two days ago i placed jillians stall, now every time i go in to the game an error msg comes up “child name buttons not found” any help, playing on iphone also i cant rember if i made a account…..

I’m a little confused.. Though I know the event is long over, I still have the cloning machine (from Bitch Stewie and Bitch Brian event) in my town. Every time I try to throw it in storage, it says “Great news! That building is stuck there until you unlock the character that popped out of it.”. Problem is, I can’t click on Bitch Stewie standing in front of it and I don’t have the questline on my task list to get Bitch Stewie anymore. The object itself is bugging me and I just want to throw it in storage, but it never lets me. Any advice? ):

myself & my partner sharing the same phone but two different family guy accounts when I loged into my FG his family guys is now mine? And when he logs back into his account its still his own town please help

There is an option anytime you log in and out to make sure you are loading YOUR game. It will show you the current game in the device and the one that is not, if you selected the current game and that was his, you may have just linked his game to yours. Log out and look again in the “change user” options. See if your game is still there and able to load. If not, reach out to TinyCo email help@tinyco.com

Okay i see no other games only the linked when i change user/log out the message that comes up is this facebook account isn’t yet linked to any save tap below to start a new game or link it to your device current game (which is my partners)

Ok so my characters are able to collect party hats, champaigns, and 2015 glasses but why? There is no outfit in the store area and I won a champaign from Rupert’s gift box and when it went up into the corner nothing happened.

My game keeps losing it’s connection. I started the New Years quest and a mom mute later it lost connection. So I exited out and re opened the game. It was reset to before I started the New Years quest. So I started it again and just like before the game lost connection. Why is it doing that?

Could be TinyCo servers or it could be your internet connection. Check to make sure you have a strong signal. If it’s dropping it could hinder your game connection.

You can’t delete her. It’s probably an error with your game. If you have an account created…try hard close, clear the cache, uninstall, restart your device & reinstall the game. If that doesn’t work contact TinyCo and let them know what’s going on with your game..

I’m unable to completely unlock Herbert. When I click on the character to unlock, my game crashes and nothing is saved. I’ve tried this multiple times, even deleting the game and redownloading. This issue is still happening. What can I do to unlock this character and get rid of this glitch?

If you have an account created to save the game…hard close, clear the cache, uninstall, restart your device and reinstalling TQFS. That should help to restore the error. If that doesn’t work…contact TinyCo and let them know what’s going on in your game

Ive just changed to samsung galaxy s3 and familyguy is mot copatible with this device will it be allowed on the s3 soon or never?

It’s an old phone (since Samsung is now on the s5)…so it could just be compatibility issues. I know TinyCo is working to restore the game to various Samsung devices..this most likely is one. We don’t know when that update will be out…but there is one coming.

First two aren’t in the game yet. Gold suit Peter is an iOS exclusive. So you’ll have to get into your game on an iOS device..

If I inventory maxed out characters will they show when needed for missions?

That caused issues with game lock out before… Peter was stored and the game locked up due to it couldn’t find him. I never ran into it. They have since fixed it. I do not know how it works now if a character is needed. As the ! needs to pop up.

Is there any way for me to reset the yeti timer, I defeated king yeti yesterday after spending lots of clams and i was expecting the streak to reset to the Viking yeti today because I need 5 more snowflakes to unlock Jesus but it hasn’t and there is only a few hours left of the event so is there any way of unlocking Jesus without having to spend clams

Can you tell me what child name buttons are? Every time I try to play it says”ERROR child name buttons not found” and it is really frustrating me alot it does the three knocks and music and everything but it just keeps saying “ERROR child name buttons not found” and does the music through the loading the second time and I’ve done it like 20 times. Sounds like you have a glitch. Try the basics and if nothing helps, contact them.

I switched phones recently and I re downloaded & logged into the game on my new iPhone. The in game sounds are glitchy. Like voices from most characters are gone and only Peter, Chris, Babs and Jasper’s voices are intact. Several sound effects are also gone. I uninstalled/reinstalled the game several times in an effort to rectify but it didn’t work. Please advise. Thanks!

Was the task triggered by a quest? If so, try to tap from the task menu instead. Try going to Ollie’s n back. Try all the basics. If nothing, contact TinyCo

guys in my win8 phone the kool-aid mans first missin in endless summer part 1. the boombox is missing i cant found it in my inventory or decorations first time when i click on go button in mission screen i saw the boombox i clicked it and game shuted down then i tried again but boombox was gone

I was wondering how get the Xmas decor for Quagmire’s house? It’s not in my inventory.

You have to defeat King Yeti, it then pops up a lil dialog box showing you won a strange looking lil green box (it is the icon to put a decoration facade on a building). Then you can go to Quagmire’s home, tap on it…select the arrow to drop down the different facades…and tap the christmas one.

Did they rerelease bitch Stewie? Because I’m reorganizing my town and the teleporter shows bitch Stewie and I tried placing it in my inventory manually but the message GREAT NEWS!! That building is stuck there until you unlock that character!!

i cant do this quests for some characters. the ! comes up above their head and it will say continue to quest but that is it. it doesnt tell me what i actually need to do or come up on my task bar. any help?

quests for peter and chris. i click on the characters they say what they have to say and i click on continue to quest on the screen but the quest it self doesnt come up at the side. and the exclmation mark above their heads stays there.

I completed santas wishlist. Where is my santa?! Plus i have a quest to get santa.. i already completed it somerhing is wrong here. And i got angel bruce and he was advertised as able to attack the yetti. So why can’t he do that now anymore?!

Does anybody have a work around for this “attempting to end event prematurely” bug.
I play on android and I have done everything including delete and reinstall. I have also installed it on my daughter’s ipad to no avail. No matter what I do I cannot get past consuela with the error message. I have emailed tinyCo directly and nothing ! As a premium player who has invested a lot of money into the game I am extremely disappointed with tinyCo. I am 15 blue socks away from jesus and close to finishing other objectives and now I can’t complete.
Has anyone found a workaround for this ? If so pleeeeeease help !

my entire family guy the quest for stuff restarted to lvl 1 ( was at about 37) everything is gone and I took all steps to fix it and I just get the option to continue at lvl 1 or start over so really fusterating as I’ve contacted tinyco and nothing’s changed and no one has gotten back to me and was really hoping to get this fixed because if I have to start over I’ll lose everything I worked hard to gain. Any help or advice would be great.
Also it shows all my achievements still there just not my game. 😢

Is there a way to give clams to another player/game? I have 2 Quahogs on different devices (both IOS), and one is way too far behind on this Christmas event for puppy Brian, Jesus, etc. If it doesn’t mean giving up clams I’ve earned I’d like to ditch that game and start a new quahog on the 2nd device. I have a question for you guys. I got a new device for Christmas, and I can’t upload my game on it. I used to use iPad, and now I have Windows. I was under the impression that having a FB to sign my game up to would mean I didn’t have to restart my game from the beginning, but it’s making me. 😦 Any help?

It depends on the device. You always will run into compatibility issues with any device vs app. TinyCo is already aware of some devices not compatible with their newest 1.5.5 Version of the game and working to fix that.
As far as Windows itself. The device will work with it, BUT…there is currently not a way for ANY Player to log into the game.
