Hey there Tribblemakers!
I know many of you that got the in game messaging responses in regards to an extension are patiently waiting news of just what will happen with the Event. For now, it is still showing as just 1 day (01D) left in the Menu. So, will there be an Extension?
After experiencing some issues over the weekend, many of you received a response similar to this one…
“While we don’t have any announcements yet, we’re looking into all options for how we can help players maximize the event in these last few days. This is especially true for players who got caught in the Enterprise crash bug: we want y’all to be able to finish the event as normal.
We don’t yet know what form that will take, but we expect to have an announcement before the end of the day ….”
First off, I wanted to say thank you to all that wrote in. As we try to encourage here… if you have a want, suggestion, or idea that you feel would benefit the players in the game… let them know. You may not always get a response to suggestions, but as you can see they ARE reading them and paying attention.
Now to the issue at hand, just WHAT is it TinyCo is going to do to help out the players?
Hailing on all frequencies! The Star Trek event has been extended by one week. The event will now end on May 7th at 3 PM PDT.
Thank you all for being such amazing players. We’re very proud of this event and hope this helps you experience as much of it as possible. Live Long and Prosper!
So there you have it. We all will have ANOTHER week of this Star Trek Event to be able to get those extra items you need and maybe the last of those Characters you have been wanting. Remember the Borg Bertram will still be your best supply of Dilithium Crystals and Dark Matter, so keep at the battles at the highest possible Boss you can.

Thank you for extending the game till the 7th of May . Ihave been helping my grandson with his game since it messed up, but low and behold i had a couple of the requirements for the game left to accquire Talosian Stewie and he has disappeared .I’ts 5:17PM Tuesday ,May 5th.

He is just in limbo. If someone is in Al’s being made, no other Costumes can be created. Once you complete that 10 minute timer in Al’s you will be able to see Talosian Stewie again.
Also… the game is currently down for a lil bit right now. Just hang on.

A bit late getting back to this, but i fully uninstalled then reinstalled the app from the app market. Wasnt sure if i shouldve been expecting my clam count to change to include the “missing” clams…. but it was the same anyway. I just started the away mission again, well see if i can finally get some clams for real this time. Thanks for the help, hopefully ill get them from here on for the last couple days.

This was my reply to my post down below about not getting clams on the borg cube away mission. Happy to report i finally actually get the clams now! Thanks for the help bunny.
Still a bit disappointed in how tinyco didn’t even respond to me. Its well over a week mow since i contacted them through the game. For days my message to them was still there, i even added to it letting them know my issue was still an issue. The next time i checked it, the whole conversation was gone, no response no email.
I had not received the clams from that mission id say, 5-6 times that i noticed initially which led to me contacting them, then probably another 5+ times after until you helped. Oh well, I’m glad this event is over, maybe my phone will run a bit better now lol

The event has been my fav so far and I’ve had the game since almost the beginning. I wish they would extend thru end of May!! I have so more to accomplish

The Rupert boxes were so cool. I have a small army of tribbles. Not bothering with 7 of 9 or Joes costume, but love Uhura…wish they had added Sulu (or given the George Takai in quahog a costume) and where is James T. Kirks best bud….Bones???? Fabulous Event!!

we should keep the star trek ship forever just like we have krustyland in the simpsons, everything is so pretty and fun, and also so easy to keep adding stuff along the way, (or even if they don’t like the pawtucket brewery, it’s still way too precious to lose it)

Ummm… so i suddenly have Uhura and Seven of Nine as grabbable characters. Fun! They gave us things to spend our extra dilithium on. I wont be getting 7o9, though.

Well they just added two new characters. Seven of Nine from Voyager for 265 clams and TOS Uhura, she’s a replicator item. Now I need 22 more green cubes to get her!!

I have a question, if someone could please help me I’d appreciate. I’ve been playing this game since they announced the star trek event, since I’m a fan… Well, when I started I decided to collect clams to unlock Cleveland, even if he was quite expensive, but I wanted to send Peter, Joe, Quagmire and Cleveland to the Drunken Clam together, just for that… 🙂 now tha I’m already there (I miss a few, I’ll get them in a couple of days) I noticed he disapeared, so… was he somehow related to this Star Trek event? AFAIK he disappeared just before this “extension” was announced… So why? 🙂 He’s the only one “clam-character” disappeared from the list, if not related to the Star Trek event, any idea why? Thank you.

We touched on it with the Phase 6 launch, he is rotated out for Kool Aid and Rupert for now.

No expiration… just rotated out. Something new they are trying. Think of it like switching winter clothes out for summer. Since it is new… I do not know yet how it will play out. All we can do is wait and see. 😉

They absolutely had to do this as I’m sure 90% of us hadn’t finished despite very regular play. Slightly annoyed that they left it to the last minute to say so though as I spent clams rushing Bertram, which turned out not to be necessary. At least I can finish the last few bits of the storyline today… but would like to see the end of this event! Hope they give us at least a week or two off now!

This is like watching the new years eve celebration, watching the ball fall in times Square, and just before the new year rings in, they stop and say festivities will continue on Chinese new year. I was really looking forward to putting this event behind me.

How about a baseball event? BUT it’s all Red Sox players. Peter is a fan of the Sox after all, isn’t he? You have to unlock Big Papi, Pedroia, maybe Ted Williams. And nobody that played for the Yankees too, so no Clemens, Ellsbury, or Babe Ruth etc. How does that sound to a Yankees fan, better or worse than Star Trek? 😛

thing is even when they do, its not much space.they need to start adding long and big strips of land like “the other game” does. they dont do it often either but when they do, its a lot of land!! sure it costs you millions of in game money if you buy it all in one shot but cant complain that there isnt alot. despite all the land this game has added and having every district unlocked, its still not all that big of a “board” to play with.

So happy they extended the event. I was able to finally get Kirk yesterday but it was after 3pm so I would have missed out. Just need to get the other 65 dark matter to complete Captain Pike Joe who I was going to get if I couldn’t get Kirk. shouldn’t be a problem though I’m on the Bertram that gives 50 now. I might let it reset and go with the easier ones to get the other 15 after I finish him.

✨Quick question I was wondering about those 5 Clams from the Transporter now can you ONLY get them ONCE?!..or is it like a rare chance drop or something like that? I’ve had them drop only ONE time so far and I was putting Starfleet Peter and Lois nonstop missions to the Borg Cube and now that I have Vulcan Quagmire freed up,I’ve been sending ALL 3 every hour.

They are Clams, so of course going to be a bit more Rare to get. As with any other Planet, your chances will vary. Try single Riders instead of them all. Switch it up now n then.

All in all, this was the best news. With ten days left I was so far behind, with two I still wasn’t sure whether I’d earn enough for Kirk. As it happens, I finally unlocked Kirk while at the airport waiting for my (mercifully!) delayed flight. Finally defeating Cannon Borg Bertram at around 2:30am this morning gave me the extra Dilithium and Dark Matter needed to craft the remaining Replicator items.
I unlocked Picard just in time to fight my first level 4 Borg Bertram about a day after he started appearing(had Talosian Stewie already), and I’ve defeated Cannon Borg Bertram daily since then. It’s a slog setting alarms for the middle of the night just to catch a four-hour stun/repeat cycle, though.
Now it’s all about the Dilithium (again!) for the mystery box items. Onward…

Im still not receiving any clams when i win them from the Borg cube away mission. Gotta be at least ten times now, I’m still waiting on a response from tinyco in-game.
Is anyone else having this issue?

From what feedback I am getting from them… the main issue they are seeing on their end is it is happening to players who are not updated to latest version from the App Market. Once they update, then they can visually see those counts rising. So check your app Market to ensure you are on the most recent and up to date version of the app.

I’m glad they extended it! Now I will be able to get Kirk (whereas I pretty much wrote that option off beforehand, although I was still working towards it). Now if they had told me they would be extending it last weekend, I may had purchased more clams to get the Khan & Scotty deal. But I wasn’t going to do it with just a few days remaining as I thought then. I’m putting all my efforts into getting Kirk and then the Captain Pike skin for Joe. I think both are achievable now sine they extended it. Hopefully I will have some time and crystals to have a go at the Starfleet Rupert Mystery Box and some of the other Replicator items which I don’t have yet. Maybe I’ll even have a chance to get Stewie in the event before it ends (though I did get his costume already).
