UPDATE 8/14: This Feature was kinda sorta PRE-Released. It was not completed and is not functioning as intended. So I wanted to give you all the heads up on it. It is STILL there… however… it will now run for 24hrs… NO SPEEDING option. That means if you put a Character on it… they stay on it until 24hrs are up.
I will mess around with it more AFTER I get the New Content details up on the payouts & etc that I see now. It is still a “Free” one to perform.
But just a heads up. This is something that is still in the works. So proceed with caution. 😉

SECRET CONCERT
WARNING: THIS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK TO ATTEMPT
I had found a hidden task in the game that was NOT supposed to exist yet, nor payout what it had been. Nor be Free. As they are still working on what it was actually intended for, using this feature will be tricky and if not done carefully… can cause you delays in your game.
All I will say for now is…
- This WILL lock out your Musician for 24hrs without a chance of getting them to stop until the 24hrs are up.
- It is NOT supported as it is not intended for use in this way, so may still be a lil glitchy.
- You will have THOUSANDS of Female Fans to clear. On this I am not even joking. They will not stop spawning over n over n over every few seconds.
- Do NOT send more than one Musician to do a Concert. If you try to send someone else on a Concert at the same time as this, you WILL be locked out with an Error.
So… USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

For those of you that do NOT like the “ragdolling” feature that I LOVE LOVE LOVE, you may just find out you LOVE it too now. Picking up a Character and dragging them all over the game. Why? Let me explain…
As I was tapping around my game looking for Avril, I see this pop up above the Clam…
“Secret Shows?” Say WHAT??!! So now I was intrigued. I really started to wonder… WHAT “Secret Shows”? Could there really be some kind of Secret Shows outside of the task she had in the game?
I was off to figure this question bugging me out. As soon as I pulled Avril out of the Drunken Clam, I picked her up and started dragging her around the game and to the Concert Stage (I love ragdolling). To my surprise… it LIT UP. (It is a slight color change, but noticeable none the less.) So I dropped her on the stage.
Next thing I know, I see this…
A blank task for 5 minutes? OK, let’s see where this goes. So I pull the record icon on over.
To my surprise… Avril makes her way to the stage, but not on it. Instead she hides down in the lower right of the Concert Stage and begins to perform. WHOA!
At the same time, the timer box appears above the stage. Sure enough… I am having Avril Perform a Concert. A SECRET Concert. Not only that, but now I have 5 minutes to get 80 Stars. WOOHOO!
Sure enough, I got them all with time to spare. Payout of 100/50.
SWEET! But then I remember, there is ANOTHER Musician in the game that wants to put on Concerts too… Rockstar Peter. So, I repeated the process. Drug him over and dropped him on the Concert Stage.
Same pop up of a “Secret” Task, and another Concert has begun. Same as Avril’s.
There he went over to the Concert Stage to perform away. WOOHOO!!
Another full 5 Star ratio!! With more than enough time left.
Another 5 Star Payout of 100/50.
WARNING: DO NOT PUT THEM BOTH ON IT AT SAME TIME! It will just lock out your game.
Now I am not sure if this is an actual Easter Egg or a Glitch, either way… do it while you can.

Peter finally finished his 24 hour secret concert that wasn’t all that secret since he ended up on the stage after the first few hours. Still in phase one. Payout was the normal 100 glow sticks, 50 picks. So they must have changed the big pick payout. I must have earned at least 3000 glow sticks tapping on all those fan girls though, along with significant coinage.Good news is no glitches, the congratulations great concert thing popped up as soon as he was done. I put him on task to get five picks from a toader rather than finishing the quest line to go to phase 2 to see what would happen. No problems so far.

So I sent Avril on the 24 hour task and then about 20 hours into it i had Peter doing the clear a toad guy 3hr task. I went to sleep last night and woke up this morning to the error or trying to claim the non existant prize thing and now it just keeps on endlessly rebooting my game when I try to startup. I thought that only happened if u tried to do 2 concerts at once? Any idea how I can fix this since I can’t access anything in the game? Thank You

My day secret concert finished (used Avril) and I got three tickets for rapper Brian, 150 glowsticks, but only 30 picks. Guess it doesn’t have the same pick payout as the regular concerts

Loved the glitch – put Avril there for 24 hours and racked up over 100,000 coins and 4,500 glowsticks! When the 24 hours was up I got 150 glowsticks, 3 tickets and 30 picks! I really need to rack up way more picks so I’m thinking about doing this again..way better payoff than putting characters on 8 hour tasks for 6 glowsticks or 50 coins! Now I have enough coins to build all of those 20K buildings and clear the land that costs a fortune on the West side of Quahog!

I didn’t get my Avril Lavigne song when I unlocked her. It glited. I would like the since I play the game and I buy clams.

Can you be more specific on that one? What glitched? What did you see?
If it was just an error, it may still be there. Just tap on the Guitar Icon in the lower right of your game, go to the Event Menu, and tap the last icon in the Event Menu that is headphones. From there, you can try again to redeem it. If still no luck… reach out to TinyCo from your in game messaging.

Just read the comment below about canceling Peter doing his concert and I did it TWICE by mistake and lost like 40 something clams each time I did it by mistake.

I think I found a way to either get a 50/50 or 100% chance of getting bracelets instead of money every time or it could be that I just went crazy last night while clicking away on blondes getting 2347 in 3 hours. You have to watch when a few of the girls are stopped. If they all move at the EXACT same time click on all that do, some stop right after moving and doesn’t seem to work on them, but the ones that keep moving seem to always drop bracelets.

I sent Avril on it after it was changed to a day long. Once the day was up, I tried to open the game. The screen with my award comes up, then keeps crashing with a consuela error message. I emailed them. Ugh hope it gets fixed soon. I’m loving this event so far.

Let me ask you this… was she the ONLY one there? Or did you try and send another Character to the stage too? (As warned will trigger this issue in this post and main phase 2)

Awesome AWESOME find!! Now that they sealed the hole, I wonder how they will punish us… I dont remember exactly what it was, but there was something similar in the Star Trek event. When we discovered the loophole, tinyco patched it and made it much harder to progress from that point on. They will likely do something similar here…
In any case; Bunny, you are the voice of the people!

That is not something we could even answer. All I can offer is the “how to”. Also… it is not really something you should have access to. It really is at your own risk. (see main phase 2 post)

I just did this and it didn’t show a 5 minute timer- or a timer at all but the fans kept spawning and stars were dropping for awhile…now (14 minutes later) they’re still spawning but no stars dropping, one out of every 4-5 are dropping one glostick. Also when I drug her to the stage it didn’t say 5 min task it said 24….they figure it out u think?

I noticed that some of the characters tasks for earning glow sticks have disappeared eg Chris, Herbert, and new characters eg Bonnie now have a task, do you happen to know who’s earning what lately ?

Just thought you should know about a “glitch” or a “happy accident”. I had Rockstar Peter on the 24 hour concert task. I was half-asleep trying to quickly clear Fans when I accidentally tapped on a Toad User AND tapped on “GO” (which would normally take you to the character needed to complete the task or the area/building wherein they’re currently on a task) and it cancelled Peter out of the concert. I had at least 7 hours left and it dumped him out. The Fans didn’t disappear and I was able to tap the last of them for coins and Glowsticks. So, if anyone happens to NEED Peter right away and isn’t much concerned with the payout at completion of the task, you can try to see if the above will work for you, too. I had a task holding for Peter before I realized I should test this to be sure I didn’t spend clams by accident.

Put Peter on the 24 hour concert about 6 hours ago and the fans have been dropping at concert rates ever since. Seeing each spawn has a few glow drops Its actually a better rate than anything else right now.

So I decided to put Peter in the 24 hour concert, I was finished with him for the time being and I must say I’m loving all the coins I’m getting with the fans. I still have the 4 back areas I want to unlock, so instead of cleaning my house I’m going to be sitting around clicking on fans for the next 24 hours. 🙂

Mine was working for a little during phase 2 using snoop dogg. The payout was 150 glowsticks and three concert tickets. I got a few quickly :). Also gave out some guitar pics.

Looks like they fixed it.. timer is 1 day now from 5 mins yesterday…. so you can only use Avril OR Peter now once per day. Oh well great while it lasted

I read this last night but both Peter April were already in a task, dropped peter into the task this morning without checking here first and got stuck doing 24 hour task… poo… good news is I found a way to finish early, if you tap a toad user then tap go it pop up with the “Peter is busy!” message but give you the option to speed with clams.
Don’t know about April and not sure I want to risk trying ☺

If you put them in there for 24 hours can you still put other characters on tasks? If so you surely might aswell put meg in there right? She’ll earn way more glowsticks than she possibly could doing tasks +tickets+picks.
(I say Meg because I dont think she drops any items)

ONLY Musicians can perform. This is not supposed to be there so it is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I would not suggest trying to do two concerts at once (Secret and Stage) as it will lock out your game.

damn, hoped meg could do it as she sings too. if it gives out the normal rewards it still seems worth it whilst you’re waiting for Joe to do the concerts normally.
since some people have already started the concert I’ll wait for someone to update us on whether or not you get the rewards 😛

Well, I was upset that I removed the ability to do an encore (and then unlock MO Meg) because I unwittingly started Phase 2, but if I can do this, even at a one day timer, it’s worth it. All I need is 40 Picks to unlock Meg, so once will do it. I can dump Peter on this and use the time to start unlocking Joe Lion so I can use his concert to help get Rapper Brian. Luckily, 7 day timers aren’t as bad as what we usually deal with…
At least I hadn’t yet started Peter’s 11hr encore task… Just have to wait for him to clear a Toadhead.

Thank you Bunny for putting this post on here….I’ve been having trouble with the concert events and clicking on the fan girls to win the stars. Its not the game but I think it has to do with my stupid lollipop update. Every time I zoom out or move the screen too fast I get kicked out of my game. Anywho I tried moving Peter since I have Avril on a 12hr mission and it told me 24hr show which oh well I was able to get all 100 stars when usually I can only get 10 and Ive been getting a whole ton of glow sticks too. So hopefully for myself I hope they keep it at 24hrs lol but Thanks again and I greatly appreciate the info. Your Awesome.

I am still playing around with it as it is now 24hrs. But I do know that it is now a 100 Star requirement… but that was done in moments. Those Fans do NOT stop spawning. Like every 10 to 15 seconds.

Omg….it was a happy little glitch! The 5 minute timer has been replaced by a 24 hour one so beware….I dragged and dropped Avril so fast since I’d been doing this task for a while now that I didn’t notice they changed the timer. Now I’ve got her tied up for a full day and can’t move forward with Hey Hey You You Pt.1….phooey!

I just rag dolled Avril to the stage and like you said in this post a blank action came up. But it wasn’t for one hour. It was for one day. I had Avril do it and now there are hundreds of fans appearing in my Quahog.

Heads up. I started week 2 with Snoop and have some good news and bad news.
I was doing the 5 minute concerts to get the glow sticks and picks. Thanks btw Bunny. However this last time I dragged Peter to the stage and as usual the bubble came up and without paying attention I dragged it over and dropped it just in time to read that it’s now a 1 day event!! So now Peter is stuck until this time tomorrow. That’s the bad news.
The good news is that is still going to give something. I needed 100 stars which I got in no time and now it is continually spawning fans about 40 at a time. As soon as I clear them they pop right back again.
So yes Peter is stuck until tomorrow but I am collecting $10 or glow sticks like crazy until then!

Well, they must have stopped it. Just got home from work, went to try and it says it will take an hour for either of them.
Sad……. the players who already play many times a day get the advantage, and a casual player like myself who plays once or possible twice a day is again at a disadvantage.
Sure wish TinyCo would go back to having this game as a casual game, instead of making it so you have to make the game a 2nd job just to get through the special events.

Not trying to be mean, if you can only play twice a day, the of course you will be at a disadvantage.
They can’t make any money from pacing it toward the low end of the time/priority spectrum.
Urgency drives clam sales and clams sales let the game exist.
The game is not casual, it favors the time and/or cash rich. Any game that uses micropayment to support constant new content development will have to.
But the gamer can be casual. it’s all up to you. It is true they have tightened the economy and a time poor player will find they just can’t get as far or as much as they used to.
That is because Tinyco need the payment provided by the cash rich/time poor player to keep the game running. I hate to defend them on this, but its likely a case of keeping the game running on an economic level. Still plenty of laughs to be had for free, just try and see how much you CAN get. And try to beat yourself (as opposed the other players) next event!

Hmmm, I just did this and for some reason the timer for the concert is counting down from 24 hours instead of 5 minutes. It’s looking like I’m going to have fans spawning continuously for a full day…has this happened to anyone else?

I love the ragdolling feature too. The trick you found sounded so awesome! I tried it a few times with both Avril and Peter but I only get an option for a one day blank task. Maybe they changed it since your post? Bummer!

Worked twice in a row with Peter and on the third time, it went to one day period, but used the cheat to get the Meg skin and start on rapper Brian.

well, just like we thought, if you’re doing the secret concert task when the new content rolls over (it just did) you’re going to get an error message and your game will freeze you out. Messaged TinyCo already, but I guess that’s what I get for being greedy. 😉 Wasn’t my fault!
