How do I begin the third part of PeterPalooza?
You will need to complete Festival Fail Pt. 7 before you can start on the third part of PeterPalooza.
How do I unlock Alice Cooper?
To unlock Alice Cooper, you must collect the following materials:
-700 Glowsticks
-20 Ticket Stubs (common) from Bears
-15 Boa Constrictors (uncommon) from Quagmire and Bonnie
-9 Leopard Skin Boots (rare) from Rockstar Peter and Belgard. Tomik’s “Take the Selfies” action will always drop Leopard Skin Boots!
-10 Guillotines (uncommon) from Avril and Lois
Alice Cooper is available until Thursday, September 17 at 3 PM, PDT. If he is not completely unlocked, he will disappear from the game at that time. If he is unlocked before the event ends, you will be able to continue his quests after the event has ended.
How do I unlock Belgard?
To unlock Belgard, you must place the International Hostel and collect the following materials:
-5 Club Shirts (rare) from Jerome and Chris
-5 Prepaid Phone Cards (common) from Herbert and Mort Town Records
-3 English Dictionaries (uncommon) from Bonnie and Ear-Piercing Store
Belgard is available until Thursday, September 17 at 3 PM, PDT. If he is not completely unlocked, he will disappear from the game at that time. If he is unlocked before the event ends, you will be able to continue his quests after the event has ended.
How do I get Tomik?
He is a prize in the Festival Mystery Box!
How do I hire Park Rangers?
You can hire Park Rangers at the Event Staff Tent at 1 Picnic Basket each. You can receive Picnic Baskets from Joe Lion, Mort, Bruce, and the Nature Gear Emporium. It will take 1 hour to train each Park Ranger.
Use Park Rangers to clear Bears!
When do Bears appear?
Bears will appear after reaching Grin and Bear It Pt. 1.
What can I win from the Festival Mystery Box?
The Festival Mystery Box can be found in the featured tab of the shop for 100 clams per try. You can win the following prizes:
-Tomik
-Neon Pegacorn
-Oversized Lava Lamp
-Hot Chocolate Van
-Mindblowing Speaker Tower
-6 Concert Tickets
-250 Glowsticks
-350 Glowsticks

The problem is – at least in my game – picnic baskets are only dropped by a building costing more than 150 clams and no character has a task for it

Do Joe Lion, Mort, and Bruce have a quest for picnic baskets or fo they randomly drop? I haven’t seen it in a quest and they are not dropping them.

So far pissed about tomik being in the mystery box. I don’t think they’ve ever had a character in a box as far as I remember. Also the new leaderboards suck butt. Much happier with the old system. I got put in a group with a lot of clam happy tappers.

I can’t get a character to do a task to get picnic baskets. The only way I can get baskets is through the Take a Hike store, which I bought. I hope they fix Lion Joe, Mort, and Bruce so I can seek baskets in addition to honey.

On iOS… Nature emporium is only one showing ability to earn picnic baskets… Do you have to be past a certain quest point?

I just noticed that Peter now just stands still during his hotel room trashing task (2 hrs). Tried it twice between hard quits. The animation worked earlier. I’m not officially in phase 3 but TinyCo put things in my game earlier this evening (the mystery box added to the store, the leaderboard, dark bees and new girls for them to chase). I also noticed that clam TV is no longer in front of the Griffin house, but placed about a block away in from if other buildings (works normally). I’m on an iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3 and there is no new version in the App Store yet.

I am #2 on the leaderboards right now!! What does it all mean? I am supper excited about it. Also, how do we know how many Gold Stars or guitar picks we have? I slready e-mailed Tinyco yesterday snd sm waiting for an answer. I put Avril on a 24 hour concert yesterday and collected gold stairs till my fingers ached! 😇

made the mistake of not reading this before i went and bought the nature gear place. the game lists the only way to get picnic baskets is from there, so i had to use clams to buy it. now i wish i hadn’t, if there are actually other options

So considering the secret concert now gives us tons of these Blammy Awards which pushes you up the leaderboard, do you think we’ll now get penalized for using it by getting banned from the leaderboards. It is a glitch on their part so I don’t see how it qualifies as cheating. But last event I was banned for “cheating” due to earning lots of rep for placing decorations so I’m really not sure what their standards are I just don’t want to get screwed.

Very excited about Alice Cooper! Off to a great start for phase 3, buuuuuut….. My Mort, Joe Lion, and Bruce don’t have the picnik baskets. Says I’m in 2nd place. I’m a freeium player ( mostly) so I think that’s got to be off a bit. If it not then yea me!

So basically the deal is without buying clams you’re pretty much out of luck. Need rangers to clear bears but can’t get a ranger without getting the baskets which you can only get for more clams than I’ve got.

I’m locked out of the game now because every time I try to start the game it’s requiring me to login with a Facebook account. Apparently a Facebook account is now a requirement to play the game. I guess TinyCo only wants narcissists and 13-year-old girls to be able to play. I can’t even send them an in-game message to tell them what a horrible idea this is because I can’t even get that far. I’ve been playing from the very beginning, but I guess that’s it for me. Thanks TinyCo.

I love the events, and Peter Palooza is great! I’d like it a bit more if some of the “stuff” wasn’t so difficult to get. Some participants can’t afford to buy hundreds of clams to speed up play. Events with time limits can sometimes feel set up for the people with $$$ to burn on clams. I get that there’s a bottom line & you want to make money, but it would be a little more enjoyable if the stuff wasn’t so “rare”, the task times weren’t 8 & 12 hours, and helpful buildings didn’t cost hundreds of clams.

today around 4pm et I started a secret concert with joe lion but now when I open my game I get a message that says concert finished and gives me prizes so when I exit that screen I get a message with consualea saying that it’s retrieving incompetent rewards or finishing a concert with no character and one option to click so when I click ok it loads the game again and the same message spears does anyone know what’s happening and is there a way to fix thankyou

It sounds like the same one with “secret” concerts. Make sure you are on the latest version of the app from the App Market as it should have been patched. If still an issue, reach out to TinyCo

hello. wondering if anyone is having issues logging in. my yellow bar fills up, then it goes to a ‘login with facebook’ page. i dont want/need/use facebook. never have logged in via facebook. i try to ‘x’ out and it reloads and shows the facebook login again. any ideas? thanks

Already tried the new mystery box. First time – Hot Chocolate Van. Second time – 250 glowsticks. Third time – Tomik. Not too bad! That 250 glowstick prize put me over 4000, so I went ahead & started the Hostel build, then I can start unlocking Belgard. Enjoying this event MUCH more than the Fatfather one!

Dear Alissa, I feel sorry for you because I think you are about to start getting a lot of requests for help! Game crashing due to running secret concerts. Mine is with Avril. I sent a help report to TinyCo from the error screen I see when I try to start my game. I’ll bet Bunny is glad to be out celebrating tonight! (HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUNNY!) Things were going just fine, I was building the platform shoe shop, Alice was open and I had even cleared a few dark bee swarms. One thing I did not see was how to get picnic (picanic, thanks Yogi Bear) baskets. Bruce was available but he had no tasks that would drop them. Anyway, thank you for your excellent work!

lol the funny thing is…i honestly can’t help. I haven’t touched TQFS since the event started. It hit right when the Monorail did in TSTO and between work and baby stuff i had to choose one. As much as I love TinyCo…the yellow people won. (besides I listen to country music..i’m ok missing these musicians)
As far as picnic baskets..from what I’m seeing from comments work through the questline and the picnic basket tasks will start to popup.
