Not to long ago I asked for your feedback and thoughts on Halloween 2014…and as usual you guys didn’t disappoint! And your results are below the fold….
But before we get to those results we had another holiday event hit our games…Thanksgiving! So we wanted to get your feedback on Thanksgiving 2014 and what you thought of it….

for the did you have any vials left over question how does 83%+10%=100%. it sounds like saying 9+10=21. it just doesnt add up.

I’m curious to know how many people got Diane? I usually am good about keeping up with my game and I was upset when I jumped the gun and opened her grave too early. Did a lot of other people do this too and miss out on her?

Yes, I missed out on Diane, too. I was really annoyed. She was the only character I didn’t unlock over the Halloween event.

What I would like to know is when will the story continue? I understand that there have been a lot of holidays perfect to base the events on but it seems like there are too many characters in my town with nothing to do. I’m still looking at this blimp off to the saying thinking how great it would be to not have that kind of cliffhanger

The main problem with Thanksgiving is that with all my characters tied up unlocking Fat Lois and the Smiths, there was no time to actually play the Thanksgiving quest line. I bought the Oven friendly turkey and Cornucopia float knowing they were for the quests, but never got to those parts. The Quests vanished too soon.

You can start but be careful who you use. Keep characters like Peter, Bonnie, Quagmire, Chris, Bruce & Jerome free.

I know that TinyCo has really kept you busy with all these events and you have done a great job on getting out the information for the latest releases. Can you post the results from the Tiny Questions for TinyCo that was submitted for the meet and greet before the Miracle on Spooner Street event hits and take priority over everything else?

HAHAHAHHA we were just discussing that. I flew out to see Alissa so we can work on it. Both of us have been super busy with our real jobs and the site that it has been on the side. We will get something out in the not so distant future on it. 😉
Keep in mind we had HUNDREDS of questions. Not all were gone over. But many we felt were main being asked again and again were. Lots even put into the game already

I have mixed feelings of the trick or treaters. I am one of those whose town looks awful because of this. Buildings all crammed in corners and the only road in my whole town is a 3×3 square that is surrounded by fences and shrubs that have a maze connected to it for all things coming and going.
That said, those trick or treaters were super easy to clear 15 in one shot. There were just so many of them that they still run amuck.
So…I’m reluctant to put my town back together only because it seems that there will be a good chance something else will run around like the trick or treaters & the minion Stewie. Maybe elves or snowmen or something.

I’m in the same boat. My town looks like crap because I only have one small street just for the “children targets” (bad joke). Look on the bright side tho. Roads are free, thank God!

Yes, please fill us in on what is to come with the Christmas update! I got a pop up in the game that it starts today, but haven’t seen anything… Yay!

I’m really curious too! I’ve been waiting all night. Since about 7 hours ago. I have been checking up on site & game frequently to see which characters i need to keep available…but still nothing ):

The only question that doesn’t provide as much info as I would like would be the Cleveland question, since there was not an option for “Did not purchase him and did not have him from before” so it’s obvious that the majority of those who either had him or bought him got his GB costume. It would be more interesting to see how many people did NOT pony up cash for Cleveland, and missed out (I know I was was one of those). I think TinyCo would be interested in that statistic as well. . .

If you didn’t answer the question you don’t have him. For this purpose I wanted to know those who had him if they unlocked the costume. Not who had him vs. who didn’t. Since it was related to the Ghostbuster costumes.

I just thought you could answer both your question of able to earn GB Cleveland as well as the percentage of people who got him at all by adding an option to respond did not have Cleveland. This was just meant as constructive criticism, as you ladies do a terrific job on the site.

Didn’t enjoy the tick or treaters just cause it was harder to get more then a couple at a time unless you were REALLY lucky.
For thanksgiving, I lucked out and got Fork lift Peter on my free box!!

A few points:
Has an answer been missed from the unlock Francis question? Or is it a case there were not as many answers on this question and the percentages have been based on the total who completed the whole questionnaire?
Really surprised how many people (65%) got all 3 premium characters. A lot of people willing to spend quite a bit of money on the game
The split of the most/least favourite vial add on was interesting. While not surprised to see how many thought the trick or treaters was their least favorite, I was surprised to see a quarter saying it was their most favourite. I found that part the most frustrating and didn’t like having to amend my town just to try and make them appear in the same place. I thought this would come across in the poll but surprised that ~25% enjoyed it!

Remember it’s 65% of those who purchased premium characters. So it’s 65% of the 47% of users overall that purchased premium characters. 🙂
I know what happened with Francis. It should be 85% not 58%…I transposed them. I’ll fix it now 🙂

Aah, good point about the premium characters, thanks. Hadn’t clicked that it was only those who purchased premium, oops! Works out at just under a 1/3 of people purchasing all 3, now wondering if that is still higher than I expected…possibly, but I just don’t know. Was that question asked with Comic-Con? Guessing that it was only 2 characters then but one with a very high cost – would assume the proportion buying both may have been lower for that reason. On this one, all 3 were similarly priced (if I remember correctly).

I’m one of the 65% and think that most people would agree this game is worth chipping in on now and again. Some people might not have the spare cash for games but as events keep me busy my entertainment money goes here cause I can’t get to cinema etc cause the addiction won’t let me. I felt that these were worth the cost and also wanted to show tinyco that their pricing this time round on premium was much better than the comicon event.
