Halloween Phase 2 Rundown (Updated and Complete)

Update 10/14: Just fully completed the rundown post, with images and details.  Everything you’ll need for the basics is there.  Including a few new decorations TinyCo just added.  Thanks for your patience guys! 🙂

UPDATE BUNNY 2:10 PM EST: TinyCo JUST pushed a fix for the Poltergeists issue. For those players on Fright Level 7 and above, it seems to have impacted the most. So give it a moment to load and you should be good to go. 🙂

They are also looking into the issue of Banshees. Waiting for clarification on spawn rates, etc. Will update once we have more details.

MORE INFO… Banshees should be spawning 2 every 3 hours for a max of 4 in your town at once.  So if you are not seeing them at this rate (you have to have Ghostbuster Quagmire to start to clear them and have them regenerate), please contact TinyCo.

UPDATE BUNNY: Sorry for the delay, was hurrying to get back to a signal so I could pass this on. We have already reported the issues with Predator not leveling up, Grey ghosts not droppin vials, and Poltergeists not counting that are impacting players.  Will update when we get anymore info on it. Our hopes is they can locate and fix issues soon. They are working on it.

Addicts Guidelines for Fun

Hello There Clammers!

Here at Family Guy Addicts our goal is to provide a resource to feed your Family Guy addiction for all things TQFS.  Bunny and I try our best everyday to provide you with the most recent and up-to-date info about TQFS, as well as countless tips and tricks for making your gaming experience better!  We do it because we love it…and we love having fun with all of you!

However, lately Bunny and I have noticed the general tone of the comments has changed.  Changed from fun to not so fun….

In case you haven’t already noticed, we like to keep the atmosphere here positive and the discussion open. We strive to have this place be an outlet where everyone can be respectful to one another. We know not everything is perfect. Nothing in the world ever will be. But as a community we can work together to make it the best it can possibly be.  Laughter is always welcome.

So with that in mind, and with the Halloween Event looming on the horizon, Bunny and I decided to sit down and write up the Guidelines that we follow on our blog and ask our AMAZING Community of readers to follow as well….

Basically it breaks down to:
If you purchase the $19.99 package of Coins or higher, you’ll receive $19.99 worth of Clams (which totals 600) for free.

This does NOT work the same as the other deal, this pertains to buying coins only.  You MUST buy at least $19.99 worth of coins to get the bonus to get the bonus clams.

Remember you have 72 hours to decide if this is a deal for you…..

Comic Con Results and a New Poll About Sexy Stewie

Hello There Clammers!

It’s been 2 weeks since Comic-Con left our games.  Hard to believe it was just 3 weeks ago, feels like a lifetime ago!  Probably because it’s been so busy in the streets of our tiny Quahogs!  Comic-Con ended, District 9 started right up, followed by Sexy Time and now Halloween is looming!  It’s a busy time to be a magic finger!

Anyway…shortly after Comic-Con ended we asked you guys to take part in our Ultimate Comic-Con poll and you didn’t disappoint!  You guys LOVE sharing your thoughts and opinions on events/updates in our polls and we love sharing YOUR thoughts with TinyCo!  So now, after a crazy weekend, we feel like it’s time to share the results of Comic-Con 2014 with you as well as take a new poll about Sexy Stewie!  (since something is always going on in Quahog!)

BREAKING NEWS: STEWIE AND RUPERT EXTENDED…

Hello Clammers!

IMPORTANT (and breaking) NEWS:

Sexy Stewie and Rupert have BOTH been extended!

TinyCo JUST announced to us that they’re extending BOTH Sexy Stewie and Rupert until 3pm (PDT) on Wednesday 9/24.

The extension is a direct result of a timing glitch in their system.  The Addicts pointed out this glitch.  Apparently, the clock for Rupert was set incorrectly, which caused players to see different times from each other in their games.  As a result of THIS glitch they’re extending it.  The extension is for no other reason, other than this timing glitch that’s confused some players.

So…now you have 2 extra days to get Sexy Stewie…go out and collect, collect collect!

UPDATE BUNNY 615PM EST 9-22…Here is the clarification on the following …

Per TinyCo…The following decorations are ALL tied to the Sexy Stewie Event, so they will go when the Sexy Stewie ends Wednesday. 

Extravegant FountainExtravagant Fountain, $5000, It is animated. (Must have District 8 Unlocked to see it.)

Elegant FountainElegant Fountain, $1000, It is animated.(Must have District 8 Unlocked to see it.)

You can buy as many of both as you want. They do look cool with the water spouting out as animation. I also like they are for coins.

The Sexy Girls now show up once you start the Sexy Stewie quest.

In order to start the Sexy Party Planning Sidequest, you will need to unlock Sexy Stewie. This side quest will trigger during “Time for a Sexy Party Part 2”.

Family Guy Addicts Remember: September 11th, 2001

First let me start this with a little disclaimer. I know this is a blog about The Quest For Stuff and I also know that this is a blog read by more than just Americans. However, all of the Addicts writers are from America and we feel as though it just wouldn’t be right to let today pass with out something. This post will remain our top post until after the moments of silence, and we will return to our regular TQFS posts shortly after. Thank you for your understanding and respect.

Today is September 11th 2014, the 13th anniversary of the attacks on America, where 2,977 innocent people were killed while just going about their everyday. Today Bunny and I would like to take a moment to honor all those innocent lives that were lost in New York City, Shanksville PA, and Washington DC.

We ask you, the readers of this blog, to take a moment today to reflect on that day and honor those who lost their lives.

On a personal note, 9-11 has never been easy for me.  Growing up as close to NYC as I did I had many family members that would travel in and out of the city for work on a daily basis.

9/10: Play Store Update

UPDATE BUNNY 630PM EST: There is an issue when trying to sell from inventory. DO NOT USE IT THERE. They are looking into it. If you want to sell an item, please place the item into your game first then select the icon option to sell it. 🙂

FYI this update should also fix Felicia’s Freeze Tag task. It should be bavk now. For iOS, it will update when yours hit.
