Just wanted to check if the latest update on IOS, Ver 4.9.4, has allowed those who were stuck to get moving through questlines again?

I know some of you still can’t play, and I’ve had another update on this from support and they’ve told me they hope to resolve this issue with an update to be released this week, they are hoping it will be out by Friday at the latest.

I‘d like thank everyone who’s posted comments with their device details as requested on my last post about this matter. It has confirmed that the issue does seem be impacting players using IOS 15.
Im afraid I’ve no time frame for a fix, support have told me they are trying to get to the bottom of the problem but it’s not proving a simple fix.
As it stands the only workaround is if you have access to another device, such as a phone or other tablet that, then load your saved game on that and use it to trigger the Questline parts.
Sorry it’s not better news.

I know many of you are completely stuck as you can’t trigger Questline parts, I’m still trying get a fix estimate from support, but from what I can see this seems to be impacting players who have installed IOS 15 on IPads. if you are stuck can you confirm your IOS version in the comments please.
Could you also let me know if you have the Time Travel feature.

Some of you have been reporting issues with new parts of the Questline not triggering, please see if this is fine now and let me know in the comments.
The premium Gold Coin Shrine is glitched and not dropping Gold Coins so don’t buy it at this time. I’ve reported it to TinyCo support.
