Hey Minions. Just a quick FYI. As Alissa and Myself (and we hope lots of you) will be at the Meet and Greet tonight when the update is possibly hitting, we will be working mobile to get you the details. What does this mean to you? Well just be patient with us as the WiFi and 4G signal as we travel will determine just how fast we will be able to confirm everything as it goes live.
No worries, we will still be posting on it no matter where we are. One will go up when it hits. Just bare with us on the comments and questions as we take the proper time to get you all the details you have come to appreciate from us. 😉

Hi, I already updated the game but there are no new tasks and the portal hasn’t been upgraded either. What was the point of the upgrade?

An hour has passed since the update was supposed to hit, or the portal to be upgraded. The front page of Halloween event is quagmire now, but nothing has happened yet! Anybody else experiencing the same situation?

Ladies! How I wish I were traveling to the meet and greet with you guys. A tad bit disappointed that the update is delayed, but I’m sure it will be resolved. Hope you have fun at the meet. Have an extra drink for me, and share all the cool stuff when you can.

Thought this meant that the update was delayed. I was wondering that, because when I went to check on it, despite the fact that the timer hit zero, I am just told “Check Back Soonr” to upgrade the portal.

The timer has expired and the portal is not upgrading. Perhaps Drunk Programmer Kevin should have skipped the Meet & Greet to keep an eye on the servers.

Ask TinyCo why there is a countdown on the portal if it just says ‘check back later’ after its done counting down.

Guess you guys aren’t the only ones with the delays. Shouldn’t we expect this by now anyways considering they couldn’t have enough time to be ready to push the go button for portal 2 since the evènt launched last week?

The level 2 portal was supposed to be ready 24 minutes ago, but to no avail. I updated but all it says it “Check back soon to open the portal!”

Just got the update from the play store but not seeing any changes in game yet.

No rush, it hasn’t hit yet anyway. But there are a few noticeable changes. It will be Banshees (duh) coming out of the portal and the next GB is Q.

Just received an update on my phone but it didn’t change anything in the game. I’m on iOS. My friend on android received the same update as well

Portal timer has expired and it just says ‘check back later’ which sucks because I was hoping to have new content to keep me sane on my morning commute.

This was almost a What the Hell, because I saw “Delayed Update”! I thought that meant the update thats supposed to hit in less than 30 minutes was delayed, but thankfully not. I will classify this as “What the Half Hell”. LOL
