UPDATE: Seeing more patches roll out into the games. Make sure you force close and restart your device to see if any changes have hit your game and any issues you encountered are now resolving.
Hey there Holiday Humma’s!
I am back now. Had to take a break from everything due to my illness after the Holiday. Playing catch up now so you will see a few posts starting to hit the site soon. Just hang in there while I finish compiling them and getting them out.
First thing I wanted to touch on is the ongoing issues I am seeing in the comments. All have been reported already and are awaiting feedback, updates, clarifications, etc. So keep an eye on the post and I will update the information as it is returned to me.

Let’s jump in to the main things I am seeing over and over asked or reported in the comments section.
WHERE ARE THE SPY WATCHES?
When Secret Spy Brian hit our games, many of you noticed it listed as “COMING SOON”. No worries, this is still pretty accurate. The option that will bring them in our games is still… “COMING SOON”. Hang in there, you will see it soon enough. 😉
VEHICLES DISAPPEARED/ REAPPEARED ISSUES
The following are all intertwined in a way. All are being worked on currently by TinyCo. Hopefully a patch coming soon to resolve them, but I just wanted to go over them again as I am sure many of you are still seeing them.
- Vehicles returned, reset, but still unable to perform any Battles with any kind of payouts
- Vehicles returned, but did NOT reset to proper level. Also creating issue of no payouts as the Vehicle is too weak.
- Multiple Vehicles returned to the game. Some of you now have two. Also causing Battle issues.
- Characters being pulled into Battles. Whether you have them or not, selected them or not, the Characters are joining the Battles.
Again, all known and being worked on. Will update when I hear more.
MISSING BUILDINGS
I am still seeing reports of Buildings Missing in the game. If you have scanned your entire Inventory Storage and those Buildings still have not returned, please let me know the following….
- What Building(s) is gone
- When did you last send a message to TinyCo
- How did you send the message (email, in game, etc)
They are stating Players still missing them need to contact them, but if you already have… I want to help redirect them to the messages.
SECOND CHALLENGE DIDN’T CHECK OFF
This one should have been resolved, but just in case… if you completed week 2 Challenge, got the Walking Decoration Dog, and the Challenge is still NOT checked off, let TinyCo know.
UPDATE NOT COMPATIBLE
I have seen a few scattered reports of the latest updates stating they are “Not Compatible” with your device. Please let me know what device make, model you are seeing this on and also let TinyCo know so they can look into it further.

okay so i was well on my way to unlock Veteran Herbert and NOW it’s saying it’s locked even tho that’s the part i’m on now! what am i supose to do???…this jus screws me even more because i’m not even on the last/final district yet!!! and the gingerbread tank after,him is also locked, but yet after that, the Coal Mine AND Naughty List Adult Shoppe are NOT locked,like i’m needin to unlock those before Veteran Herbert i’m so confused?!?!

Is tinyco going to extend the event for another week? With all the glitches at have had I think it would be a good idea to let those affected have another week to finish with things we couldn’t get done because of them…

Are you going to do a post-event survey for this one? I’m getting no responses from TinyCo, would be nice if there was a survey done that would be shared with them. Thanks for all the help, I’ll be lucky to get out of Phase 3 what with having to buy 2 of every building, plus Herbert twice.

Attention Addicts! Have you checked out puppy Brian lately? I just noticed he can do tasks that help you upgrade your vehicles. I have him digging up flowers right now, 2hrs = 1 mistle toe (helps upgrade nutcracker truck). He has 2 other tasks that I can see. One for christmas lights and one for wreaths (helps district 1 & 2 vehicle upgrades). He may have tasks that I can’t see yet since I’m stuck on Phase 3 due to glitches. Happy New Year!

Some how I have the nutcracker truck building but I haven’t bought it yet which means I’ll have 2 of them will that cause a issue in the game if I have 2 of them out? The game won’t let me put the one that showed up in my inventory. Also half the eye of Santa doesn’t show up.

Known issue on the “eye”. Lol.
The other, just message them and use only one. Make sure both are placed in North Pole too when you pull them out. Or when you get to the 2nd one in Santa’s HQ, don’t place it. Hit the X and let it go to Inventory instead.

I noticed I claimed all the collective prizes that were available, and the only ones I got were the 3 clams and the magic hats. Why can’t I find the other two prizes? What is this? I thought they had a patch. Unbelievable.

Does anyone else have a locked up Aluminum tree field? Mine has been locked up since they released the “fix” a week or so ago. The “fix” actually made my game worse since I was mid-battle during the patch. It’s as if the field thinks it’s still mid-battle forever and won’t reset (I see two destroyed trees and the last one looks normal)… so I can’t send the vehicle again. I reported to TinyCo but they don’t respond. It’s not that the field gives no payouts like I’ve seen others report.. you can’t actually attack it no matter where you tap. It’s like it’s locked up. For me, I can’t progress along the main story line because of it or open District 4, etc. This is the first event where a glitch in the game locked me up completely from progressing along. Boo hoo … haha

I’m in the same boat. I was able to get my Nutcracker vehicle back, but I can’t initiate anything in the fake tree camp. It’s been days and no response from the devs. I’ve given up on all of the timed events and trying to climb the leader board.

Missing North Pole B&B. Messaged TinyCo in game on 12/29.
Do we know if the buildings will just reappear or show up in our inventory? I keep checking, but see nothing yet. Getting behind on collecting those jugs for Mike Swanson to battle b/c Jerome and Joe can’t go there to earn them…

This has been very frustrating. Lost my Nutcracker truck over a week ago. It finally came back 6 levels lower. Working my way back up but can’t battle with the truck. Don’t even have Snake yet and it’s done in a week. I wrote to Tinyco a couple times in the last 8 days, but no replies or fixes. I wrote in a few forums, but posts never showed up. Not even sure this one will post. Will wait a while longer and if not working, maybe it’s time to play something else.

Sent msg to them but no luck yet. Disappeared last night after defeating all buildings. When it came back I can’t earn any rewards regardless of level or number of attackers. Pretty much stuck now.

I’m still missing a few clam items, the snowman, misfit toy and nutcracker prototypes plus the lookout tower. They’ve been gone for the last week, messaged tiny co in game on the 23rd and just received what appears to be an auto generated response, messaged again on the 29th and have yet to receive a response.
Luckily I had built up plenty of presents before they dissapeared so had enough to trade in for all week 4 and 5 content straight away 😃
Still sucks that I’ve used 800 clams on stuff that has dissapeared though

Yeah watches for Brian. Affordable elf housing and impregnable ice fortress. Both 12 hour buildings. No way to get spy Brian in any sensible time for him to be any use. Unless you pay clams, or get t1000. Oh wait.

I’ve had a quick look through and can’t see this mentioned, is anyone else having trouble getting stewie to stay in the inventory? I put him away when in quahog but when I go to winter wonderland there he is again. I know it’s nothing major but just a bit odd.

Hey Bunny, the last two collective leaderboard prizes.. Nuclear Missile-Toe and Blocko Fortress. When I logged in to my game it said that we reached the goal, and when I clicked ‘awesome’ it took me to the page to claim them. When I hit claim, nothing happened. It says that I claimed them, but I looked around my Quahog and North Pole. Nothing. Checked inventory. Nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

Make sure you are in the North Pole, then check the Inventory Storage there.

Still waiting for the watches. I even bought the T1000 for it (not only for this reason but a main reason) but can’t get any watches till now. And the event didn’t last very long now. And i was able to hit phase 4 right now (the one with herbert is phase 4, or? My third weekly challenge popped up)

Has anyone else had an issue where Brian and Stewie have disappeared from the game completely? Or characters (specifically Kevin Swanson) being sent on a mission and then the next time you log in, they are just wandering around (not being pulled into a battle, but completely available)? I’ve been messaging TinyCo and haven’t received a response about any of the glitches. Strangely, I was glitch-free until today, when I started experiencing every glitch listed above, and then some.

Yeah me too. Every time I put stewie in the box, when I log back in again he’s out. Also I can’t complete part 4 of T-600 questline with the 8 hour task he has to do with Brian as again I put them on the task then when I log back in Brian is walking around doing nothing and T-600 is in the blocko craft. I’ve reported it to tiny co 3 days ago and they haven’t replied

Happened last night. Restarted and it came back with “missing building error offer” from TinyCo so I spent the coin to put back in game but no matter how many fighters or level I am I don’t get any rewards. Always 0/4 buildings.

Had a couple of issues resolve, however, I still can’t attack the fake tree field. The last time I contacted TinyCo was Sunday with pics and Monday a follow up. I’ve forced closed my app and shut down my phone every couple of hours just in case my final issue has been resolved. I think they have been doing a fine job to get the game running again and am grateful for their hard work.
I hope we can get extra time like every other event that has had a major fail…. And maybe some presents and medals to make things easier to progress or shorter attack times and higher payouts…

Not a rant. Just a question. I know people are having issues still bit I wanted to address the elephant in the room. I only just got Veteran Herbert today and am having to judicially use clams to get caught up. I also was ranked 982 on the leaderboard before I couldn’t log in for 5 days and now I’m about 500 medals shy of the 5000 cut off (meaning i’m not longer ranked). What if any credit of clams and materials does TinyCo intend to offer those of us that couldn’t get logged in? I know they mentioned 15 clams given to those effected; however, my girl wasn’t effected, nor others I talked to, so it seems everyone got the clams which seems like an empty gesture. I’ve already spent over 200 clams to get caught up and i’m not done yet. I know when people couldn’t log in for the Halloween event for almost a week, they credited those indiviuals 300 clams. Just curious if anyone has gotten credit towards catch up yet. Seems like it’d be only fair to give some kind of credit for the hard work and game play prior to the incident. Thanks and good luck.

All I can suggest is to contact them personally for your situation. The “clam credit” I saw went to those with missing vehicles as it was linked to their return. Your situation was different as you were locked out. So with it being a “case by case” basis of the time you were locked out, that is something they would have to view and respond to individually. That is the best advice I can offer on it.

I have a vehicle glitch that I have reported to TinyCo but I don’t see discussed here. When my characters are forced into a vehicle, it shows i will get extra rewards but I usually don’t. 3 times however, I did receive the extra rewards which caused my buildings to level before I was ready for them to and making it so I need 2 people to clear 1 building. First 2 times (1 week3 buildings and 1 week4 buildings) I had enough mats saved to level vehicles enough to make the issue just an annoyance. The 3rd time, however, week 4 buildings upgraded (again) and I don’t have mats to level vehicle. So, until they finish releasing Brian’s costume or until the glitched glitch happens a few more times, Herbert and his GB Tank are useless to me.
Also some feedback on other issues I see discussed:
-Weekly challenge: once quest is available (but not started) I have been getting credit for doing it. i.e. I waited a day to start 3rd challenge and when i did over half was done. Finished it this morning with OVER 24 hrs left on timer (and no clams spent)
-Cant finish quests with vehicle characters because they are added to vehicle attacks (i.e. Peter and his quest on part 8 of main quest-line): Characters seem to be “taken” while loading the game client so if you can leave the game OPEN for the ENTIRE quest duration you can finish the quest. I usually play on my phone but to finish Part 8 of main quest-line I had to use my desktop.

Initially the hangar was gone but could bring it back through the one coin option. However could no longer earn chestnuts. Now both Kevin’s tent and Medical tent disappeared and so can’t complete Pliskins actions. Contacted Tinyco on Dec 27 and no responses so far despite 3 messages.

I didn’t lose any vehicle leveling or buildings in the glitch, but it seems the patch hit me, because my Holiday Humma suddenly jumped two levels on its own. 😛 Not that I’m complaining. 😉 Also, it seems to me that many of the characters I had on tasks were out and running the streets for no apparent reason as well as at least one character was on a task that I had never set him to do. I wonder if TinyCo has been in my game and “helped me along the way” to help me progress faster than I did myself. 😛
