So I already “posted” a comment under this article but it looks like it was never posted? (Though with the holidays I definitely don’t blame anyone :))
So, what I was writing about is how upset I am with Tiny Co for this Giving Tree questline!
I bought everything required, got the tree (or should I say all 100 lol) but it NEVER pays out ANYTHING.
I’ve contacted them but they won’t answer or respond to the issue, so I’m wondering if anyone has any new info on this??
The main reason I’m pissed off about it is because I definitely wouldn’t have bought ALL those clams when I did if it weren’t for the [so-called] Giving Tree that is supposed to pay us something every day. It’s actually kinda fraudulent IMO, because we (the customers) were told we’d receive said item after spending/giving them money yet still haven’t received anything. It’s different than a normal glitch, especially considering they won’t even respond to me!!
So anyways, any info anyone could pass along would be greatly appreciated!!

Please re-read the post again. This post is a “HAPPY POST”, not one to rant on. Just sayin. I get frustrations if something doesn’t go your way, but no need to turn it into a negative post, especially when I specifically ask to NOT do it. 😉
As to your “issue”, did you place all those “100 Giving Trees” out on your playing field? Or just one? Many that had placed multiple out and got a huge payout of them, did not get any further payout as they already in a way got the amount the should have with the one tree over a month in one or two days with tons of them.
Other than that, in game message them… wait 5 days… if no response message them again. They have been resolving the issue on a case by case basis.

First of all, I didn’t think asking for help, feedback, or what anyone has experienced with this issue was being negative. I have never and will never get on this fun site to bash or yell at any of you who help run this site (and TSTO) on your free (and valuable) time. And yes, actually I’ve read this article several times (including the comments) searching for solutions and answers to my questions. I’m a very sarcastic person in general, so maybe that’s why someone might think it’s “negative” but I don’t find my comments asking for help to be negative or rude to any of you…especially considering I patiently waited till after all the holidays were over to post again (again knowing your time is valuable and appreciating ALL that you guys put into a site dedicated to games). I never saw any payout from the very beginning, and I’ve messaged them several times in over a weeks time.
Again, just hoping multiple ppl will post any resolutions they’ve had or seen so I know what to possibly expect.
I also wasn’t someone complaining about items disappearing after receiving extra stuff. I’m a very logical and appreciative person, who doesn’t understand Tiny Co. mishandling something this badly.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!!! Has anyone received any clams from the tree as yet? I got it the day it appeared and I haven’t gotten anything. I emailed TC (no response as yet – but I understand why). Just curious if this is happening to anyone else.

Hey Im not really sure where to ask this but has anyone started collecting the Spy watches for the spy Brian costume. Im almost done with all the other items for him but when I click on the watches it just says coming soon. I also bought the T-1000 since it said he always drops them but I havent seen an action for him to do so yet but I am also only on level 1 for his actions….if anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks a bunch!!!!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! I bought the giving tree and it has not given me the 12 clams for two days now. I just restarts the clock when I am signed in. Do you have to click on it within a certain amount of time or you lose the clams?

Yes, I didn’t get any clams until today. I sent multiple messages to Tiny Co, so I hope they will respond soon.

Anybody else having an issue with the silver bell mystery box? Normally works fine, but this time round I get a message that tell me there was a problem with my payment ( I have nearly 500 bells!), and that I should contact community support.
I did this, only to get the old, “you need to force close the app” reply. I’ve been paying this game since the start, so I’m super familiar with the constant issues it has. Force closing was the first thing I’d tried. I don’t seem to be able to get a real solution out of support, so was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problem with the Little Box of Material Joy.

I fulfilled the requirements for the giving tree and the game froze. So, no Giving Tree. Cannot find in inventory anywhere. I have sent a message to TinyCo.
Still not able to get any rewards on Santa Village Attacks. Also, sent a message regarding that problem.

Odd that about 24 hours after this infinite loop glitch (when the trees were supposed to start dropping clams), the crash on load issues started. It’s happening on multiple devices, so I’m betting that it’s on their servers, not my device. My bet is that someone hit an overflow limit on the number of clams they own, and likely TinyCo has no idea how to fix the issue.

I’m so confused, I claimed the latest community prize and took it out of my inventory when I saw the skynet building in there aswell. But its weird because I have never actually exchanged the 900 presents to get that item.
Oh well free skynet building 😉 to bad I already unlocked Sarah and Kevin.
