Hey there Tribblemakers!
TinyCo has released ANOTHER New District. WOOHOO!! That means more Characters, Buildings, Decorations, and the long anticipated… LAND!!! YES!!
Now what all is going into this New District? Well… it looks like we will be in for quite the Spooky Ride! So grab your Ghoul-Friends and sit tight as we venture into a land of Spirits n Zombies! Whoooooooooo. BRAIIIIIIIIIIINS!!!
THIS IS A DISTRICT: NO TIME LIMITS TO COMPLETE!
As usual, we will be back with a LOT more info as it plays out. But… no need to rush. No time limits with Districts. So sit back and enjoy the ride. You got all the time in the world to do this one.
First, you will need to have finished the District 10 Main Questline in order to open District 11. That means A State of Pure Inebriation Part 6. So if you have not finished it yet, you will NOT see the new content.
Also, make sure you go to your App Market and have the latest Update for the game. Mine is currently on 1.10.1 for Google & iOS.
So far… I only see this LIVE for iOS. Google still hasn’t shown the Update in my game yet. Should be Live for both now.
LAND
Once you are up to date, you will notice NEW LAND in the Lower Left Corner of the game. You first will need to tap on it to pop up the District information, tap on the “Let’s Go” and it will take you to the new greyed out Land.
Once you tap on the Land, it will pop up a 2nd piece of info letting you know you Unlocked the New District.
The first two pieces of land showing around the Lazarus Portal will now be available to start to clear. The one Left of it will cost $45,000 and take 36hrs to clear. The one Below it will cost $30,000 and take 24hrs to clear. Clearing the $30,000 one will gain you access to the Lazarus Portal.
The last area of Land will cost you $60,000 and take 48hrs to clear.

Madame Claude w/Psychic Parlor: $8000, 4hrs Build Time, $45 & 30XP every 8hrs
Once you place and complete Build on the Psychic Parlor, you will begin to earn items for Madame Claude

LAZARUS PORTAL
Once you have unlocked the Land by the Portal (I went for the $30,000 one) you will see the icon over the Portal has now changed to a Hammer. Tapping on that Hammer will instantly give you access to the Portal Info.
The Hammer will change to a Check mark. Tapping on it will bring the Portal to life. (Once you get to this point, you can actually move the Portal to where ever you want. You can also rotate it left or right.)
For those playing during Halloween, or anyone that’s seen Ghostbusters… you should know what a Portal is. A Gateway to the “Spirit” World or Another World. In the case of our Quahogs, it is the Portal to the Underworld.
You will essentially feed the Zombies Partsto the Lazarus Portal to help “raise the dead” and free some Ghosts. So tap tap tap on those Zombies once you unlock Madame Claude. (If you MUST have a go at it right now… you can choose to spend Clams too… but I would suggest to wait. Don’t blow through it all at once or you’re gonna be bored. ) For my game, it showed you need FIVE Zombie Parts for a Chance at Resurrection OR 59 Clams.
When you have enough Zombie Parts to take a try at the Portal, you will see the wording Changed to “Resurrect”. Tap on it.
You will then be taken to a Scene showing the Portal, and then be awarded with the Item(s) you Resurrected.
Each Resurrection try from the Portal will be a Chance at freeing the following Ghosts:
Loretta Brown: Fully tasked, Questline that will award Building Skin and Her Grave.
Paddy Tanniger: Fully tasked, Questline
New Brian: Fully tasked, Questline
Or… ZOMBIES!!! So far I have seen One, Two, Ten, Twenty Five, and Thirty in my Resurrections. So they can add up fast. (These will be a lot more common to get, so anticipate an invasion.)
If you are successful at freeing any of the 3 Ghosts from the Underworld, they will have some tasks to unlock them you will HAVE to complete before you can make anymore attempts on the Lazarus Portal. You will find them waiting by the Lazarus Portal ready to be Unlocked. 
In short, the Lazarus Portal will not be accessible until that Ghost is completely unlocked. Once unlocked, you can go back to trying a Resurrection. As I stated, it will take time. 😉

ZOMBIES
Zombies will start to show up in Quahog after you have completely unlocked Madame Claude.
SPAWN RATE:
On their own, you will get up to 12 in your game.
If the Lazarus Portal fails (you didn’t get a Ghost Resurrection), you can have up to 100 in your game. So it all depends on how many you Resurrect from the Portal (1,2,10,25,30) before you hit your MAX of 100.
Tapping on a Zombie will give you ONE Zombie Part. You can then use these for Decorations or the Lazarus Portal.
Zombies will remain in your Quahog and the game until ALL the Ghosts/Characters trapped in the Lazarus Portal are freed.

Part 1: Have Madame Claude Perform Astral Projection (4hrs) & Have Quagmire Let the Gerbil Loose (4hrs)

There you have it. A LOT of cool New Spooky Stuff added to our game. Again, take your time. Enjoy it. Focus on the Limited Time items in Hybrid Babies if you want them as they will go on the 30th. Otherwise, The Graveyard District is here to stay. You got all the time in the world… errrr… Underworld to finish it.

How can I not like this now district??? As a paranormal investigator I want everything in it to make my town creepier. Especially the Oujia board building!!! This may be like the one and only time I go crazy and buy clams!!!! Sorry a little geeked out there!! Lol

So glade that theres a new district but i would of thought the land would of been abit more costly as some of the land in earlier districts were up to 120,000, either way looks like really good district which gunna keep us busy for a while

Small thing. Bought the wreath (floats in air one). Now noticed the wreath is on a stand. So, is the first one I bought considered a limited edition? I put it in storage cuz it looks too odd.

Really happy that there is more land and characters. I was hoping, though, that they would be saving the ghosts for Halloween. There are still plenty of dead characters, though (Horace, Muriel, Thelma Griffin.)

With the addition of Ye Olde Abortion Clinc and Madame Claude to the game, I would bet we will be seeing Griffin Peterson, Lady Redbush and King Stuart III showing up before long, probably in another mini-event.

This is a lot of cool! I think I am going to buy the land, but concentrate on finishing up the mini event before delving too deep into the district. I had just redecorated my town, but now I am going to take all my money earning stuff out of inventory so I can start building up my bank to buy the stuff. All the people talking about having millions of coins are now in a great position! *smile*

D@mm!t, TinyCo! I said I wasn’t going to buy any more clams after the Start Trek and especially the Mob event-debacle (still angry about this), and I meant it! No fair dropping all this delicious-looking Halloweeny type stuff in my game to make me go back on my vow… *sigh* Of course, I just have to have some of these buildings, ooh, and these cool decorations, and… What do you mean I bought 600 clams and already spent half of them? But I need the 400-clam building toooo…… (whine)

I will never catch up with you guys (I started whit the star trek event), I’m working on unlocking the Mayor ATM (well, the mini event comes first since it’s temporary so I’m not very focused on that) so I guess I’m one district and half behind

Imagine they do a phase two where Mort is grieving his wife so he finds his son, Neil. Then to help Peter decieded to confront Death. The two characters we’ve been waiting for plus it fits with the whole death theme of the new district!

o my god o my god omy god i love this district and this mini event was the best since prom night dumpster baby was my favorite episode,or one of my favorites…only the twisted minds of the creators could take something so horrible and make it absolutely hysterical!! bravo!!

I upgraded my game from Google Play, restarted the device, saw the splash page announcing the district, clicked on Stewie and it led me to the first part of the questline and I saw the area in the lower right and when I went to clear the parcel of land per the questline my game crashed. So I restarted and now everything is gone. My game is at the same point it was prior (in the middle of this mini-event), but all of what I saw was “new” is completely gone. I restarted the game, restarted my device, kept logging in and nothing. There isn’t the upgrade any more so I must have upgraded it properly and it stayed.
Have they pulled the content like yesterday? Was this released prematurely as well? Anyone else having this happen? Not too worried since it is a district and it will get released eventually. Sent an in-game message already.

That is odd. Yours is first report. If your game is saved to an email or Facebook, you may want to try an Uninstall/Reinstall.

Game is saved. Just wanted to confirm the content was supposed to be in our games before I start uninstalling and reinstalling the game and all that stuff. With as many times as I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I didn’t want to have to do it again if the word was that the content was released prematurely like yesterday. That was kind of an unfortunate situation and I read where you said it was common in other games so I now will be apprehensive any time something is dropped into our games unexpectedly, especially during daytime hours since that is typically rare.

Checked again last night and was still not there so I just worked the mini-event and decided to troubleshoot this morning Long story short, after reinstalls, power shutdown, etc., the content is now in my game. I wasn’t overly worried because I knew it was a district and would always be available, but it still had me questioning. Like I said, daytime content is rare so I thought it might be the same problem as the day before. All is good for now. Diving straight into it. Thanks!

Dang-nabit, rabbit – I just finished a redesign and put my cemetery district on the far side of town. Now I gotta move everything around once more because I need to get all the new stuff.
I know it ain’t happening, but if that Antique Hearse actually moved along the streets I think I would pass out from excitement…

Interesting they list the Graveyard District as number 11. I was under the impression that the Fine Arts District was #11 and was puzzled why they also gave the Graveyard District the same number. But…looking back at your previous posts, the Fine Arts District was apparently never given a number, weird. But I guess everything is weird in the Graveyard District…

The fact that this is a graveyard district, and that it also includes a dog neckerchief building leads me to believe that it may also eventually include “New Brian”. For those that don’t remember, he’s dead after teasing Stewie about his affair with Rupert. Given all of the dog related activity lately, it certainly fits. Any one else see that happening?

Having said what I said, it seems I will only need one more bubbles for the crafting, I don’t know what the Chumba Wumbas need but I may have enough stuff, then it is just a matter of getting the stuff for Pat. Then completing those many tasks that follow. LOL It’s going to be a while.

They drop from babies. The baby maker just drops an additional 10 to tap on.

I really love the look of this new district, along with the 4 new characters that we know are coming with this one. It was a nice surprise too, I hadn’t updated and when I logged in 10mins ago the game kept crashing whenever I tried to send Cleveland on a task, so I updated and when I logged back in District 11 was there, and I have no more crashing issues, awesome!

My inner goth is floating with spectral joy! I want all this wonderful STUFF! My reanimated brain is screaming at the many weeks it’ll be before I can get that dark, pretty marble mausoleum for 250K. I’m already building Madame Claude’s as I clear out the first section of the new District, but I can’t decide what to buy next! I need to consult my tarot…
