Week 3 is live…time to upgrade the Warp Core to level 3 and unlock the Bridge!
In Week 3 we’ll see Borgs, Locutus, Starfleet Lois, Guinan, Skimpy Sarong Herbert (finally for the right reason), a brand new mystery box and Phaser Battles!

BUNNY REMINDER: As stated whenever you tapped the Warp Core… in order to Upgrade… your STARFLEET XP LEVEL needs to be at 4. 
So… to get to WARP CORE 3
… get your STARFLEET XP to 4.

First, and best thing to do is upgrade the Warp Core. Tap on it once you have met the requirements and you can start to see some of the new content.

Borgs
The Borgs will not appear until triggered by “An Endless Battle Part 1” by Peter in Warp Core Level 3. Mine showed up after “Frame of Mind Part 8”
Clearing Borgs will require Troi, Worf or Vulcan Quagmire.
Clearing with Worf or Deanna will take 2hrs. Potentially earn Synthesizer Ore, Duct Tape or Space Groceries (You will need to unlock the Bridge to see the tasks in their task menus)
Still working on spawns, but in my game (Bunny) it seems like 5 appeared every 2hrs with a MAX of 5 allowed at a time. So if you already have 3, only 2 more appear at spawn time.

You’ll find him on the Bridge. As always, unlocking him will require you to collect lots of stuff. Here’s what you’ll need:

Two new planets were introduced with Phase 3. Here’s a quick look at them..
Cespoolus- Chance for Crystals, 10 Batteries, Romulan Warbird Or Skimpy Sarong Herbert. This one costs 1 Transporter energy. And you can send Klingon Chris, Starfleet Peter, Troi and Starfleet Lois
Nom-Nomulus- Chance for Crystals, 3 Phaser Energy, 5 Communication Earpieces or 2 Synthesizer Energy. This one costs 4 Transporter energy. And you can send Klingon Chris, Geordi, Ferengi Mort, Startfleet Peter, Riker, Troi, Worf, Starfleet Lois and Locutus

UPDATE BUNNY 4-3 230PM EST: Have already contacted TinyCo in regards to WHO drops the Phaser Energy (even though it says Transporter below) and at what point. Will update when clarification is offered. (Like Chris and Geordi)
Basically you collect Phaser energy to blow stuff up and win more stuff! Once you earn energy you’ll see this screen popup..
Basically shoot stuff to earn more stuff. The more you blow up the better your rewards will be…and don’t forget to blow up the PeterCraft

Can anyone confirm what quest needs to be done for Borg to spawn and phaser mission to start? I’ve upgraded my core and started new characters but no missions or borg popping

Yup…new part opened. And as far as I can see right now it looks to be as impossible to get anything as the last level. I hope I’m wrong but if this is the case it has added to the energy ball frustrations.

Oh and forgot to mention. Still at 0 chocolate for troi….oh Ya that’s right I need energy balls to go to wai iota 12 times. Oh Ya wait, I don’t even have enough to send a team even once. I’m getting so frustrated with this game right now.

The post above is a little confusing since it says Phaser Crystals instead of Phaser Energy (maybe that will be fixed when I post this) but basically you need to do the same thing as previous levels… get the corresponding rooms that drop it, either the regular or premium ones.

I just came back from Hospital this afternoon. I have not been well at all and hopefully they can help me to heal or it may get worse and you WON’T see Bunny around at all. Sadly now Alissa is down for the count too, so she struggled to get this post together… give her a break. We both do this 24/7 and so mistakes may happen. A simple slip of a word isn’t pause to ruin the information that is still there.
I have now sent her to bed and taken over. The post is NOT finished or complete in anyway. So bare with us while we spend our time and efforts to get the information out.

There was nothing in there that said Phaser Crystals. Many points that listed TWO items… Crystals… and Phasers. And the player never said it was misleading. All they asked is HOW to earn it and I redirected them to a post. What you did was not really needed. I am just pointing out that you seem to nit pick at a LOT of things we do. It would be nice if you gave us a break now and then and not attack us or our writing when trying to make a point or “help”.

Unbelievable. Only you could take a post where someone is trying to help and make it into something about you. I never said it was “misleading” as you say, I said it was “a little confusing”, which it is… These are very different statements but you always take my writing and twist it around to whatever point you want to make. And since you don’t seem to actually read these posts, here is one of the quotes where it says Phaser Crystals, “Weapons Locker- 500 Crystals. Earns 5 Crystals, 1 XP/4hrs. Chance for Phaser Crystal”.

Tip for phasers: don’t drag your finger around to lock in and fire as the cursor isn’t very responsive in that manner. When you see the Petercraft just tap it then tap fire for great accuracy.
Already got my Giant Tribble and Le-Matya going. Also love that Whoopie recorded some lines and that they got the Locutus sounds from the show.
Also, what’s up with Vulcan Quagmire? Are we unlocking him later this week or is that supposed to be Lois who clears Borg. I know Meg and Stewie get costumes and Quagmire isn’t part of the set on Facespace so what’s the deal?

I am liking this so far. I was frustrated over the weekend with drop rates, but I kept at it and I should have Troi by tomorrow morning. Warp core is upgraded and the Bridge is unlocked.
When this update started I was wondering, what about Guinan? I was wondering, does she have Whoopi’s voice? I will only spend clams if she actually talks. (I got burned when I used clams for Mr. Weed and didn’t realize he was mute…)

Hourly player and just found out starflleet xp has to be at level 4? I’m almost at level 3 and don’t see how I could come even close to completing anything. Only reason I got to level 2 xp was because I bought a bunch of taco trucks. Very disappointed in this

Sorry. The Warp Core showed the pop up requirement for this Upgrade since it changed to Warp Core 2. Just keep working at it.

I cant get my characters to clear the “Borg”. Anyone else having this problem? I have all the characters unlocked and free. I tap on the Borg and cant get any of the 3 characters to go clear them. There is no job task that you can select to clear them either. I have upgraded my warp core and have unlocked the bridge too. No idea why I cant clear them. Any suggestions?

Go isn’t taking you to them, but once you unlock the Bridge, you can initiate the task right from the Character directly.

I haven’t even seen any borg. Also, I’m sad they increased the build time on rooms. Can’t rotate them anymore. The transporter energy is far too rare.

Echoing the “zero chocolates for troy” world. I’ve got worf both rooms and Mort and peter going and I’ve been able to send one trip for chocolates so far with of course getting zero. Incredibly frustrating. And if I use word to clear Borg there’s one less failed attempt at energy every 6 hrs.

Everything APPEARS to be working AS INTENDED. Did a short task and earned 5 Phaser Energy and then was introduced to the Phaser battle and even collected some items. What can I say, you get to blow up stuff. AAA+.
For those of us who haven’t unlocked Troi yet, don’t worry, there’s 30 days left. Even though she’s needed in the very first quest and also to collect items to unlock Locutus and to clear Borg. Not to mention a 4th planet for the transporter and the drop rate for TE and Chocolate hasn’t changed since day 1. But I know, it’s early, wait to see what’s to come. It is what it is and that’s all that it is. I’ll play as I can, what I can.

On my last 4 chocolate bars. Sent 4 Starfleet officers to get them. Chocolate bar meter WAS MAXED OUT, TO THE TOP!!! Waited a few hours. Decided to spend THE 20 CLAMS TO FASTFORWARD THE TRANSPORTER. I got everything EXCEPT THE CHOCOLATE. The cubes and the crystals meters were not even maxed out. That’s BS. I spent REAL money for that. This game is a joke!!!!

Come on, Bunny. If your telling me that there is a large chance that, as a PREMIUM PLAYER, even if I spend money on ANYTHING, there is a chance I will not get it?. Last time I read, the Transporter was NOT a mystery box. But, hey, at least you convinced me NOT to spend ANYMORE MONEY. No.. I am telling you that you KNOW the Transporter trips are random chance. You do NOT have to pay clams forward them. YOU made that decision. YOU took that risk. Just because YOU chose to waste money does not mean you can place blame elsewhere. It was YOUR choice. Just like you KNOW the Mystery Boxes are Random Chance. If YOU chose to spend the money on a CHANCE… YOU take responsibility for outcome.
They are NOT the same as buying a Clam building or Character. Chance is and always will be just that. CHANCE. 😉
You want a GUARANTEE… buy the chocolates outright from Troi. THAT is guarantee for your money. NOT a gamble. 😉

I would say the same to you in return. I am only trying to help. It says all over to use Character combos to increase you “CHANCE” to get items. At no time does it say to spend clams to make those odds better. You can yell and scream at me all you want for trying to help, but the fact still remains. No where in any location did it say Transporter drops are a guarantee.

I gave up trying for blue things. 1 out of four every 6 hours was just dumb. I did not get one with Peter or any of the other 3 this morning and I tried the retry on Peter. It took me 9 times at 12 clams to get 1 blue thing. Frustration at its finest. I know, suppose to take time but I’ll bet that the ones agreeing already have them. Putting hard earned money into a game there should be rewards every time. Not a chance. At least at a casino you would get more than a pixel!
My real question though is once again Grandpa drops beer bottles. How do you get that to stop?

I have 2 rec rooms built, I play every 4-5 hours and I have been playing this even since the beginning. But I have a total of 3 transporter energies. Is the drop rate really that low on these? I feel like as much as I play more should have dropped from the rooms or from Peter or mort.

Did they really make Riker’s Quarters and Weapon’s Locker a 10 minute build on IOS but an 8 hr and 6hr build for Android? Not cool =( I hope they fix it soon.

So it says u can get the Orange things u uSe to shoot the gun by people doing tasks like Chris in his outfit and the guy in the Orange outfit and I don’t see a task for them to do to get them just the rooms u buy to get the Orange things

3 of 4 quest lines I have for this event require Troi to progress. I had 1 transporter energy drop today. Help is not coming soon enough. The ridiculous requirements are sucking the fun out of this game. Phase 1 was good. Phase 2 (and looking like Phase 3 too) took a nosedive off a cliff.

I have repeatedly and I have only gotten one reply 3 or 4 days ago. It was a generic thanks for the feedback. It’s a horrific joke that the only way to get chocolate is by chance after getting 6 rare (more like epic) items. It’s TSTO Easter 2014 all over again in FGTQFS.

My Bridge isn’t unlocking? It says you must be warp core level 3 and have 25 energy I’m warp 3, 2/3rds to warp 4 and have 39 energy?

Make sure you are not confusing two main things. To get to WARP CORE LEVEL 3, Your STARFLEET XP needs to be to Level 4. So focus on getting your STARFLEET XP to 4 (lower right corner icon of your game screen.)

It is an event. Rarely will things be coin in events. All are game currency instead.

wish they would make some items cost coins, got nothing to spend them on. regular updates is the only time to spend coins and even then there’s usually only a couple buildings.

You are confusing Warp Core with Starfleet XP. The Warp Core is moving up to Warp Core Level 3… but you STARFLEET XP has to be on level 4 to do so. 😉

I definitely echo the sentiments of others who sing your praises and are upset that something which should be so much fun is causing you to be exposed to so much negativity and so many attacks. This is so sad! I was so excited about the update and then …. Oh we need Troi for week 3. Guess what, I have ZERO chocolates for Troi. I think many addicts have the same problem because the energy drop rate is like one or two per day with Morg, Peter, and two rec rooms (feels like we never get any, even though they have a post saying they increase the drop rate). Sigh, most frustrating event ever.

I am at level 3 (that’s what number is there) and the bar is close to 75% full.

That is why. You need to be at Starfleet Level 4 to upgrade. Just keep playing, you will get there.

yeah i wont be unlocking the bridge today, hopefully by weekend’s end or earlier…but i saw Guinan is available…. i swore i’d never pay money for these sorta games but after Halloween with Freddy, Jason, Alien and Predator i had too…so i now i dont feel as guilty or retarded doing it. so all that to say i bought Worf last week and now own Guinan. i was pleasantly surprised to see they got Whoopi to voice her!

I just used clams to buy Deanna as i had no chocolate bars. I see the Borgs in my spacetown but i cant seem to understand how to poke them. When i do nothing happens so i sent Deanna on a task now as i cant seem to do anything woth le Borgs . Please help.

You need to update the Warp Core then unlock the Bridge.

Update: So I bought it twice and got 5 green cubes and then 15 life support. I’ve officially learned my lesson about mystery boxes.
