HAPPY HALLOWEEN ADDICTS!!!

BOO!

How are all of you doing today? I know what I am going to be up to, no good what so ever! Muahahahahahaha.

Per Alissa this is MY Christmas! Lol.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Halloween and all the fun and mischief I can get into during the Holiday. I have worked for along with designing and creating the Year’s Theme for National Haunted Houses in the past. Used to go around and do free special effects and makeup for Kids and Teens for their Costumes. Of course all the tricks I love to set up with my friends to try and catch each other of guard. Can’t forget the candy either. I usually end of giving every last bit I get to some kids, but I still have fun going door to door in neighborhoods. Met a lot of really cool people that way. Got some pretty cool “treats” too from other amused Adults.

So with it being the Holiday and I will pretty much not be around at all, I just wanted to set this up as more of an Open Thread and share your Halloween stories kind of thing.

Even if you don’t celebrate it, celebrate it differently, or go all out… I would LOVE to know what mayhem you get up to on Night’s like Halloween. Feel free to fill up the comments with pics and stories of YOUR Halloween fun (just make sure you are OK with sharing that with the world as a LOT of people, including strangers, will see.)

Hey there Psychos!!

With New Stuff comes New Questlines. Especially the Main Questline that will be taking through the New Phase, like Death at the Drive-In: Revenge of the Scythe as well as the final Weekly Challenge.

Death At The Drive-In Phase 5 LIVE!!

Hey there Psychos!!

DEATH AT THE DRIVE-IN PHASE 5 IS HERE!!!

EVENT ENDS THURSDAY NOVEMBER 12TH @3PM PACIFIC

Hookhand Albert Death's Mom

  • First up, you will have to be on Part 10 of Return of Death at the Drive-in
  • You will need to be at Scream Level 14 or Higher
  • Play the New Event Phase Questline to access ALL Content. With every new Event Phase there are “unlock points” for many items, so play through the Main Questline in order to see it all. I will Update Unlock points. if any, as I find them.
  • Make sure you go to the App Market and check for any Updates so you are on the latest Version of the game. (Google Plays last Update was 10/26, Version 1.13.7

WARNING: There is another 24hr Timed Item in the Movie Projection Booth. This time it will be Hookhand Albert. Same kind of trigger point that the items BEFORE it once created will make it so the timer will start on the next tap in Booth.

 

KNOWN ISSUE: There will be TWO Versions of Hookhand Albert, similar to the Slasher Cat. One will be an actual Character in the Booth you can unlock, the other an NPC that you will take down similar to the Horrors like Horsemen, Clowns, etc. The NPC Version of Hookhand Albert will be attacked using Magnets. A total of 4 will be needed to clear his 400HP. The issue is that when attacked, it does not seem like the item hit its target, but it did. The easiest way to tell is make sure he is in the Kill Zone before you fire, then check the the HP to see if it is less than 400 and goes down from there. Patch for this will be out soon, so hang tight for the visual animation he was hit. Remember, check HP to see if it has dropped with the hits.

Addicts Housekeeping Note: Comment Awaiting Moderation

Update: The Awaiting Moderation problem should be fixed now.  Let me know if you continue to see problems.  One thing I will say is I didn’t see a message if I wasn’t logged into a WordPress account.  So if you’re not seeing the message it could be because you’re not logged in….

Hello There Clammers!

Just popping in with a quick post about something many of you are commenting on (and emailing us about)….the Comment Awaiting Moderation message that’s disappeared.

Typically when you comment on Family Guy Addicts you see a message that looks like this when you initially make a comment:

But since this past weekend, many of you have pointed out that the awaiting moderation message has disappeared…as has your comment.  While we still see your comments on our end, you guys don’t realize they went through and often times will comment again (and again) or email us wondering if you’ve been banned for some reason.

Here’s the deal….this is a bug on WordPress’ end.  It took a little while, but we’ve finally figured out (after working with WP) what’s happening and why it’s happening.  So over the course of today I’m going to take the steps necessary to correct the problem. (unfortunately it’s not as simple as WP “flipping a switch”).  So the site may look a little funky for a few minutes today…but all the content will still be there and by the time I’m done the “Awaiting Moderation” message will come back.

Sorry for the frustration and anger this may have caused some of you.  I know we saw several emails from people wondering why they were banned from the site.  I promise we haven’t banned anyone…it’s just a bug that we’ll now fix. 🙂

Phase 4 is in our games, which leaves us one more after this. So what goodies and new STUFF has TinyCo dropped into our silly lil games? More Friends, More Killers, More Ghosts, More… CAN’T SLEEP CRAZY CLOWNS WILL KILL ME!!!  hack hack hack hack chop chop chop chop kill kill kill kill….

With this New Phase 4 for the Event, we have another Premium Option Character to decide if we want to spend our Clams on, Ghostface!

EVENT EXTENDED ONE WEEK!!!

Hey there Screaming Slashers!

Quick bounce by as you’re going to be seeing some changes and pop ups in your games shortly if not already.

EVENT HAS BEEN EXTENDED ONE WEEK!!! WOOHOO!!

EVENT ENDS NOVEMBER 12 @3PM

This will give us all one more week to continue working on all the things going on in our games as well as allow them time to release all the remaining content they still have.

So hang in there. Go at a pace that works for you. More to come in our games and now more time to work on getting those things.
