There is just so much going on in Our Quahogs now! Spotted Toads, Dudes running around licking the Spotted Toads and freaking out. Girls dressed as Hippies being chased by Bees (both Red and Dark haired). Tons of Fans, some too busy on their phones too care. Patchouli Oil, Hacky Sacks, Bears, Park Rangers, picnic baskets and in there somewhere… some AWESOME Music. PeterPalooza Phase 3 is in our games!
A New PeterPalooza Phase in our game means New Characters/Costumes. Characters like Alice Cooper!
Let’s take a look at what Alice Cooper can do in our silly lil games.
Alice Cooper was a New Character added during the third part of PeterPalooza 2015. As with (almost) all Characters in TQFS in order to unlock him you’ll have to collect lots of STUFF.
First though, you needed to take 5 seconds to repair his VIP Chair.
Once the VIP Chair was repaired, tapping on him will let you know all the items he requires.

20 Ticket Stubs (Common): Greased-Up Deaf Guy OR Bears OR Concerts OR Ticket Kiosk

9 Leopard Skin Boots (Rare): Rockstar Peter Worship Alice Cooper OR Belgard Sleep at Youth Hostel

Only have 2 boots. Been using Peter 24/7, I even used clams to speed things up and out of the possible 22 boots I got 2.
Eventually decided to spend money and get some clams. I never got those. Its been 4 days. I send TC likes 3 messages and eventually asked Facebook to look into it. Still nothing.
I wanted to get AC before tonight. But that’s not gonna happen. Really disappointed

I brought it up before and was advised to wait and see and that TC usually starts off and makes adjustments based on fan reaction. Well I am here with only 6 boots. I was able to unlock Belgard by doing the crazy secret concert thingy, but the glow sick rate was silly low so I basically tapped my screen for 3 hours straight (at least felt like it) and muscled out the hostel. Still only 6 boots.
I saw this as an issue form the start. 9 rare drops with one character to do them that is an 8 hour task. You can unlock a 2nd character but 4000 glow sticks which is crazy high. Even with both of them going I don’t have the boots.
How did TC not see this? I’m sure they did and the hope of course is that we’ll all spend clams to speed up tasks or buy items out right. I’d rather spend my clams on the characters and skins I want. Why can’t TC set a reasonable task from the start? Even if they adjust boots today they put their fans through the pains and annoyances of stressing out during the week (stress being relative as it is just a game). We’re here to have fun though and the more events that are like this the more I look to shift my time and money elsewhere. God help them if an Archer game like this ever comes out. See you later. Am I right?

I am seeing yesterday and today Players stating they are getting MORE Boot drops now. So some adjustment happened. Just do not know how much. I will stick to what I always say… see what comes. Just keep playing and see what the next step offers. Could be MORE help. Could be useful.
Outside of that, just send them in game feedback on concerns.

Those of us who pay to play consistently wouldn’t if it wasn’t worth it. Paying for glowstick buildings and Tomik made the leader board and getting Alice a breeze. We wouldn’t if it was just as easy to play for free.

Just sent AC to play 18 rounds of golf that says 4 hrs and the countdown is showing 24hrs! Going to contact TinyCo but wanted to know if this happened to anyone else?..

I just got Belgard yesterday. He didn’t drop any boots. I’ve got two more boots to go. 4k glow sticks was crazy! Yikes!
This event started smooth and then stalled with Alice Cooper. I’m excited to unlock him whenever it happens AND with out clams.

I’m still stuck with the boot drops. I’ve gotten less than one a day. It’s pretty frustrating. I have no chance of ever catching up. I can’t get any concerts done to get the stuff I need to get more concerts. Youth hostel? Took me a week to gather up 3k in glows. It’ll be to late by the time I get the 4k I need. Ugh!

Remember you have til the end of the Event to get those Characters, so you will not lose them. We will have to wait and see what the next phase asks for.

The boots thing is just stupid… if you dont have clams or glowsticks to get the hostel(again, with no help from clams) you cant get him and go on with the event…

Belgard was a big help on the boots. Finally unlocked Alice yesterday evening. No clams, just had Peter on task the whole time, and Belgard for 2 days or so. With Belgard trying for boots as well, usually he or Peter would drop a pair with just a couple times with nothing from either of them. With just Peter the first few days I only had two pair of boots.
I really like Alices line about Peter and the chicken.

For me the boots are just another tuba fiasco. Been going 24/7 with Peter and just 4 sets on boots in 6 days. Still only 3000 saved glowsticks so not enough to get hostel guy. Looks like I’m not going to bother continuing at this point… Absolutely hate this event so far. Not a single musician I like nor any that were very integral in the show really. I’m thinking tiny Co has lost their grip on what makes for fun events and enjoyable gaming. Makes me sad, I’ve invested so much but losing sleep over a week attempting to get boots only to accomplish less than half the needed amount in 6 days just isn’t fun. Neither is endless tapping on frogs, bears, hippies with bees and endless training of staff etc. It’s all just a waste of time if you can’t progress through the levels in time. Wish they’d actually pay attention and see everyone is behind because boots just don’t drop and no one other than those with neon clam statues has enough for the hostel to help! Big disappointment!

I have only 4 boots since AC’s been made available and I do manage to get to put Peter on task usually twice a day and sometimes 3. I don’t want to use clams and well over 1000 glowsticks short of getting the hotel…

Just decided to use clams on him since he is the 1st real character I wanted. Free clams for watching videos helped. Just note to keep going for picks and tickets when you get him. You need all the items from the tent except climbing wall. Also note, you get no more tickets from bears or Deaf Guy once you get all the merch…..maybe they won’t be used on the next celeb?

I think they will be needed, as with the last phase once you got all the Merch you could no longer get Picks from anything other than concerts, plus you can still get tickets from concerts in this phase.

No boots here either, get 3 attempts per day and still need 6 so the rare drop is closer to awful. On a better note was able to get all the stuff for belgard in exactly 1 day(yesterday)even with his rare drop item, but he needs to level up before he can try to help with boots so won’t know for about an hour if he is of any help. Not looking good for next upgrade if Alice is requirement.

Almost a week and I still haven’t unlocked Alice’s boots, and I play a lot. That’s without spending any clams, of course.

Just got him unlocked. Working on the third encore now so I’m all set for phase 4. It took forever to unlock him. I’m happy when characters are difficult to unlock like Locustus was, but when just one item like the boots are hard to get, then it’s just annoying.

I couldn’t agree with this more. If TinyCo intends for a character to have a difficult drop, I wish some others among the four items were stretched out as well by asking us to collect more of certain items that are easier drops especially those that also provide currency (which are tasks you would be doing already). At least it would cut down on the frustration of working for just one item and coming up empty during that collection. Nothing worse than one item hanging you up for days.

Just wondering where everyone is on the leopard print boots for Alice.
I have 3 so far, I’m able to put Peter on the task needed for the boots at 7 a.m. 3 p.m. and sometimes at 11 p.m. I still need 6 boots to unlock Alice, at this rate looks like 4 or 5 more days to get them all, totally guessing…..

Not gonna get Alice because of the boots. Sent a note to Tinyco in the game TWO days ago asking for help. No reply. Nothing else I can do. Same for Belgare (4000 glowsticks? Not happening.) as well as the greased up deaf guy (15 times? No way….he doesn’t appear enough). Forgive the rant — it’s at Tinyco and not you. I’m not happy. We can go ahead and move on to next week as far as I’m concerned.

This is week 3 of Star Trek all over again. The item drop bottleneck is there to push you either a)to spend clams or b)past the deadline for the next stage.
I felt pretty good going into this event, especially after except-for-leaderboards great Mob event.
Alice is where gonna be where they seperate the clam spenders from the folks that are gonna miss something, even if its just the last joke for not completing a quest by the end.
Just glad that Wierd Al is up before Rick Astly.
