Hey there Clammers, Bunny hopping on by to make a cute lil cozy spot in our new lil world where you can shout at me…errr…well…comment to me anyway of the big (or lil) glitches and hiccups you are running into with your game. We are bound to run into a few as the game gets its bearings. No worries, they eventually get ironed out and patched up.
So here is a place that you can come to and notify us when you run into troubles with a glitch. This way I can pick up on a trend and let TinyCo know right away so they can work on correcting it. They are quite fantastic to work and communicate with. Very helpful to their players.
So tell me your problems and try to include a few key points like the device you play on and/or what was happening when you experienced the Glitch.
As always, you can use the great design of the game to get further help should you need it. Just a tap of the Menu and go into Help & Support.
UPDATE 4-13 6:45om EST:
TinyCo has found the source of the timing issue with the characters (they start a task and after being left for hours, still have same time remaining as when you left the game.) Update to resolve the issue is in the process along with Bruce Glitch.
Here are a few suggestions from TinyCo to resolve issue in the meantime.
In some cases, if you log off before a character begins an action, the game will not start the action. You will know an action has started when you see the countdown timer appear.When you assign actions, wait until the action countdown timer begins. Once the action is going, it is safe to log off.To be extra sure, we recommend leaving the game running for a minute or two before exiting.
For those of you with the “Bruce” screen continuously popping up, please go to our Bruce Glitch Thread and follow the instructions there. I will continue to update it as I get response back.
As usual, always feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions. Here to help all we can.

Hello, I have a couple costumes not showing on screen(Long John Peter/Mermaid Peter) I have them unlocked and can do actions with them, they just seem to be invisible in Al Harrington’s, Peter’s quest window, and Quahog….. Any advice?

ive been getting many glitches. mostly with the latest comic con as I had gotten all the characters and costumes but they are no longer there. piss me off right to hell. I had to use clams up to get them all and wasted cash for damn sakes

When I visit the multiverse of one of my FB friends I can still see the egyptian event from a couple of months ago.
Its probably also the reason why I cant get the restraining order achievement!?
I’ve been pressing that “>” symbol on the right everyday for 2 months now, but nothing happens. Very annoying.
Tinyco or someone else…. please help? 🙂

That might impact it. Sounds like they stopped playing. Did you try unfriending them on your Facebook page to see if taking them off your list helps?

The comic con event was cool for awhile but there is no way to recieve all the pieces for the outfits especially since stripper bonnie stewie ironman and the rollocop oufits wernt added until nearly the end of the event so i would propose you either make it much easier to collect all of the pieces or dont offer them until after the event because most of us play free this is very frustrating im ocd and i cant handle not bieng able to unlock all of the quests outfits thanl you

A few days back said a popup message that the special event is over and I have to go back to normal quahog. If I want to end now the quest ‘stan the man pt. 1′ I receive a consuela error like this ‘failed to add inventory comicconbomb <=0' and the game crash. I reinstalled the game, but this didn't help me. this isn't only annoying because I can't use stan lee atm, but also because the performance is really bad now. It was good playable while comiccon worked for me, but now it is very stuttering and often freeze for a short moment. I'm playing on a overclocked htc desire s with jellybean. I was able to play the game without ending the quest, but now it automatically finishs it on app startup and a normal play isn't possible.

Can someone help me out? The Comic-Con event already ended on my phone and I can’t figure out why. The Comic-Con icon and loading screen are still there, but the event is gone. I’ve tried contacting TinyCo, uninstalling & reinstalling, and force closing the game. I didn’t alter the date on my device or mess with anything technical on my game. I was at 80,000 Blam! and if I can get it fixed soon, I can probably win George Takei. Help is much appreciated, thanks. 🙂

It is a holiday weekend. Those will ALWAYS be more backlogged as help is hardly there at all while everyone goes on vacation. Its the same in most businesses right now. Labor Day is one of the last holidays most people take while the weather is still warm. What is the issue you are having?

Not a worry. Just didn’t know if there was something else you needed help with that we could help you with. I wouldn’t worry about the game. You will be fine. The main thing you will run into with Bluestacks is just while playing Bluestacks.

Try some basic troubleshooting to see if it helps. Force Close, restart, and if you have your game saved and linked to an email or Facebook…uninstall, restart, then reinstall the app and log back in to the saved account.

Ok Pt. 2 to my problem.
I tried using bluestacks to get Joe and it worked. Next I went back to my device to ask tiny co a question and they haven’t responded in 6 days.
Did using blue stacks somehow mess up my profile. Please respond if you have any information

Bluestacks is NOT a standard method or made to work with the app the way it was intended. Is is altered to work with a PC/MAC. We warn people to use it at their own caution. TinyCo may not support the use of it or have much help for you with it. Just and FYI.
As far as TinyCO responding, it depends on the issue and the time you send the message. Remember that this weekend was a LONG holiday weekend so there was limited support at TinyCo. Just enough to keep the game running. They are on PST so they are not even in the office yet today. Give them time to get back from the Holiday and start working through the tickets.

Again, weekend and a holiday one at that. So…you really only gave them one day. Most of the time it is anywhere from at LEAST 1 to 3 days for them to get to you.

Anyone noticing that though both the multiplier and seamus have “always” harpoon drops for all three types, they rarely drop more than one harpoon each? Also about half the time nathan fillion only drips one or two on his task which is also marked always.

Connections to WiFi seems fine- (as I just bounced to the simpsons game shortly after.) Tried closing out the app, resetting the phone, and reinstalling the app. None of it works, “Data Error” in a perpetual loop. Anyone else had this before?

Unfortunately, we’re not as well versed in Bluestacks (not something I like to play on myself). The game should work on another device (with out logging off) as long as you have the other version closed. If that’s not the case best bet is to contact TinyCo.

I got the 9th harpoon kill and movie set streak on the same kill. I got the movie set but i didnt get the bike and it still says 8. Dont have time to get another kill before time is up 😦

I am getting an error every time I open the game. My game stopped when I was completing the Stan Lee quest “The creator part 2”. Now whenever I start the game, the quest reward screen comes up and I attempt to claim it, I get an error “tried to add inventory comicconbomb <=0". Then the game shuts down. I have tried force closing, clearing data/cache, uninstalling and nothing works. Tiny Co doesn't seem to want to help me or have a real person reply to my email. This has been happening since they changed the Stewie on the building and the pesticides to harpoon update. Thanks for any help.

I originally sent them an in game message on August 18th to let them know that my comic con event had disappeared. Then I emailed support on the 22nd to tell them about the Stan lee quest error and nothing. If they respond to in game messages, in game, I am not able to see it.

My in game messages usually showed up in the same message area. I just tapped on the comment box icon and it opened it up. If you prefer, try email instead. Just make sure you are checking your spam filters to make sure their replies are not being sent there.

Uh oh….that’s got to be a crazy glitch. Don’t let her spend anything make sure you contact TC immediately…last thing you want is for them to think you have a hacked game. That could cause your game to be suspended..

I just lost 10k Blam, everytime I try to buy something using Blam I lose all my blam, and it tells me I need X amount more Blam.
This happens nearly every single time!

What are you trying to buy? If it is a Blam! item that costs Blam, that cost will be deducted from your “spendable” Blam at the top.

I have several characters on completed tasks in the 4 building. However this building is also purple from a minion stewie. When I hit the yellow check I’m given the option to zap the stewie. When I do, I get the zapper to zap and then it hangs there. A force close/reopen brings me back to the same problem. Any ideas?

The Latcher issue. It seems to hit off and on this entire event. They switched his “hopping” time to 2 hours, so it is a matter of waiting til he jumps again and try somewhere else. That or you can try to Force Close and/or restart your device to see if that helps.

I sent Felicia to the fortress for a task last night, but when I woke up this morning I see the building is ink covered with a checkmark above it instead of the icon above the building being ink covered. I do have the option to zap the building which will go to letterbox, the gun will move as it is zapping, but I will not see anything come out of the gun and the game sits at the letterbox screen. I have to use my device home button and when I go back the building still needs zapped. The only plus is this isn’t actually using my batteries. I contacted TinyCo, but no reaponse.

I keep getting records for Ron Pearlman but for some reason they aren’t showing up and I can’t release his character yet. It says I’ve had 8 / 10 and I know for a fact I’ve gotten 3 records in the past 3 days and it didn’t change anything.

I play this on an android device, which I had to replace. When downloaded on to new device and opened, even through Facebook, it started me over, and I seem to have lost 23 levels.

Did you go through the log in process? Were you linked to your Facebook or an email on the other device? If Facebook, you would of had neighbors to visit.

very odd…have you tried the basic troubleshooting? Hard close, clear cache, uninstall, restart your device and then reinstall. Once back in try logging in again. See if that helps clear it out. Sometimes it’s just a file that needs to be cleared out and restalled. 🙂

Ever since downloading this game when it 1st came out I have been having crashing issues, it constantly crashes all the time and I have missed out on some items because of this crash. When it crashes and you go back into the game its like I never went on to begin with as I have to do eveything again! I am playing on an android phone btw.

IPad Air. If game is already active and you open it back up sound is dead. You must exit AND kill the background app then reopen to get sound back.

For at least a week now my pharmacy has disappeared entirely from my game its not in my inventory or anywhere on my map or in the store, so I can’t use captain hammered to get pesticides and get past the 2nd giant stewie mission.

I have a character who’s task is done but cannot be clicked because the building is purple. I go to zap it and the game freezes and has to be reset. I’m playing on a HTC m8 phone. Any suggestions?

In case this can help any one else, I finally found a workaround for a problem I have been having. Since the 1.1.0 update the game would no longer go past the loading screen on my Samsung galaxy note 10.1. Everything was fine on other devices but on the Samsung I received a null road straight pt 1 error over and over. I found if I downloaded the game from the Samsung app store , which is version 1.1.1 right now, the game would run. I had to turn off auto update in samsung store and Google play store because if it updated to 1.1.2 or 1.1.3 it would lock out again. I hope this helps other people. I know I was frustrated and tinyco in 3 weeks only said ” we are busy, we will get to it” ( that’s paraphrasing it in alot) . I do love this game and event.

Hey y’all, Great work as always. Especially Cybersilly’s numberical breakdown of the best way to manipulate the Giant Stewie timer yesterday. Have encountered a real odd glitch this morning. Finally got my last banana peel to create PB&J Brian and went in to Al Harrington’s to begin the building process. Clicked through and the timer began counting down from 10 mins normally. At some point in the 10 mins I guess the timer stopped and now when I go into Al Harrington’s, the PB&J costume is still listed as incomplete and it says I need all of the items for it again. Anybody see this before? I’ve already contacted TinyCo about it, just wanted to see if it was a known/common glitch or just something weird with my game. Thanks!

Losing blam!

If I’ve got 5988 blam, then I spend 5000 on the fabulous 4 building, why does my blam count toward Felicia Day go to 988??? I thought the blam count shouldn’t change regardless of how much blam one spends.
I recently also lost another 5000 blam after visiting other Quahogs. Already sent 2 emails to TC, but it has been 2 weeks and no response. My game is saved via email. Already tried deleting game and reloading. Still same problem!

The blam at the top is your “spending” Blam! Unless you actually clicked the check mark on Felicia to “use” it for her Blam! Count…you never applied it. Not to mention she takes 10000, so you would have had to collect the full amount to be able to tap it. Same goes for any other character/skin since the game launched. So until you “use” the Blam!, it will sit. So if you had 5988 and “used” 5000, that will definitely only leave 988 for “use”. You can’t use the same 5000 for two items. Don’t work that way. Make sense? Much like a bank account, if have $5988 and you spend $5000…you can’t spend it over and over. Just that once.
Your overall collection at the bottom to open additional Comic Con prizes ONLY in the Comic Con icon (like for Red Hot and George Takei)…that number doesn’t change down…just adds up. Much like a Level up for your town or characters. That is an accumulation of every single Blam! You’ve acquired since the start.

Hi, I have been playing this game for a few months and I’ve only encountered a recent issue. Since the release of stewie I have been unable to obtain more than one of the uranium sticks, and I’ve had both lois and Brian working hard on getting them. I realize they are extra rare and it takes time but I had an easier time at getting shells for mermaid Peter and they were of epic difficulty.

The plutonium is one of the hardest to get, unfortunately. Many of us had the same issues…best thing I can suggest is to try switching up the tasks every now and then and see if that helps 🙂

Do you know anything about after reinstalling receiving a load error during the load screen stating “invalid wallet data”? I can’t get any help in resolving this issue.

That’s a new one. I would say try hard closing and restarting the device. Also, if you’re on Android, download the newest update that just hit. That should help clear up any issues 🙂

I’ve done all of those already. Even restarted phone after uninstall, reinstall, rebooted phone, and still get same load error. Even took a picture of the load error and sent it to tinyco. I’ve never had any trouble with the game until the recent update.

It could be a disconnect with your google wallet account….
Best thing to do is just wait for TinyCo to get back to you on it….may take a little while but if the other Troubleshooting methods aren’t working that’s your next best bet.

This is my second time Lois has completed the passive aggressive email task, however the game will not recognize the task begin completed. I check on game Facebook page and other users are experiencing this as well. iPhone 5s

My red hot Lois is stuck in the Fabulous Four building! It is currently showing a check mark over the building but the building is also purple because it is infected by mutant stewie. When I zap the building, it goes into the cinematic for zapping but then the game freezes. I have tried on both iOS and Android and both have the same issue.

The game info is saved to your email or FB you link it to. The device does not matter. Once you log in…you pick up where you left off. (Only difference is the exclusive items like Gold Peter. They are device specific.)

Another reader was getting this same error. The uninstall and reinstall worked for them. Hard close the app, clear your cache, uninstall TQFS, restart your phone, then redownload TQFS. HOWEVER…only do this if you have an account to back up your game. If not you might have to wait for the patch to come out.
