And I’m going to try something a little different. This post is going to be your Hub for all things week 2 of the Greek Life Event. I’m going to leave this post sticky’d to the top of the page. How do I begin the second phase of Greek Life?
You will need to upgrade the Fountain and complete Greek Week Pt. 9 before you can begin the second phase of Greek Life.
When do Minotaurs begin appearing?
Minotaurs will begin appearing once you reach Give It Up to the Gods Pt. 1 (the main quest line for phase 2).
How do I clear Minotaurs?
You will need 1 Soul Spell to create a Soul Offering at the Campus Altar. Soul Offerings will take 1 hour and 15 minutes to craft. After you have crafted a Soul Offering, place it in the path of a Minotaur to clear it.
The area that the Soul Offering covers will be shown with a green circle. If a Minotaur enters this circle, it will turn purple. Tap the checkmark to shoot the Minotaur while it is purple to clear it.
How do I unlock Hades?
Hades is available at the University Store. You will have 7 days to purchase him after viewing the University Store in phase 2, or he will disappear from the game at that time.
To unlock him, you will need:

How do I make offerings to Hades?
Craft Soul Offerings at the Campus Altar to appease Hades. Once you have collected enough Soul Offerings, tap the “offer” button to make an offering to Hades. Each time an offering is made, your streak counter will increase and you will earn greater rewards. You will have 36 hours to appease him by making 4 offerings. If his 36 hour timer reaches 0 before he is appeased, your streak will be reset.
How do I unlock Tri-Bri?
Tri-Bri is available at Al Harrington’s after reaching phase 2. To unlock Tri-Bri, you must collect the following materials:

10 Dead Man’s Bones (always)

15 Giant Dog Collars (uncommon)

8 Awful Scripts (extra rare)
Tri-Bri is available until Thursday, June 9 at 10 AM, PDT. If he is not completely unlocked, he will disappear from the game at that time. If he is unlocked before the event ends, you will be able to continue his quests after the event has ended.
How do I get Chronos?
Chronos is available in the shop for 260 clams. He will be available for purchase until Thursday, June 9 at 10 AM, PDT.

When does the Leaderboard end?
The Leaderboard will last through Thursday, June 9 at 10 AM, PDT.
When do I get my Leaderboard prize?
Prizes will be awarded 4 to 7 days after the end of Greek Life.
Why am I not able to see my Leaderboard rank yet?
Leaderboards will be live soon, but in the meantime players can begin earning Styx Coins and contributing to their rank.
How do I climb the Leaderboard?
To climb the Leaderboard, earn as many Styx Coins as you can! You can earn Styx Coins by making offerings to the gods and from the Hades character.
What are the Leaderboard prizes?
The tier 1 prize will be the Hercules character. We will be revealing the prizes for the remaining tiers as the event progresses.
I’m qualified for a high prize tier. Do I get the lower tier prizes too?
Yes! Players will receive prizes awarded to tiers lower than their own in addition to the prize tier that they qualify for.
Why do I have a silly name on the Leaderboard?
Everyone has a silly name! Use it to keep track of your Leaderboard rank.
Can I change my silly name on the Leaderboard?
Silly names are permanent for the duration of the Leaderboard.
How do I report someone I suspect of cheating?
We are employing several anti-cheat tools to keep the Leaderboard fun and fair for all players. To do this, we use a combination of automatic detection and human oversight. If you are concerned about another player, please contact us via the in-game support feature with a screenshot of your Leaderboard, and we’ll take a look.

Herbert has a 4 hour task for week 2 to help earn Ambrosia. Also for PART 5 where you have to earn 4 coins i got them from Zeus and NOT Hades as specified and it counted, hope they do not fix as im sure everyone has more lightning spells than soul spells, and its quicker to use Zeus.
Week 2 looks brutal, im about to complete part 6 of main quest but will need 5000 FIVE THOUSAND Ambrosia to get things needed for last 3, sigh such a huge disparity in ease of week 1 to impossible week 2 yet again!

Seem to conclude by now that phase 2 is not too bad IF one completely ignores the Hades unlock. The 8000 Ambrosia is simply atrocious to bank up.
I only have one phase 2 building so far, the Kitchen, but will be able to get the Styx Boat Rental soon if I have decent RNG on fleeces. With Peter, Chris, the Kitchen and Rental running, the turnover of Soul Spells is max 20/day, which take 25 hours to craft. This means that you can keep stuffing the Offering Altar with Soul Spells indefinitely, creating 19 Offerings a day. You only have to interrupt it for 2 Lightning Offerings to offer to Zeus for part 6 of the quest chain, and perhaps Ambrosia to finish the phase 1 challenge. With approximately 90 Soul Offerings still to craft before phase 3 releases, a lot of options are open.
For Tri-Bri I’d only consider the bones as an annoyance. The scrolls and collars should drop eventually, and the Ambrosia should be available near the end of phase 2.
But as said, all of that considers that Hades is not unlocked.

But hades will mist likely make it a lit easier in week 3. Anyway, should i buy hades are not. So far im not in phase 2 yet because the green herb drops so slowly, but i could easily make hades, but than i dont have any ambrosia left. It should also be notet that i have the medium ambrosia fountain and cronos to get fleeces

I’ve messaged tiny co because I’ve been banned from the leader boards their response I’ve obtained clams illegitimately 😦 I’ve purchased saved and obtained clams through Amazon coins is there any way I can prove I haven’t cheated.I know people do cheat etc and they make things harder for non cheating folk to prove their innocence I’ve even purchased some clams today fgs

Submit the receipts to them. This happens with EVERY leaderboard. It’s getting really annoying because they need to have better systems…or just abandon the boards all together.

Mine is also still stuck as of about 3am Sunday. Hasn’t changed since the leaderboard first started displaying ranks. I know I have more coins from Zeus and Hades since then.

Anyone else get the banned message from the leaderboars? I’ve messaged tinyco with the in game, however my XP is that the gym take foreevr to respond. Is their another way to contact them as I have not cheated on this game?

Same issue and same experience with TinyCo support. They had the audacity to respond to my support requests for the last event weeks after it ended.

E-mail them. Give the name of the game in the header and one or two words describing the problem so it gets routed properly. And give your id numbers – easiest way is to take a screenshot of the opening splash page, the numbers at the bottom will identify you.

Yes. And TinyCo has been no help. It’s obvious they have automatic responses because they cut and pasted some canned reply that made no sense. Now they’re not responding. I really have come to hate these people.

The leaderboard is up and running. They’ve expanded the tiers quite a bit- the first tier for Hercules is down to rank 5000, second tier down to rank 25,000, third tier down to rank 75,000. Even I am in the top 20% of the first tier at the moment with only about 42 or so Styx coins. That won’t last …. The whales at the top have accumulated more than 750 coins so far. I am only a lowly plankton, floating in the ocean, who gets eaten by whales.

I wish I was able to post a screenshot. My leaderboard has been messed up since it appeared. I have error messages all over it. Looks like filenames where content should be. But in the center of my leaderboard the filename said something about being banned. I have contacted support but they have never responded in a timely fashion. Usually weeks or months after events end!!! Can anybody help me?

Bunny or anybody on the site… I need your help getting to an actual human being and not an automated response at TinyCo. They just told me I was banned from he leaderboard because there is “clear evidence of illegitimately gained clams” in my account. This is 100% complete and totally untrue! I don’t know how
One even acquires clams illegitimately since this game exists in a walled garden! The only way I get clams is from completing missions, visiting neighbors and watching videos! How do I appeal?? The Contact Us option in-game is horrible. They go weeks and months without responding. I refuse to go down without a fight. Input so much time into this dumb game and put up with so many of TinyCo’s mistakes, bugs a more that makes me wonder if this isn’t yet another problem on their end that will go unfixed. Please can anyone help??

All I can do is tell you to contact them via the game. If I email them and tell them, their response will be “tell the player to contact us via the game”.

Thank you for responding. That’s something tiny co-never seems to be able to do. I responded to them in game and they deleted my last conversation. I just started a new one but I rarely get any response from them. The last event they contacted me for weeks after it ended. If there’s anything anyone can do I would greatly appreciate it. Also, I’ve never purchased clams for this game. I don’t even know how to get them in legitimately. I have no receipts to show them because the only way to clams is from in game missions and watching videos. Contacting them through the in game system is fruitless. Most of the time they flat out ignored it and when they have responded it’s a form letter making me think that they don’t even read what I’m writing.

I’ve got the same problem I was told exactly the same thing I’ve messaged them back with screenshots of my amazon account showing the purchases I’ve made 3 huge purchases through Amazon coins and some smaller ones they still haven’t replied I get they need to crack down on cheating but 1800 clams with proof of purchase is hardly cheating

Week 1 I had a 12 capacity for crafting lightning and centaur killers. Week 2 dropped it to 8 and now have to pay clams to get the other 4 back

Overall I love this event. I have always been a big geek over Greek mythology (actually any mythology in general) and this combines two of the things I love, family guy and the gods lol. I love that you can grab whatever you want from the store in no particular order as my main concern is extra characters (gotta fill dat tan lines!!!). I did pay for the building that drops clams since you end up making an extra 100-150 off of it. I plan to buy chronos as soon as I have enough.

Palace of Olympus drops 14 clams every 24 hours. I bought it early in the first week. It’s a nice big building.
But its timer keeps stretching out its idea of 24 hours. First I set my daily alarm at about 3:30pm, when I first got it. Soon the clams weren’t ready at 3:30 pm but at 6:30pm or thereabouts. Then the next time I went to collect- not ready at 6:30pm, wait until 10:15pm. Then the clams weren’t ready at 10:15pm the next day, had to wait until 6am the next day. Okay, adjusted my alarm again. Next day,l after that, not ready at 6am- had to wait until 1:10pm… Driving me nuts. I told them about it, no response yet. I’ll be short clams from the building as a result.
The timer always says 24 hours are left for the next clam pickup after I collect. I’m definitely going to pick up the clams right when the alarm tells me to do it, 24 hours later, then I see more hours left on the timer. Maybe it’s stopping for indefinite periods of time. Has anybody ever experienced this timer problem before?

Strange – I have not seen the Palace of Olympus in my game. Do others have the same issue? I have no buildings with the possibility of clam drops.

I still dont see a Palace of Olympus.
I do, however, see a Mount Olympus in the event store, but it does not indicate that there is any type of item drop for this purchase (let alone clams). I have not bought Mount Olympus, since I have not been required too and it just seems to be a useless, expensive decoration.
Is that the clam dropping building? or is there something else?

Palace of Olympus was brought into the game in Week 1. It will drop 14 Clams every 24 hrs until the Event ends. You should see it in your Shopping Cart in either the Event and/or Buildings section for 250 Clams. If you do not see it, you may have already purchased it. Consuela’s Vacuum with auto collect the Clams for you

No, Bunny, the building is not and never was in my game! I am now on week 3. I started the event with about 500 clams and still have them. I never bought the palace, nor did I ever see that picture in my game. I checked both my stored inventory, and the Shopping Cart, in both the event and buildings tab. It really is a mystery.
During the last event I was able to purchase the clam-drop building. Do you think it has anything to do with them banning me from leaderboard?

That has no impact on in game purchases at all. No. Unless you are playing an altered game. Altered games coding has been changed and WILL cause issues with all things to do with the game. Another reason any altered games are not allowed. Too many issues. All I can suggest is try and contact them.

Same here, Chronos was a good buy, I had to get him at first sight! It seems that tinyco thinks that Chronos and Cronus were the same God, in the quests dialogue brian said how people were still astonished that he ate his own children, and Chronos responded by ” I thought they were jelly filled” it’s funny but incorrect. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong! Good luck on the buy and God collection!

I’m curious about clicking ‘Go’ for the main quest line to start building Hades Kitchen….does it trigger the 7day timer when I access the page directly from the quest line and NOT through the University Store? I haven’t triggered the timer yet (to my knowledge), and I want to stay away from triggering it as long as possible. I want to progress thru the main quest line, but I don’t want to trigger Hades’ timer yet. Any help?

Anything that takes you to the University Store starts the time – it doesn’t matter if you access it through the quest line or click on the store.

In my experience, yes. In fact, usually those type of tasks actually open the appropriate store, much like a “Check out the [store]” task.

If you click go it will take you to the university and trigger the timer. The needed materials (I’m too lazy to read if it’s listed lol) are 6000 ambrosia, 25 golden eggs and 10 fleeces

The timer will trigger as soon as you enter the store, including via those pesky GO buttons. At least this time the in-game faq warned us about that… But it’s kind of unavoidable. As soon as you need to buy a building for drops or the questline, that timer will trigger. Fortunately I have no interest in Hades, although I was able to get Zeus by working on him first, letting Peter wait. This time you’ll need to decide if you want Hades more than other things like Brian or particular buildings so you can plan how to save things for the purchases. Hades needs 8000 ambrosia bottles, 25 apples, and 10 fleece. The 8000 ambrosia would be difficult for me is so far.

Anybody else have their Zeus reappear about 2-3 hours after it was cleared? The first time that it happened, I thought it was just because we switched to Week 2. But today it happened again!
With the weekly challenge (still trying to get 20 more ambrosia offerings), soul spells and now lightning spells for Zeus it’s almost impossible not to use clams to meet all the deadlines.
I might have to sit Zeus out for a spell, even though he brings in Styx coins.

It seems that it’s random.my second Zeus appeared about 20 hrs later, third about 27 hrs and the last 2 were about 2 hrs after. Been waiting on this one for about 4hrs so far.

Yes, Zeus reappeared just 4 hours after leaving, so I wasn’t prepared with incubated lightnings and had to scurry to make the deadline. Then the next time he came back only 2 hours later. I wonder if it’s because I got to level 4? It seems that he was coming back a few hours before 24 hours were up before. So maybe if you get a 4-level streak going, he comes back earlier and earlier.
I’m ignoring him now. I have 18 apples stockpiled. Before getting more, I need to clear Minotaurs for Golden Fleece so I can get the buildings to drop soul spells to incubate to clear more Minotaurs. (Wait a minute….) I also need to incubate 10 more centaur baits today for the timed challenge. I’m drowning in lightning spells- they’d added some lightning tasks to the other characters and Zeus the character seems to be dropping at least two lightnings now (maybe even three? Hard to tell). Why he does that task in Peter’s frat house rather than his own is a mystery. The Griffins must have better snacks.

His own? That would be kind of bad by design, as that would force players to buy a premium building :). I guess they have to let go logic quite often for the benefit of freemium options.

That makes sense — I forgot Zeus’ frat house cost clams! I used an advance from the clam-dropping Palace of Olympus to buy it, so it’s a freebie for me. Olympus pays for itself in 2.5 weeks so it just takes another week to pay for the frat house.

Zeus comes back every 2-3 hours since Phase 2. I only attacked him once because I was working on the weekly challenge to get Spinx, so I let the timer run out (I was storing up Scrolls anyways). He still returned 2 hours later, so it doesn’t matter how many timers you attack Zeus.

In the game it states that the golden fleece is an uncommon item from the Minotaur. I think it is harder to obtain than that. I just got rid of 5 Minotaurs and not one golden fleece dropped. It looks more like a rare or extra rare item to me. (Not to mention that it takes over an hour for one soul offering to be made.)

You may have a string of no drops then get a batch of tons. The percentage for uncommon works out of you track them as a whole. I’ve cleared four and have gotten 3, but you can’t base the uncommon off just a few. Keep doing them and you’ll see it will even itself out

You might tell them about it in-game. Sometimes the no-drops bunch together, but five in a row is ominous. Better that they hear about it earlier than later. If they don’t know, they can’t fix it. Check for updates in the App Store and power down your phone to make it more likely for any patches to engage.
I was surprised that the fleece drops weren’t always, considering how long it takes to collect spells and incubate them. Sounds like our new tuba bottleneck. Will bring Cleveland Jr back from Tanlines to play his tuba in hopes it will bring me fleece luck…

Extra Rares are like that. For the Boomsday event where the Extra Rare item was 10 total I thought I would never reach it before it ended. Then one day the game went crazy and dropped 6 of that item back-to-back.
I think the drop success is based off when you assign the character to the task based off seconds. If you know Extra Rare will drop always at the start of every minute you’ll have to assign the character at exactly that moment.

Jerome dropped one for me. It’s a two-hour task so all we can do is keep him busy in the Stop ‘n’ Shop trying to get eight of the bad scripts and work on getting the building that drops the item if possible. All three of Brian’s heads are annoying, wish I didn’t need him. I suspect I’ll be working on Brian to the end, so phase 2 might be it for me…

Strange things are happening in my game. Maybe the gods are not happy despite my frequent and generous offerings. 😊
I’ve just updated to v1.23.5 and now have old Comicon quest lines for Iron Baby (Stewie), The Multiplier (Quagmire) and Rollocop (Joe) reappearing in my game! Is anyone else noticing this? Rollocop is also being shown as one of the potential prizes from Centurion Brian mystery box! I have a hard enough time trying to keep up with genuine event / district quest lines, so I could do without these old ones invading my game. 😕 I haven’t contacted TinyCo yet, but I will – I was just curious to see how widespread this is.

I got joes, lois, and quagmires costume from rhe mystery box. Was hoping they would drop ambrosia. But they dont. I really wanted blobulous, but I kept getting materials. Had to quit. Wish materials wouldn’t repeat…

Probably has to do with the new mystery box where the old costumes from Comicon are prizes. I have them already and it activates all the characters short questlines. Not sure if the Fab 4 HQ is being offered but you need it complete Stewie’s quest. All quests reward Ambrosia and Rush points.

Ah, so that’s why a new building popped up out of nowhere. The Fabulous 4 HQ appeared upon triggering phase 2 of Greek Life for 5000 Coins. Decided to build it as it’s nice skin and my workers are idle anyway. I guess that does explain the reappearing of quest lines also.

I have just has an iron baby quest pop up, none of the others bit it is very random, no idea what’s going on. Glad I’m not alone though.

Haha. I had the same thing happen, lois’ quest popped up from comicon and I was super confused. As far as I can tell they don’t drop ambrosia and must have reactivated due to the mystery box. I would ignore them since the event is more important and they don’t pay anything but coins/XP.

I noticed that Rollocop Joe has a task which can help you earn Giant Dog Collars for Tri-Bri. Which would explain why he is a prize in the Mystery Box. Maybe TC was adding this and accidentally triggered all these other Comicon related quests.

This same thing happen to me in Phase 1. All the characters I unlocked during Boomsday had their questlines reappear. This also happened during the Boomsday event with Alien.

I’m actually loving this event so far. Spent clams on a small fountain, Centaur Joe and Chronic. I had Zeus a couple days in, and finished Peter’s outfit and the main phase 1 questline with an hour to spare before I could upgrade.
I’m prioritizing Hades now. Everything seems to be going smoothly so far. I love Greek myths, so they’re probably gonna get a lot of money out of me. Though I don’t care much about winning Hercules.
Does anyone know if any characters have new tasks for ambrosia?

Also does anyone have an hint for getting toga peter without buying new buildings since i need a lot of apples and ambrosia for hades and cant buy anything not questrelated because of that, but i need toga peter to even be able to move ob to phase 2. However i only manage to get 1 green herb every 12 hours

I have started week 2 content. With this one I don’t think there is any benefit to holding back. The priority is to start Peter and Chris crafting Soul Spells. You need them to both clear the minotaurs walking around town and for soul offerings for Hades (he doesn’t appear until I think part 4 of the week 2 main questline). You do need apples also in week 2 but it isn’t going to be hard to keep gathering them. The bottleneck for phase 2 will I think be ambrosia. You need tons of it. If no premium buildings you can probably forget hades. May as well keep pushing forward to get the other stuff going.
Also.. Im not sure if it’s cool to post links here. Just thought you guys might like to know there is a wiki out there that has the week 2 content posted. I always come here to look ahead but with bunny out of commission I poked around and found http://family-guy-the-quest-for-stuff.wikia.com/wiki/Greek_Life_Event. Different format but lots of details, like what’s in the University Store, questlines and other helpful stuff. Good secondary source for info until the addicts gets back up to speed. Was worried this would happen again. Waiting 4 hours for an item then another 1 hour 15 minutes for another item. Then low and behold the item you just spent over 5 hours trying to get doesn’t drop. Why are the fleeces not an always drop when you have to grind so much to get one?? And you need over 20 to get the items you want. Now I’m gonna fall behind like all the other events. And as for 8000 ambrosia? Seriously

Hey look another event on the heels of the last one where the first week has a skin for Peter and one item that will not drop for some. (Looking at you Mad Max themed event!!!!!)
I play every 2-3 hours myself and and I’ve gotten 8 paddles so far. Outrageous. They should stop linking the advancement to week 2 on a character or skin that has such sporadic drop chances. Some get lucky and get them. Others do not and fall behind never to catch up. Yes I could pony up the clams to finish him. I have plenty but I’ll not reward TC for such crummy game play.

I’m in the exact same boat. I don’t play as much as you do. 3 times a day because of my work schedule. I have 8 paddles and everything else. I haven’t had a single paddle drop since sometime Monday. Peter and Jerome on constant task plus the building. Nothing.

Can anyone actually confirm that the minotaur drop golden fleece? So far I’m 0/3 and I haven’t even had the option to give them to hades yet. I unlocked tier 2 last night but he hasn’t been avaliable for offerings as of yet. So I haven’t gotten a single fleece at this point

Really not liking the “chance” drop of fleece from Minotaurs. The time required to make only to get Ambrosia is rather deflating. Plus you have to decide to use spells for them or Hades.

8000 Ambrosia for Hades… pretty sure that’s not aimed at freemium players, unless appeasing Hades himself or clearing Minotaurs gives huge amounts. Glad I got Zeus just before phase 1 ended: somewhat behind in phase 2 as I’m still getting up to the Parthenon (down 150 Ambrosia) but if Hades is a no go anyway I should be able to catch up.

Yeah I agree, plus you need 3000 ambrosia for Tri-Bri, but he isn’t timed, also you need to get some of the prizes from the University Store to complete Phase 2’s main questline, the first one is Hades’ Kitchen, then the next item you need to get is the Cyclops Soldier Statue, so Hades is definitely going to be a tough character to get.

Like the idea of pinning the main post like this, I think it will create an easier way to give out info and ask for it. I’m hoping this is a permanent change. And Alissa thanks for giving the site some attention whilst Bunny recuperates. I do like to think of her taking things easy but I get the feeling she will still be up to some sort of mischief behind the scenes.

I think if this works well this is how we’ll be doing things for each week of events…especially since even when Bunny comes back it may be more community driven.
I just think this makes everything clean and organized for each week 🙂

Just keeping up on moderating posts can be enough in a crunch, to avoid rapid degeneration into rantville and interposter wars. Moderation really does make a big difference and is worth all the trouble. (Just make a macro to tell complainers, “It’s our site and we make the rules. This is not a democracy.” with no need for further discussion. The guys who ran one strictly moderated discussion list I was on called themselves listmoms for a reason….) You folks provide a good framework and with a little adult supervision, we can help each other quite a bit. Also shifting to more editorial duties while pulling in other people to help write the extra goodies seems like a good idea, to let you all use your own time more efficiently.

The Styx Coin payout for Zeus (other Gods?) is:
Level 1: 2 coins
Level 2: 4 coins
Level 3: 12 coins
Level 4: 24 coins
I was surprised that Zeus turned so quickly after 2-3 hours in cool down after I defeated him all the way, so I started to work on getting the Pantheon to catch up.

Defeating Zeus still gives apples, I’ve just done it. He also returned very quickly from his cool down, was only 2 hours I think.

Get the Parthenon to help with the paddles, as you will need it to move on to Phase 2 anyway. Sorry can’t offer any other advice.

To move onto week 2 you only need to complete the main questline and upgrade the fountain

You only need to buy the buildings that are needed to complete the Questline, everything else is optional. Best way to build up ambrosia for me was constantly clearing centaurs

I really don’t understand how they expect you to get everything. I play about every two to three hours and only *just* unlocked Zeus and still have to get Toga Peter and now I’ll be behind in week two by days at least while I make enough ambrosia to get him. It seems like every event gets harder and harder to keep up with. I don’t think I even got out of week three during the apocalypse event.

They don’t really expect you to get everything as freemium. Think of the last stuff premium. Rather than making it a set amount it is flexible, depends on how you okay the game and how your prioritize things.
I’m premium, my goal is to get everything, but figure out the cheapest way to do that. I did clam calculations on the variety of ways to get the materials vs buying them outright. That’s an extra layer to the game for me.
If not premium, make it your goal to get as much as possible, judiciously spending free clams to finish characters or skins you are close when time is running out.

hmmm I really don’t like the idea of hades costing 8000 ambrosia. considering I didn’t earn even half that amount in the 1st week of the event. Also any word on if the tri brian is going to be a requirement to continue through the event like the toga peter was because I haven’t made it past the pirates life for peter so I don’t even have brian at this point. this event seemed to go from very do-able to nearly impossible just like that

The cost of the frickin hard items always increases to high amounts as things go on, as these items are really aimed at premium players who have spent a lot of clams on the buildings that drop ambrosia, gives them something to spend it on, as in earlier events they were left with massive amounts of currency they couldn’t use, which made it a waste of time spending clams on these buildings. I think it’s fair as Tri-Bri is their for freemium unlocking, Hades you need to spend some clams or be in your game 24/7 to get.

Zeus drops two LightningSpells each time, so you can use other characters who were previously dropping Lightning Spells (Bruce, Toga Peter) on Phase 2 tasks and not have as much of a drop off (from 9 every 12 hours not counting Zeus, to 8 every 12 hours not counting Bruce or Peter).
Probably going to wait to try to unlock Hades (and hold off on visiting the University Store) until I get some idea what the Ambrosia drop rate is for Offerings Hades. 8k Ambrosia is quite a jump, especially considering, like with the Lightning Spells, you’re probably going to need to unlock both Soul Spell buildings (spending Ambrosia and Fleece, no doubt) in order to get a full set of Offerings. Centaurs aren’t going to cut it, especially if I’m having to make more of the Soul and Lightning Spells.

Hhhmm actually it looks like offerings to hades can happen at same time as we offer to Zeus – since they are in separate areas. This is an assumption on my part since I haven’t started hades yet. But if we can make offerings to both gods at same time then it might be reasonable to start hades. If anyone can confirm that we can make offerings to both gods during their respective time allotments – that would be extremely helpful. I still might delay a day and gather some soul spells

Yes I can confirm you can have both Gods active at the same time, but Hades only appears after you’ve reached a certain part of Phase 2 main questline, I think it’s around part 4, Hades drops Styx Coins (for the leaderboard), ambrosia, and Bones for Tri-Bri, I’m not too sure on the payouts for each level as I’ve only managed to make 1 offering to him at this point and I’m working on the second.

I haven’t started hades timer – so I still have Zeus to appease. Zeus will reset tonight after I craft about 6 more lightning bolts to get to level 4. I’m thinking I might collect another 10 apples from Zeus before viewing other items in the university store and triggering hades and his offerings. This will get me about 14 apples before triggering him and delay me until Saturday to start that phase…
Guess I will try to wait and see what payouts are with hades in case anyone has triggered that part. That would also allow to collect more soul spells
