FINALLY an update on time. Star Trek Phase 4 is officially live in Quahog!
Head over to your Enterprise and upgrade to Warp Core 4 (if you’ve met the requirements). This week we’ll unlocked the Sick Bay, Beverly Crusher and Vulcan Quagmire!

A reminder that Android and Amazon players have a patch update in their respective App stores. So be sure to download version 1.7.6 so you’re on the latest update. iOS users your update should be out soon…
To be able to gain access to ALL the new items below, not just limited… you will need to have progressed through the Main Questline to the end of A Ship Without Picard (Part 8, Part 9 will trigger with new Warp Core)

Unlocking the Sick Bay
After you’ve upgraded the Warp Core you’ll be tasked with unlocking the Sick Bay. In order to unlock the Sick Bay you’ll need 50 Life Support Energy.

UPDATE BUNNY 4/11: I know many of you keep asking this, so I am going to put it in here for you all to see. YES… ALL 3 WILL DROP THE HYPSPRAY. 😉
I have tested this on so many Borg. At least 50 of them now. This is what I am seeing, on the Characters themselves only the Synthesizer shows in their task list. This is ONLY visual. Visual issues are low priority and last to be patched. So do not worry about it. 
As for the Borg, you are killing them on the Enterprise that is FULL of all sorts of colorful background. This can make it difficult to see things… Like the HYPOSPRAY when it pops out. I almost missed seeing a few of mine, until I looked close at the screenshots. There it was. 
Hypospray is NOT as common as the Synthesizer, for my game I saw the bright green cubes more often then the spray. But I did see it.

A few new rooms have been added with the Sick Bay. Here’s what they are and what they’ll earn you:

New Craft to Destory with Phasers
Shielded PeterCrafts are now in the game. They’re bigger and faster than the regular PeterCraft and it’ll take two shots to blow them up. You have to shoot it twice before it disappears off the screen, otherwise it comes back undamaged. So you’ve got to be quick with that trigger finger!
Your first shot you will know it hit if you see the damage on the Shielded PeterCraft. Hit it again before it disappears or it will return shiny and new and you will have to try again.

Its too bad you have to resort to posting a note against people’s anger, you guys do a great job, but honestly you should be directing this at TinyCo. For three weeks players have been asking for more characters available and better drop rates. With this latest update (after an extremely horrible and frustrating Bridge update), we have no new characters and a nearly impossible task with space condoms. No wonder people are frustrated. Players dont want to spend an entire 6 week event unlocking characters. The Enterprise goes away in three weeks, we want to use the characters while we can.

Again, see the comment at the top. There is a point when it turns into just yelling and screaming. When it isn’t just one comment per person, but more like 20 or 30. That is just TOO far and not necessary. Others are coming to this post for HELP and having to wade through hate to find it. THAT isn’t fair. Many emails are coming in from people just trying to find answers and instead finding a mob. THAT isn’t fair and is ruining the purpose of this site. And it is not US that need to be directing it to TinyCo. It is YOU, the player. In game message them your thoughts. Focus concerns on posts we put up intentionally for that. It is easier for us to link TinyCo to ONE spot and say “this is what they are saying” instead of “just read the entire site, you go all the time to spare… right?” There are reasons we do things the way we do. TO HELP. 😉
Don’t use our hard work and site to start lynch mobs and riots. That isn’t right or fair to myself and Alissa at all. Not one bit.

Exactly what I was thinking ealier. I know, new content means you are busy like hell to test, confirm and assemble hints. But how about a quick little poll what players have already unlocked untill now ? That could be the ONE spot to show TinyCo how far behind the playerbase (might) is.
It is a lot easier to see that only 3% have unlocked character xyz than reading thousand of comments 😉

Things are already in the works. Just testing out things myself first. I am BIG on facts n stats and so are they, so I always like to have back up to my methods in ways that speak to them. 😉
And I am glad you understand our thinking on things. Instead of digging through a haystack to find a needle or 50 haystacks in a field, it is much easier to just go to the needle holder and get one of the 100 waiting there in their spot where you put them all organized and easy to see. 😉
FYI. It is OK to have an outburst now and then. It happens. We understand. So don’t fret. It is just when we see it spreading like a bad disease or wild fire consuming, taking over, and destroying all in its path… we have no other choice then to step in and stop it before it gets worse. It is all just more ways we help and do what we do. 😉

People, calm down.
I know that we have been able to finish everything everything 1-2 days before the next phase in last events, so it feels like we are getting behind when we still have characters locked from earlier phases.
But we still got 3 weeks left of this event, and two weeks to get everything once the last part of the ship is unlocked, the Holodeck.
Even if things may look impossible now, things can change.
Remember the frustration when all math said that it was impossible to get Spanish Soapopera Peter?
TinyCo saw it and changed it.
And if Space condoms seems impossible to get now, who knows, maybe we will see more ways of getting them in the future?
Or easier to get Laser crystals?
Now I know the frustration that some of you are feeling.
I felt left behind because Number One never dropped any beard trimmers, so I got to Enterprise late. I had to visit the planet 10 times before I even got my first chocolate bar. I was up at 25 trips before I got Herberts outfit. Locutus and Space Lois still lack laser pointers and… that white thing that are totally not drugs.
The event is not over yet. If you had already finished everything, then you would complain that you got nothing to do instead.
So take a deep breath and go outside if you feel frustrated.

OK I unlocked this on time(hint: craft that space coffin thing it fills out a whole starfleet level at once). But I’m wondering is anyone up to date in terms of having finished all the missions and unlocked all the characters in the last phase?

I’m at Starfleet level 10 as I brought the Dilithium Mine at the start of the event, the first two weeks of the event I was able to unlock the characters and outfits, and complete quests in more than enough time, this past week I got Starfleet Lois by Monday, but only got Locutus Wednesday evening, the Laser Pointers were a nightmare to get, as for the quests I’m way behind (apart from the main questline) as I was using the characters to earn materials. I don’t mind too much as they can wait till later, my main focus is just on the characters, outfits, and the weeks main questline.

You will have to see what your personal results are. As you have seen, it varies per player on what you get each trip.

To date… NONE of the Tranporter Trips had ALWAYS drops. Not a single one. All the Clams do is unlock another Planet option. Nothing more. The Payout is still varied. It is like paying more to access a VIP room. Doesn’t mean you will have more fun in there than the regular club itself, but the view or items offered may be better. 😉

Unlocking Vulcan Quagmire will probably be such a time consuming grind, that I don’t even wanna bother. At this point, I just want to get Locutus, Beverly, and Data.
I’m hoping that a Vulcan Quagmire task won’t be one of the few ways to drop items for Data (yeah, I know that I’m prolly being delusional).

Thanks so much ladies for explaining the different crafts. I’m furious with TinyCo (and wrote them) for not placing a simple line to explain it takes two shots somewhere obvious (like new this week spot) and instead placing it deep in their faq section under Shielded PeterCraft topic (how the hell would I know what that is without a visual?!) It’s disgraceful their customers need to come to a private blog to seek basic explanation for what is essentially their products. Can we please have a What the deuce post with each warp core upgrade? It’s very deflating and sad that instead of getting excited about new content, we need to commiserate with our fellow addicts.

Wow I’m way behind like a week and a half behind even though I started playing since the launch of the event. I know I won’t be able to get all the stuff and I’m okay with it seeing as most things won’t be used later on and because I found another game to play on my spare time, I wish you all luck.

As many others who already said this, i think this is an impossible task…i have the core at almost 6, but i,m really behind with the characters – don,t have lois nor locatus….wtd? Those stupid borgs are not helping at all and shooting the dâmb peter shop is also not dropping much…..i don,t see how i Will get this done If they don,t change smth fast….If i unlock now bewerly and vulcan queg how Will i unlock 4 characters at the same time??? This is really stupid….

The cardboard, yes… mostly on Characters. Not always on Buildings or other items like during Con and Halloween. Not sure why it is that way on some items and not others. But it is.

I’ve spent around 2000 clams on this event and I’m surprised I’m still behind. I bought the two premium characters, several premium rooms, play quite often and I’m still short materials to unlock Louis and Locotus. Kind of crazy. No Herbert yet either. Sheesh.

I agree, I have also brought the two premium characters and disappointed as they are not really helpful in gaining the characters and costumes for the event. I sent TinyCo a message through the help and support, contact us feature of the game about the poor value for money. I suggest you do the same, if they get enough people doing it they may give the premiums more helpful and shorter tasks than the normal characters.

did that too. Edo herbert and locutus are really useless. I did not buy the premium rooms. I think it does not pays off for the time amount to give the items. The most useful premium you can get so far is Q, because he frees nerds and give condoms, giving you some chances to get quagmire.
I also came up with an Idea to TinyCo let the event finish only when the player finishes everything up or give it up when the time comes. Perhaps if everybody do that we can give this idea some life.

It says that Borg drop hypospray but all they show under the task is dropping the green cubes. And for something “uncommon” I’d expect it to have dropped at least once by now.

Just like always… it will vary. And with Multiple Materials coming from the Borg, what YOU will see in the limited pop up with vary. But if you tap on Beverly, it vary clearly tells you they drop. Also, I see it in my game (see this very post you are commenting on for a screenshot). 😉

He is still there. But just as Mort… or any other costume in Al’s… you can ONLY make one at a time. So while you are “creating” one, ALL others will “lock out” until you tap that check mark and complete the creation.

Thanks B&A. I like reading the comments to we where’d everyone else is, so here’s mine: Starfleet level 5 (so no unlock to Crusher yet) unlocked Troi 2 days ago, 10 lasers away from Locutus, 7 Felicium from Starfleet Lois. Didn’t buy Worf or Guinan. Everyone else already covered the complaints.
I do like how it seems I can tap on tribbles more without hitting borgs now. I wish the Borg were able to come to Quahog and assimilate the non-event characters you had. Tap on them, get a crystal, like, not for the payout, but to give the event some extra fun.

Completely ridiculous for Vulcan quagmire. 100 clams to unlock the planet, or you basically can’t do it. That’s a bare minimum of 84 phaser energy to be able to get him. That’s an insane amount, and I’m guessing it won’t drop every time either. They may as well just make him cost clams and/or put a giant middle finger on the screen, because that’s basically what they’re communicating.

try away missions. I am with almost 30k crystals, because I tried a lot to get edo herbert (not worth it for the view, but anyway), so, I got big money on that. There are also missions that gives you 100 crystals. Try them out!
One thing that helps with that are constructions. They pay off relatively quick.

Can we maybe have a post specifically for people to give their successful methods for gaining Starfleet xp, Dilithium, and particularly the more annoying unlock items like Laser Pointers and Felicium? When 90% of the comments are either complaints or the site-runners’ increasingly patient responses to those complaints, it’s not exactly easy to find the occasional nugget o’ wisdom…

Trying to do that. As I keep saying, the negative is getting out of control. No matter what the post is on… people will abuse the help and vent anyway. We are tightening the reigns though. More comments are finding their way to the trash bin and we will continue until it stops and people understand to NOT abuse our helpful posts as their soapbox and stomping grounds. So am I to understand this correctly, with the new petercraft it doesn’t have anything to drop but xp and dilithium, it takes two shots in one pass and is simply meant to use up phaser energy that is hard enough to come by?
I would say shoot the little one when the big one doesn’t get in the way since that’s what is giving drops for starfleet Lois and Vulcan Quagmire.
Did I see correctly that Vulcan is 100 clams to unlock, offers up the chance to win either 4 q-tips and 5 space condoms? IMHO, that is a complete waste of clams since it would probably cost less in clams to speed up character tasks with a better chance at drops.

So I’m having a heckuva time getting my space groceries for sf lois. The borg have dropped just two for me and I’ve nearly completed endless battle 4 so its not like I haven’t destroyed well over 2 dozen of these terminator rejects. I’ve collected 5-6 green ore from them and even 3 hypospray already-which has been available all of 5.5 hours now.
Crews quarters have been reliable for me only in dropping LSE as I have 30 in reserve currently working towards the 80 needed for holodeck. But extra rare groceries just arent dropping 😦
As more and more people are coming aboard the enterprise and eatin up the food my fridge is empty! I need some fraggin space groceries! Any advice?

Horrible event just awful characters just get more and more impossible to obtain n the phaser battles so frustrating oh and did i mention the transporter is useless you need to send the characters that are inpossible to get to get the stuff to unlock the impossible characters wherecs the logic. Im so annoyed im not dropping anymore money n i just stopped playing as often feel i can use my time doing something better congrats on royal pissing people off. Yha yha i keep seeing that it prob. Cost tiny co. Alot of money to earn the rights to this game so its forcing people to use clams well guess what in my personal opinion. Knowing logically that this would happen either A should extend the event or B choosen one that didn’t cost as much to produce.

Just follow the main questline. Focus on only that. Make small goals and just achieve them as you can. Use the posts all over on the Even to see what others did to help them at certain points and see if that will help you better too. Most of all… just enjoy it. Take it at a pace that fits YOU.

keep in mind you must kill them in one go. Do not wait it to disappear, or it will regenerate. That is bad, because the game lags a lot on many devices, making this a very difficult task to do.

You know what really grinds my gears? Lol Nothing! I pretty much stopped caring. I’ll play of course but technically if you think about it, what’s the point of unlocking everyone? The majority of extra characters do NOT help in future events. I have about 50 characters in my game and only 8-12 are actually used per event. I spent money on Clevland thinking that he’s a main character but I haven’t used him since the Halloween event. So for most clammers on here, don’t even sweat it. It’s not worth it. Enjoy the game and crude jokes but don’t let TinyCo get anymore money because they are just trolling us, lol! Oh and thank you Bunny and other contributers for doing such a great job and leaving helpful hints. 🙂

it’s a game. Games are supposed to be challenging. Just harden up and give it your best shot. Bar the first 2 events tiny co always come through. And with Bunny and Alisa you have the best possible chance.
Still quite surprised at the difficulty and required amount of space condoms. I would have thought they would be encouraging us to be safe and giving them out freely…. 😉

Challenging, yes…but wow, Troi is still trapped under the debris in my game with NO chocolate in sight. I now have Borg running around my ship and no way to clear them. I don’t mind the idea of spending a few clams to unlock her, but I shouldn’t have to buy all 12 candy bars.

Becoming extremely frustrated with this game due to low drop rates. I’m not even close to unlocking Starfleet Lois or Locuitus yet despite near 24 / 7 playing since the beginning. I’m not even halfway there on Laser Pointers or the bags of flour (whatever they are called). I virtually never get items dropped from blowing up the Peter Craft, maybe three laser pointers and 2 flour bags total over the last week. I went through 16 transporter crystals last night trying to get Herbert’s costume to no avail. And now to get Beverly Crusher I need Quaqmire to do a job even though I still need him for another year or so, at my current drop rate, to get enough Laser pointers. All right, everyone quiet down while the grown ups are talking. The Star Trek convention episode of Family Guy is on cartoon network at 11:30. I think everyone should watch it, and watch some more Family Guy while they are at it, and hopefully we will all remember why we are playing this game in the first place.☺

✨UGH! just when I almost got all caught up I’m totally being falling behind now in this event! There’s NO way(I mean unless they change ALOT of stuff lol!) I’m gonna be able to unlock Bev Crusher and Quagmire’s costume…looks like it’s gonna take me a good while! It’s NOW even taking forever for me to get Starfleet Lois and Locutus unlocked and just…Wow haha I think Deanna Troi actually was NOT that long to unlock!!! Starfleet Lois, Locutus, Beverly Crusher, and Vulcan Quagmire will probably be the last characters I’m going to have a slight chance in obtaining. 😞😣

I will note that Geordi’s visor stand drops 210+1 XP and for the time being, you can build multiple at once if you have multiple builders. I built 2 simultaneously and got 210+1 XP for each (FYI, I was 21 blue lights into Level 7 and the 422 XP I earned lit up the remaining 11 pale blue lights on the big XP bar and 1 light into Level 8). I’ve got two Vulcan High Command buildings working but they take 24 hours. Also as a note on XP, the big satellite dish does not pay out any XP.

I have no words to express how this update **** up the every joy of playing on this event.
Come on, it should be fun to unlock those characters on the very low time window we have. But those rates x quantities x difficulty to get are way farther from surreal.
I still one freaking laser pointer to get the ***** locutus (that should not be a character, but a skin, since we have sir patrick stewart from the other events, and I know that ppl was not on the event, but why don’t make him available for this freaking event!?)
Hope they fix those **** numbers overnight. It really grinds my gears.

Im still on SXP 4, almost 5, just unlocked Deanna this am. Have a ways to go on Locutus and Starfleet Lois, things just don’t drop enough to advance at a decent pace. Instead of a turtle, I feel like a snail. I think you are doing well, further than me. 🙂

I still have to unlock Locutus and Starfleet Lois. I’m only halfway to level 6, so I can’t even start on Beverly or Vulcan Quagmire yet. Given that I’m not even halfway on Felicium, Batteries, or Laser Pointers, it’s starting to look like the next level will unlock before I can get to this one. Maybe they can tweak the numbers to be more reasonable for people who work for a living and can’t spend five minutes on it every couple hours if they want to *continue* working for a living…

My interest level meter for this event just pegged to ZERO.
How are all you’s out there getting your phaser energy? I did not buy the building that drops it, is it worth the clams? I know the Whoopi character sometimes drops the energy, but no way will I have Her in My game. I did get Worf, he’s no help tho. Running all my characters constantly on energy tasks, and room swapping (only way they seem to drop anything). Way too much needed from phaser battles, and little energy available. I still need 16 laser pointers for Locutus for cryin’ out loud.
I’m in the game all day & night, so serious effort is there. I so want to get some fun/enjoyment out of this event, but so far nadda.

Second one spawned for me after about 1-2 hours, I hope that is the norm.
Comment for space condoms: I burned about 200 phaser energy getting something like 5 condoms, so I purchased vulcan and sent everyone I could have (Vulcan Quagmire is also an acceptable person to send) which was 4, and I got space condoms about every other time from that, sometimes every 3 times.
It really seems to me like you would need both Vulcan and the peter ships to get through this without clams.
I did use clams obviously. I sped through everything, I am only waiting on the 3rd flaming red shirt trekkie for Dr. Crusher to clear right now.
Now I wonder why they didn’t give us a spawner for that? There was the assimilation room for borgs, and the dome for the tribbles. Why no trekkie spawner?

Why does it matter so much HOW a player got what they did in their game? If they spent Clams, that is their choice. If they bought Clam items, same.
I get if you want to know why in case there was a playable method you missed, but if that is the case… the comments seem kind of attacking. Just my view on it. 😉

My comments are Never attacking. I also buy & spend clams for every big event. Just looking for any tips/advice on getting more phaser energy, clams, no clams, whatever. Seemed logical to ask someone who seemed to have a lot. Is that not what this site is for?

It does look like it is about every hour that the flaming red shirt tekkies spawn. After clearing three of them, I now have to clear four more.
Any idea how many of them can collect at a time?

Aaargh what is it with this bloody game, we all whinge and whine about:
How hard it is
How **** the drop rate is
How expensive the premium stuff is
How TinyCo don’t answer in-game messages, or take their time to
How bored we are
How none of our earned $’s are used for anything useful
How we have so many characters that sit and do f**k all
How so many characters do multiple drops that never drop
How TinyCo know how we play & tempt us to spend our own money
How, how, how, etc etc etc
Yet…..
We’re still here….
Logging in 24/7…
Whinging & whining…
Tapping endless buildings for cash that does nothing…
Always searching for spare land to dump the stuff we’re forced to buy
And…
Burdening poor Bunny & Alissa with our woes…
I think it’s time to chill out, have a drink, forget Star Trek, forget TinyCo, light the Barbecue, and get bladdered

I am starting to get really negative towards this event. I am a character purchaser — but don’t spend on anything else.
I have crystals out the wazoo, because a task rarely ends more than an hour before they are back to work, and often its immediate.
…and yet Locutus and Lois are still out of reach. I feel as if I am going to play more than any previous event and get far less than before, percentage wise of freemium items.
I am getting phaser energy about 40% of the time from buildings and tasks (trending upwards) but item drops still 1/5ish. Thats an insane amount of phaser energy creation tasks/collections required.
add in that its possible to miss the craft (rarely happens to me but it HAS means rare drop + easy skill shot + rare drop = sky high frustration).
…I really hope this event doesn’t sour me on the game because I feel thats where this is heading.

With one realization, I just dropped most of the game-related stress:
Vulcan Quagmire is realistically unreachable as it now stands. Therefore, I won’t spend any effort on him beyond using Bonnie, Bruce and a couple Medical Labs.
After all, it’s going to be hard enough as it is to clear a couple hundred Borg to unlock Crusher, but at least that’s an uncommon drop (instead of rare), has a relatively short task time and has multiple characters who can do it.

Yeah, I totally agree. Even with a lot of premium items already at work for me, I think even attempting Vulcan Quagmire is a waste of time and resources.

Many decisions in our lives (me+husband) are made easier when we ask ourselves -if money were no object, or if time was no object -what would we decide? Of course it always is, but it helps us think more clearly. Anyway, asked that question of myself today re:this event.
I decided if time were no object, this is the most amazing event ever. The quests, characters, rooms, trips, bomb missions etc. are beyond beyond impressive.
The sad thing is, the time is so limited, and there is so much going on, it’s hard to enjoy it.
This seems more like a 2 month project than a 5 week project!
If time was no object it would be the best event ever!

I can’t imagine getting the star trek licensing was cheap, hence the pay walls they’re putting on a lot of it, but I agree with a lot of other posters, I bought some clams at the start when there was the deal with crystals, and regretting that, no more. All I want is Kirk, and if I can get him with my remaining clams, then awesome. I already put most of the useless premium characters I purchased in storage. I put several buildings in storage, I have a feeling after this is over, most of the Star Trek stuff will be in storage as well.
That I bought Worf and Guinan, have Ferengi Mort and Klingon Chris, but I have 4 tasks for Riker totally 44 hours and nothing for them?
Pretty soon, the game will be in storage if this is the way it’s going.
