7/9 Addition: A part that seems to cause the catch for many not seeing the 4Th Challenge is content from Week 3 Become the Best. It doesn’t have to be all the way done, but it has to be completed to Part 5 in order to see the 4Th Challenge.
UPDATE ON GRAND PRIZE: Per TinyCo, those that completed all 4 Challenges will see the Grand Prize tomorrow… BEFORE the Event ends.

We now have another the FINAL Challenge (#4) in our games. As usual, Peter will have a ! over his head. Tapping on him will start it.
The 4th Challenge: THE FOUNTAIN OF WEALTH!
Back with more of a Break Down and my thoughts in just a bit…
Reminder, these are SUPPOSED to be VERY CHALLENGING! So you will have to spend time, and possibly some Clams to complete them. It all will honestly really depend on WHERE you are in the game itself. If you are starting from scratch, then it will cost you if you want to do it.
They are also timed. 24hrs to complete, so watch your timer closely as soon as you trigger it.
I look at these Challenges as an “Alternate Option”. Similar to the “Alternate Questlines” Like Become the Best. I would suggest to ONLY tackle them if you have the time and resources to do so.
NOTE: If you were intended to get the Weekly Challenges, you will see them also listed in your Event Menu under the Timer Icon.
DEFEAT 3 OF THE DON’S HENCHMEN
If you take a look in front of Don Corleone in the Event Area, you will notice he has FIVE Henchman total in front of him. Each one represents the Reward Levels 1x to 5x. So you need to take out 3 of them anywhere between 1x-5x to complete this task.
Previous take downs will NOT count.
This one will be easiest if you are reset to the 1x Setting and go up to 3x. If you are at 5x, this one may be quite difficult. Don’t forget to factor in the 4hr Resets you will need to wait for inbetween the 3 take downs.
HAVE TRICIA OBSESS
You will need to have Gangster School Girl Tricia unlocked.
Gangster School Girl Tricia “Obsess Over Tiny Things” will take 16hrs to Complete, so you will want to get her started on this task right away.
HAVE MOB WIFE LOIS GO ON A SHOPPING SPREE
You will need to have Mob Wife Lois unlocked.
Mob Wife Lois ” Shoe Shopping Spree” will take 12hrs, so you have a little bit of room on this one but I would still get it out of the way as soon as you can.
4TH WEEK PRIZES
As we have to wait for the 4hr Resets on Don too, this will take us a lil bit before we can supply the breakdown.
Challenge Prize:
1000 Mob Rep
Peter Fountain: Sits on a 3×3 Base. Animated. Water shoots out of Peter’s mouth as well as runs from the top tier of the fountain to the bottom. The pigeons peck and move around. Similar to the animation seen at the Mansion.
BONUS Grand Prize: I already messaged TinyCo on this one. The wording on the Challenge page stating there are “FIVE” Challenge Prizes to win is incorrect. There are the Four we have covered, including this one, than the Grand Prize. No word just yet on WHEN it will be awarded, but will update when I get confirmation.
MY THOUGHTS
This one again will all depend on WHERE you are in the game and WHAT you already have. Keeping Goons in constant supply in my game has really helped me to cut a LOT of time off of these tasks.
So the results will all vary on how YOU play the game.

I’m very sad cuz I won’t get the one. I had just beaten the don when the task showed up to do. The first henchman to beat needed 9 cops. Now for the second one, it wants 14 nunchuck guys and then 4 hr cool down. There is only 2 hrrs left. I think it’s unfair. 4 hr wait, 13 hrs for 9 cops, another 4 hr wait, and then 14 nunchuck! Need another 24 hrs! 😦

You 2 are awesome!! When I get a chance I will vent on the last WTD page or the next I am going to leave a doozy lol. My helpful tip is to follow the advice given above and definitely use the contact support in game feature and let them know exactly how you feel, especially us that have been playing since the beginning but keep in mind keep it professional (no cursing/name calling). When you don’t keep it professional odds are it will be ignored accordingly. Thanks!!!

I love the fountain! I didn’t want to wait for a reset as I was just about to take down the Don with 15 luchadors when I triggered the timer for countdown. I used clams to rush through the next level with showgirls and got lucky on the 3rd one to only need goons!
Any ideas on the release of the last prize? I’m hoping for a playable character. I already bought Consuela before the event so the grand prize of a costume was very disappointing.

Any ideas when this 4th challenge gets triggered because to me it hasn’t yet? I’m sure it’s not because I have too many tasks open as I have 8 running quests at the moment and during the 3rd challenge it had triggered for me when I had 12 quests running.
I hope it gets triggered somehow or another as the event is coming slowly to a close and I wouldn’t like to not have received before it ends…
P.S Have TinyCo mentioned anything about why there hasn’t been a final mystery box that can be purchased using cookies? It’s very unusual for them not to follow suit like in previous event where they always had one last mystery box that is purchasable using the in-game currency. I’m suspecting that they’re intending to extend the event by a week more and have this final mystery box by Thursday/Friday.

Pureval, it is not just this event, I have seen the level of nastiness increase since the Star Trek event, and I think the addicts have been far too benevolent towards some of the worst of the them.
Bunny, it is far beyond sad that you and Alissa are getting attacked, it is beyond rational, and people need to get a grip on the situation. It reminds me of what I saw today, a man screaming at the Auto License clerk because the cost of his tabs increased. I could not stand by, and asked the screaming moron if he really thought a clerk making just above scale had any influence whatsoever on the price of his tabs, and to get a grip., pay your fees, and write a letter to your senator when you get home!
The fact is, there are many of us who appreciate the time and effort, and money, you spend with no other motivation than to help us. As for the others, whatever actions you feel you need to take to keep YOUR site the way YOU want it, all I can say is go for it! *smile*

Just curious, has this challenge triggered for anyone who didn’t already have Tricia? Wondering if they are being “nice” and only giving this challenge to those that already have Tricia, so that it’s slightly more attainable, although still very challenging.
It’s possible they may realize that those who are far off on Tricia won’t even bother with the challenge, hence lowering the likelihood of spending / buying clams, etc.

I started this challenge, set the Lois & Tricia tasks running but had to wait for the henchmen clock to reset as I was already on x5. When I went back into the game to start that bit the game wouldn’t load. I’m really frustrated that the clock is going to run out, as 10hrs into the 24, the game still won’t let me in on either of my android devices. I’d already earned/spent clams getting the 3 other challenge prizes, so to miss the 4th and the bonus because of an issue beyond my control is very annoying. I hope TinyCo will, at the very least, reset the clock one they’ve hired a decent programmer.

Another question for those of you smarter than me at this game…on the challenge screen it shows 1)Speed Feed, 2)Enter The Dragon, 3)Legal Eagle and 4)Fountain of Wealth. Below that it says “Collect all FIVE weekly prizes and win The Grand Prize”. What am I missing? If there are only 4 how do you collect 5?

I understood EXACTLY what you were asking (see this post for info down by the bottom on the “grand prize”). My answer is still the same. The 4th Challenge normally triggers the Grand Prize to automatically complete and the item to drop into your game inventory. I completed it and, like all others that have too, the Grad Prize has not dropped yet. So… I am waiting. Seeing if TinyCo releases it at a certain point. Will update when I get the details. 😉

Well I ran out of time and had to spend 48 clams to finish up my last raid on a single Don henchman with a total of 15 luchador. Have the Griffin fountain (it’s a duplicate of the one in front of the mansion). Mob Wife Bonnie is walking around town with an exclamation mark over her head and I’m just going to avoid her like the plague for now. Need a break. Going for a walk on the beach.

My concern is why is it happening now and not at the beginning of week 5 with all the glitches that occurred then. Not sure how to upload my screenshot but the error I’m getting is called an assert error. Not sure if this is one of the main glitches.

One more quick question. Is there any way to find out where Peter is without activating the exclamation mark? Normally to find a character I go to the shop and click use on the costume. I want to know where Peter is so I can avoid clicking on him, but I want to keep my other characters going, since I’m in a tight race for the bronze Griffin house. Any way to do this? Thanks!

Just look for an exclamation point. But… If he’s in a building you may tap on him unknowingly when you Collect other players.

So I’m going to let my don reset before clicking the exclamation mark. I have a few questions though:
1) This is the 4th challenge right? And completing this wins the grand prize? I completed 1 (Speed feed), 2 (Enter the Dragon), and 3 (Legal Eagle) but it says complete all 5 weekly challenges on the bottom.
2) The exclamation mark will wait for me right? My reset for the don will take place in about 22 hours, plus the cool down period, and then preparing the goons needed for the first takedown before clicking. That means I’m looking at Wednesday morning when I will trigger it since I do need some sleep lol. Is that fine or will the exclamation mark go away?

I wish there was some sort of strategy for this one, but it really just comes down to having Tricia’s skin – without it, this challenge is unattainable. After weeks of relentless grinding (typically checking in every 2 hours minus 6 for sleep) I am currently sitting at only 16,000 Cookies out the 20K needed for Tricia. Plus, I am still collecting items for Bonnie – so even if I do keep hitting the Don every few hours, it will probably come down to only having enough Cookies for one of them.
This event is feels very different from all the previous ones. I get the distinct feeling that TC is drawing a line in the sand, and the separation between free and premium players is becoming a great chasm. I certainly hope that this is not a sign of things to come – this is a silly game that makes me laugh, and I would hate to have the fun sucked out of it by increasing the Clam factor on everything…

Remember, these are just “side items”. Most of the times nothing more than another decoration to add to your list of “Stuff”. Is it really worth it? If not, just keep going at earning what you can on the Don and see what you reach within a few days.
Also, remember all those times Premium Players said “where is all the stuff for us”? Well… this is what happens when they listen to players. LOTS of Premium “stuff” and Premium focused items. Or those that kept saying “I’m bored, we need more to do”? Well… if anyone is bored with as much going on right now… something is wrong. So… yah. 😉

I opened the 5th level 2 1/2 days ago and my game crashed. It won’t even let me finish loading.I’m up to date Android wise and I uninstalled and reinstalled. …..nothing! I’m one of the people who actually pay real money on this game.. $50 on this event….never again.I’ve lost so much mob rep now and I won’t be able to finish,not even sure I’ll get zoot suit stewie or the don now. I know its just a game but I’m pretty pissed

Grrrr, if it was anything other than a fountain, I would not bother, but I love fountains and water features! I wish I was not on the 5th level, but fortunately I was just waiting for my last two showgirls to take down henchmen, so I am waiting for the 4 hour reset, and hopefully, the next set will be the goons or yakusa at 30 minute each! As for the girls, I never send characters out on tasks longer than 2 hours when something new is supposed to hit. I just hope the grand prize is really a grand prize, and not some oversized building that does nothing but take up valuable real estate! *chuckle*

Question for those that got through all 5 levels. I know the order you get the henchmen in is random, but does each round have a different henchman or do they repeat. For example, my first 2 rounds had dirty cops and showgirls. Will they show up again or will my next three rounds use the other henchmen?

Problem is… they swap around. It is not the same for anyone. It varies, so hard to preset for it or start in advance.

It all depends on if they are Freemium or Premium. These Challenges are specifically set for Premium Players and have been since their launch. It is why only those that have made a Clam purchase see them.

I have gotten only 1 challenge this entire event. The 1st one. Was not able to complete it, 24hr timer expired. Not a challenge since. Yes, I’ve been clearing my tasks as much as possibly can.

Oh and I’m about 1hr from defeating him on level 5 for the 2nd time so it’s mathematically impossible for me to let it reset to level 1 for 24 hrs and then defeat him 3 times with 4hr waiting each time inbetween
I think I’m starting to feel the frustrating injustice that fellow players have felt over the last 3 challenges lol

I want to see the compiled stats of how many freeium players got her outfit when this even it done. I know its going to be around 90% where players didn’t get her because of lack of Cookie drops. TinyCo removing Goons taking down Gurl Scout, etc. for Cookies killed freeium players from coming even close to getting Tricia’s outfit.

Hmmm. Premium player, all other weekly prize quests came up, but this one did not trigger. Recommended troubleshooting had no effect. About an hour before this post I got a very worded load error message but after exiting and resetting device the message went away and has not reappeared.

Thanks for the update! Now I know to ignore the “!” when it appears so I can let the Don finish resetting and stock up on goons (hopefully the right ones). I’m focusing on the villa runs now anyway so this fits in with my plan. I was going to wait until the last hour to buy Tricia in case I wanted those cookies for something else. I prefer the other decos (I live near lots of cherry blossom trees, so I really wanted to fill up on those), but if it looks like this is doable, then I’ll get her and offer any tips I can come up with beyond what you do. Unfortunately, It is impossible for me to do the challenge and I have to miss out. I’m at 5x with 23 hours to complete/reset. The challenge is at 23 hours and 45 min. Even if I let it reset, 45 min for 3 take downs isn’t going to happen.

Im at the 5th challenge on the mansion so i figured ill reset the timer and start at lvl 1 but after the reset i have no wiggle room cuz its a total of 8hrs i have left. Now when it reset do i still need to wait another 4hrs? The amount of goons i need for lvl 5 is a lot so if i use clams to speed it up its so not worth it for a fountain and i spend enough on this event already.

Once he times down, yes… the cool off period is still there. So depending on whether or not you tapped the ! already, you can wait til he resets to 1x to do so.

Trish and Lois are doable. If you cleared Don just before this challenge popped up and now have to wait four hours for Don to respawn (plus that goon you just cleared would have been the first of three you need in the 24 hours), you might be a little miffed – I know I am. For now, I’ll stockpile goons for the next four hours and hope I have enough of each to succeed.
BTW – my first goon to take down was 9 dirty cops; I assume they will be random each time.

Third time through the Don required 15 showgirls. Rewarded with the Peter fountain and 1,000 fedoras. The grand prize did not drop automatically – not sure what it is.

Are the ‘grand prizes’ ever clams or characters or anything? I completed the first three, but really don’t care enough about the fountain to deal with this one. Just afraid of missing out on an awesome grand prize.

This one does not seem to be to bad. Just the RNG part of the Don’s Henchmen might be a problem for some or a breeze.

I just wrote Tiny Co about this. I had just defeated the Don for a fifth time when this starte for me. Hopefully they count prior defeats for the first part. Otherwise I’m SOL… With the wait time involved and all plus having to defeat him at the maxed out level of goons. Even defeating him once more in 20 hours will be tough and was planning on letting him reset to focus on other game progress…

So I’m on stage 5 on the Don, so this is pretty much impossible without a lot of clams.
Plus you need Tricia.
And 8 hours gone just in cool downs on the don.
And you can’t wait the 24 hours to reset it for the easier kills.
So overall, it’s setup to fail

Spent 100 clams to get 15 showgirls.
Basically if you were doing well ie on the 5x you are punished and forced to spend hundreds of clams if you want to complete this task

You are not forced to do anything you don’t want to. EVER. It is always a choice. If you don’t want to spend Clams, then please don’t. It is not worth it. 😉

But just would be nice if these were actually possible tasks without clams.
And for the 3 stars we need 15 steaks. That’s 30 of the nunchuck guys.

It is a Challenge. If you do NOT tap the trigger (if you haven’t already) and allow his timer to run down and reset to 1x, it can be done. If not, that you will have to use Clams. Pretty much every single one of these 4 Challenges. Clams involved in one way or another. It is why it was supposed to ONLY be released to Premiums. It is an optional task. Not required. 😉

Definite appreciation on your efforts, but where has Tiny Co communicated this to all the players? Didn’t see that description on the Don’s info page – so i see where many folks conflate your efforts with the Game/Tiny Co as you are frequently the only source of information. Just saying that communication from them about the “premium Challenge” and other issues could go a long way to soothing ruffled feathers.
I tried delaying tapping the ! Last task in week 3. Problem was most other tasks were also delayed, then it glitches and didnt count the 12 hr street fight so i lost my opportunity.

What are Weekly Challenges?
On June 15th we released the first of our “Weekly Challenge” quests. These optional goals, released on Mondays during The Fatfather, are designed to use event content in challenging ways. We will be using these to explore super extra difficult quests for hardcore players, while still giving tons of free content in the standard game. Players who complete all four of these tougher quests will receive a special prize.
Hardcover aka what we players refer to as Premium Players. Standard aka what we Players refer to as Freemium Players. Hope that helps 😉
Outside the FAQ, they utilize Fan sites like ours to spread the word too.

i actually had some luck with the first time but had to speed it up the second time so it depends on which goon. if you get the 30 minute ones then it will be easy but the hours or half hour are a pain
