Bouncing by really quick to let you know there will be a lil delay on the New Warp Core Level 5. There is not really a way to change the timer clock in the game, so we wanted to get the word out in advance. So what to do while we wait? 
You can prepare your game for the New items. If you are not quite there yet, no worries. It doesn’t hurt to wait just a bit. See how everything plays out before jumping into it all.
Send Characters on short 1-2 hr tasks to earn Energy if possible (Transporter/ Life/ Phaser). This will also keep the Main Characters available for when it does arrive.
Make sure you have the correct Level of Starfleet XP (8) & Life Support Energy (80). 
For now hang tight. We will post as soon as we see it go live and have the basic rundown you are used to.

I have achieved level 8 and can’t upgrade my warp core to 5. I’m not interested in sick bay. Do I HAVE TO unlock it before I can progress?

Im having the same problem Gina is. I have well over 20 life energies and im at starfleet level 9 warp core 5 and every time i try updating it says check back soon to update the warp core…id like to get some more things before the event ends..

Did you try to up it to Starfleet Level 10? As that is the requirement to get to Warp Core 6 😉

I know I am super far behind everyone else for god knows what reason but I JUST finally got to SF level 8 but my Warp wont upgrade to Phase 5, it just says “Warp upgrade available soon”. Any tips?

I have a glitch…somewhere along the storyline with crusher and vulcan quagmire. When I tap of crushers exclamation point to start the next story line it freezes up the game. Anyone else having this problem?

Try Force Close the game and Restart Device.
