing that shows as an option for his task or while he is actually battling the Borg. Need to get Troi tossing her tribbles around so I can make a dent in getting 55 of these things. Talk about repetitive.

Mercy…I really like the event. I really do. I love the stuff, the quests, and everything. But this is pushing just way way too fast. I still need 4 bars to hit level 6. I might MIGHT be able to unlock Lois and Luq by Sunday if I’m lucky. I play incessantly throughout the day, and I feel like I just keep getting further and further behind. I don’t mind them unlocking stuff each week, but the pressure is building to complete things faster and faster. I know we still have until the 30th, so I still retain some hope. But truthfully I’d love to hear them just say they are going to extend the time of the event to give more people a chance to catch up and keep working at it.

So everyone’s stressing over drop rates and unlocking things for this event, but consider how you’ll feel once this event is over. Will you really miss another Lois or Quagmire skin? I’m sure that most of us have several of both. I almost never use more than one or two. Another won’t make a difference. Will you really care about having yet another character that’s next to useless during the events to come? Most of the ones you already have are completely irrelevant beyond earning coins. Do you really need more decorations that just sit on a seriously limited amount of land or in your inventory? I, too, want to earn everything available during this event, but I won’t miss them when it’s over, and I certainly won’t spend real money for fake clutter. Just a thought.

Yay, you! A few days back I realized I was in a frenzy to get everything, to the point this became a second job, no longer a relaxing and amusing game. I had to step back and I asked myself the same things you just posted. Since then, I am just having fun with it, if I get it, I get it, and if not, I will certainly be just fine!

Unlocked Lois 1 hour before the upgrade, but still only halfway done Magic Wands for Locutus – aaaannd of course Quagmire is the only character to drop Laser Scalpels, so Dr. Crusher will have to wait (unless I get lucky with the VISOR Hut).
On the plus side, I crafted the Vulcan ship T’Plana-Hath and it says a chance for Q-Tips (same 6-hour cycle as the characters collecting). Now if we could just get some help with the other items…

Noticed an issue, wondering if anyone else has noticed or has an answer. Crusher’s hyposprays say the Genetics Lab can get them, but the Genetics Lab does not say it drops them. The article above reflects what the game says. Wondering if anyone has pushed ahead the Lab with clams and can confirm if they do, indeed, drop hyposprays.

Mine says they drop them. Icon right above it in the purchase room menu. Also shows the Icon next to CHANCE in the pop up timer for the room.

I think it is more to due with where in game or questline you are. My Android was image in post. My iOS iPod Touch is still on 1.7.5 (as newer update not released). Still same info as my Android…

I dont think so. I think it is as harder as locutus. The only breeze is to get laser scalpels, because all you have to do is to build many Geordi’s visor hut or being successful on away missions. The rest, like Hypospray is kinda hard to get, since we got only Troi and Worf to get it, because quagmire is difficult to get too (dont get me started)
I’m not buying the decompression chamber. All the money you get on this game is useless except clams.

possibly the most annoying thing about this even is how useless many of the premium items have been. in previous events, premium characters have always made it easier to win prizes, characters, or skins, but word has been nearly useless and guinan is completely useless. neither character seems to have a 100% drop of stuff.

I agreed and sent Tiny Co a message about how the premium characters where not value for money and a suggestion. I suggested than the two premium characters have shorter time 2-3 hours on their tasks that generate there items e.g. for Worf 2-3 hours for Transporter energy instead of 6. I also suggested their 6 hour task be for the hard to get item of each stage. So Worf could have a 6 hour task for the hard to get item for the character unlock in each stage. Guinan could have a 6 hour task that drops the hard to get item for the costume unlock of each stage. I also suggested for those who have spent money on premium characters like Cleveland be reward by them having a way to help with items. I also told them that their drop rates where crap.

They’ve been told that over and over (by me, too) and nothing ever comes out of that. So, they apparently don’t want to have premium purchases provide a lasting value for money. Well, lesson learned. No more money spent on this game.

42 condoms!?! Are they serious? And the only way is by blowing up the PeterCraft unless you pay $ for Vulcan. I was about ready to quit before but now I’m decided. TinyCo only cares about getting people to spend ridiculous amounts of real
money on this game.

As it says in the top of this post… a patch. Many had issues of Quagmire getting lost into space and not coming back, so they created a patch so it won’t happen to others.

Kinda funny seeing all this rage, so early,locutus and SF lois are gettable. Vulcan quagmire will take at least 2 weeks on my consistent poor drops. But pressuming 4here isnt an update later this week, next week for 12 days we’ll have to get; kirk, stewie, meg, data and other stuff, all seems too much to me

✨I leveled up yesterday to Starfleet Level 6 and I was able to upgrade today’s WarpCore to Level 4, but I DON’T have any of these new qquestlines…Not even “The Road to Recovery” ?? I don’t have Locutus or Starfleet Lois yet and I’m sooooo close to getting them lol I thought I read it on here somewhere that Locutus was NOT needed to be unlocked to get the phase4 questlines???😒

Only thing we stated, me especially, is that you won’t need him to upgrade the Warp Core. That was true. You could upgrade just fine without him. As far as questlines, there is still a succession on them that has to be followed to unlock specific things. A Ship Without Picard will need to be done to trigger the last part of it and new questlines.

I agree just another failure on the part of TinyCo. I had such high hopes for this event and it has crashed and burned badly for me. I’ve never not finished my previous weeks duties before the next week started until now. Quagmire will be **** near impossible to get because I refuse to spends clams after the way they messed this all up.

I don’t have the Lois skin or the borg Picard, if that matters. I messaged tinyco, but haven’t heard back from them (been waiting three days).

Yes on XP. Anything you buy will help, but honestly… if you want a HUGE jump, use the Replicator items with a large XP payout.

I shot around 10-15 the smaller one just laserpointer and felicium, I shot 2 times the larger one down, sadly nothing, but I didn’t know you had to shoot it twice before it left the screen. I guess I wasted some shots

Slow going so far, waiting for new rooms to build:) Decided to send my workers off to clear land for new stuff yesterday, now have to wait for them to finish to build new phase buildings. New Peter craft is a pain, but it only asks you to blowcup one at first, so that’s good. Looking forward to what you ladies figure out for good drop combos. Still a little lacking on phaser crystals, but otherwise caught up on everything. About to hit SF lvl 8!

So basically they want us to spend a crap load of clams to get Vulcan Quagmire?!?!? That’s just stupid…. No way I’ll get all the space condoms for him. It already takes forever to get phaser energy and now I need at LEAST 42 (but let’s be honest gonna be more like 70-100) of them to blow up the spaceship!!!! Bad play TinyCo…. BAD PLAY!!!!

This is ridiculous. I still haven’t inlocked lois or locutis. The drop rates for their items are ridiculous. I’m only half way through warp core 5 and have no idea how long it’s gonna take to get to level 6. The characters are being used in different quest lines. This is a very very very frustrating update.
I was enjoying this Star Trek event when it first came out but at this point I am very frustrated.

I’m in total agreement with you. 18 more laser pointers to unlock Locutis. Lois is a bit closer but I used up my crystals to get to the update and the new buildings. My frustration level has made me not care about this whole event. I’ll go through the motions but I won’t care who I get or don’t get.

I’m in the same situation. I’m not even a Star Trek fan in the first place, so I don’t really care if I get everything. In the end, they’re just characters and costumes that will go into storage and won’t be used again.

Are they kidding with the Space Condoms?!?! You need 42 of them! That’s a minimum of 84 PEs! And that is assuming all of your shots hit and get a drop from them. This is seriously getting ridiculous. They are not forcing you to buy premium planets/rooms. Just not giving you much of a choice!

Note for those like me having difficulty getting XP. Peter has a 1 hour thing that gives 12xp. As the transporter sucks anyway I just put Peter on constant 1 hour shifts and have gained about 1/5th of a level so far today.

My heart is no longer in this event. Instead of making it fun and enjoyable, they have sucked the fun and whatever enjoyment I had when this event started. I really don’t care at this point if I unlock anything else. When items don’t drop at least once per period of time, then something is wrong. I don’t expect to get a item to drop every time, but Nothing for several rounds (buildings, rooms, tasks) is just annoying. Why in the hell do we need so many rare items? They have enough quests and story lines to keep us occupied that they could cut those numbers in half, but no, they require a stupid number of items and say it’s meant to take time.
Sorry, but timed events should NEVER have rare (or epic) drops PERIOD. And really, why the hell the limited ways to get items?
I am never spending money on this game again. And this event seems was made to get people to spend money more than any previous event.

And to add to the frustration of rare drops, you often need these items for some other randomizer like Tansporter Endergy or Phaser Energy, effectively turning rare into super-extra-epic-mega-rare. If they think that’s providing fun and enterntainment, they’re wrong. And judging from these comments, it seems like more and more people are losing interest.

At first this event was funny 😀 but after seeing what you need for the new characters/skins this is obviously a 100% premium event! Still faaaaar away of unlocking Lois and Locutus btw. Those 42 condoms are a joke *sigh*

I’ve upgraded warp core, unlocked sick bay, and see crusher & Vulcan quag. But I don’t have any new questlines, where are the new questlines??? I haven’t finished unlocking locutus yet, so I guess I need to complete that wk3 questline before the new wk4 questline opens? If so please put that in your post instead of having to go through comments to get an answer. I’m sure many are in the same boat and have same question since locutus has been so hard to unlock. Or is the new android patch for the new questlines?

If you take a peek at the top of the post… you WILL see it in there. Patience, you know WE also have to play through this event using OUR Clams to get all the stats. If you keep refreshing the post, we update as we verify it live in the game.

I’m starting to think this event is moving a bit fast. I’m still working on Lois and the Borg Picard. 12/25 Felicium left and 20/40 batteries 17/35 laser pointers….I honestly think we need more people to drop the items or make them more likely to drop from the Peter ship. Just my thought….

i have just checked my game and upgraded the Warp Core to the next level.
Clearly WTD is going on with Tiny Co and the drop rates for Vulcan Quagmire and also Dr Crusher???
As i said to them in a previously unanswered email, i like a challenge but this event is extracting the urine and also taking the fun out of the game. i have little to no faith that they care about this event or the players thoughts because with every new ST district the difficulty level appears to increase along with the frustration levels of both premium and freemium players.
Perhaps they are having a lean month as most things appear to lean towards us having to spend clams, which in my opinion is out of order.
i have half the laser pointers to get for Locutus and half the bags for Lois and at this rate i doubt i will get them prior to the event completing by the end of the month.
if it wasnt for my minor addiction and the clams i have bought and not used i would seriously bin this game and find another addiction to keep me going when i am not working.

I still can’t play on Android. Looks like I’m rating this event a big fat zero. Even if I can get to play by now I’m so far behind that it wouldn’t be worth my time to try to catch up.

It used to be one “bomb” unit and you get some kinda item needed for unlocking something. Now i can barely hold on to two red crystals, and i have to use 2 in ONE RUN on the big craft? Before it disappears off screen? Lag makes it so the button for firing isn’t sensitive enough on any tablet.

Round the “Road to Recovery Part 2”, but don’t worry too much you need Beverly to get rid of them. So they will be running… on fire… for a bit. (Is it bad I am giggling at them running around on fire?)

Sigh. Beverly Crusher, we hardly knew ye. For me, looks like I never will. Still gathering cocaine and laser pointers. Sick bay lady requirement is making it very hard for me to heal from last weeks update.

Drop rates are terrible, have use all the clams I had saved up getting the two premium characters Worf and Guinan to help (You would think that as they are premium they would help more in the event), I log in regularly during the day and still looks like I’ll be left short of time to get all the characters unless Stewie and Data are going to be a whole lot easier. I know they want you to use more clams but this is poor. Do Tiny Co not realize this is the type of thing that gets people fed up and they just stop playing. I will see this event out but this might be the straw.

Unlocked everything in time for the next warp core upgrade so was happy to get on with the next phase!! One quick issue I see is that Troi when clearing Borgs does not show the option of getting a hypospray, only green energy. Hopefully, it is a minor glitch easy to fix…

Troi doesn’t show the hynopspray as a potential drop in my game, though she does drop them as I got one from her.

Yes, she has the bubble over her head I can tap. Well, not right now as the game won’t let me in, keeps crashing on me now. I’m still trying to unlock Locutus and Starfleet Lois too

I would be really interested to know the thought process behind these decisions based on how the last week has gone for players and the frustration level being at an all time high. I would also like to know what they say when you ladies tell them whats being said around here. Its like they dont want us to continue with this game.

Yup, and spend two crystals to shoot down a ship (maybe) with a rare drop when your only getting 6-8 crystals a day. And do that 42 times. I get your trying to be reasonable but you have to understand how ludicrous this is.

6-8 phaser energy a day? Wow. You are so lucky. I’m getting 4, maybe 5 on a good day. That’s with everyone and both weapons lockers going 24/7.

I disliked bombing in the previous events but if you bought a premium character they would always drop a bomb quicker than the freemium ppl (or maybe were guaranteed when the freemium drops weren’t), the premium characters bought in this event are close to useless and more complex bombing means I’m done. People can say “oh tinyco will respond to complaints and make things easier” but it’s been a pattern for several events of them making things too complex and then wanting us to be happy when they change things midstream. (my city looks like crap anyway and I prefer city design to mindless tappubg on miniscule creatures.

I am so behind on this event. I don’t have Lois or Picard, and I won’t have them any time soon. I feel like I might miss out on everything. Yeah, we still have 21 days, but I have little hope. These new characters/costumes now need so many items that are mostly from trips and zaps…lmao. Hopeless.

Hmhm.. I upgraded and unlocked sick bay.. Crusher and Peter came up and Peter said something about ummm, having to get something uhhh, well, I guess prepared? Lol, for a physical, but my phone slipped and fell out of my hands.. Because I’m a calamity Jane and ran into my bedroom doorway again.. Ugh, anyway.. I didn’t see anymore dialogue after that, it had actually gone to my home screen and was running in the background, so it had to reload.. Quagmire didn’t come up w any dialogue or anything.. I feel like maybe I’m behind in quests? I haven’t finished Locutus or SF Lois.. Their only like 120 something clams each at this point, but I’m annoyed and want them to finish for free because I can just send characters on quests for them..
I just feel like nothing’s HAPPENING.
I still have the kill 15 Borg quest.. Borg are so annoying, like go away and eat eachothers brains or something like the zombie freak parts you are, made of mostly technology or not -get out of my game. I don’t have 2 hours for you lol. I knowwww that’s not how Star Trek rolls obvi, but ‘comeoonnn I wanna use the transporterrrr. Oh the transporter, I’m just going to sit down and be quiet. Which I never do, but I love you girls 😁 *sitting quietly, acting like a lady* …hahaha
