Hello There Space Clammers!
Star Trek has taken over Quahog! A Starfleet Shuttle has conveniently crashed in Quahog and apparently someone decided that the future of the Galaxy should rest on Peter’s shoulders. (cause that sounds like a smart idea!) It’s your mission to help Peter save the Galaxy, after all it’d be a pretty boring game if he did it by himself!
Along the way you’ll encounter characters from the USS Enterprise that you’ll have to save (you know save by collecting STUFF). The third Star Trek character you’ll encounter in the event is Deanna Troi, Counselor of the USS Enterprise.
Let’s take a look at this space counselor and just what happens when you unlock her in your Quahog!
As mentioned above Deanna Troi is the Counselor on board the USS Enterprise, and you’ll find her in Ten Forward. As with (almost) all characters in TQFS in order to unlock her you’ll have to collect STUFF.
Here’s a look at what you’ll need to make Deanna a permanent addition to your Quahog:
12 Chocolate (Uncommon)- Earned By: Send an away team to Wai Iota IV
35 Headbands (Uncommon)- Earned By: Get from Wardrobe Servies OR Make Joe Patrol the School OR Make Bruce Be a Good Listener OR Make Klingon Chris Battle Cry
10 Picture Frames (Extra Rare)- Earned By: Get from the Space Crapper OR Get by Clearing Blue Trekkie OR Make Jerome Trade Baseball Cards

Deanna is the third character you’ll earn in The Next Generation Character Set:
Note that completing this set will earn you 50 Free Clams…freakin’ sweet!
Deanna will have a small questline, independent of the main questline, once you unlock her. You can find the details for her questline, Come to Your Senses, here. Deanna also comes with a complete set of tasks! Tasks that will help you earn more Dilithium Crystals, the event currency for Star Trek. So let’s take a look at Deanna’s tasks:

After two long weeks of fighting with this game, I finally have her!! Got the last 4 chocolates needed, this morning. Now to move on to the next two difficult characters to unlock and hope they don’t take two weeks. Yay! 🙂

I don’t get why everyone is complaining that it takes so long to unlock her. In all three times I sent a mission to Wai Iota IV, I got 4 chocolates each. I always sent the three characters unlocked to that mission. Am I just lucky? Currently unlocking Locutus and Star fleet lois.
Hmm I wonder if the Patrick Stewart character I got from the comic con event last year will play a role. .

O.K to anyone who still having trouble getting her I would try again, because I think TinyCo. have quietly changed the drop rates over night, I put Chris in alone this morning and his stats maxed out the chocolate bar all by himself; could someone else try this and confirm this if this is the case for everyone, if so this is really big news as far as this event is concerned.

I think a lot of loyal players are not going to finish this entire promotion, because the lack of material drops and the sheer amount of materials we have to accumulate have stymied too many. Of the three people that I know who play the game, none of us have Troi. The chocolate drops are simply too inconsistent. I happen to finally have accumulated eight chocolates, but that’s because I bought Worf. Without Troi the story lines pretty much stall. Then, you discover how many materials it takes to accumulate Locutus. It’s a phenomenal amount of stuff to get. I can only imagine how many materials it will take to get the other characters and by then we won’t have that much time left. Not to mention that Worf’s storyline twice asks you to send a character on a 24 hour task. This doesn’t really feel like a game right now. I guess I will just continue playing half-heatedly and suffice with what I get in return.

I am a long time , round the clock player & this event is the hardest so far. I have still failed to unlock Deanna. I have noticed some increase in acquiring the blue energy needed for transporter, but every time I send my characters on an away mission it fails to yield necessary chocolate. I am very frustrated & getting ready to quit.

If you have them to use, it may be worth it to you to cut time and just get her unlocked. Time will mean wait for Energy, send Geordi and Klingons possibly multiple times to get them. Etc. Just do what will make YOU happy. 😉

Looks like. i was wrong about the transporter energy 1 outta 9 doesnt do any good. Hope I can get the other chocolates someday. Thought it was getting better.

Chocolates were a pain in the behind to get, but finally unlocked Deanna. Most successful combo was Klingon Chriss + Geordi, but the drop rate was 1 success every 4-5 attemps, so a lot of transporter energy was needed and it consummed a lot of event time. After a part, you can’t progress any further without unlocking her, so XP increase also is affected. Right now, I’m working in trying to catch up with the rest of the questlines, and unlocking Locutus and Lois costume.

I have sent all three (Peter, Chris and Geordi), three straight times and have gotten no chocolates. I can send them two more times and hopefully I can get the last 8 chocolates I need. I don’t know what the game means by likely for the chance but for me it means rare.

Hint: DON’T send Peter. He jumps the option for Crystals. I believe there is even a hint that comes up saying do NOT send red shirts. Best combo is Geordi and Klingons. More are getting them without Peter.

I’ll echo the statements of others on here and say that I am having a terrible time trying to get the chocolates. I have sent characters 3 times on the trip, and have not yet gotten a single one. It is very frustrating, because I’m having to dedicate so much time getting transporter energy as well

They’ve ‘ignored’ some of my comments, too. I would rather all the good and helpful stuff get posted rather than the ‘whiny-why-me’s’ to be frank. These threads get really long if those get posted and it doesn’t really help anyone but ‘me.’

Good for you, Bunny and Alissa! It is your site, you provide it to help others, and frankly, a lot of garbage getting spewed helps nobody, and brings the energy of the site down. It is one thing to vent, another to take it out on those who have absolutely nothing to do with it.

If you want Deanna, ignore Chris’s questline for now and send him and Geordi. I got cocolate all three times I sent only those two. Chris’s questline will still be available later.

Per Troi and chocolates, i sent Geordi and Worf with success on the first Two tries! My problem is i have been getting batteries in Quohog but it does not seem to be showing for Locutos! Everytime i check my count, it seems stuck at 7! I will continue to watch it so i can accurately verify! I don’t know if others are seeing the same!

After all the long “fight for her choco” missions, Deanna will always be a special character for me. Whenever a transporter mission for the choco ended, I kept going “pleeeeeezzzzzzeeeee! >_< " hopin for choco to drop. When finally the last batch dropped after almost ten days of collecting for her, the feeling was close to, erm, X-rated stuff. LOL So – that's a positive side to her being "hard to get" – once you got her, she is kinda special.
I currently also like that her missions have a bit higher XP payouts.

i want to buy the casket ejector for the XP as it’s the only chance i have of levelling up in time. i just got 60xp from unlocking deanna which moved my xp bar up by half a little section, so the 800 should definitely move the bar (probably me into my next level at the point i’m at), but i’ve heard people say they’re not getting the XP? i don’t want to waste the materials so i was hoping someone could confirm for me that they got the 800xp

I’ve trawled through older posts but just wanted to verify… The second item available in the replicator each week … That’s not required to progress is it? Only the first item, and then an item from an away mission?
Am I missing something with Hebert skin? Does everyone think he’ll be needed for next week and will help drop stuff or do you all just really love the outfit? I don’t want to waste transport energy and Chris or Deanna’s time, but will need all the help I can get as this event is a lot of work.

I just really loved the outfit, and designated how many trips I was willing to make to et him. If I got him, yay, if not, oh well! It will be nice if he eventually drops something beside the crystals and xp .

I discovered that Peter eats the chocolate if you send him on the mission, you’re better off to just have him do his transporter energy. Geordi and Chris has yielded chocolate for me both times I sent just them out. I should unlock Troi tomorrow am, if all goes well.
I only swapped the rooms a couple of times to get transporter energy and now just leave it. Getting better drop rates now, too.
I was really shocked at how quickly level 4 sneaked up on me!
The only trouble I really have is the asteroids game. Never cared for it before, care for it even less in this game. I think I will just perpetually have Quagmire flash.

Might have her by next week. Was hopeful with chocolates this 3rd time, but nope… still only 4 chocolates. Sent Geordi and Chris all 3 times.. crazy how some people get them right away in 3 tries, and others don’t even have any yet after trying 3+ times. Transporter energy isn’t as great when I can’t play all day. Only 2 out of 8 possibilities today 6 out of 12 yesterday. Would really like to get her soon, feel like I’m missing out on a lot of the fun all of these posts are showing. 🙂

Just got a response message from tinyco support.
They said they don’t have any further plans to increase the rate of chocolates, because they checked last week and it was working as intended. Really. That’s bad.

I’m sitting pretty with troi and a butt load of transporter energy. I just send mort every 6 hours and collect on the rooms. They upped the drop rate. Also if you are having trouble with chocolates I sent Chris and geordi. Dropped each time. I’m loving this event. I’m a little behind with Lois and locutus but hanging in there. Keep your heads up and keep chugging along. It’ll happen.

i’m in the exact same boat…the Borg have JUST arrived as well and they actually help with Lois and Locutus so that was a nice bump. they’ve dropped something important all 4 times i beat them. currently doing the “defeat 5 borg” mission so i finally feel like there’s progress for those two and i might unlock one of em before the next Warp Core update! and the trick for phaser battles is helping….trying to hit the ship and at least one asteroid each time….when i do, its a very good pay out.

✨I would stop doing the room swap if I were you because they did actually make those build times of the rooms up to 10hrs lol. In all honesty, since TinyCo., changed that lil technique, the Transporter drops are so much BETTER than they were before so it might make it a little easier for ya if you stop swapping those rooms and wait until they are ready to collect! I found it really worked for me in my game because I finally unlocked Deanna LAST night. Just givin my advice and what happened personally to me! 😊

I think room swapping is still the way to go. I have been doing it since the very beginning, I stopped for a day when “TC increased the drop rates” and increased the build times but the payout was still better for me by swapping.

Props on the new drop rates on the rec rooms and others. Sent just about everyone for the best option on the chocolates. Its good to see a little progress. Thanx.

Worst event yet. Absolutely terrible drop rates on the transporter energy and extremely frustrating to spend 2 days getting energy only to get no chocolate using all characters. I have 0 chocolate for troi and 0 energy. And this is after playing the event every day. Had no trouble getting all the end rewards for every other event but this one is fricken stupid.

Crossing my fingers that I’ll get my final chocolates late tonight. I was torn – first 2 trips I sent all including Peter and got chocolate – 3rd trip I tried without Peter based on reading tips – no chocolate. So I’m back to what was working for me – hopefully I didn’t choose wrong. I get enough te to do one trip per day so if not today then hopefully tomorrow. I’m making progress but it is still painfully slow. Trying to breathe and not get frustrated.

Already sent an email to tinyco about how ridiculously hard it is to get the chocolate, also so many characters in quahog doing absolutely nothing, just got my first million so money not a problem, but why not send stewie,brian or even meg to do a task tl give us a better chance of getting chocolate!

there’s already hints of Stewie being involved but yes, considering he’s the reason the TNG cast were on the show in the first place, very surprised he hasn’t been involved since the beginning or at least that he doesn’t help in giving out something needed.

This is standard for events open to all. Newer players won’t have these characters. Events will never depend on, or have much involvement in characters from district 4 or later.

I had luck by sending Klingons. I had enough clams saved (as I refuse to puchase) to get worf. Sending him and Klingon Chris really helped.

Throwing tribbles at the Borg is hilarious. It reminds me of a dog we used to have. If you threw a piece of food at him, instead of even trying to move to catch it, he would let it hit him in the face and then look for it

Bunny And Alissa! I finally got the bimbo! Stupid chocolates 😃😃😃. Yay! Working on Starfleet lois and locutus guy! Half way on both ☺. Hopefully I’ll get one by Thursday and close on the other. I have terrible aim so getting combos with the asteroids ain’t gonna happen lol but the drop rate of orange is fair enough to keep me excited. Yay for a successful week!

If I had to hazard a guess based on previous events:
1) He’s a skin for Patrick Stewart and skins don’t have individual Face Space pages.
2) Clams characters aren’t part of collections that have non-clam characters, if a player didn’t get Patrick Stewart during Comic-Con then maybe he’d be put in as a clams character as they did with Cleveland like they did during the Halloween event.
Mind you, this is just speculation but to me would make sense. Just my 2 cents.

Picard isn’t in the game. Locutus is however, and it’s an independent character. However, we’re not sure why he doesn’t have a spot on the TNG list.

I have everything for her but chocolate(not even 1). I have tried a few times with the transporter but nothing. Im not a fan of her anyway so i stopped trying to get her, just not worth the transport energy

You’re going to get to a point where you have to have her to complete the star trek missions. I’m in the same boat, I gave up on her, because it was not working, but I can’t go any further now, so I’m back to trying to get her.

The more transport energy the better, as it seems to be an ongoing theme that a significant number of materials to unlock characters are obtained through transporting.
