How do I begin the third part of PeterPalooza?
You will need to complete Festival Fail Pt. 7 before you can start on the third part of PeterPalooza.
How do I unlock Alice Cooper?
To unlock Alice Cooper, you must collect the following materials:
-700 Glowsticks
-20 Ticket Stubs (common) from Bears
-15 Boa Constrictors (uncommon) from Quagmire and Bonnie
-9 Leopard Skin Boots (rare) from Rockstar Peter and Belgard. Tomik’s “Take the Selfies” action will always drop Leopard Skin Boots!
-10 Guillotines (uncommon) from Avril and Lois
Alice Cooper is available until Thursday, September 17 at 3 PM, PDT. If he is not completely unlocked, he will disappear from the game at that time. If he is unlocked before the event ends, you will be able to continue his quests after the event has ended.
How do I unlock Belgard?
To unlock Belgard, you must place the International Hostel and collect the following materials:
-5 Club Shirts (rare) from Jerome and Chris
-5 Prepaid Phone Cards (common) from Herbert and Mort Town Records

Use Park Rangers to clear Bears!
When do Bears appear?
Bears will appear after reaching Grin and Bear It Pt. 1.

I got the neon pegacorn on the first try! (Drops more glowsticks than the 700 clam item.) Yay…but how rare is tommik? I’m tempted to keep trying to get him just so I can unlock Alice in time. Is there anyway to set up a poll to see what statistically people are getting when they try to get tommik? (Have an option to choose more than one and see what people get?)

Any advice on how I can collect 4000 glow sticks? Collecting from building, blond bird or frogs is so low amounts

I keep seeing people complain about cheating but I do not see how you can cheat at this game. Maybe they consider buying clams cheating is the only way I can see someone getting an edge in the game and even then that is not cheating. Anyone can do that if they choose to do so. But I have only been playing a month so maybe this stuff happened in the past.

It is easier to accuse someone of cheating when you see someone rising above you. It’s a sad thing to see. It’s like childhood flashbacks to the kid that started to lose so he tossed the table and all the game pieces with it. Honestly… it is just panic. The thought of someone getting something you can’t have drives people nuts. They forget to have fun.
TinyCo actually has been VERY good at keeping any “cheaters” off the Leaderboards.

Is anyone else really struggling with this event? The last (mafia) event I finished close to 15,000 without spending money on anything. So I understand how the game works. I don’t come to this forum often, because I don’t like cheating or spoilers, but when I get really stumped, this is the place! I have one Alice Cooper boot and still need 2261 (out of 4,000) glowsticks for the building with that guy. I did my first encore and have everything unlocked for the second except Alice. I was #1 on my leaderboard, but now I’m getting doubled up. I know I have really bad luck, but really?? It can’t be that bad. What I’m I missing here? For example, im still unlocking the first guy (Paddy) from the portal in the expansion. I’m still working on the last helmet. I log in non-stop to progress, but just don’t get drops. Why doesn’t TinyCo increase your drop rate after each failed attempt? Even the largest MMO’s do that. I’m totally lost and need some help please….

Everyone is going slow and low this time around. Don’t worry on it though too much. TinyCo always monitors progression and if they see the Players not were they had intended the game play to take them, they make adjustments. You never know just how something will go until a million people play it live.
As far as Paddy, he is in a District. A permanent fixture to the game. He is supposed to take time to unlock due to that. So set him aside and focus just on the Events. Then work on him when you can. Think back to Headbands, Eyeballs, Plutonium. All the same concerns of “takes time to get them”. All as intended for a District.
As far as an increase… there is one built in… once you do NOT get an item x amount of times, your odds each additional time increase. In a way, a rare could become common with this. But you do have to keep going to have it make an impact.

I assure you Paddy was not a focus. Just making a point I’ve been working on him with no luck since day 1 of the district opening. I’m focusing only Mayor West on him, not players for the event.
If the odds increase why do I still have one boot. Seems preposterous. Thanks for the input. I’ll keep up the grind.

Quick tip for people. On Grin and Beat it part 4 you have to clear 6 bee swarms. Only the old swarm counts, not the new dark one. Wasted 3 beekeepers before I realized the semantics.

The reason i hate leaderboards is that im a bit too perfectionist in the game… I have every skin and character unlocked up to this moment. So they cant do a leader board without stress to me lol Well at least im first with 204 blammys. I feel kinda sorry for the ppl below me but what can i do
If the costume was on sale for 250-300 clams i would happily buy it. I hope these are the last leaderboards so everyone could play without stress…

I got the Consuela error too. I just kept closing the game, clearing the cache and restarting. After the 4th or 5th time, I was able to play again. I hope this helps.

Am I the only one worried about getting the leopard boots for Alice Cooper? An 8 hour quest for Peter or a quest from a guy who costs 4000 glow stick with a rare drop rate and we need 9?!?!?!

And did i see your message that the secret encores not only freeze game but result in punishment by having stuff taken away? That sucks, cause i was hoping to free up characters to hold a concert to get the glow sticks to get the hostel to get Alice Cooper! Man, this game is so uneven!

So Joe Lion, Mort and Bruce completed their 4 hours tasks to drop baskets (they didnt start until after I completed the first part of the questline) but no baskets dropped. Anyone else have this problem? Already let TinyCo know

I have trained a Perk Ranger but it won’t let me clear a bear. When I click on the bear it says I have one Park ranger, but the button still says train. Anyone else having issues with this?

Really disappointed to see the leaderboard again but had a feeling it was coming back at some point. I’ve been grouped with a cheater or a big clam spender. For the first 6-7 hours there were only two of us on the board with blammys, then at some point in the next few hours all of a sudden a 3rd player had 74 blammys. The FAQ says this board updates every 5 minutes like before so that was a lot in a short time. If that was done through legit play I’m guessing they’ve got at least a couple or more toad ponds and probably spent clams to unlock Alice Cooper and did a concert already. I’m really hoping that person is cheating and will be removed otherwise no one else will even get close if that player keeps getting the blammys at the same kind of pace. I sent a message to TinyCo and asked them to take a look. It also crossed my mind that perhaps I’m in the same group as a certain Wascally Wabbit lol
Another thing I reported is the picnic baskets were listed as always but on my first go, Bruce did not drop 1.
4K glowsticks for Belgard is pretty crazy. Glad I did all those secret concerts but that pretty much wiped me out on glowsticks. And of course his brother is in the clam box because why wouldn’t he be. Wanted to get another secret concert going while unlocking Alice Cooper but looks like they’ve removed the ability after the last update. I only tried it with Joe Lion though. Anyone else tried the secret concert with Avril or Peter since last update?
Last thing, I’m only seeing greased up deaf guy once every 24 hours since he first appeared. I have to catch him 15 times for questline and also need tickets. Anyone else only seeing him 1 time a day?

Keep this in mind… this Event still has a month to go. They will ALWAYS drop a Character in there that may take some time and effort to get and quite honestly I would prefer they drop them now so I know what I need for them to earn throughout the 30 days vs drop it the last week and scramble… insert Belgard.
Overall, look at the Leaderboard as another Premium item… you will have to put in the time or dime to stay up top, is it really worth it? For ONE item? I would rather just play and use my Clams for this site and things I want… not compete.

It appears as if TinyCo disabled the ability to drag any character to a building now, not just the secret concert … at least in my game 😕
As for the leaderboard, I was very disappointed to see this again as well and thought for sure the top person was cheating until I held a concert and the fans started dropping the awards too! But I do agree with Bunny, I started playing this game because it was suppose to be relaxing and fun NOT stressful and competitive.

I spend money on clams but only for characters or skins. I’ve only missed out on one I’ve wanted since the beginning (Mob Wife Bonnie) and that was due to losing quite a few days play during the Mobster event because of the glitches. Now these new leaderboards arrive which offer the Starbright Express Peter skin, but only to one in thirty players. The only other prize worth any effort to attain is the second prize, but If you’ve got two or more heavy spenders or hackers in your group, it’s not worth participating. I’ve got 4 blammies and am in sixth place. The third place holder has 6 blammies. Positions one and two have 72 and 56 blammies respectively. I don’t even know how that’s possible in less than a day. If they’re genuine clam spenders then good for them… they clearly want it more than I do… but I have my doubts it’s all above board. Do you recommend reporting suspect rankings to Tinyco? Unless Tinyco really police this mini event, it’s just going to be a farce, and the cheats will get all the prizes. As far as my game goes, while those two players are on my leaderboard, it’s not worth my effort to actively participate, so I’m just going to concentrate on the rest of the event.

Don’t jump on the Pitchfork and Torch committee… just play. Honestly. There are people out there that have no issue using Clams or play a TON allowing them to move up on the boards.
Those that do not play fairly WILL be handled by TinyCo. They are actually very good at that. So, just play. Let them do their job. I look at leaderboards like a premium, only go for it if you REALLY want to and are willing to put in the time or dime to stay up top.

Let me put it this way… what I am seeing on my side… the “boosts” are coming from concert completions, but yes… let TinyCo handle it if you suspect anything. I am just seeing for me personally how fast I am jumping in my game with hardly doing anything but concerts, toads, and tapping.

I’m up to 126 Blammies and haven’t even started phase 3 yet. All I’ve done is clear a few dark bee swarms (Blammies drop half the time) and fans during an encore. I think only one encore had Blammies (occurred after phase 3 went live). Is there anything else in phase 2 that will do it? I overtapped and didn’t see what dropped for the encore, but it must have been a lot. I think I went from just a few Blammies to 125 or so.
Haven’t cheated and haven’t spent any clams.

the 3 guys drop picnic baskets but you have to get the mascara shop. Took me a day to scroll to the bottom of Mort’s tasks to figure it out…and leaderboards again? Mine have everyone at 0-3 and 2 people at 65-70…

on my leaderboard I am in 3rd place with 9
The guy in second place has 60 and the guy in first place has 133
Yeah they are not hacking the game at all.
Within about 30 min of the leaderboards arriving the guy had 60,, then like 4 hours later he still was in first with 60 and second place had 9, then 1 hr later a guy had 80, and the guy who was in first still only had 60,, so explain to me how a guy can go from 1-2 to 80 in 1 hr, Tinyco really needs to do away with these leaderboards, even if they kick out some obvious hackers, they cannot catch every single hacker, there are just too many players for them to check everyone, so they are basically saying, we will catch most of the obvious hackers, but the hackers that are a little more sneaky will still get through and steal the best prizes for themselves.
NO MORE LEADER BOARDS!!!
and I am a premium player, but the grand prize sucks in this leader board contest anyway so no money from me tinyco.

Getting Alice Cooper right at the start of when he was available helped getting concerts and other quests quicker (faster Glam award) but it was expensive clam wise.
But, yah, no cheating needed.

Myself personally… I actually think this one is not stressfull at all. I just think people may get too wrapped up into it. Me against 30 vs me against millions? I will take the Me Against 30 anyday. They even set it up so they are players more geared to play like me in a way. Then there is the time limit, so who knows how the next one will play out too. I really like how they are tweaking it this time around. 😉

One ticket doesn’t cost that… it’s his buy out only price. He will show AFTER you get to Part 4 of his questline and about 12-15 hrs was time in my game.

Not confusing… typical. Every Phase of Events there are requirements to completely unlock the aspects of that Phase. Phase 1 you had to tap around. Phase 2 it was Festival Fail Part 3 to gain access to bees and honey. This one… Part 1 complete. 🙂

It depended on WHEN you got the Phase 3 content. Many were still in a secret concert or another and the Female Fans do randomly drop the Blammies. Outside of that, WHY does it matter? If someone wants to spend their clams, let them. 😉

My response was meant to reference Daniel Habib’s claim of having 78 blammies. He claims not to have sped things up with clams which is quite unlikely if he didn’t at least speed up Alice. And I didn’t say I cared how many blammies other people have. 😄

I stayed in phase 2 until I could do 2 encores, and the second encore (after phase 3 had started for others) dropped a ton of Blammies. No clams or cheating involved. I went from single digits to triple digits in an instant. Totally unplanned.

The option to build the mascara shop will not open until you complete grin and bear it part one. I just did and it’s the third task listed to build it. The first is hire a park ranger and the second is to remove a bear. So hopefully when shop is built that will unlock the task in the three charecters.

I’m super frustrated with this new event. It is nearly impossible for me to get guitar picks. Because my toad users are dropping maybe once every 24 hours and I can’t hold a concert because the the next stage dropped. This is stupid.

Well just started phase 3 last night….not too thrilled about another leadership board but oh wells whatever I end up getting for it at the end I get. Not gonna worry about it
But I do have a question. The secret 24hr concerts has anyone else not been able to do them since phase 3 started or do we just have to wait until Alice Cooper is unlocked. Bc that really helps me out since my game kicks me out whenever I move my screen too fast or I zoom out and can only end up getting like 3 or 4 fan girls during the 2min concerts.

Why stress over it? Leave the Policing up to TinyCo. We already know they are all over stuff like that. Just play YOUR game and have fun. If someone else wants to waste time and clams… let them. 😉

Clams, clams, and more clams. Doesn’t cost more than other types of entertainment like movies or restaurant meals or stage plays. Or cable TV…. 🙂
With clams, you can speed up everything almost, so you could get to the concert part quickly and then quickly do encores. Those Blammies drop quickly from concerts, wouldn’t be hard to get past 800 if you kept running encore concerts quickly with speedup clams.

Just looked at the in game FAQ and apparently this is just round 1 of leaderboards, and there will be a round 2, fantastic! I refuse to spend tons of clams like I did in the mobster event, and I won’t even bother trying this time. After all of the complaints about the leaderboards last time I thought Tiny Co would have listened, but apparently not. But at least the rest of the event is going well, and is a lot of fun, and feels really well paced.

Stop stressing on a “side” feature. Just like premiums, if you do not want to invest in it… then don’t. You do not have to. Enjoy all the other FREE stuff you can earn just by playing in every other corner of the Event. 😉
