Family Guy Addicts 
So I have a weird one; there are a few quests that involve two people, of course. Somtimes, when the quest completes, the original quests’ explination point marker doesn’t leave the character which makes it not possible to move forward in questlines as well as prevents you from tapping on the character to fo any actions.
Every time I click on the characters that are stuck like this it just shows the intro but doesn’t let you redo the quest.
Even going to the corresponding character with whom you have to pair up with and doing the quest through them doesn’t fix it with the original character.

Sorry, forgot to mention that. I am using the windows version. I wish I could just save and then un/re-install it but I’m level 18 and have been playing for months now and there’s no way to save my progress quite yet.

foreground: im connected to facebook, I’ve had the app for about two months and am on level 26.
the issue: I cannot view other friends’ (from facebook) multiverses! when I try to click the arrow to go to the next multiverse it just tells me I have visited all the quahogs in my multiverses and then prompts me to invite friends from facebook. out of curiosity I searched for a girl I know has family guy and has the app, and she doesn’t appear in the search. I’ve tried restarting my phone, I’ve hard closed the app and nothing works. is this a glitch or am i doing somethin wrong?

It usually depends on when you added them. Sometimes if they were already your friends on Facebook, it won’t recognize them as players. An unlink and relink to facebook usually helps to fix that.

Hi all! Something happened just now that surprised me. I decided to spend a little money for clams to repair I don’t remember offhand what it is but heck I’m old and senile!!! LOL. Anyway its that 2nd dating one. So as soon as I buy my clams the screen started to shake. So I closed it out, rebooted the phone and opened fg again. But low and behold it started to shake as soon as I started it again. Trying to work around it but its hard. Anybody else ever have this issue?

im having the same problem. Only im on ios and i am not able to see any of my friends. It just has an invite screen. I have contracted tiny co about it. They said it was a known issue and they were working on it. It sure is taking forever. Ever since I have had this game I have never been able to actually have neighbors and visit there towns.

I have been playing quest for stuff for bout a year and invested a lot of time and money into so I just received a new phone and can’t figure out how to get my old game to my new phone without losing all my progess.

Hey, this has probably been asked and answered before but I’ll ask again anyway. How are people managing their towns? I’ve come to the point where I have no space left for new buildings/decorations, now I realise I could just keep a lot of deco’s in the inventory but that kind of defeats the purpose of having any at all or remove all the road and keep everything as squished as possible but I hate to have my town look ugly (its pretty squished together as it is anyway). So how do other people cope with this problem?

Store items. Lots of “Stuff” but no need to put it all out. Keep a Holiday Area that you can swap out items round the year and keep rest stored. My thoughts anyway

Please help, my iPad 2 crashed and I had to restore…for some reason it didnt restore the FG app, but did add ones I added only last week which is bizarre. Anyway, I downloaded the app again from my cloud…checked in game centre and everything looked about right progress wise…when I clicked to play the game it has taken me right back to the beginning of the game…I have paid for loads of things and I am back at the START? Please can you help

She’s currently not available. She was part of the Christmas Event & pulled once Christmas was over. It’s possible they’ll bring her back in the future, but at the moment she’s not in the game

The day that the movie theater was released i built it and tried to access it and my screen went black then the game reloaded with the theater not built. I tried this 3 or 4 times then my internet went out for most of the day. Once it came back on i am getting Data Load Error every time i try and load the game now. I have cleared the memory on my phone twice. The first time i had ASC clear the data then i restarted the phone and cleared it again. I have turned Wi-Fi off and on in addition to memory cleaning. The game will not load now.
Should i delete then pull from backups from my game or what? I don’t want to wait several days and not get cupid and hot meg and that new character.

If your game is saved to an email or Facebook account, then uninstall/and reinstall will go quick. It will be just a matter of logging back in.

My affection meter is still showing me sitting dead center. Bonnie’s prizes are unlocked so I’d like to know how many hate hearts I need for the asylum. I’ve got 135 hate hearts saved up- though this number last night was 182. Overnight they dropped dramatically when the Bonnie prizes unlocked. I don’t mind this as much but I’ve seen posts saying the assylum unlocks w only 125 hate hearts. I want to start working on hot Meg asap so I’m curious what to do since nothing seems to be working.

You need to progress in the questline first to make it into the Phase 3 gifts. Otherwise it will keep you at one BEFORE the prize until it actually hits your game. See top and bottom of this post…

Haven’t been able to play for like a week and a half!! Keeps getting game data loading error when wifi is clearly on and working!! Downloaded an update a few days ago and STILL not working!!!

Try this instead… Turn WiFi OFF… load the game.. Turn it back on once launched. See if it makes a difference. If not, contact them.

There is not… sorry. The main email is best outside in game. You can always fire up a new game and just use it to contact them about the other. Just don’t delete it or save it over your other one.

I just found u r site and while I do love it I am so confused. I had no idea there is an order in which the game should be played. I had no idea that there are titles to different parts of the game. ie: my funny valentine pt 1 or valentine’s day phase 1-3. So right now I’m trying to get my people to go on dates. I think the morning arousal coffee place is repaired but how would I be able to tell? I’ve tapped on it and nothing happens. I do try to complete the tasks in my quest line. Sometimes I have so many different things going on at the same time. Also can u help me figure out what part of the game I’m in? Thank you

Your friend at anytime is our District Page. It will give you an idea WHERE you are in the game as far as unlocking Characters.
As for the Event, we try to keep all the posts in one quick spot. It is usually notated by an Icon reflecting the event on our Main page. For this Event, the Icon is Romancing the Clam. Tap on it and you can see all the posts we are putting up for the event…
This should help you see where in the Event you are for each phase. The main posts for the phases will have a basic run down. The Walkthroughs will have the questlines you need to complete.

Is there a way to find a character in the game who is currently busy? I’d like to be able to see how much longer Meg will be on her current task, but I can’t find her anywhere to see – I know if I can find her I can tap on her and get a time bar.
I do get the face boxes in the upper left corner when they are ready for a new task, but need to find them when they are busy

Not unless it was a task trigger by a questline. If a questline triggered it… you will find the task in your side task menu. You can tap on their portion of the task and it will take you to where they are. Otherwise…it is a matter of knowing what building they went to.

I’ve not been able to get a hold of tinyco by the means available to me. I’ve tried to email them,several times to both emails they have for support. My game is still not working. No matter what i try, my save file will not open. I’m seriously about to give up. I cannot believe that I haven’t heard anything from them in the 10 days I’ve been trying to contact them about this issue. Any last advice?

When you say your “save file” what do you mean? You account linked to an email or Facebook? Or something else?

It’s linked to my Facebook. I’ve tried a few other devices as well. The game loads fine on my phone if I unlink my account, but once I try to access my account it crashes. It started after tinyco removed the valentine skin for the founding father building from my game. The only thing I can think of is that once they removed it, they didn’t change the skin back to the default and when the game loads it still tries to place a nonexistent skin on the building and it can’t so it crashes.

Hmmmm… only thing that can help is them. They may be puzzled on it too and its taking longer than expected. When is the last time you emailed them at help@tinyco.com?

I’ve emailed them several times. The last time was two days ago. I never get a reply from them so I have no idea if they are even working on it. I wish they had an alternate means of contact, like a call support center or something. I can deal with it taking time but it’s been almost two weeks since I first contacted them and I haven’t heard anything. The lack of contact is what really bothers me.

So im at 200-300 range of hate hearts for the asylum. If the prize is 250 and say im at 400…do i get the remainder hate hearts or does the meter go back to 0? Hot meg is the ultimate goal.
Btw…when is FG’S 1 year anniversary? Tapped Out was yesterday.

hi! so i play this game on android and ive noticed an issue with sending characters on a date. even though i would have everyone task-free and open, it only allows me to select connie, chris, herbert, meg and peter, but no one else.

Depends on which one you’re using, only certain characters can use each place. The cafe is the free one which is probably the one you’re seeing most of the characters in. The Thoroughfare, which most of the characters can use, is premium.

im using the cafe. it’s strange because when i watch my friend play it on his iphone, everyone (who is eligible) appears as options. but i only get the characters i mentioned as options to send on a date. any idea why

What District are you in? Did you unlock/purchase all the Characters in the Coffee shop list we linked?
If all Characters you opened through district or purchase are NOT in any tasks (and listed as possibles), they should show as possible dates if you’ve unlocked the coffee shop.
Lois is the only exception right now if in District 7.

Hi, I think I have a problem with my game. I.e. from bonnie I only hear the dialog “oh, my ” or “thats silly” but At the time that I finnish a mission, I can only read the longer dialogs, but the characters are muted. Is it normal? Thanks 🙂 🙂

For almost every character it’s Level 15, except Peter and a couple of others. If they don’t stop at 15, they’ll stop at 25.

The new max is level 60, that should apply for everyone.
As far as achievements, they’re extras with the game & sometimes trickier then others. My guess is yes, Peter’s costume matters

Hi Bunny, I’ve been playing the game for about a year now. I’m wondering if there es a problem with my characters dialogs. I.e. I’ve only heard bonnie say “that as amazing” or “thats silly”, but never heard any diálog when a quest is completed and the diálog es longer. Is that normal or am I experiecing some problems? Some Characters only say a few things and are very quiet. So it can be normal to not hear too much from them.

I contacted TinyCo 3 days ago about a support issue and haven’t heard a peep from them. I’m glad I decided to wait before buying more clams, I’d hate to give money to a company that doesn’t contact its users back.

I am having an issue with the game that I can’t seem to get resolved. I can no longer sign in on my account, the game crashes every time I try to load it, however if I clear the data and force the game to sign me out then I can get it to run but it’s not my saved game, it starts over. I have tried to contact tinyCo about this issue and have yet to receive a reply. It’s been almost 3 days, maybe yall can help me.

I’ve tried everything I can on my end. I don’t know what else to do because I can’t get a response from tinyCo. It’s across all of my devices too so it’s an issue within my saved game itself, not the app.

I read your post on how to start the second quest in the Vday event, but I have finished all 10 quests from ‘Beautiful People’, or at least i think I have, since i have no open quests named that open, yet I do not have anything new to work on. I am working on the date with Peter and Louis, and have no issues with that, but how do I progress to the next bench and character?

For the most part Tiny Co hasn’t given me any problems and though there have been times i didn’t really agree with how they are running the game they made it easier by making up for some of their poor decisions. But for some reason this just sticks with me, I have been playing the family guy game for maybe two years (i don’t know the exact date i started playing it) and have been a freemium player for the majority of the time. But every now and again i will scrape up a little cash and buy some clams to further myself in the game usually only when they are really needed or if it will benefit me later down the road. I dont just buy clams and throw them away willie nillie. But consider this lesson learned that from now on when i purchase clams (or if i ever buy clams again) i will wait till a decent deal has been made to insure my money is well spent. Because of what has happened this has left a bad taste in my mouth. And for the other people that play the game take this as a thought or a warning if you will don’t let what happened to me happen to you as well. Although we may not be able to change our history, years are spent to try to make up for it in our future!

Today i found out that TinyCo is very unfair and Money Hungry. The money deal of “Bundle Of Love” is where you buy $9.99 of clams and get 2000 Homemade valentines cards. I went and purchased the card only a few hours BEFORE the event started. I sent a request to support asking them since i was only a few hours behind could the deal still count? They told me NO that “I,m sorry, but we are not able to retroactively grant current sales on past purchases. We really appreciate you writing in, and thanks for playing!’ This is a bull crud response to them giving me “In game currency” not clams but something you usually get for free anyways. Is it me or did i get cheated some how? Other companies will retroactively give you a refund between the sale price and the price you paid if it falls within a week or 30 days, something like that. And i am not asking they reimburse me clams or like i bought the card a week ago cause that would be wrong and dishonest. This was within a few hours. What a Happy Valentines Tiny Co has given me, right? Tell me what you think?

To be honest… I have not seen a gaming company yet that will retroactively refund a price for something. It is just a choice you have to make. That when purchasing Clam Packs, Characters, Buildings, there is ALWAYS a chance a better deal will come up down the road… but it is a risk you take in life, not just this game. “Will this go on sale for a better cost?” Not to mention the offer didn’t even pop up until you were through the questline to trigger it.
I know it stings when it happens… imagine me and Alissa… Consuela was dropped in the game for 600 Clams, she dropped later to 300, then went even lower round Halloween on a sale. It is just a chance you have to take and be willing to accept that you are getting what you pay for at the time you pay for it. There is no rewinding time.
Now if you got something in error, they are REALLY good about making that right. They are one of the easiet companies to work with in the app market to date. (I deal with a lot of gaming houses.) They have been more than fair and generous to their players in my mind.

I play this game on Android and my girlfriend plays it on her iPhone. We are obviously friends on Facebook but we can’t find, invite, or add each other to the friends list to visit each others town. I’ve noticed that my other friends who have apples also doesn’t show up.
Are Androids and iOS users unable to add or visit each other in the game?

You should be able to visit (at least you could before), i’m not sure if something is up with Facebook though. A few other reports of issues. I would try contacting TinyCo and ask them what’s going on…

Any update on this? I’m having the same issue. I’m level 40 on an iPad, my brother is abt a level 5 on a tablet (I presume that’s Android). We can’t see each other as neighbors and can’t find each other thru the search option, but I can see other facebook friends. I power-cycled, etc but still the same. I haven’t reinstalled yet.

Ever since the valentine’s day update installed in my app, it will no longer load and continually says Data Error, a Consuela message, every time I try to load it.

The Brewery is a District…so there’s no timer associated with it. You have until the game ends to get all of the Brewery items. Everything else for it, quests/details have been posted. We’re just missing a breakdown of the second set of prizes, which Bunny is working on now. But everything else, details, walkthroughs, character profiles etc, has been posted. Ive been playing the family guy game since last year and for a couple months now i attempt to play it and loads normally but I can only play for less than a minute or two because it laggs and the app shuts off and sends me back home I can retry as many times as I want and it’s the same every time I have an iPod touch 4th gen iOS 6.1.6, what else can I do ? Plz help

I used to have this issue on my Galaxy S5 (I realize it’s not the same phone s yours) but I found if I close everything down (ie using task manager to close everything) before I started this game, I would have no issues.
Also if you don’t have one installed, I recommend getting a junk cleaner for your phone (I use a lot of products by Cheetah)
