Hello There Space Clammers!
Star Trek has taken over Quahog! A Starfleet Shuttle has conveniently crashed in Quahog and apparently someone decided that the future of the Galaxy should rest on Peter’s shoulders. (cause that sounds like a smart idea!) It’s your mission to help Peter save the Galaxy, after all it’d be a pretty boring game if he did it by himself!
Along the way you’ll unlock skins/costumes for your favorite residents of Quahog…and Meg! These costumes will help you earn items needed to unlock other characters and more Dilithium Crystals, the much needed event currency for this event! During Phase 2 (week 2), there’s one costume you’ll be able to unlock Klingon Chris. Let’s take a closer look at this costume and see just what happens when you unlock it in your Quahog…
Klingon Chris is the third skin in Star Trek that you’ll be able to unlock.
The questline Age of Ascension will prompt you to collect STUFF to unlock Klingon Chris. Here’s a look at just what you’ll need to get Chris this Klingon makeover….
25 Klingon Dictionaries (Common)- Earned By: Get from Worf OR Send an Away Team to Oh’NoS OR Cargo Bay Room
Bat’leth (Uncomon)- Earned By: Get by clearing Gold Trekkie
Prosthetic Forehead (Rare)- Earned By: Make Speedo Quagmire Host a Genital Jamboree OR Make Herbert Be a Peeping Tom OR Get from Bat’Leth Badassery Outlet
Klingon Chris is part of the Trekkie Griffins character set…
Note unlocking all of the Trekkie Griffin Outfits will award you 25 FREE clams! Freakin’ sweet!
Chris does have a short questline associated with theAge of Ascension questline…and you can view more details on it here…however, his primary role is to help you earn more Dilithium Crystals and help you earn items to unlock more characters! Here’s a look at Klingon Chris’s tasks:
Note: Drops are as of the third Phase. He could drop additional items as the event progresses. We’ll try to update as we can…
And that my friends completes the character profile for Klingon Chris!
What are your thoughts on Klingon Chris? Have you unlocked him yet? Thoughts on his tasks? Any tasks you wish he had that he doesn’t currently? Sound off in the comments below, you know we love hearing from you!
I have sent anywhere from all 4 to 3 to 2 to 1 characters out for speedo Herbert a total of 20 plus times and have not been successful. He is the only character that there is access to until tomorrows update that I don’t have. I’ve tried every combination of characters with no luck. HELP please. Any suggestions are welcomed.

This is what I see on my end….
Majority of people getting him (including me) got him with a single Character sent. (I mainly see Deanna, Peter, and Chris)
Majority were 20-30 tries to get him.

How do you get Klingon Meg?

We will announce her arrival when it happens. 😉

I guess mentioning it was all it took, I scored the Herbert costume. Building now. I got it with Klingon Chris.

I’m just curious as to if anyone has unlocked the Herbert costume yet and who you unlocked it with. I’ve sent Klingon Chris after him 40+ times now but no luck yet. None of 4 characters that can go give much of a boost to finding him.

Deanna by herself. Check the Transporter post to see others results.

About my previous comment, I found out the cause. You have to both unlock Chris, but also advance far enough in the main mission, before he’ll then be unlocked for away missions.

I unlocked Chris, but for away missions Chris’ portrait still shows a lock icon. And when clicking this, it says I need to unlock him first.
A bug? Or do I need to advance / complete another mission, before he’s officially considered unlocked?

Actually… you have to make sure he is not busy. If any of the Characters are on a task, they can’t do two things at one time.

Is the server down? Can someone tell me how to check that? I’m unable to connect

I now have the Borg captain Picard and a Patrick Stewart character, seems a bit odd that they didn’t just give a costume for Patrick Stuart!!
Do you know if they are going to merg the characters together? Thanks.

I doubt it. I like they are separate. Allows a Event specific Character and then an Actor that could have many skins…. Like Picard, Xavier, etc.

Also consider those that do NOT have the Patrick Stewart character. What good would a skin do them? 🙂

I’m switching back and forth between the 4hr and 6hr tasks for him, seems like he drops one or the other items almost every time this way. Started out doing the 4hr task constantly and he wasn’t dropping anything, but switching it up a bit helped a lot!

What are people finding works better “Battle Cry” or “Pick Nose Asteroids” and then shooting stuff in order to get the white powder packets?

definitely Battle Cry, I have little luck with shooting

For me, Battle Cry, but I have discovered if you do it too many times in a row, he stops dropping them. I’ve gotten 1 from shooting stuff, 3 from Battle cry. I alternate his tasks, 4hr and 6hr. Seems to have the best results, others might have different ways.

I used the Battle Cry to help unlock Lois, who is now helping get the phaser crystals. It seems like since the Felicium stopped dropping from the Petercraft last night, the number of laser pointers has increased. I think I might be able to get Locutus by tonight if I’m lucky. Just four more to go.

Not sure but I figure since I have 4 other sources to rely on for Phaser Energy (Geordi, Deanna & 2 rooms), it’s better to leave Chris on the Felicium task. I’m finding he drops Felicium more often than not.

I’m going with Battle Cry. With the Nose Asteroids, it would take longer to get, and assuming you made the roll for the phaser energy, you’d still have to make the rare roll for the felicium at the end. It’s still good to get phaser energy other ways, though.

Cheers guys, it looks like I have my answer, I’ve had Chris busy with other stuff(24hour fighting tasks etc), so I have been neglecting Felicium for Lois, but have all her other stuff. Just going to concentrate on getting it now; Thanks.

Thanks for the post Bunny. With Chris I am mainly sending him out on the 4 hr felicium earning task. Working him hard. 11 bags left to go.
Here’s a ST:TNG clip. Felicium addicts:

I’ve now encountered 3 separate quests where he’s sent on the 24 hour “Spar With Bat’leth” mission. There was that first one with Worf. The one on his own. And now if you get the Herbert costume.
Quite annoying. He’s the only character who can get the baggie of white powder for Starfleet Lois, but he’s tied up for 72 hours doing that other crap. They could have planned that better.

Yeah, I thought the same.

Indeed. He’s also one of the few characters with a task that can generate phaser energy.

So i’m at the 24 hour part of his age of accession quest line. I’ve been focusing on getting the thing he drops for The Lois costume. Do I need to finish his quest line in order to keep him? I don’t want to send him on a 24 hour thing and miss out on 6 possible chances of getting that item. But I don’t want to lose him at the end of the event either.

Once a Character is unlocked, they are yours to keep. Questline or not. 😉

Why is dropping items to unlock Starfleet Lois pointless?
