ANDROID ISSUE
For those of you stuck on Android and still can’t get in. There are two “workarounds” that seem to be helping some Players get in. Both have been posted on the Glitch post.

Do take a few moments though and visit the App Market to ensure you are on 1.9.8 1.10 is out too now.
For those looking to go to iOS 9… many reports starting to roll in that the game is not compatible with it yet so beware. TinyCo is aware of the non compatibility and working on it.

Once you start into the Questline with Quagmire, Save Old Balls Part 1, you will start to see these Underwear clad Men wandering all over your streets of Quahog. I counted around 18-20 in my game to start. They will be your main source of Tear-Away Pants and Baby Oil. I got 3 Baby Oils for all tapped. The rest were pants.
Within a short few minutes of clearing them, 5 more showed up.
When you do NOT need an item anymore, like Baby Oil, they will start to drop Coins instead. The coins will vary within the drops.
FIESTY COUGARS
These Gals on the Prowl will show up once you Unlock the option to start creating Stripper Jerome, Save Old Balls Part 3/4. As soon as you trigger him, you will start to see them wandering your streets as well. I had about 8 in mine.
To Clear them, you will have to tap on them to send a Character to “Dance” for them and get the Dollar Bills. They are an ALWAYS drop. It will take 6hrs to clear one.

That about does it for the basics. A New Mini Event with some interesting Costumes, Returning Costumes, and New Character, and some cool Decorations and Buildings.

Loving the new buildings for this event! Cougar Couture and Xuisite are awesome looking! Love the colors. They brighten things up. 🙂 And Old Balls Headquarters is just hilarious. Whoever designed these did a great job!

A new update is in the ios App Store, in the description it says the next major event is coming in a few weeks, so not too long to go. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for another Comic Con event, but I doubt that will be it.

Is the Cookie Girl from the Mafia event? I emailed them again as they never replied from last week, this time with a new problem, I also asked if they would add the pole for Bonnie again. I would like to try and get her skin from the mystery box(provided I can actually get in this week), but she only seems to have 4 tasks, 2 are visual, but 1 requires an item that was sold last year. I would pay the clams that it cost last year.

Just seen a video and I caught a glimpse of it, it seemed to just be a woman in her underwear, I originally expected it to be one of the Girl Scouts from the last event. I should have known better with it being Family Guy. LOL I’m quite tempted by a few mystery box items(from the sounds of them), I think I can afford quite a few attempts. I would like to get the freemium buildings and decorations. I would like to try the box as I have been fairly lucky in the past(Burnt Out Brian first try) but I won’t be adding clams for a while and I don’t really want to blow them all. I hope they can fix it soon, forgetting all of the events etc., I just miss going into my game. 😦

There might be a glitch with the pants. I have zero baby oil, but I have all the pants I need. When I tap the strippers, I’m still getting pants dropping even though that item is fulfilled for the costume.

I don’t think anything was ever as frustrating as the Mobsters event. Due to it being during finals I missed out on A LOT which makes the completionist in me mad 😡 BUT this event seems like it’s going to be a fun and easy one and I can’t wait to get Mike when I’ll have the money again, even though I haven’t seen the films, now I might watch them! (TinyCo already managed to turn me in a hardcore Trekkie). My question is though: if I get Magic Peter will I still be able to get the tear away pants for the building from strippers and the caps for the gazbo from Joe and Bruce?

I feel as though this event is not quite the target audience for this game… As far as last event I figured we’d either get the copahavana or the final mansion as the final prize. Would’ve been happy with either. It looks great.

I did the update last night and I still can’t load the game. The loading bar goes all the way and then crashes. This is a shame. Can you also believe that I asked them about all the prizes I was suppose to get and all they said was that they are working on the problem and that it should be fixed with the next update.

You know, it would’ve been great if Tinyco actually would show us the grand prizes, so we’d know if we want to put effort to getting it or not. I would’ve surely spent tons of clams if I would’ve known the mansion is the grand prize. Instead, I decided to let the timer run out, cause the other prizes didn’t seem interesting enough to spend tons of clams on and were in no way possible to obtain the free way.

I avoided spending any money on clams during the mob event- I was doing so well until Robocop popped up then they had me!

Also Bunny or Alyssa I am debating if I should unlock Pawtucket Brewery or not. From what I’ve read there’s a lot of quests that go with it and I know people had problems when other events are going on at the same time. Any suggestions? If there’s another big event coming up maybe I should wait? Any input is greatly appreciated.

I so wish I saw this before now. I entered the Brewery last night although I haven’t started clearing any land yet. For now, all I see is the option to create Chumba Wumba Stewie. So hopefully if I stop now, nothing else will trigger.

I almost uploaded iOS 9, but thought I would wait to see if it messed up my FG game. Glad I waited. Thought Bunny would tell us when it was safe and I think the update centers more around Watch and Music do don’t really need it.
Maybe TC will do a minions event next; it looks like a fun movie.

I’d probably just go for it, the sooner you start the sooner you’re done. Breaks from events seem rare these days so there’s probably not an ideal time to do it. I started Fine Arts right at the beginning of the Star Trek event, finished it and then got most of District 10 done before the event ended without much conflict. A lot of the characters used to collect items were not used for the event. After Star Trek ended it just took me about a week to finish wrapping everything up for District 10. I think most of what was left were the hats for Pat and a few things for the brewery craftables. The brewery stuff is a just lot of repetition and not very interesting, having the event as a distraction while I was going through it all really helped. It went by quick for me since it wasn’t my main focus.
Check the walkthrough posts on here so you know what to expect. That helps a lot. Read up and when you get the brewery open, here’s a couple things to keep in mind that should make more sense once you get into it. Be sure to click the little i information button on the craft items in the brewery and see how many of each you have to make. Some items need to be crafted twice, some four times etc. There’s a checkmark on the item after you have created one of them but does not mean you are done. This seems to confuse a lot of people. When you’ve created the required # of the items they’ll disappear from the list. Also, character tasks for stuff you need to make the craftables will keep showing up even if you have enough of them but haven’t used them to create your items yet. So if you create items as soon as you have the required items available for each piece, you won’t be collecting stuff you don’t actually need.
There’s definitely a lot to do and there will be some characters needed that conflict with any event, but with the amount of time it will take to finish the brewery I don’t think there’s any way around doing it while some kind of event is going on at the same time. Just my opinion. Good luck either way!

Maybe my game is different, but I also finished the Brewery quests during the Star Trek event, and the only “mission” I have right now besides the new event (which is giving me a good reason to take a week-long hiatus from this game) is that “buy x coins and get $4.99 worth of clams” deal that I believe is from way back in the very beginning of the game (and why that’s still there is beyond me).
However, I still have the tasks for brewery items up at the top, as if I need more of them. Are they thinking I’d want to create an entire marching band section in front of the place? Or add some stills to behind Peter’s house?

OMG !!! I did it, I really rally did it. I hit the nuke button just like I said I would after the last event ended. my quahog is so bare. there is nothing left. I feel so relieved and no longer closterphobic. I am rebuilding from scratch and who better to help me then magic peter.

I am in love with Channing Tatum so I am loving this. You could bet the first character I bought was Magic Mike. LOL. This is funny cause my 9 yrs old kept asking me for weeks, what if Channing Tatum comes on Family Guy, would you waste your clams to get him (I dont spend real money for the game, so all my clams are saved up). My reply was, they would never have Channing Tatum on the game. Well… we now have a 9 yr old whos been telling me since last night that he was right and knew it was gonna happen. LOL. Crappy thing is I didnt know next event was gon a start right away so I cleared a land and it takes 20hrs to clear. Booooo….
