Hey there Tribblemakers!
Looks like a lil more fun has been added into the simpler Mini Magic Mike Event. A 24hr Challenge. Much like Challenges of the past, this is there only for those that want to give it a go.
Remember: You only have 24hrs to complete this.
Back in a bit with more in depth details…
I am still waiting for Clarification on the details of this Challenge, I am assuming due to Jerome is needed that it may not trigger til you at least hit the point to be able to Create him in the game. Will Update when I hear more back.
UPDATE: It does look like Jerome triggers this Challenge per Reader response. So if you have got to the point of Unlocking Magic Peter and Save Old Balls Part 4 (which is when Stripper Jerome option unlocks to Create him) then you will see this Challenge. So for those not ready to get him, I say let this Challenge go unless YOU want to make the decision to spend Clams. For those right there to bringing him into the game or already have him in the game… decide if it is worth it to you to try the Challenge.
HAVE MAGIC PETER CLEAR FEISTY COUGARS
Magic Peter needs to clear a total of THREE Feisty Cougars. This one will take 6hrs each time, a total of 18hrs… so you will want to get started on this task the moment you can as it will only give you a leeway of 6hrs flexible.
SIDE NOTE: THIS IS ONLY PETER LIKE IN THE WORDING. DO NOT SEND MIKE AS IT WILL NOT COUNT.
HAVE STRIPPER JEROME DO LASSO TRICKS
This Task for Stripper Jerome takes 10hrs, so give yourself enough time to complete this one too. Don’t wait too long. You only have less than a 14hr window to start it and clear it for it to count.
CLEAR MALE STRIPPERS
For this Task you will need to Clear 50 Male Strippers from your Quahog Streets. For me, they appear about every 2hrs in groups of about 10 +/-. So make sure you check into your game enough times to ensure you get 50 Male Strippers total.
COLLECT FROM POLE DANCING SCHOOL
The Pole Dancing Building Pays out every 8hrs. So pay close attention to this one and do not miss a collection. You will only have a leeway of 8hrs to Collect from it twice.
REWARD
As I have to wait on the Male Strippers to spawn too… I have not completed this one just yet. I will post the details of the Reward once I complete it in my game.

MY THOUGHTS
This one seems pretty simple. It will depend on if you have Jerome for sure. Plenty of time to collect all the necessary items needed to fulfill the requirements. Just don’t wait on it and get it out of the way as soon as you can. Better to be ahead then behind on it.

So when this challenge went live the grand prize from the mafia event turned 90% invisible, I can see little bits of it but most of its lost its skin. I’ve moved it around but can’t seem to fix it, this happen to anyone else?

Is it me or does the ties have the WORST drop rate. Ive had Stripper Jerome available for 48 hours already and only 1 tie has dropped!

Looks like I’ll complete every requirement except for Jerome. And I’ll unlock him with about five hours to spare. But then a ten hour task for him? Just short, again.

I have peter on a 16 hour task. It would be good if you could cancel tasks. I can’t believe I’m the only one who finally decided to get that annoying 16 hour task out of the way.

I sympathize. I have that Forget Fatfather task 3x and I’m just waiting on completing this event to send it. Since it’s prob going be a grind for that ferris wheel.
It’s just sitting there, so once he does go away for it, can knock all 3 in one go. I’ve learned that it’s almost never advantageous to send any of your main characters off on these long quests. That’s when TC pulls the rug under you and present the next challenge.

As a freemium player I feel like I am way ahead of others I have unlocked both magic Peter and stripper jerome and almost have the baseball hat, the stripper things that cost 300 pants and need 9 more dollar bills for the Ferris wheel and expect to finish challenge with 1 hour to spare

Hi Clammers!
This challenge never triggered for me even though I have Stripper Jerome unlocked 2 days ago and currently at save the old balls part 3 questline as I need magic Peter to clear cougars all the time.
I never updated the latest version for this game after the end of mobster event as I afraid it will crash due to having an android phone. Maybe that was the reason?

My Androids are all on 1.10 now. As the issue at hand is not impacting ALL Android Players and I don’t know the trigger point of the issue… it is hard to say. However I will say most players were down BEFORE 1.10 hit the App Market.

A bit of compensation (with the Career Ending Injury quest too) for freemium players who are chasing the Ferris Wheel and so cannot complete the main Old Balls quest (we have to stop at part 7.)
Pretty easy to complete (specially since Magic Peter and the Pole Dancing School will already be doing the appropriate things.)

This popped for me before I completed Jerome in 2 games. I tapped the button in one before I knew what was going on, but I only need one more tie to complete that, so I will clam if I have to. (Free clams for videos are AWESOME for the little stuff)
The other game I held off till I was ready to tap Peter for my last dollar bill, which also meant I saved up some strippers. I’ll complete the quest after Peter gets his 3rd cougar, or about 12 hours early.

I ended up only getting the deco in one game. At the critical point I needed one tie for Jerome, and that wasn’t worth 40 clams.
Just lucky my premium game dropped better, and I didn’t start the quest till it was certain I’d have Jerome. These things really shouldn’t unlock when you don’t have the requisite people/stage/missions.

Nope. Won’t be happening for me. Peter still needs to clear a couple more cougars for Stripper Jerome. Plus have to work tommorrow and can’t play at work. Oh well. Thanks so much for the info Bunny. At least I know not to even bother with it.

I think it’s possible. I was playing freemium and used <5 clams, no additional characters.. but it's been such a grind. I haven't done anything special beside playing while awake (ie. no waking up in the middle of the night to set characters)
With that said, I can set Jerome, but prob won't accomplish the task without planning to spend some clams. I saw an opportunity to get the strip place (300 pants) and got that a couple hours before the challenge triggered. So down to the last Cougar (<6hrs), but will need 75 shirts to unlock Jerome and then set him on a 10hr task. I have 20hrs left on my clock and once Peter gets that last shirt is roughly the cutoff to tap enough strippers (prob not happening).

The challenge just popped up for me and I still need five dollar bills for Jerome. I highly doubt I’ll be spending any clams to rush the cougars if the prize is a deco.

My advice to everyone would be, unless you need characters are needed for quest lines, put them on quests that are only 1 or 2 hours, that way if something like this pops up in the future, your characters won’t be too far off from finishing, or you can speed them up with clams and it won’t cost too much. any idea what the iOS app update is for? No clue from App Store just says Mafia event is over and stay tuned for next big event in a few weeks.
So is this a bug fix for iOS or cleaning up the town or what? I just had the update last week to take on week 5 events.

This quest triggered perfectly, it counted the cougar I was clearing for Peter for my last dollar bill to get Jerome 😊 and Jerome had less than 1 minute to finish his task ☺️ And I cleared the club…this challenge will be easy peasey 😁

Everyone was waiting to unlock Jerome before putting Peter on that time sink. So that’s the prefect time to dangle a timed quest ‘freemium’ item. Hey, its FREE, if you complete the quest, its just that completing the quest takes clams (to rush Peter, or if you spent clams earlier so that you don’t hit the planned action bottleneck)

Pardon my ignorance. But I wonder if they can indicate when clicking on Peter will start a timed vs un timed action. I unfortunately activate when not close to ready way too often. Not using clams. I hoard my clams.

this one seems very doable! I had an hour left on a peter clearing the lady for my 8th dollar so i did one then and will do one more at 1AM… and the same with the Dancing school… so i have less than 6 hours until i will be able to start jerome’s 10 hour deal and have 12 cleared so i have plenty of time to finish!

It was Peter that triggered the quest for me tonight, not Jerome. As I need 4 bucks still (and a razer since Mort’s being stingy with finding them) there’s no way I can finish this in 24 hours outside of clams. Not a lot of skin off my back however, since it looks like this is a decoration that only Magic Mike himself can use(?).

Triggered as in he is the one that is the “point” in the game that triggers the Challenge to appear for you (having him in your game whether in creation or complete). Not the Character starting the task. Peter started the dialog. 😉

But Peter definitely shouldn’t be triggering it. Or at least there should be an additional step starting the timer. Like the current daily training tasks in TSTO where the 24h timer starts when you actually start the first task and not by simply (accidentally, maybe) opening the window with the challenge.

Yes, this sucks cause unless you are ready to create Jerome this is a non-quest! Only have 3ties and 5 dollars, so again This is a frustrating quest that only rewards those who got ” lucky” with their drops. Had i known i would have held peter off for a few days to get Jerome, but I had just completed another task so didnt know this was lurking! Should have looked here first!

yeah Jerome takes 54 hours to unlock with out spending clams and that is after getting Stripper petter. I happen to be off this week so i can play all the time.

This challenge lined up perfect for me. It counted the strippers I tapped on before the challenge and then the next ten that spawned a few first minutes earlier. Peter and store lined up to collect and Jerome was free. Should get it easy. I have a question: is Magic Mike the 99th character introduced into the game?

If you have every character and costume, then your numbers should read 92/99 for characters and 80/80 costumes. (These do not include The don or zoot suit stewie from mafia event).
Although I’m still wondering where 12 of my characters are that are missing from facespace? This is driving me nuts lol

This one popped up with only 10 minutes left for Peter to clear a cougar, which gave the last dollar bill needed to create Stripper Jerome. Got the costume created and had Jerome just walking around so sent him on his task already. Also pretty close to collecting from the pole dancing school. Looks like everything will be done by the time Peter is done clearing the next two cougars.

Hey everyone, I was just wondering, is this more for people who use clams to unlock stripper Jerome because I am a freemium player and I am not close to unlocking Jerome yet. I have 1 necktie, 2 sequins and 2 dollar bills. It doesn’t seem possible to have him yet, unless you use clams. This is the kind of thing that turns me off to this game. I like the fact that they put out a lot of buildings for in game money but things like stripper Bonnie in the mystery box for clams and yr not even sure of what you will get. Anyway, thanx and have fun,

I would not stress on it too much. I do not know what the prize even is yet as you have to wait on 50 Male Strippers to show up in my town (one of the many phrases I would not have imagined having to type… Lol) I haven’t got confirmation back yet… but I did have Jerome unlocked in my game the usual way I test the Events. Clam Speeding.

I’m freemium and just have three more dollar bills to collect before I can unlock stripper Jerome. So clams aren’t needed, just patience and diligent tapping. Wish we could unlock stripper Bonnie like Jerome and Peter, though. I don’t like to gamble with my precious stash of earned clams.

Just to answer your question – I didn’t use clams for this Mini event and I managed to clear Jerome yesterday. I thought I would have to wait another day but I got lucky with the neckties.
So it IS possible to get Jerome at this point without clams but I may have been lucky with the way things lined up. I happened to check the game right about when the event dropped and I didn’t have much characters already tied up, although I did have to wait 20 hours before I could build the Pole Dancing Studio. Anyway, good luck!
Btw it looks like the prize is the Stripper Obstacle Course although we’ll have to wait for one of the ladies to let us know what it does! Thanks Bunny. 🙂

It would be fab… If I had the character Jerome the stripper, but I have a long way to go to collect all of the materials for him, so this 24 hour challenge is a complete waste of time as it is not possible to achieve it… Oh well…
